현상설계 - 수원영통ㆍ용인수지2지구 공공도서관

토지개발공사에서는 수원영통지구와 용인수지2지구의 근린공원 안에 공공도서관 건립을 위한 현상설계경기를 실시하여 총 5개 작품이 접수된 결과 두 프로젝트 모두 에이텍 건축(김상길)안을 당선작으로 선정, 지난 96년 10월21일 발표했다. 수원 영통 지구의 우수작은 엑시트건축(이강호)안이, 가작으로는 기인ㆍ건웅건축(이성우)안이 각각 선정됐으며 용인수지2지구의 우수작은 기인건축(안상춘)안이 선정됐다.

Korea has had the system of criminal action which accepts the element of the person concerned at the law circle of America and England. But because Korea is sticking to the investigation system under the public prosecutor at the law circle of continent, the police is taking action of searching the crime under control of the public prosecutor who is belonged to the Ministry of Justice. Therefore, even though the police arrests and manages over 97% of the whole crime, they are still staying at the searching assistant position of the public prosecutor.At present, because of the worry about the violation of human right that come from the deficiency of police quality, it seems improper that the police has the permission of independent searching power. However, England and America have approved the independent searching power of the police despite of their time-honored respect of the human right.That is to say, we need to consider again the thought that the independent searching power cannot be admitted to the police due to the several reasons- trust lack of the police from the people , the deficiency of legal knowledge and the danger of effect from political power.The police should stand magnificently in front of the all people as the law executor. If they are in position powerlessly under the control of the public prosecutor, it would be the main and fundamental reason that the people cannot have trust the police. Also, it will fall down the law and make the basic of constitutionalism weak.

大學 産學協同센터의 性格과 役割 및 시스템 構築 方案에 대한 硏究

Cooperative education has a unique philosophy of higher education as its basis. Through cooperative education students build a bridae between theory and practice by working in a position that is directly related to their major field. As a result, they gain valuable professional experience as well as academic enrichment. This program, called 'sandwich education' in England and the 'dual system' in Germany, has been actively implemented in higher education institutions of the western world, but it is not effectively operated in Korea, even though the activated need of the program has been highly emphasized by the government, higher education institutions, as well as employers. The purpose of the paper is to discuss some characteristics and roles of implementing the cooperative education program by providing the center for cooperative education on the administrative organization in higher education institutions. The paper introduces example model systems of cooperative education, such as 'Techno-Complex' in the Unversity of Ulsan, 'Comprehensive Cooperative Education Center' of Daejon University of Technology, and 'Model for Cooperative Education Center' suggested by junior college professors. The paper also provides some informations of cooperative work between higher education institutions and industries in other countries, such as 'Silicon Valley' in California, 'Research Park' on the Heriot-Watt University in England, and 'Center for Cooperative Education' in the University of North Texas. The paper also discusses the organizational structure and responsibilities of the staff members for more effective operating the cooperative education system. The paper highlights that the cooperative education program is needed an organizational structure named 'Cooperative Education Center' on the campuses of colleges and universities in Korea, and the hard-working staff members. The most important qualification, however, is the director's leadership of the center.

거래비용이론 관점의 중소기업 인수합병(M&A) 중개기관에 대한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 국내 중소기업 인수합병시장 참여자인 M&A 중개기관을 대상으로 거래비용이론을 적용하여 분석하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 경제학에서 출연하여 다양한 분야에서 연구되고 있는 거래비용이론의 핵심요인인 자산특유성, 불확실성, 기회주의와 거래빈도에 대한 이론적인 배경과 선행연구로 연구모형과 가설을 설정하였다. 연구 방법은 중소기업 인수합병시장에서 M&A 중개기관으로 활동하고 있는 참여자를 대상으로 설문하여 구조방정식 모형인 PLS(Partial Least Squares)통계 도구를 활용하였다. 변수는 자산특유성을 M&A동기로 하였고, 불확실성은 중소기업의 M&A무관심, 기회주의는 기회주의 및 거래빈도는 거래망실적공시로 정의하여 측정하였다. 분석결과로 첫째, 자산특유성인 M&A동기는 거래망 실적공시 부(-)의 영향을 주었지만, 중개기관 활동성과와 기회주의에는 부정적 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 기회주의는 M&A무관심에 영향을 미치는 반면, M&A무관심은 거래망 실적공시와 중개기관 활동성과에는 직접적인 영향을 미치지 못했다. 셋째, 거래빈도인 거래망실적공시는 중개기관 활동성과에 큰 영향을 주었다. 본 연구는 인수합병시장에서 상담, 중개와 거래협상을 전문으로 담당하는 중개기관의 실증적인 분석에 의의가 있으며 시장참여자인 경영컨설팅관계자에도 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. This study aims to analyze the activity factors for M&A brokerage agencies, who are participants of the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) mergers and acquisitions market from the perspective of transaction cost theory. To achieve the purpose of the study, we applied the transaction cost theory to form research models and hypotheses from theoretical backgrounds and existing studies on asset specificity, uncertainty, opportunism, frequency of transactions. For more information we surveyed experts in an intermediary institution working in the SME mergers and acquisitions market by utilizing a Partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM). For variable measurement, asset specialty in the SME mergers and acquisitions market was defined as a M&A motive, uncertainty as indifference of SMEs towards the market, opportunism as the target corporations’ opportunistic tendencies, and frequency of transactions as official notice of performance in M&A trading network. The result of the analysis: First, M&A motive had a significant influence on disclosure and opportunistic trading network performance. Secondly, opportunism is uncertainty affecting indifference, apathy, on the other hand, does not affect a network performance and intermediary institutions’ activity performance. Third, trading performance disclosure frequencies appeared to affect the intermediaries’ activities. This study is to demonstrate that intermediaries are responsible for mediation and counseling of the companies in the mergers and acquisitions market, and wishes to draw implications from the perspective of M&A brokerage agencies who are institutions which form infrastructure for mergers and acquisitions market of SMEs.

순간 정전시 산업안전용 보조전원 역할의 Super Capacitor에 관한 연구

A new type of capacitor named "Super Capacitor" has been developed, in which the properties of electric double layer formed at the interface of activated carbon electrode- liquid organic electrolyte is applied. This capacitor is small In size, light in weight, wide In temperature range(-25~70℃), large in charge-discharge capability and good in voltage preservation. And this super capacitor is applied as a power back-up for electricity failure in volatile memory devices etc., a power source for a short time and a power source for operating actuators. At present the development of high power back-up types of the capacitor system and improvement of their characteristics are being actively conducted in order to find wider applications.lications.
