        기능성 섬유소재의 구매자 성향에 관한 연구

        High functional textile market has been growing rapidly as a result of the accumulation of high-density fabric manufacturing technology and post-processing technology and the recent development of various functional fiber materials related to chemical fiber. Introduction of high functional fabric has resulted in changes in daily clothing. It appears that the clothing market based on sensible materials is transforming rapidly to functional materials. Now, it is apparent that the world’s clothing market recognizes the high functional fiber as the buzz word. In the interior market, which has been boosted by the "5-days-per-week" system and the high interest in "well-being", the brand-differentiation strategy has helped accelerate the usage of functional materials by the general public. While the new material development iscontinuing, the development of high functional fabric has become the biggest issue for the domestic chemical fiber fabric industry, which is striving for the high value creation. Many types of fabrics have been introduced one by one from the simple function of absorbing and removing sweat to the multiple functions of anti-germ, smell removal. Moreover, nano-processing technology has made the boundary unclear between the fashion materials and the frontier industrial materials, and helped open up a new dimension of high functional textile era. Therefore, in order to enhance the international competitiveness of the textile industry and pursue human health and richness, it is essential to achieve functional complexity and material property improvement, and for this it will be a powerful method if the existing textile technology is merged with the functional complexing technology. This will not only contribute to the development of other industry, but also help improve the quality of life by satisfying people whose life style is becoming more complex and at higher standard, and support the improvement of industrial environment as it is developed towards environment protection, resource and energy conservation. In addition, we expect job creation for high tech talents as the development of new processing technology will require new technical people. It analyzes the quality of consumer group from the research which it sees, the consumer is purchased the function characteristic soft goods and it advances the investigation against the quality star frequency of the right and wrong and purchase group with against the effect where the advertisement contact goes mad to the direct purchase of the consumer it analyzes and it proposes an improvement point the fact that in objective.

        2007 개정 중학교 「사회 1」 교과서 지리영역 시각자료의 유형과 기능

        A social studies textbooks are important as a medium that helps the teaching·learning process between a teacher and a student, and a montage of various types of written and visual materials. Recently, visual materials used in a textbook be recognized as important as the text. Geography subject matter need to be treated the effective use of different kinds of visual materials. In this regard, the study analyzed the types and functions of visual materials used in the geography section(the case of geomorphology and urban unit) of middle school 「Social Studies 1」, 2007 revised national curriculum. The results of study are as follows. First, of both the unit, the proportion of photographs are the most high rate among the visual materials(maps, photographs, pictures, cross-sectional views, diagrams, complex materials). Second, the proportion of each function of visual materials turned out different according to textbooks and unit. In the function of visual materials, both units overwhelmingly high rate showed in common cognitive function compared with attentive and affective function. Moreover, the visual materials of illustrative function definitely exceed in number among those of cognitive function(illustrative, explanatory, complementary, inquisitive). Finally, In terms of learning theme, both types and functions of visual materials are represented variety. But also in the case of some theme, classical types and functions of visual materials are represented. 사회교과서는 교사와 학생 간 교수·학습과정을 도와주는 매개체로서 매우 중요한 위치를 차지하며 다양한 유형의 문자자료와 시각자료로 구성된다. 최근 시각자료는 중요한 텍스트로 인식되고 있으며, 지리는 다양한 시각자료의 효과적인 활용이 요구되는 영역이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 2007 개정교육과정에 의거한 중학교 「사회 1」 교과서 지리영역(지형과 도시단원)을 구성하고 있는 시각자료의 유형별 비중과 학습주제별 시각자료의 유형과 기능을 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 분석 대상 단원을 구성하고 있는 시각자료(지도, 사진, 그림, 모식도, 도표, 복합구성자료) 중에서 사진이 가장 높은 비중을 차지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교과서별·단원별 시각자료의 기능별 비중은 상이하게 나타났지만, 인지적 기능의 비중이 주의 기능과 정의 기능의 시각자료보다 압도적으로 높게 나타났다. 나아가 인지적 기능(예시, 설명, 보충, 탐구)의 시각자료 중에서도 예시 기능의 시각자료의 비중이 매우 높게 나타났다. 마지막으로, 학습주제별로 제시되는 시각자료의 유형과 그 기능은 단원별로 다양하게 나타났지만, 일부 학습주제에서는 전형적인 유형과 기능이 나타났다.

        미래형 신소재 개발에 의한 제품디자인 변화 양상 분석

        본 연구는 신소재 개발에 의한 제품디자인 변화 양상을 분석하여, 향후 문명·기술의 발전과 지속가능한 생활환경이 조화를 이룰 수 있도록 미래형 신소재 기반 제품디자인 개발에 필요한 체계적·이론적 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구방법은 신소재 및 신소재 기반 제품디자인에 관한 보고서, 신소재 개발 동향 조사, 전문 학술지 등 자료 중심의 분석과, 인터넷을 이용한 국내외 정보 D/B 및 네트워크 검색, 논문과 단행본을 포함한 도서·출판물 등 문헌조사를 통한 고찰로 진행되어졌다. 본 연구의 주된 범위와 내용에는 미래형 신소재의 글로벌 신성장 동력으로서의 가치, 새로운 제조 기술에 의해 특수한 기능과 성질을 갖는 신금속·비금속·고분자·융합 등 신소재들에 대한 범위와 구체적 특성에 의한 분류, 신소재 기반 디자인기술개발 등 미래형 제품군에 대한 정부 지원내용과 친환경 중심, 신기능 중심, 융합형 등 신소재 기반 제품디자인 변화에 의한 주요 트렌드 분석이 포함 되어 진다. 미래형 신소재 기반 제품디자인 변화 양상에 대한 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째. 환경오염에 영향을 미치는 대체 신소재와 에너지 효율을 높일 수 있는 신소재 기반 친환경 중심 제품디자인 트렌드. 둘째, IT·BT·NT·CT 등의 비약적 발전에 의해 기존 소재보다 우수한 기능이 첨가되거나 새로운 기능 자체가 부여된 신기능 중심 제품디자인 트렌드. 셋째, 두 가지 이상의 소재 결합과 외부환경 자극에 의하여 고유의 성질이 변화하는 신소재 및 디지털 기기와 상호작용할 수 있도록 개발된 융합형 제품디자인 트렌드 등 크게 세 방향이 중심이 되어 발전되어질 것으로 분석되어졌다. This article aims to provide a systematic·theoretical data for developing product design based on futuristic new materials to make balance between sustainable environment and civilization·technology development in the future through analyzing product design transition trends by futuristic new materials. The main method of this article is to analyze the reference such as the reports about new materials and product design based on new materials, papers about tendency of new material development in advanced countries, journals, and to review the data from internet D/B in domestic and abroad, and variety of literatures including thesis, books, periodicals and the other publications. Main scopes and contents of this article are formed with a value of futuristic new materials as an engine of future, types and classification by the specific quality of new materials like new metal·base-metal·high-molecular·fusionabl material having special function and character by a new technology, governmental supporting to futuristic product group including design technology development related in new materials, and main trends analysis by product design transition based on new materials which are green-centered, new function-centered, and type of convergence. As the result of main trends analysis by product design transition based on new materials are as follows. First, green-centered product design trend based on substitution new materials which have an effect to environmental pollution, and materials to increase energy efficiency. Second, new function-centered product design trend by high or new performance added materials according to IT·BT·NT·CT development. Third, type of convergence product design trend by multiple-bounded materials, materials being changed the properties by environmental stimuli, and interactive materials with any digital system. Therefore, trend of product design transition by the futuristic new material development could be progressed focusing on those three trends.

      • 以功能語法構建的應用文教材對提高非華語學生功 能字詞運用的成效

        홍콩의 비중국어권 학습자의 실용문 학습과 상황에 맞는 정확한 표현 능력의 제고를 위해 홍콩대학 Dr. Mark Shum Shiu Kee (岑紹基) 연구팀은 교육국의 연구비 지원을 받아 2016~ 2017년 비중국어권 학습자용 실용문 교재를 개발하였다. 본 논문은 기능 어법 이론을 바탕으로 비중국어권 학습자용 실용문 교재를 어떻게 설계했는지를 밝히고, 본 교재가 비중국어권 학습자의 기능어 운용 능력 향상에 끼친 영향에 대해 고찰하였다. 또한 연구팀이 개발한 실용문 교재가 비중국어권 학습자의 기능어 운용 능력 향상에 어떠한 성과를 가져왔는지를 밝히는 것을 본 논문의 주목적으로 삼았다. 연구팀은 체계 기능 언어학 이론을 바탕으로 비중국어권 학습자용 실용문 교재를 개발하였으며, 실용문의 종류에 따라 달라지는 의사전달 기능, 도식 구조, 어법 특징을 고려하여 읽기 예문의 주제를 선정하였다. 또한, 비중국어권 학습자가 기능어와 구문 활용에서 갖는 어려움을 실용문 종류에 따라 나누어 분석하였다. 아울러, 「文類功能(문체기능)」 이론 및 「閱讀促進學習(읽기촉진학습)」 교수법을 참고로 읽기 쓰기 통합형 쌍방향 연습법을 개발하여 학습자가 모범 예문을 분석, 해체 및 재구조화를 할 수 있게 하고, 더 나아가 학습자가 스스로 실용문 쓰기를 할 수 있도록 도왔다. 이외에도, 교육 일선에서 지도하고 있는 중국어 교사들을 초청하여 시범적으로 교수법을 시행하고 이를 통해 본 교재의 실제 효과를 검증해 보았다. 학습자가 작성한 실용문을 교수법 시행 전후로 비교 분석하고 교사와 학습자 인터뷰도 함께 진행하여, 본 실용문 교재가 비중국어권 학습자의 기능어 운용과 실용문 쓰기에 끼친 효과를 평가하였다. 아울러, 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 비중국어권 학습자 실용문 교육을 위한 실행 가능한 몇 가지 방안을 제시하였다. In order to enhance Hong Kong non-Chinese speaking (NCS) students’ ability to learn practical writing and presenting ideas appropriately in Chinese, Dr. Mark Shum Shiu Kee’s research team received funding from the Hong Kong Education Bureau to develop Chinese practical writing teaching materials for NCS students in 2016/17. This paper describes how the researchers develop these teaching materials by adopting Functional Grammar Theory, and investigates the effectiveness of the teaching material package at equipping the NCS students’ with ability in using function words. This paper aims at exploring how effective the newly developed practical writing teaching material package at enhancing NCS students’ ability to use function words is. With reference to the Systemic Functional Linguistic (SFL) Theory, Chinese practical writing teaching material package suitable for NCS students was developed. The package reading materials were developed by looking into the communicative function, schematic structure and metalanguage of different genres. Besides, NCS students’ difficulty in using function words and expressions of different genres were also analyzed. By referring to “Genre Function” theory and “Reading to Learn” pedagogy, interactive exercises that combine reading and writing were designed. These suggested exercises guide students to learn in a process, from deconstruction of the sample texts to joint construction and individual construction. Apart from the above, frontline Chinese language teachers were invited to conduct tryout sessions to test the effectiveness of the teaching material package. The analysis of students’ writings in pre-tests and post-tests, together with the research data from teachers and students interviews, provide a comprehensive evaluation on the effectiveness of the practical writing teaching material package. Feasible suggestions for enhancing NCS students’ ability, particularly in using function words and constructing practical writing, are provided for teaching NCS students to construct practical writing.

      • Potential Backfill Materials for Deposition Tunnels in a High-Level Waste Repository

        Backfill is one of the main components of engineered barrier in a high-level waste repository. The material selection of the backfill determines the barrier performance of the backfill. Overseas, its related research has been carried out mainly in Sweden, Finland, Canada, and Japan. However, Korea has recently started backfill research, and it is urgent to select a potential material for establishing the concept of backfill material and conducting backfill research. This study reviews NEA report, potential materials for overseas backfill research, advantages and disadvantages of single and mixed backfill materials, cases of license applications in Finland and Sweden for the selection of potential materials for backfill in Korea’s high-level waste repository. The review results indicated that it is reasonable to carry out backfill research according to the following plan: Both single and mixed materials are considered as potential materials for backfill research; experiments and performance studies are conducted with these materials; and, based on the results, a potential material or candidate material for the backfill suitable for the HLW repository in Korea is determined. For this plan, the single material is tentatively selected, as in Sweden, as bentonite with a montmorillonite content of about 40-50%. Then, if the selection criteria for montmorillonite content are determined through experiments and performance studies, we determine the final potential backfill material. As for the mixed backfill material, the bentonite/crushed rock mixture seems to be more advantageous than the bentonite/sand mixture considering the disposing problem of crushed rock generated from tunnel excavation and economic feasibility through its recycling. It is thought that the bentonite used in the bentonite/crushed rock mixture should have a higher montmorillonite content than bentonite used as a single backfill material since the crushed rock acts as an inert material in the mixture. The results of this study can be used as basic data for selecting the backfill material to be applied to the high-level waste repository in Korea, and can be used as a guideline for selecting the potential material required for backfill experiments and performance studies to be carried out in the future.

        패션 신소재로서의 지사 특성에 관한 특허 분석과 활용 방안

        Paper yarn is currently developed as multi-functional and eco-friendly textile materials. Conventionally, manufacturing system of paper yarn comprises three steps: the first step for forming paper sheet with bast fiber or abaca, the second step for slitting the sheet into a paper tape yarn and the third step for twisting tape yarn into paper yarn. Most of patents related functional paper sheet, slitting apparatus, paper yarn, and composited yarn are registered and applied around Korea and Japan. To produce a tenacious paper sheet, the longitudinal fiber orientation, elastic reinforcing agents, and bast fibers with aspect ratio(fiber length/fiber diameter), 150 or more are mostly preferred. Since the breakage of paper yarn happened frequently during knitting or weaving process, several methods such as adhesion of wax and oil, steam treatment, and wet crepe process could be supplied to the tape yarn. Also, to prevent the shrinkage and rupture of paper yarn and to increase color fastness to light, some methods for preparing a union fabric and composited yarn with other yarns, or modifying fabric structure may be applied. From the fact that paper yarn has excellent property in humidity control function, air permeability, absorbency, antibiotic, and deodorant efficiency, the paper yarn can be fairly used in specific end-uses as well as fashion materials or home textile materials.         아웃도어 웨어 기능성 소재에 대한 연령별 인지 및 선호도

        This study investigates the recognition and preference of functional textile material about outdoor clothing widely used in the current fashion market. The study targeted 216 males and females in their 20s to 50s who wear outdoor clothing as casual wear. To analyze data, frequency analysis, cross tabulation analysis and ANOVA were conducted with the SPSS 21.0 statistical package. The results are as follows. First, recognition of functional textile material of outdoor clothing showed that 20s was the lowest preference and all age groups preferred lightweight textile material. In information recognition of functional outdoor clothing, 40s showed the highest recognition, while 20s showed the lowest recognition. Second, 40s and 50s preferred functional material to 20s and 30s. In particular, 40s and 50s preferred clothing items with water vapor permeability & water repellent material to 20s and 30s. All age groups preferred insulation material jumpers, water vapor permeability & water repellent material jumpers and stretch pants. Third, reasons for purchasing functional material clothing was: design for the age group 20s and 30s versus health and function for the age group 40s and 50s. It is necessary to develop functional clothing products based on exact consumer information and preferences.

        Production of Al2O3/Ti/TiN functional materials by means of nitriding in ammonia salts of Al2O3/Ti composites

        The production of Al2O3/Ti/TiN functional materials through the nitriding in ammonia salts of previously Al2O3/Ti fabricated composites was achieved. The matrix for the preparation of the functional materials is to create an Al2O3-based composite that presents a fine and homogeneous dispersions of very fine metallic particles of Ti. After the nitriding, microstructural observations were carried out on the transverse zone of the materials’ surface showing the presence of a very thin film of about 20 μm of a constituent that was identified with the help of EDS as TiN. In addition, measurements of micro-hardness on the surface and in the core of the functional material were realized in order to determine the effect of nitride formation on the hardness.

        Present Status of Research on Design and Processing of Functionally Graded Materials

        Recent activities in the research of functionally graded materials (FGMs) are reviewed with an emphasis on the fabrication techniques for graded microstructure and functions. The research activities have focused on the processing of graded structures that satisfy the designed functions. Several examples of practical applications of FGMs are described in the present paper to demonstrate the fabrication approaches typical to this kind of material. The remainder of the paper is devoted to summarizing a recently finished national project supported by the Ministry of Education of Japan. Research and developments with respect to FGMs in various fields including physics, chemistry, medical science, and biology are briefly reviewed.

        Material Pixel-based Process Planning for Layered Manufacturing of Heterogeneous Objects

        Layered manufacturing (LM) is emerging as a feasible technology that enables the fabrication of three dimensional heterogeneous objects such as multi-materials or functionally graded materials (FGMs). In this paper, we present a new material pixel-based processing planning method that takes into account not only the geometry, but also material variation along the build direction. The continuous material distribution on each 2D slice is first approximated by a set of material pixels. Iso-material regions for tool path planning are then computed by applying marching square algorithm to these material pixels. Next, the layer thickness at the current z-height is adaptively determined by calculating both the geometry-dependent and the material-dependent layer thicknesses. Once the slicing is done by repeating the previous steps (calculation of material pixels, iso-material regions, and layer thickness) for each slice, extra contours serving as support structures are added to each slice to obtain a complete LM model. We first introduce the representation scheme for heterogeneous objects and the new process planning method is then described in detail. Examples are shown to illustrate the overall procedure.
