This study intends to suggest a supplementary point in the situation where there is insufficient research on safer and more efficient use of the samdanbong, which is used by security guards, the police, and even the general public for self-defense and situation-solving in emergency situations. We propose a three-stage rod to reduce damage from the impact force transmitted to the hand when using the three-stage rod. The three-stage rod proposed here alleviates the impact force transmitted from the intermediate rod by inserting an elastic body into the portion connected between the handle rod and the intermediate rod among the rods constituting the three-stage rod. In order to verify this, as a result of comparative analysis of the existing triple rod and the proposed triple rod through computer simulation, it was confirmed that the impact force transmitted by hand in the triple rod proposed in this study was reduced compared to the existing triple rod. 본 연구는 경비원과 경찰, 일반 국민들까지도 긴급한 상황에서 호신 및 상황 해결을 위하여 사용하고 있는 삼단봉과 관련하여 보다 안전하고 효율적인 사용에 대한연구가 미비한 실정에서 이에 대한 보완점을 제시하고자 한다. 삼단봉을 사용하여 물체를 타격할 때 손에 전달되는 충격력으로부터 피해를 줄이기 위한 삼단봉을 제안한다. 여기서 제안한 삼단봉은 삼단봉을 구성하는 봉 중에손잡이 봉과 중간 봉 사이에 연결되는 부위에 탄성체를 끼워 설치함으로써 중간 봉으로부터 전달되는 충격력을 완화 시켰다. 이를 검증하기 위해서 기존 삼단봉과 제안한 삼단봉을 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해비교 분석한 결과, 본연구에서 제안한 삼단봉이 기존 삼단봉보다 손으로 전달되는충격력이 줄어드는 것을 확인하였다.

손에 전달되는 충격력 완화를 위한 경찰 삼단봉에 관한 연구

In order for police officers to suppress criminals during their duties, there are various suppression equipment, but in general, they are often suppressed using a three-stage rod. Three-stage rod Peak, which is currently distributed and used by police officers, is used with inconvenience because the impact force generated during the strike is greatly transmitted to the police officer's hands. Accordingly, this study proposed a three-stage rod with enhanced impact force mitigation function transmitted by hand. Police equipment with safe and excellent performance will increase the work efficiency of police officers, which will lead to securing the safety of the people. As a result of comparing and analyzing the police three-stage rod used by the existing police and the police three-stage rods proposed in this study through computer simulation, it was confirmed that the impact force of the police three-stage rods proposed in this paper was reduced by hand. When hitting an object with the proposed police three-stage rod, the impact transmitted to the intermediate rod through the upper rod can be mitigated in the process of passing through the elastic rod, 경찰관이 임무 수행 중에 범죄자들을 제압하기 위해서는 다양한 진압장비가 있으나 일반적으로 삼단봉을 사용하여 진압하는 경우가 많다. 현재 경찰관들에게 보급되어 사용되고 있는 삼단봉은 타격 시에 발생 되는 충격력이 경찰관 손에 크게 전달 되어져 사용하는데 불편함을 지닌 채 사용 하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 손으로 전달되는 충격력 완화기능이 강화된 삼단봉을 제안하였다. 안전하고 우수한 성능을 지닌 경찰장비는 경찰관의 업무 효율을 높이고 이는 국민의 안전을 확보하는 결과로 이어질 것이다. 기존 경찰에서 사용하는 경찰 삼단봉과 본 연구에서 제안한 경찰 삼단봉을 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 비교 분석한 결과, 본 논문에서 제안한 경찰 삼단봉이 기존 삼단봉보다 손으로 전달되는 충격력이 줄어드는 것을 확인하였다. 제안한 경찰 삼단봉으로 물체를 타격할 때 상단 봉을 통하여 중간 봉으로 전달된 충격은 탄성체 봉을 통과하는 과정에 완화할 수 있도록 하여 손잡이 봉으로 전달되는 충격력이 완화되는 효과를 확인하였다.

Mobile Ad-Hoc Network는 base station에 의존하지 않는 다중 홉 무선 네트워크이다. 이 기술은 동적 주소할당을 위해 일반적으로 사용되는 DHCP 프로토콜이나 경로 메시지를 전달하는 라우터를 사용하지 않고 통신에 참가하는 모든 노드가 라우터 역할을 함으로써 네트워크를 구성한다. 현재 제안되고 있는 라우팅 프로토콜은 모두 네트워크 형성 이전의 노드 설정을 가정한다. MANET의 상용화 관점에서 본 논문은 이동 노드의 주소 할당 및 설정을 위해 zeroconfiguration[2]과 MANETconf[3] 및 네 가지 종류의 주소 할당 메커니즘의 특징을 살펴보고 상태 유지필요성, 주소충돌가능성, 알고리즘 복잡성, 통신오버헤드, 확장성 관점에서 비교분석 하고자 한다.

이동 ad-hoc 네트워크 (mobile ad-hoc network: MANET)는 유선 기반 망 혹은 액세스 포인트 없이 이동 단말기 들로 구성된 망이다. 기존의 기반망을 사용하지 않으므로 유선 기반망이 구축되어 있지 않은 곳이나 유선 기반 망이 파괴된 지역에 사용한다. 그러나 MANET에서는 노출된 매체와 동적인 토폴로지, 중앙의 감시와 관리 결여, 자원의 제약성 등과 같은 이유로 인해 유선망보다 더욱 않은 보안 문제가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 이동 ad hoc 네트워크에서 노드의 신분 보장을 제공하기 위하여 기밀성에 중점을 둔 공개키 기반 구조에서의 노드 간 인증 기법을 제안한다.

This research focuses on what kind of common and different points of language behavior can be seen in Japanese and Korean in a “scene of a difficult offer to a close-looking opponent”, and analyzes and examines it It was. I conducted a questionnaire survey on Japanese native speakers and native speakers of Korean, using “Discourse Completion Test=DCT”(Yamashita 2001). Japanese native speaker and Korean native speaker are college students. The survey went on in 2012. Analysis of the survey results was done from four perspectives, “number of functional elements used”, “usage rate of communication functions”, “usage rate of functional elements”, “combination of functional elements”. As a result of the analysis, the Japanese and Korean linguistic behaviors in this scene tended to be similar, and despite being a difficult scene, there was a strong tendency to offer with expressions not giving a burden to the partner. However, in Japanese, a certain number of linguistic actions to offer offering while talking to difficulties beforehand while mentioning <condition> was seen. Korean is more likely to offer offers without mentioning difficulty than Japanese, and Japanese tends to offer offers more expressly than expressing their difficulty, such as by stating conditions etc. I found out.

ATF 열교환기 설계 변수에 따른 성능 분석

Recently, researches are actively carried out to replace the ATF warmer and cooler functions with a single heat exchanger in order to improve fuel efficiency. The ATF oil, which has high viscosity at low temperature when starting up, is rapidly warmed up through engine coolant to reduce friction loss. The effect of design variables on the performance of the heat exchanger was investigated through CFD to optimize design of heat exchanger to cool high temperature ATF oil through low temperature engine coolant. Based on the analyzed result, the prototype was fabricated. The performance of the prototype was examined through experiments and compared with the analyzed results.

급성 요통 증후군 환자에 대해 봉독약침요법을 병행한 한의학적 치료 효과: 증례보고

2019년 10월 16일부터 2019년 12월 16일까지 동국대학교 일산한방병원에서 요통을 호소하시며 X-ray 상 급성기 이상 소견이 없는 환자 3명을 대상으로 하였다. 한방응급실을 통해 입원한 급성 요통 증후군 환자에 대한 봉독약침요법을 포함한 한의학적 치료를 시행한 증례에 있어서 다양한 치료 효과를 확인하였다. NRS, ODI, EQ-5D, EQ-VAS의 모든 지표에서 임상적 호전의 결과를 관찰할 수 있었으며 환자의 주관적인 호전도에 있어서도 큰 변화를 얻을 수 있었고, 봉독약침에 대한 이상반응은 없었다. 봉독약침요법을 포함한 한의학적 치료를 통해 급성 요통이 완화되었으며 요추 ROM 증진 및 운동기능이 개선되고, 치료 기간을 단축시켜 환자의 삶의 질적인 측면에서 큰 호전을 보였다. 향후 급성 요통 증후군에 대한 봉독약침요법의 치료효과를 확인하기 위해 대규모 전향적 연구뿐만 아니라 대조군 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. Objectives : Acute low back pain syndrome causes pain and poor quality of life. There are various studies of SBV (Sweet bee venom) pharmacopuncture, but few have identified the therapeutic effects for patients unable to walk due to acute back pain. This case series report three cases of acute low back pain syndrome treated with SBV pharmacopuncture combined with Korean Medicine (KM) treatments. Methods : Three acute low back pain syndrome patients with no other acute abnormalities in the imaging were treated by KM treatments including SBV pharmacopuncture, acupuncture, cupping, herbal medicine and physical therapy. The improvement of symptoms was evaluated using Numerical rating scale (NRS), Oswestry disability Index (ODI), EuroQol-5 dimension index (EQ-5D) and EuroQol-visual analogue scale (EQ-VAS). Results : Patients who were unable to walk due to acute back pain were able to walk. There were significant improvements of NRS, ODI, EQ-5D and EQ-VAS after treatment. The patients experienced an average 90% decrease in low back pain after inpatient KM treatment for about 8 days. NRS decreased by an average of 78.9%, ODI decreased by an average of 49.4%, and EQ-VAS increased by an average of 92.6%. In the case 1, EQ-5D decreased in all categories, but in the case 2, it decreased in all categories except for pain/discomfort and anxiety/depression, but in the case 3, it decreased in all categories except anxiety/depression. There was no serious side effect after treatment of SBV pharmacopuncture. Conclusions : KM treatments including SBV pharmacopuncture may be effective for acute low back pain syndrome patients. However, randomized controlled trials are needed in the future to confirm the clinical effects of these interventions.

디지털 기업가 정신의 고용효과에 대한 탐색적 연구: 국가 단위의 실증분석

디지털 전환은 기존 산업의 진입장벽 파괴에 따른 새로운 비즈니스 기회 확대, 자산의 디지털화에 따른 초기 창업비용의 축소 등 창업 및 기업가적 활동 측면에서 중대한 환경적 변화를 초래하고 있다. 이러한 변화로 인해 기존의 기업가정신 이론으로 기업가들이 새로운 비즈니스 기회를 인식하고, 기업가적 가치를 추구하는 일련의 과정을 이해하기에는 충분치 않으며, 기업가정신의 특성 및 효과에 대한 새로운 접근이 필요하다는 문제의식을 바탕으로 최근 디지털 경제 환경에서의 기업가정신을 조망하는 새로운 이론적 틀로서 ‘디지털 기업가정신’이라는 개념 및 관련 연구분야가 부상하고 있다. 그러나 디지털 기업가정신 연구 분야에서 디지털 기업가정신에 의해 창출되는 성과 측면을 살펴본 연구는 찾아보기 어렵다. 이러한 배경에서, 본 연구에서는 국제 기업가정신 관련 조사인 「글로벌 기업가정신 모니터(GEM)」 데이터를 활용하여 국가 단위에서 디지털 기술 활용 의지와 신규 인력의 고용의지 사이의 관계를 분석함으로써 디지털 기업가정신의 고용효과를 탐색적으로 살펴보고자 한다. 연구 결과, 기업가적 활동에 있어서의 디지털 기술 활용 의지는 고용의지와 긍정적 관계를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 디지털 기업가정신의 촉진이 국가적 차원에서 고용을 유발하는 효과로 이어질 수 있음을 시사하는 결과라고 할 수 있다. Digital transformation causes environmental changes in entrepreneurial activities, such as expanding new business opportunities due to the destruction of entry barriers to existing industries and reducing early-stage start-up costs due to digitalization of assets. In this light, the concept and related research field of 'digital entrepreneurship' have recently emerged as a new theoretical framework for looking at entrepreneurship in the digital economy. However, there are few that examine the outcome aspects created by digital entrepreneurship in the field of digital entrepreneurship research. This study aims to explore the employment effects of digital entrepreneurship at the national level. To this end, it conducts a generalized linear model analysis using data from the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor, an international entrepreneurship-related survey. In this study, the willingness to use digital technology in entrepreneurial activities has a positive relationship with the willingness to hire new employees. This study suggests that the promotion of digital entrepreneurship has the effect of inducing employment at the national level.

VANET에서 RSU에 의존적이지 않은 CRT-기반 그룹키를 이용한 메시지 인증 기법

VANET을 통해 전송되는 정보는 운전자의 안전과 직결될 수 있으므로 통신에 있어서 보안은 여전히 중요한 문제이다. 기존의 많은 연구에서는 RSU를 신뢰 또는 준신뢰 장비로 인식하고 메시지 검증에 중요한 역할을 RSU가 담당하였다. 그러나 많은 수의 RSU를 준 신뢰 장비로 인식하기에는 RSU의 보안에 대한 안전성을 담보할 수가 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 RSU에 의존적이지 않은 CRT(Chinese Remainder Theorem)-기반의 그룹키를 이용한 메시지 인증기법을 제안한다. 제안 기법은 CRT-기반 키서버가 각 차량에 개인키 및 그룹키 씨드를 계산하여 배포하면 각 차량은 그룹키 씨드 값에서 그룹키를 추출하여 메시지 인증에 사용한다. 제안기법은 메시지 검증에서의 RSU 의존도를 제거하였으며 문제 차량의 개별적 철회가 가능한 장점이 있다. Security in communication is still an important issue because information transmitted via VANET provides safety-related services to drivers. In this context, there have been many studies related to the sending and receiving messages securely in VANET. In many studies, the RSU was assumed as a trust or semi-trust device and RSU played an important role in message authentication. However, a large number of RSUs cannot be considered trustworthy because the security of the RSU cannot be secured. Therefore, this paper proposes a message authentication scheme that is not dependent on the RSU. For this, a group key based on CRT (Chinese Remainder Theorem) is used. In the proposed scheme, the CRT-based key server calculates and distributes a 'private key' and a 'group key seed' to each vehicle. Then, each vehicle extracts the group key from the group key seed and uses it to authenticate the message. The proposed scheme eliminates the RSU dependence in a message verification. And it is also possible to easily withdraw a vehicle from a group.

공공 클라우드 환경에서 보안성 향상을 위한 전송계층 프로토콜 분석・평가

Governments and public agencies try to use the cloud to carry out their work and provide public services. However, a public cloud is vulnerable to security side because it has a structure to support services using public networks (i.e, the internet). Thus, this paper finds the general security vulnerabilities of a network and compares and analyzes the characteristics of transport protocols (UDP, TCP, SCTP, and MPTCP) on the basis of their security vulnerabilities. This paper uses a reliability and security factor for the comparative analysis, evaluates the security exposure, and chooses a suitable protocol considering the security of the transport protocols in the cloud circumstance. 정부 및 공공기관에서는 업무 및 서비스 제공에 있어 공공망을 활용한 클라우드 서비스를 촉진하고자 하나 공공망(인터넷)을 이용하는 구조로 인해 보안상의 취약점이 발생하기 쉽다. 이에 본 논문에서는 공공망을 사용하는 클라우드 네트워크의 일반적인 보안 취약점을 도출하고, 이를 기준으로 UDP와TCP 계열 프로토콜(TCP, SCTP, MPTCP)의 보안 관련 특성을 비교 분석하였다. 비교 분석에는 신뢰성 및 보안성 요소를 사용하였으며, 보안 노출도를 평가하고 전송 프로토콜 중 보안성 측면에서 가장 적합한 프로토콜을 선정하였다.
