이종센서 위성영상과 머신 러닝을 활용한 광릉지역 주요 수종 분류 모델 개발

저자는 접근불능지역인 북한의 임상도 제작을 위한 첫 단계로 Hyperion과 Sentinel-2 위성영상과 질감정보와 지형정보를 활용하여 정확도 98% 이상의 잣나무 및 낙엽송 분류모델을 개발한 바 있다. 북한의 주요 수종점유율을 고려해 볼 때, 낙엽송(점유율 17.5%), 잣나무(5.8%) 뿐만 아니라 소나무(12.7%), 전나무(8.2%), 참나무류(29.5%)의 점유율이 크므로 수종분류 모델의 확장이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존의 2개 수종에서주요 5개 수종으로 분류모델을 확장하기 위해 분광정보와 침엽수 및 활엽수의 수관특성을 고려한 질감정보 및수종별 생육특성을 고려한 지형정보를 투입하여 방법론을 개선하였다. 연구대상지인 광릉지역의 임상도에서 수종별 위치정보를 취득하여 11,039개의 훈련자료와 2,330개의 검증자료를 구축하였다. 분광정보는 Sentinel-2 영상을 통해 획득하였으며 질감정보는 고해상도인 PlanetScope 영상을, 지형정보는 북한지역으로의 확장 가능성을 고려하여 SRTM DEM을 활용하였다. 머신 러닝 모델은 기존 연구에서 정확도가 검증된 Random Forest 알고리즘을 활용하였다. 분류 결과 전체 80%(Kappa지수 0.80) 정확도로 수종이 분류되었다. 향후 백두산 지역과남북 고성지역을 대상으로 본 연구에서 개발된 수종분류모델의 확장성을 검토하여 한반도 지역의 수종 분류모델을 개발하고자 한다. We had developed in preceding study a classification model for the Korean pine and Larch with an accuracy of 98 percent using Hyperion and Sentinel-2 satellite images, texture information, and geometric information as the first step for tree species mapping in the inaccessible North Korea. Considering a share of major tree species in North Korea, the classification model needs to be expanded as it has a large share of Oak(29.5%), Pine (12.7%), Fir (8.2%), and as well as Larch (17.5%) and Korean pine (5.8%). In order to classify 5 major tree species, national forest type map of South Korea was used to build 11,039 training and 2,330 validation data. Sentinel-2 data was used to derive spectral information, and PlanetScope data was used to generate texture information. Geometric information was built from SRTM DEM data. As a machine learning algorithm, Random forest was used. As a result, the overall accuracy of classification was 80% with 0.80 kappa statistics. Based on the training data and the classification model constructed through this study, we will extend the application to Mt. Baekdu and North and South Goseong areas to confirm the applicability of tree species classification on the Korean Peninsula.

It was pointed out that Ichidai Otoko had characteristics of a shour novel as well as a long one. Each chapter stood almost independent of the others, and the first half of the novel had assumed different characteristics form the second one. The prototype of Ichidai Otoko was a short novel, but it was not composed of two chosus (the numbers of the novel's sheets) and a half as the present work. The author transformed parts of the long chapters into the short chapters during the process of the revision so that there was a difference between them. We can find that there were several errors in writting, and the hero, yonosuke, was replasce by another person. Contents of the story was not unified by one hero, because there appeared various characters. As soon as Saikaku was praised by poets of Haiku after they read the manuscript, he began to improve the work. Because he was in a hurry to request its publication, he made some errors in the chronological arrangement when he made out the list of Vol.6.

This novel, as suggested by its subtitle "A day of December the last counts as much as a million dollars." desctibes the economic action of a Chonin within a given day. We can observe, in this novel, the presentation of a series of hunorous episodes connected with pursuing money, happening within the last day of adaecember as the day of summing up the year. We can observe here the aspect of the human life that money gains advantage over man, in other words, that the human life is controlled by money. I think we can find here the possibility of the formation of Saikaku Oki Miyage which can be called the ideal goal of Saikaku literature.

In overall view, Ichidai Otoko has a close similarity to Genji Monogatari. Ichidai Otoko was not, however, intended to parody classics with to associate with classical works for more realistic effect. In another classic, Ukiyo Monogatari, are found much characteristic features of evaluating geishas. In view of all these, Saikaku can be said to have assimilated the characteristic features of the preceding works and combined his humour found in Haikai so that he might maximize the effect of making a round picture of the contemporary world.

Not until Meiji's era did Saikaku's novels begin to be re-evaluated. It was found by this study that modern Japanese novelists, such as Ozaki Koyo and Koda Rohan, in the form of their novels, adopted the style and the method of description, the origin of which could be found in Saikaku's novels. And it was also found that other naturalistic novelists, who came later,such as Tayam Katai adn Masamune Hakucho, imitated Saikaku's techniques, from the standpoint of naturalism.
