In the field of prosthesis arm control, the pattern classification of the EMG signal is a required basis process and also the estimation of force from collected EMG data is another necessary duty. But unfortunately, what we've got is not real force but an EMG signal which contains the information of force. This is the reason why we estimate the force from the EMG data. In this paper, when we handle the EMG signal to estimate the force, spatial prewhitening process is applied from which the spatial correlation between the channels are removed. And after the orthogonal transformation which is used in the force estimation process, the transformed signal Is inputed into the probabilistic model for pattern classification. To verify the different results of the multiple channels, SNR(signal to noise ratio) function is introduced.

This paper describes the standardization of remote monitoring and controlling system for nursery electrical facilities. The proposed system have three operating modes of motoring, controlling, and fault-notifying. In fault-notifying mode, the local unit is designed to send messages on failure of the electrical facilities to the central computer, mobile phone, and pager. Also, the local unit is consisted of 24 - input and 8 - output port needed for monitoring and controlling the facilities. With the use of this standardized system, we could expect the effective management in every phase of nursery facilities.
의수 제어를 위한 HMM-MLP 근전도 신호 인식 기법

This paper describes an approach for classifying myoelectric patterns using a multilayer perceptrons (MLP's) and hidden Markov models (HMM's) hybrid classifier. The dynamic aspects of EMG are important for tasks such as continuous prosthetic control or vari- ous time length EMG signal recognition, which have not been successfully mastered by the most neural approaches. It is known that the hidden Markov model (HMM) is suitable for modeling temporal patterns. In contrasts the multilayer feedforward networks are suitable for static patterns. Ank a lot of investigators have shown that the HMM's to be an excellent tool for handling the dynamical problems. Considering these facts, we suggest the combination of MLP and HMM algorithms that might lead to further improved EMG recognition systems.
광 다이오드 어레이 센서를 이용한 인퓨전 펌프 시스템의 개발

One of the important factor in drug stuffs to a patient is to inject exact amount with stable flow rates. Since improper injection amount and flow rates would cause bad effect to recovery of a patient, the detecting sensors with high sensitivity is required for an injection pump systems performance improvement. In this study, the three sensors, piezo film sensor, photo transistor and photo array. were compared to find best one for an injection pump monitoring system. Using suggested data processing technique and photo array sensors, we could minimize the effect of interference, disturbance, illumination, and sensitivity change caused by sensor`s position. According to the experiments, the photo array showed the higher reliance than any other the three types of sensors.
개선된 클로버 알고리즘를 이용한 컨테이너 작업 스케쥴링에 관한 연구

본 논문은 야드에서 스태커의 위치 정보를 이용한 효율적인 선적 하역 작업을 수행하기 위한 개선된 클로버 알고리즘에 대하여 기술하고 있다. 작업 스케쥴링은 반드시 스태커의 작업 할당과 스태커의 위치정보를 능동적으로 처리하기 위한 위치 데이터 처리에 중점을 두어야 하며 작업요구에 따른 복수의 스태커들의 작업 할당관리를 수행할 수 있어야 한다. GPS와 GIS를 이용한 스태커의 위치 추적은 야드 관리에 필수 요소이며 선적 하역 작업의 개선에도 필요한 요소 기술이다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 개선된 클로버 알고리즘은 야드 내에서의 스태커들의 위치를 추정하고 각 컨테이너들의 선적하역 작업을 모니터링하는 기법과 스태커의 작업량을 추정함으로써 다수의 스태커들의 작업 균형을 이루기 위한 기법을 소개하고 있다. 시뮬레이션 결과와 실험 결과로부터 제안한 알고리즘이 효율적임을 나타내고 있다. This article describes advanced clover algorithm for effective loading and unloading of containers using stackers position data in a yard. The job scheduling must rely on job assign of stackers and position data processing to dynamically allocate stackers, and maintain multiple job processing, all based on task requirements. A stacker tracking using GPS and GIS is an essential capability and is used as yard loading and unloading process improvement for yard management. After estimating position of stackers in a yard the raper describes advanced clover algorithm and other techniques for monitoring loading and unloading of individual containers as well as combinatorial stacker load balancing problems such as estimating load of each stackers. Results from simulations and experimental implementations have demonstrated that the suggested approaches are efficient in stacker management.

본 논문에서는 신발금형의 가스벤트 착탈 작업을 효율적으로 진행하기 위해 이미지 프로세싱을 통한 가스벤트 착탈위치 탐색과 정밀 제어로 착탈 작업을 수행하는 교환 장치의 두 가지 기술을 다루고 있다. 이 두가지 방법을 적용하기 위한 핵심적인 이슈는 신발 금형의 가스벤트 교환 위치의 중심을 어떻게 하면 정확하게 찾아내는가이다. 이러한 자동 교환 장치의 사용은 가스벤트 착탈 시간을 줄이며 아울러 노동력의 절감 제품의 생산에 드는 비용을 최소화하는 등의 여러 가지 이점을 가져다 준다. 이 장치를 사용하여 실험을 통해 검증한 결과 가스벤트 교환 장치의 사용이 더 안정적이고 효율적이며 착탈 시간을 줄여 공정시간을 단축하는 것을 증명할 수 있었다. This paper describes two major techniques; image processing and gas vent insert and rejection control, for efficient gas vent exchange and holes detecting on the shoes mold. The key idea is to detect holes on the mold to select which holes to insert and to reject automatically guide center of hole's position. This allows us to save labor time while minimizing defective rate of PU shoes mold forming and production costs for gas vent exchange such as insertion and rejection.. Our experimental results have demonstrated that the hole's detection and gasvent exchange mechanism are more efficient and provide accurate mechanism to mitigate risks of vent injection/rejection failures.
