3-Joint Planar Type 로봇 매니퓰레이터의 자기동조적응제어에 관한 연구

This study has parallelogram trajectory tracking of Three Joint Planar type Robot Manipulator. The equation of motion for the three joint planar manipulator are obtained by substituting Lagrange's energy expression into Euler-Lagrange's equation and forming the appropriate derivative. Lagrangian method allows us to obtain the dynamics equations for very complicated systems in the simplest manner possible. SISO model is used for design of the controller. The design of controllers may be considered primary controller for manipulators to track the desired trajectory under ideal conditions and secondary controller to compensates for undesirable deviations of the motion from the trajectory caused by external and internal disturbances. The aim of this paper is to evaluate the efficiency by self-tunning adaptive control and considering a characteristic of control. Through the computer simulation, obtained the following results 1) selt-tunning adaptive control is superior to PD control, 2) During the learning period, the adaptive control algorithm is searching proper estimates and controller gains. After this period, the outputs of the joints start tracking closely the desired valued.

In the RF gas discharge system the load varies frequently by the operational environment. And it is often necessary to change the matching network to provide the maximum possible power transfer from the oscillator to the RF load. An Rf oscillator whose variable operating frequency is between 20 and 30 MHz and whose output RF power is about 200 watts was designed to solve this problem. The conversion efficiency from the DC power was about 80% It is found that the output oscillating frequency which gives minimum RF reflections from the loads follows automatically to the changes of the load or of the operating conditions. It is also found that the output frequency decreases with the larger load shunt capacitance.

We review the contextuality of measured values in quantum mechanics from point of view of a conventional interpretation of quantum mechanics. We will, in particular, concentrate on Bell-KS theorem which, seemingly, disproved the existence of a hidden-variable interpretation of quantum mechanics. We introduce ways to accommodate the contextuality so that Bell-Ks theorem no longer holds and therefore the existence of a hidden-variable interpretation becomes possible.

Individual identification is an important part in medicolegal field especially in mass disaster. At July, 27, 1989, KAL KE-803 was crashed on landing at Tripoli International Airport, Liba. The plane was caught in fire and sixty eight Koreans were sacrified. The majority of victims were severely charred and injured. The authors examed all dead bodies and successfully identified all the cases through visual, anthropological, odontological, radiological and pathological methods including fingerprint and blood typing.

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of mixed bone and brisket meat on the quality characteristics and nutritional components of shank bone extract and rib extract from Hanwoo. The pH values were influenced by the raw bones, mixed bone, brisket meat and their interactions (p<0.05). The salinity, sugar content, turbidity, and essential amino acid values increased significantly with addition of mixed bone and brisket meat. All attributes of sensory evaluation score were the highest in T6 (Rib 500 g + Mixed bone 500 g + Brisket meat 400 g) (p<0.05). The mixed bone significantly increased the saturated fatty acids of shank bone extract (p<0.001). Thus, the addition of mixed bone and brisket meat had a positive effect on the quality and nutritional components in shank and rib extracts of Hanwoo cattle.

A new neolignan, linderin A (1), together with six known lignans, (+)-xanthoxyol (2), pluviatilol (3), actiforin (4), (+)-syringaresinol (5), (+)-(7S,8R,8'R)-acuminatolide (6), and (+)-9'-O-trans-feruloyl-5,5'-dimethoxylariciresinol (7) were isolated from the stems of Lindera obtusiloba Blume (Lauraceae). Their chemical structures were elucidated by a combination of spectroscopic analysis and chemical reaction, and the absolute configuration of 1 was determined by Mosher's esterification. The effect of compounds 1-7 on tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-${\alpha}$, interleukin(IL)-6, and their inhibitory activity of histamine release were examined using human mast cells. Among the lignans tested, compounds 1, 3, 4, 6, and 7 inhibited release of histamine from mast cells. Especially, compounds 1 and 4 suppressed the gene expressions of pro-inflammatory cytokines, TNF-${\alpha}$, and IL-6 in human mast cells. Our findings suggest that the lignan constituents in L. obtusiloba may contribute to its anti-allergic inflammatory effects.
CFD Study on Gasification Characteristics of Biomass Pyrolysis Oil

Biomass is considered as one of renewable energy sources for future sustainable development of mankind. However, biomass as a fuel is bulky, has a high moisture content and a low energy density so that direct utilization of biomass is fundamentally limited. On the other hand, biomass pyrolysis oil which is obtained by fast pyrolysis of biomass, has high energy density and furthermore is suitable for transport and storage. This biomass pyrolysis oil can be utilized in industry such as heat and power as well as chemical resources. Among them, one application of pyrolysis oil as a feedstock is syngas production by gasification. Generally, syngas means a fuel gas mixture consisting of carbon monoxide, hydrogen, methane and etc. Especially, hydrogen can be used for fuel cell power generation. Several researchers have studied pyrolysis oil gasification by experiment but computational analysis using CFD simulations has not been fully performed. For these reasons, in the present study, CFD simulation of biomass pyrolysis oil gasification in an entrained flow gasifier was carried out using the computational fluid dynamics code, star-ccm+. In this gasification process, the performance of the spraying nozzle is very important for whole gasification system performance. Hence, first, the spraying characteristics of pyrolysis oil by twin fluid atomizer nozzle were studied. In the present numerical method, droplet vaporization model was considered and the complex gasification reaction mechanisms were adopted. The multi-phase flow was calculated with respect to reaction conditions such as reaction temperature, oxidant equivalence ratio(lower than theoretical oxidant for complete combustion). Finally, the optimum conditions of biomass pyrolysis oil gasification were scrutinized through the product gas distribution, cold gas efficiency, and H2/CO ratio. Also, in order to verify the reliability of the CFD results, it was compared with the biomass pyrolysis oil gasification experiment data.

Background: Irinotecan, in combination with 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) and a high dose of leucovorin (LV), known as FOLFIRI regimen, has shown activity in recurrent or metastatic colorectal cancer. Therefore, we evaluated the efficacy and safety of irinotecan, 5-FU and a low dose of LV (modified FOLFIRI) as a first line of therapy for patients with relapsed or metastatic colorectal cancer. Methods: Between January 2002 and October 2004, 44 patients with histologically confirmed recurrent or metastatic colorectal cancer were enrolled. The chemotherapy regimen schedule consisted of 180 mg/m2 of irinotecan being administered intravenously (i.v) on Day 1, 400mg/m2 of 5-FU via i.v bolus with 600 mg/m2 of continuous infusion for 22 hrs on both Day 1 and 2, and 20mg/m2 of leucovorin on both Day 1 and 2 , repeated every two weeks. Results: The overall response rate was 47.8%. Of the 40 evaluated patients, one had CR (2.3%) and 20 had PR (46.5%). Toxicities were mild and easily manageable. Three patients experienced 23 episodes of Grade 3/4 leukopenia., Only one patient developed Grade 3/4 diarrhea. None experienced Grade 3/4 thrombocytopenia. Conclusion: Modified FOLFIRI with a low dose of LV is an effective and tolerable regimen for patients with recurrent or metastatic colorectal cancer.
