음성 신호처리 기술을 이용하는 음성 통신, 음성 인식, 반향 제거기 등의 분야에서 잡음은 시스템의 성능에 중요한 영향을 미친다. 따라서 원하지 않는 잡음을 제거함으로써 시스템의 성능을 향상시키는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 잡음을 제거하기 위한 여러 가지 알고리듬에 대해 살펴보고 이에 대한 모의 실험을 수행함으로써 잡음 제거기의 효과를 검증하였다.

Backgrounds and Objectives:The aim of this study was to investigate the incidence of cervical vestibular-evoked myogenic potentials (cVEMP) responses induced by bone-conduction (BC) stimulation and to compare the characteristics of parameters of cVEMP using BC and air-conduction (AC) sounds in normal volunteers. Materials and Methods:Thirty seven normal subjects (74 ears) with normal hearing and no previous history of dizziness were included. cVEMP responses were recorded by surface electrodes on sternocleidomastiod muscles in response to AC and BC stimuli sequentially. Variances of parameters, including latencies, amplitudes, inter-latencies difference and inter-aural amplitude asymmetry, were analyzed and compared. Results:Responses of cVEMP by AC sounds were clearly observed in all 74 ears whereas those by BC sounds were detected in 41 ears (55.4%). There was no significant difference in latencies and inter-latencies intervals. Inter-aural amplitude asymmetry ratios showed no significant difference between the two tests, although amplitudes in BC-cVEMP testing were significantly smaller than those in AC-cVEMP testing. Conclusions:BC-cVEMP requires cautions in clinical application as compared with AC-cVEMP. An effective bone vibrator or high-intensity stimulation is needed to produce more reliable responses of BC-cVEMP

In this research, we report on the development of simulation system for performance verification of BMS(Battery Management System) which is utilized in electric vehicles. In the industrial circles, a manufacturer of BMS typically tests their system with real battery packs. However, it takes a long time to test all functions of BMS. Here, we develop BMU(Battery Managament Unit) as an embedded board, which will be installed in electric vehicle for controlling battery packs. All other environment factors for testing BMU are developed in softwares in order to reduce the term of test. Especially, the proposed system consists of cell simulator and CMU(Cell Management Unit) simulator which simulate real battery cells and control battery cells. These simulators enable the BMU to test more battery cells. In addition, proposed system provides diagnosis program in order to diagnose and monitor the condition of BMS which makes the test of BMS more easily. In order to verify the performance of the developed simulator, we have performed the experiment with real battery packs and our simulator. Through comparing two results of experiments, we verify that developed simulator shows better performance in terms of less amount of testing duration though having high reliability.
대규모 태양광발전이 연계된 배전계통에서의 LVRT를 고려한 고장해석 연구

In 2022, KEPCO implemented grid support functions for PV systems to prevent blackouts from voltage and frequency fluctuations during system failures. This includes Low Voltage Ride Through (LVRT), which poses concerns about fault currents affecting grid protection systems like Recloser and OCGR. Prior studies on PV integration fault analysis were limited to MW capacities and didn't cover malfunctions in grid support functions like LVRT. This paper analyzes grid flow with increasing PV capacity, using a PSCAD model of a smart inverter for simulating the LVRT function and conducting fault analysis. It focuses on the single line-to-ground fault (1LG), the most common in distribution systems, calculating fault current values, and recommends integration methods with existing protection systems by evaluating different capacity-based cases.
