철도차량부품 제조 중소기업의 기술사업화 촉진요인에 대한 상대적 중요도 분석

Regarding the small- and medium-sized enterprises in Korea that manufacture the railway vehicle parts, there are over 250 related companies. And they have been surviving in the form of producing and delivering the parts of the railway vehicles by importing the technologies and the products of the foreign countries rather than possessing their own technological abilities. Due to this, regarding the industry of the core components of the railroads, the dependence on the overseas has been high. As such, although, for supporting the small- and medium-sized enterprises that manufacture the railway vehicle parts, the government has been strengthening the diverse policy supports, it is a fact that the effectiveness of the support is not high. And, in order to effectively support these, there is a need to understand clearly and definitely what the important promotion factors are in the process of the technology commercialization. Accordingly, through the precedent researches regarding the factors that promote the technology commercializations of the small- and medium-sized enterprises that manufacture the railway vehicle parts, this research had extracted 10 main items. And the level of the importance of these indices was analyzed by using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). As a result of the AHP analysis, the factors within a corporation appeared to be the most important factor. And, as for the lower-ranking item, the commercialization capability was analyzed to be the most important item. It is highly expected that the contents and the results of this research will be usefully used when formulating the planning of the support program and the support policy for the technology commercializations by the publicresearch organizations and the railroad management organization, which is an organization that supports the small- and medium-sized enterprises that manufacture the railway vehicle parts. 국내 철도차량부품 제조 중소기업은 250여 개의 관련업체가 있으며 자체 기술력을 보유하기 보다는 외국 기술과 제품을 수입하여 철도차량의 부품을 제작·납품하는 형태로 생존하고 있다. 이로 인해 철도 핵심부품 산업은 해외 의존성이 높은 상황이다. 이에 정부에서는 철도차량부품 제조 중소기업 지원을 위해서 다양한 정책적 지원을 강화하고 있지만, 정부의 지원 정책이 철도차량부품 제조 중소기업이 안고 있는 문제점과 애로사항을 충분히 해결하지 못하고 있다. 철도차량부품 제조 중소기업이 국가경제의 경쟁력 강화에 기여할 수 있고 이들을 효과적으로 지원하기 위해서는 기술사업화 과정에서 중요한 촉진요인이 무엇인지 명확히 파악할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 철도차량부품 제조 중소기업의 기술사업화를 촉진하는 10개의 요인을 추출하였으며, 이들 지표의 중요도를 AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process)를 이용하여 분석하였다. AHP 분석결과, 기업내부 요인이 가장 중요한 요인으로 나타났으며, 그 하위 항목으로는‘사업화 능력’이 가장 중요한 항목으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 내용과 결과는 공공 연구기관 및 철도차량부품 제조 중소기업 지원 기관인 철도 운영기관의 기술사업화 지원 프로그램 기획과 지원 정책을 수립할 때 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

부스팅 인공신경망학습의 기업부실예측 성과비교

최근 기계학습 분야에서 분류자의 정확도 개선을 위하여 제안된 다양한 방법들 중 가장 큰 주목을 받고 있는 학습방법 중 하나는 앙상블 학습이다. 그러나 앙상블 학습은 의사결정트리와 같이 불안정한 학습 알고리즘의 성과 개선 효과는 탁월한 반면, 인공신경망과 같이 안정적인 학습알고리즘의 성과 개선 효과는 응용 분야와 구현 방법에 따라 서로 상반된 결론들을 보여주고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 기업의 부실화 예측문제를 활용하여 인공신경 망 분류자 및 대표적 앙상블 학습기법인 부스팅 분류자를 적용한 결과 앙상블 학습은 기업부실 예측문제에 있어 전통적 인공신경망의 성과를 개선할 수 있음을 검증하였다. Ensemble is one of widely used methods for improving the performance of classification and prediction models. Two popular ensemble methods, Bagging and Boosting, have been applied with great success to various machine learning problems using mostly decision trees as base classifiers. This paper performs an empirical comparison of Boosted neural networks and traditional neural networks on bankruptcy prediction tasks. Experimental results on Korean firms indicated that the boosted neural networks showed the improved performance over traditional neural networks.

철도차량부품 제조 중소기업의 기술사업 활성화를 위한 요인 분석

The domestic railway parts and equipment manufacturing industry is mainly focused on SMEs, and the majority of them are suffering from profitability because they cannot build economies of scale. Besides, they have survived in the form of importing technology products from overseas advanced countries and delivering them to domestic railway operators rather than having in-house technology. Therefore it is necessary to study whether the problems of the current railway industry can be identified and improved and at the same time, whether the government’s railway industry development policy is properly reflected. literature studies related to technology commercialization, and conduct surveys of AHP questionnaires on the experts of the manufacturing industry of SMEs, academics / research institutes of the railway industry. After that, the Level 3 activation method AHP analysis was additionally performed on the important factors of Level 2 that have the highest importance and priority in Level 1. As a result of the AHP analysis, ‘Technical Connectivity’ was the most important method in the technical factor, and SME experts and academic and research institute experts were highly evaluated for ‘commercialization ability’ Competence in terms of importance. As for external support factors, it was analyzed that SME experts “support for manpower development” was important, while the other two group experts research and development support was important. In this study, the priority of the government support and policy priorities are suggested according to the capabilities of the railway manufacturing SMEs before the future R&D support. 국내 철도차량 부품관련 제조 산업은 대부분 중소기업 중심의 산업으로서 대다수의 소규모 영세한 기업이 규모의 경제를 구축하지 못하여 수익성의 한계를 보이고 있는 상황이다. 또한, 제조 중소기업 내 자체적인 기술력을 보유하기 보다는 해외 선진국의 기술 제품들을 수입하여 국내 철도 운영기 관에 납품하는 형태로 생존하고 있다. 그러므로 현 철도차량 제조산업의 문제점을 파악하고 개선할 수 있는 연구와 동시에 정부의 철도산업 발전 정 책이 제대로 반영이 되고 있는지에 대해 파악하는 연구가 필요하다고 판단된다. 본 연구는 기술사업화의 관련된 선행연구 및 문헌연구를 통해 활성화 요인(Level 1, Level 2)을 도출하였고, 철도산업의 제조 중소기업 종사자 전문가, 학계/연구소의 전문가, 철도 운영기관의 차량 전문가들을 대상으 로 AHP 설문조사를 시행하였다. 그 이후 Level 1에서 중요도와 우선순위가 가장 높은 Level 2의 중요요인에 대해 Level 3 활성화 방안 AHP 분석 을 추가적으로 실시하였다. AHP 분석결과, 기술적 요인에서‘기술 연계성’이 가장 중요한 방안으로 나타났으며, 기업내부 요인에는 중소기업 사업전 문가와 학계·연구기관 전문가는‘사업화 능력’중요도가 높게 평가하였고, 운영기관 전문가는‘기술개발 능력’중요도를 높게 평가하였다. 외부지원 요 인에는 중소기업 사업 전문가는‘인력양성 지원’방안이 중요하다고 분석되었고, 다른 두 집단 전문가는‘연구개발 지원’이 중요하다고 분석되었다. 본 연구결과는 향후 진행될 국가 R&D 지원에 앞서 철도 제조 중소기업들의 역량에 따라 정부지원의 정책적 우선순위의 방향성을 제시하고자 한다.

Bronchogenic Cyst in Posterior Mediastinum with Butterfly Vertebra: A Case Report

Most mediastinal cystic masses result from abnormal development of the embryo. Common developmental cysts in the posterior mediastinum are bronchogenic, neurenteric, and esophageal duplication cysts. These cystic masses appear identical on CT, but a cystic lesion adjacent to the esophagus is usually an esophageal duplication cyst, and a cyst associated with vertebral anomalies indicates a presumptive diagnosis of a neurenteric cyst. Herein, we present the case of a 27-year-old man with a bronchogenic cyst in the posterior mediastinum with a butterfly vertebra.

Metastasis of Rhabdomyosarcoma to the Male Breast: a Case Report with Magnetic Resonance Imaging Findings

Metastasis of rhabdomysarcoma to the breast is a very rare manifestation in adult males. Herein, we report a case of metastasis from embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma in the left hypothenar muscle that presented as a breast mass in a 38-year-old man, who four months later expired because of multiple bone metastases related to pancytopenia. We describe the various imaging findings, including mammograms, ultrasonography, computerized tomography (CT), positron emission tomographycomputed tomography (PET-CT), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of this rare disease. The various imaging findings of this lesion could be helpful for future diagnosis of male breast lesions.
