운동선수의 트레이닝의 형태가 심장의 기능과 구조 변화에 미치는 영향고성경최건식지구력과 근력 그리고 복합운동이 심장의 기능과 구조에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위해 57명의 건강한 대학 선수를 대상으로 초음파 심장기록을 측정하였다. 연구대상은 대조군(n=7), 지구력운동군(n=9), 근력운동군(n=14), 복합운동군(n=27)으로 구분하였으며, 일원변량기법으로 집단간 차이를 검정하였다. 연구 결과 안정시 심박수와 심박출량 및 수축기 혈압은 복합훈련군이 대조군에 비해 유의하게 낮았다. 근력 및 복합훈련군의 용적 변화율 그리고 모든 운동군의 수축 속도는 대조군에 비해 유의한 차이가 있었다. 근력 및 복합훈련군의 좌심실 및 심장 질량과 지구력 및 근력훈련군의 중격, 그리고 근력훈련군의 후벽은 대조군에 비해 유의한 차이가 있었다. 근력훈련군의 좌심실 수축지수는 대조군에 비해 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 지구력훈련군의 중격/후벽 비율은 근력 및 복합훈련군의 값에 비해 유의한 차이가 있었다. 심장의 구조에 미치는 영향을 배제하기 위하여 신체 지수와 심장 구조 변인과의 상관관계를 구하였으며 이를 토대로 교정된 좌심실 구조 변인을 비교하였으나 확장기말 좌심실 내경의 유의성이 증가했던 것을 제외하면 다른 변화는 조사되지 않았다.

To study the effects of plyometric training on drop jumping of volleyball player, 6 university volleyball player who were 22~25 years old, were evaluated their low extremity power and kinetic factors before and after plyometric training. Results of this study were following; Kinematic factors, that were the jumping height and the velocity of gravity center, and the angular velocity of low extremity joint, were progress toward power increasing. Kinetic factors, that were the ground reaction force and the body impulse, were progress toward power increasing, too. But results of the long jumping and the sargent jumping test were not difference between before and after plyometric training. This study implied the plyometric training changed the kinetic and the kinematic factors of the player's low extremity power.

Cardiac systolic time intervals (STLs) and Heather index (HI) were used to access changes in left ventricular function of six male subjects exposed to postural changes,$0^{\circ}C$, ${\pm}2^{\circ}C$, ${\pm}45^{\circ}C$, ${\pm}90^{\circ}C$, Significant prolongation of the pre-ejection period (PEP) and PEP/ LVET ratio, shortening of the left ventricular ejection time (LVET), STI, HI and $1/PEP^{2}$were observed during exposure to both $+45^{\circ}C $ and $+90^{\circ}C $But the values measured during $-45^{\circ}C $ and$-90^{\circ}C $ were reversed. Changes in fluid shift, filling volume, preload, after load and sympathetic activities may account for the observed findings. Early response of cardiac foctions was recorded using impedance cardiography. This method is very simple but accurate. Thus it will be useful in this aerospace and work physiology. In conclusion, STIs appear to provide reliable noninvasive method for examining changes of cardiac function during exposure to postural changes.
중학교 남자 테니스 선수의 운동기능수준별 시합 전 경쟁상태불안

The purpose of this study was to investigate if there is any difference in the level of competitive state anxiety according to the level of motor skill before the game and to provide the players with basic data for the mental practice. The subjects of this study consist of 20 men's a middle school tennis players. The experimental group was divided into superior players group and inferior players group. And then by using a CSAI-2 questionnaire, three subfactors of competitive state anxiety, or cognitive state anxiety, somatic state anxiety and state self-confidence were measured. The method of measurement was carried out three times, or one week, one day and two hours before the game. The results of this study were as follows. First, About both cognitive state anxiety and somatic state anxiety, inferior players were significantly higher than superior players. Second, About state self-confidence, superior players were significantly higher than inferior players. Third, As the game was around, both cognitive state anxiety and somatic state anxiety which all the players including superior and inferior players had increased. But the state self-confidence of all players decreased.

The purpose of this study is to review the exercise therapy for the low back pain patients. The vertebral column consist of 26 vertebrae. Among the vertebrae, the lumbar vertebrae are heaviest and biggest because of concentration of body weight. L3-L5, S1, between lumbar curvature and Sacrum, are frequent body sites for the low back pain. The risk factors of low back pain are the life-style as like occupation and work, and personal characteristics as like age, sex and history. The exercise for the low back pain patients recommend stretching for the trunk flexibility, abdominal training for muscular strength, and whole body exercise for physical fitness. These exercise should be practice during 3-6 months except for patients with contraindications.
