This study aims to analyze civil society consciousness to river projects, examine the current state of resident participation, and suggest development directions for river policy. For this, this study conducted a survey of 1,200 local residents and 100 public officials living and working in the river project areas. The result demonstrates the necessity of formulating river policy in a way that recognizes voices of various policy stakeholders, strengthens partnership among resident groups, and promotes a trend shift in river restoration to reflect residents' consciousness. 본 연구에서는 하천사업에 대한 인식과 하천사업에서의 주민참여 현황을 파악하고 하천사업의 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 고향의 강 사업과 생태하천 복원사업 대상지 중 12개 하천을 선정하여 일반인과 공무원 집단을 대상으로 면접설문을 실시하였다. 설문결과 하천정책의 지향점, 하천관리 주체, 주민참여 활성화 방안에 대한 두 집단 간의 인식차이를 확인 할 수 있었고 이와 관련하여 다양한 주체의 의견을 반영하는 하천정책이 필요한 것으로 도출되었다. 지금까지의 하천사업이 하천의 생태적 측면과 친수환경 조성을 중요시 했다면 앞으로는 하천의 역사, 문화, 공동체성에 대한 요구를 수용하고 다양한 주민참여의 기회를 마련하여 민 관 거버넌스 형태의 하천사업이 이루어 질 수 있는 하천정책의 패러다임이 구축되어야 할 것이다.
迷走神經切斷術 및 胃前庭部切除術後 Cortisone 投與가 血淸內 電解質에 미치는 影響에 關한 實驗的 硏究

To investigate cortisone activity on the serum electrolytes(Na Cl & R) in the experimental dogs undergone vagotomy, subdiaphragmatic and antrectomy, cortisone acetate was given intramuscularly, 2.5㎎. per ㎏. of body weight, on the 90th postoperative day and blood sample were taken 8 times at 30 minutes intervals. As for control group, gastrostomized dogs were used. Results are as follows: 1) In vagotomy group, after the administion of cortisone, the mean K value was 4.7±0.11 mEq/L. or 9.3% increase of control, the mean Na value 142.1±1.54 mEq/L. or 1.7% decrease of control and the mean Cl value 113.4±0.74 mEq/L. or 5.3% increase of control. 2) In antrectomy group, after the administration of cortisone, the mean K value was 4.8±0.33 mEq/L. or 9.3% increase of control, the mean Na value 141.5±0.56 mEq/L. or 2.1% decrease of control and the mean value Cl 114.3±0.51 mEq/L. or 6.1% increase of control.
Flow Characteristics and Morphological Changes in Open-Channel Flows with Alternate Vegetation Zones

In this study, turbulent flows and morphological changes in an open-channel that has alternate vegetated zones are numerically simulated by using a three-dimensional model. The Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes Equations are solved with the k-ε model. The simulated flow structures compared well with the measured data in the literature. Through numerical experiments, the evolution of the mean flow and turbulence structures for different vegetation densities is presented. The vegetation was found to curve the flow,and the meandering flow pattern becomes more definite with increasing vegetation density. When the channel morphological changes are simulated with a series of floods, the initial rectangular channel becomes a compound channel and the flow pattern changes from a straight stream to a meandering stream. The evolution of vegetation zones after the floods indicates that vegetation zones are expanded in the leeward of the initial vegetation zones, and that the size of the vegetation zone is increased about 2.5 times.
