        논 토양에서 암모니아 배출 특성 모니터링을 위한 수동식 암모니아 확산형 포집기 이용 사례 연구

        Along with an increase in the frequency of high-concentration fine particulate matter in Korea, interest and research on ammonia (NH<sub>3</sub>) are actively increasing. It is obvious that agriculture has contributed significantly to NH<sub>3</sub> emissions. However, studies on the long-term effect of fertilizer use on the ambient NH<sub>3</sub> concentration of agricultural land are insufficient. Therefore, in this study, NH<sub>3</sub> concentration in the atmosphere of agricultural land was monitored for 11 months using a passive sampler. The average ambient NH<sub>3</sub> concentration during the total study period was 2.02 ㎍ m<sup>-3</sup> and it was found that the effect of fertilizer application on the ambient NH<sub>3</sub> concentration was greatest in the month immediately following fertilizer application (highest ambient NH<sub>3</sub> concentration as 11.36㎍ m<sup>-3</sup>). After that, it was expected that the NH<sub>3</sub> volatilization was promoted by increases in summer temperature and the concentration in the atmosphere was expected to increase. However, high NH<sub>3</sub> concentrations in the atmosphere were not observed due to strong rainfall that lasted for a long period. After that, the ambient NH<sub>3</sub> concentration gradually decreased through autumn and winter. In summary, when studying the contribution of fertilizer to the rate of domestic NH<sub>3</sub> emissions, it is necessary to look intensively for at least one month immediately after fertilizer application, and weather information such as precipitation and no-rain days should be considered in the field study. 국내 고농도의 초미세먼지 발생 빈도 증가와 함께 그 전구물질인 NH<sub>3</sub>와 관련한 연구가 활발히 진행 중이다. NH<sub>3</sub> 배출에 있어 농업의 기여율이 높은 것은 자명한 사실이다. 그러나 비료 사용이 농경지 대기 중 NH<sub>3</sub> 농도에 장기간 미치는 영향에 관련한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수동식 NH<sub>3</sub> 확산형 포집기를 활용해 11개월간 농경지 대기 중 NH<sub>3</sub> 농도를 관측하였다. 그 결과 비료 살포 직후 한 달 동안 NH<sub>3</sub> 배출의 영향이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 그 이후 여름철 기온 상승으로 NH<sub>3</sub> 휘발이 촉진되어 대기 중 농도가 증가할 것으로 예상하였으나, 54일간의 지속적인 강우로 인하여 대기 중 높은 암모니아 농도는 관측되지 않았다. 그 후 NH<sub>3</sub> 농도는 가을과 겨울을 거치면서 점차 감소하였다. 비료의 영향력이 감쇠한 시점 이후에는 기온이 감소할수록, 그리고 강수량이 증가할수록 NH<sub>3</sub> 농도는 감소하는 것을 상관분석을 통해 확인할 수 있었다. 종합해 보면, 국내 NH<sub>3</sub> 배출량에서 비료의 기여율을 연구하는 데 있어 비료 살포 직후 최소 한 달 동안은 집중적으로 살펴보아야 할 것이며, 현장 연구 시 강수량과 무강우 일수 등의 기상 정보도 함께 고려해야 할 것이다.

        Next Generation Sequencing을 통한 미생물 군집 분석의 축산분야 활용

        The objective of this study was to review application of next-generation sequencing (NGS) to investigate microbiome in the livestock sector. Since the 16S rRNA gene is used as a phylogenetic marker, unculturable members of microbiome in nature or managed environments have been investigated using the NGS technique based on 16S rRNA genes. However, few NGS studies have been conducted to investigate microbiome in the livestock sector. The 16S rRNA gene sequences obtained from NGS are classified to microbial taxa against the 16S rRNA gene reference database such as RDP, Greengenes and Silva databases. The sequences also are clustered into species-level OTUs at 97% sequence similarity. Microbiome similarity among treatment groups is visualized using principal coordinates analysis, while microbiome shared among treatment groups is visualized using a venn diagram. The use of the NGS technique will contribute to elucidating roles of microbiome in the livestock sector.

      • 액체로켓엔진 열유속 측정용 열유속 게이지 설계 및 시험

        본 연구에서는 케로신/액체산소를 추진제로 사용하는 액체로켓엔진 연소실에서의 열유속을 측정하고자 열유속 게이지를 제작하고 시험 평가하였다. 혼합비 2.2의 연소압 9.5 bar 조건에서 연소시험을 수행하여 열유속 게이지로부터 연소실벽면에서의 시간에 따른 온도분포를 측정하였고, 이 온도분포를 바탕으로 적분법 및 Ansys-Fluent를 활용하여 비정상 열유속을 계산하였다. 정상 연소압에서 열유속은 1.8~1.9 ㎿/㎡, 대류열전달계수는 740~760W/㎡K 을 나타내었다. In this study, to measure heat flux of a liquid rocket engine combustion chamber using kerosene/liquid oxygen, a combustion test was performed at mixture ratio 2.2 and chamber pressure 9.5 bar. The temperature distribution was measured by a heat flux gauge installed in the wall of the combustion chamber and the unsteady heat flux was calculated using the integral method and Ansys-Fluent from the temperature information. The heat flux and the heat transfer coefficient was calculated to be 1.8~1.9 ㎿/㎡ and 740~760 W/㎡ K respectively at steady chamber pressure.

        본 연구에서는 한국형 발사체를 위한 1/20 scale 축소형 발사대를 구축하고 연소시험을 통해 발사대의 냉각 방식에 대한 연구하였다. 표면 분사 방식에서 냉각수 유량이 추진제 총 유량의 0.9 배(300 g/s)일 경우에는 플룸의 모멘텀에 의해 화염유도로가 냉각되지 못하였으며 추진제 총 유량의 1.8 배 (600 g/s)일 경우에는 플룸에 의한 충돌영역의 외곽에만 냉각이 되었다. 반면에 내부 분사 방식에서 추진제 총 유량의 1.8 배(600 g/s)인 경우, 충돌영역의 냉각은 성공했지만 분사기를 보호하는 냉각에는 실패하여 분사기가 파손되었다. In this study, a cooling system of a launch stand was investigated by developing the 1/20 scale model launch stand for KSLV-II and performing the hot tests. Using film injection type and the cooling water flow rate was 0.9 times of the total propellant mass flow rate(300 g/s), it could not cool the flame deflector by momentum of the plume and if that was 1.8 times of the total propellant mass flow rate(600 g/s), it could only cool the outer of the impinging area of the plume. On the other hand, using core injection type and the cooling water flow rate was 1.8 times of the total propellant mass flow rate(600 g/s), it could cool the impinging area successfully. But, its injector was damaged because the cooling water failed to protect the injector.

      • Global Context를 고려한 패치 단위의 이미지 변환 기법

        최근 이미지의 스타일을 변환하거나 노이즈를 제거하는 이미지 변환을 위해 딥러닝 기반의 방법론이 제안되고 있다. 이미지 변환 분야에서는 이미지의 해상도를 유지하며, 목적에 맞게 이를 변환해야 한다. 하지만 고해상도의 이미지가 입력되는 경우 변환을 위해 비교적 작은 조각으로 구분해 입력후 처리하는 경우가 많다. 해당 경우에 이미지의 Global Context를 고려할 수 없어 성능의 저하가 우려되는 경우가 많다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 보완하기 위해 FiLM을 통해 이미지의 Global Context 정보를 모델에 전달했다. 실험 결과 모델의 학습 과정에서 안정적인 학습을 확인할 수 있었으며, 성능역시 향상되었음을 확인할 수 있었다.

        kNN-LSTM을 이용한 시간별 일사량 예측 성능 개선에 관한 연구

        세계 에너지시장 동향 및 재생에너지 관련 제도 개선으로 태양광발전 보급이 증가하고 있다. 태양광발전은 탄소를 발생시키지 않으면서 발전할 수 있다는 점에서 유망한 대체 에너지원이다. 하지만, 이러한 재생에너지를 이용한 전력원은 자연에너지를 이용하는 특성상 불안전한 발전출력으로 인해 발전량 예측, 유지보수 및 관리 시스템이 필요하다. 태양광 발전량을 예측하기 위해서는 먼저 태양광 발전에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 일사량을 예측해야 하므로 이와 관련된 연구가 지속적으로 수행되고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 kNN-LSTM (k-Nearest Neighbor and Long Short-Term Memory) 기반 일사량 예측 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 kNN을 이용하여 전 날 일사량 패턴과 유사한 과거 데이터를 탐색한 다음 LSTM에 입력변수로 사용하여 다음 날의 시간별 일사량을 예측한다. 실험 결과, 제안된 방법이 서포트 벡터 회귀, 인공신경망 및 LSTM에 비해 계절에 따른 청명한 날과 흐린 날 모두 효과적으로 예측할 수 있음을 확인하였다. The supply of solar power is increasing owing to global energy market trends and the improvement of new and renewable energy-related systems. solar power is a promising alternative energy source in that it can make electricity without generating carbon. However, since the power generation output is unstable due to the nature of using solar energy, a power generation prediction, maintenance, and management system is required. To predict the amount of solar power generation, it is necessary to forecast solar radiation that has the most influence on the solar power generation. Therefore, research related to this has been continuously being conducted. In this paper, we propose a method for forecasting solar radiation based on k-Nearest Neighbor and Long Short-Term Memory (kNN-LSTM). The proposed method uses kNN to search training data similar to the previous day"s solar radiation pattern and then uses it as an input variable to LSTM to forecasting the hourly solar radiation of the next day. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively predict both seasonal sunny and cloudy days compared to the conventional method by comparing it with Support Vector Regression, Artificial Neural Network and LSTM.

      • 소프트웨어 결함허용 기법에 의한 열차제어장치 신뢰도 분석

        PES is used by software development for the train control system. PES has been widely used in real world and consists of hardware, firmware and application software. The PES are easily apply to many applications because its implementation has high flexibility. Many safety critical functions are realized through software in safety critical system. Normally, it is difficult to detect failures for PES system because the PES is too sophisticated to identify sources of the failure. Currently, there are the recovery block, distributed recovery block, N-version programming, N self-checking programming in fault tolerance techniques. In this paper, the models of recovery block and N-version programming in software fault tolerance techniques are suggested by using the Marcov's model. Also, the reliability in the train control system is analyzed through changing time. The fault occupancy rates of the program, adjustment test and voter are stationary. So, the relation between time and reliability is presented by using Matlab program. In the result of reliability, the reliability of recovery block is more high than N-version programming in case of the same number of substitution block.

      • 모바일 앱스토어와 애플리케이션의 법적 문제 -저작권법을 중심으로-

        Ushering in the smart revolution, the mobile application store has been vitalized and the trading volume of mobile application contents is accelerating. It also means that subjects of copyright protection has extended. Though the expanding market for legitimate purchase of applications resulted in a decrease number of illegal replica, dynamic changes in application market raise new issues and problems in current Copyright law structure. The main purpose of this paper is to comprehensively analyze controversial issues of Copyright law in the context of application and app store (hereinafter app). There are previous studies exist concerning copyright of digital contents, nonetheless, further efforts is highly desired to classify current issues into legal context. As a pre-requisite, systematic concepts for application and app store are to be established. Application is a computer program runs directly for final user, not for operating system or system software. App store is an e-commercial brokerage service which is provided through internet network on devices where specific operating system exists. Subsequently, special consideration on the distinctive features of app is required. Having dual-structure, app itself can act as an online service provider under Copyright law. Moreover, hybrid contents app is equipped with the contents and viewer function at the same time. Taking it into account, an enforcement ordinance in the Promotion Act on Game Industry needs to be revised. As a condition to exempt from preliminary review of game-app, the enforcement ordinance request apps to be accessed only through wireless internet, Recollecting concept for app, it is unjustifiable discriminating game-app on mobile device with that on set-top box and smart TV only because latter devices were connected into internet with wires. In order to examine legal effects, neutralization against technical protection measures will be break into the following five types of action; ① creation and distribution of hacking tools targeting smart device``s operating system, ② use of hacking tool by ordinary user, ③ creation of hacking app in app store, ④ distribution of hacked app, ⑤ use of hacked app by ordinary user. In the revised copyright law system, type ②, ③ and ⑤ are subject to the posting of minister of the Ministry of Culture or exception to private use under Article 30 of Copyright law. Therefore. type ④ and ⑤ are subject to get punishment. Under the traditional view, ``deletion and redistribution`` is prohibited because traditional doctrine of exhaustion of right is applied to the purchased apps. Purpose of this restriction is to protect the right of copyright holder and to protect culture and media industry. Nonetheless, this limitation seems like an excessive infringement of user``s right and overprotection of the holder``s right. In applying the doctrine to digital contents, more flexible interpretation is necessary. Mentioned above, this paper is the first attempt to raise question about the issue of hybrid apps and the waiver condition on preliminary review for game-app, and to examine and categorize neutralization against technical protection measures into five types. Along with the rapid change in digital industry, Copyright law is under the pressure to quickly response to the changing environment. Active and vibrant studies on Copyright production and industry will bring substantive improvement in the near future.
