        전술메쉬 트래픽 QoS 조율을 위한 네트워킹 노드의 개념 설계 및 실시간 모니터링

        정보통신 기술의 발전으로 응용 서비스들을 IP(Internet protocol) 기반으로 통합하는 All-IP 기반 미래형 전술망으로의 전환이 지속적으로 진행되고 있다. 이러한 변화에 대응하기 위해 전술 WAN 노드들이 메쉬구조로 연결된 미래형 전술메쉬망에서 응용 서비스의 QoS(quality of service) 보장을 위해, 인프라 계층과 응용 서비스 계층 사이에 존재하는 전술 서비스 메쉬 (tactical service mesh) 계층을 도입하는 것을 시도하는 제안이 있다. 하지만 기존 전술망을 구성하는 폐쇄형 네트워킹 박스들과 정적인 QoS 관제도구들은 전술 서비스 메쉬 계층에서 요구하는 지능형 QoS 조율을 위한 동적 QoS 관제를 지원하는 것이 어려운 상황이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 SDN/NFV 기반 DANOS 화이트박스 서버스위치를 기반으로 다중-액세스 네트워킹 인터페이스와 가상화된 네트워킹 스위치를 포함하도록 하드웨어/소프트웨어 통합 설계한 전술메쉬 WAN 노드를 구성하는 방안을 제안하고 이를 개념화 수준에서 설계하여 제시한다. 또한 설계한 전술메쉬 WAN 노드에 eBPF 기반의 트래픽 모니터링 방식을 연계하는 방안을 제안하고, 이를 통해 전술 트래픽의 QoS 조율을 지원하는 트래픽 모니터링이 가능함을 검증한다. With the advancement of information and communication technology, tactical networks are continuously being converted to All-IP future tactical networks that integrate all application services based on Internet protocol. Futuristic tactical mesh network is built with tactical WAN (wide area network) nodes that are inter-connected by a mesh structure. In order to guarantee QoS (quality of service) of application services, tactical service mesh (TSM) is suggested as an intermediate layer between infrastructure and application layers for futuristic tactical mesh network. The tactical service mesh requires dynamic QoS monitoring and control for intelligent QoS coordination. However, legacy networking nodes used for existing tactical networks are difficult to support these functionality due to inflexible monitoring support. Thus, in this paper, we propose a tactical mesh WAN node as a hardware/software co-designed networking node. The tactical mesh WAN node is conceptually designed to have multi-access networking interfaces and virtualized networking switches by leveraging the DANOS whitebox server/switch. In addition, we explain how to apply eBPF-based traffic monitoring to the tactical mesh WAN node and verify the traffic monitoring feasibility for supporting QoS coordination of tactical-mesh traffic.

        로마-갈리아 전쟁에서 로마군 공성전의 전술사적 의미

        The purpose of this study is to grasp the historical meaning of tactics by analyzing the cases of Caesar 's siege in the Gallic Wars. In the case of the Battle of Avaricum and Uxcellodunum, Caesar had carried out a general operation of moving soldiers on a protective transport route, and destroying enemy walls by mounting a siege tower, a battering ram, and a ballista. The uniqueness of Caesar's tactic was to mount the embankment and siege tower as close as possible to the enemy's wall. The reason is that the walls of Gaul were filled with rocks and timbers and they were able to withstand fire or wave attacks. Another reason is that the Gallic tribes were embarrassed by the unfamiliarity of the siege of the Roman army in the early stages of the war, but as the war proceeded, they responded in Roman style by imitating the Roman way. In the battle of Alesia, Caesar used the past siege tactics of fencing with moats and piles. He blocked the enemy's entry with a device like a moat, a V-shaped pit, and a pile. In addition, Caesar had built up a circumvallation that monitors Alesia residents and a contravallation that blocks the possibility of an attack behind. The so-called ‘bicircumvallation’ was constructed. This was also a device that the Roman army had used before. However, it made the length longer and blocked the possibility of external and internal attacks. This sophisticated encirclement was built because of the possibility of the emergence of the armed forces, and because of the improved tactical capacity of the Gallic tribes. In the case of the siege of the Gallic Wars, Caesar did not invent new siege machines or develop new siege warfare tactics. However, he improved the existing siege machine and siege warfare tactics to suit the enemy situation, thereby improving the combat power of the Roman army. He had increased the practical aspect of tactics. Therefore, the Gallic Wars could be seen as an opportunity to develop siege tactics in both Rome and Gallia. 본 연구의 목적은 갈리아 전쟁에서 카이사르가 치룬 공성전의 사례를 분석하여 전술사적 의미를 파악하려는 것이다. 아바리쿰과 욱셀로두눔 전투의 경우를 볼 때 카이사르는 보호용 이동로로 병사들을 이동시키고, 공성탑, 파성퇴, 포를 장착하여 적의 성벽을 파괴하는 방식의 일반적인 작전을 구사하였다. 카이사르의 전술의 특이점은 공성로와 공성탑을 최대한 적의 성벽 가까이에 장착하는 것이었다. 그 이유는 갈리아의 성벽이 돌과 목재로 겹겹이 채워져 불이나 파성퇴의 공격에 잘 견뎠기 때문이다. 또 다른 이유는 갈리아족이 전쟁 초창기에는 로마군의 공성 방식이 생소하여 당황하였으나 전쟁이 진행되면서 로마군의 방식을 모방하여 로마식으로 대응했기 때문이다. 알레시아 전투에서 카이사르는 해자와 말뚝으로 울타리를 치는 일반적인 포위망 전술을 구사하였다. 그는 해자, V자형 구덩이, 말뚝 같은 장치로 적의 출입을 차단하였다. 게다가 알레시아 주민을 감시하는 내부 포위망과 배후 공격의 가능성을 차단하는 외부 포위망을 설치하였다. 소위 ‘이중포위망’을 구축한 것이다. 이 또한 기존에 로마군이 사용했었던 장치였다. 다만 그 길이를 더 길게 만들어 내외부의 공격의 가능성을 차단하였다. 이러한 정교한 포위망을 구축한 이유는 원군의 출현할 가능성이 있었기 때문이고, 또 갈리아족의 전술적 능력이 향상되었기 때문이다. 갈리아전쟁기 공성전의 사례를 볼 때 카이사르가 새로운 공성기계를 개발하거나 새로운 공성전술을 창안한 것은 아니었다. 하지만 그는 기존의 공성기계와 공성전술을 적의 상황에 맞게 개선하였고, 이로써 로마군의 전투력을 향상시켰다. 전술의 실용적 측면을 더 높였던 것이다. 따라서 갈리아 전쟁은 로마와 갈리아 양군에 공성 전술을 발전시킨 계기가 되었다고 볼 수 있다.

        MIDS JTRS 연동 및 중계를 위한 전술정보중계장치 설계 및 구현

        The MIDS LVT terminal is changed to MIDS JTRS terminals with improved crypto modernization, enhanced throughput and frequency remapping functions due to encryption keys and bandwidth limitations. The Korean military is carrying out various performance improvement projects for the Link-16 network equipped with a MIDS JTRS terminal. In this paper, a tactical datalink unit for interfacing and forwarding(TUF) was designed and implemented to interlock and forward tactical information to the existing C2 host system (MCRC, KTMO, etc.) using MIDS JTRS terminal. The TUF had improved scalability and maintainability through a server-client structure design that could remotely control and manage MIDS JTRS terminal interlocking and forwarding in consideration of the network operating environment. The TUF consisted of interlocking and forwarding, a basic C2 (command & control) host, and a monitoring tool. The TUF was verified through linkage with previously verified overseas tools. The TUF secured technical know-how for MIDS JTRS terminal integration by achieving the purpose of interlocking and forwarding through domestic technology development, away from the existing method of interlocking and forwarding through overseas tools. The existing weapon system without MIDS JTRS terminal linkage function could join the Link-16 network to enhance military operational operability and survivability.

        위성통신을 위한 서비스 적응적인 전술 데이터 전송 프로토콜 설계

        본 논문에서는 낮은 위성채널 대역폭을 이용한 서비스 적응적인 전술 데이터 전송 프로토콜(STTS, Service-adaptive Tactical-data Transport Stream)을 제안한다. STTS는 기존 디지털 방송 표준인 DVB-S 및 DVB-S2의 전송 스트림 표준을 기반으로 서비스 확장성을 위한 추가 필드 및 신뢰성 보장을 위한 스케줄러를 제공하도록 설계된다. 또한, 다양한 전술 데이터를 낮은 대역폭으로 전송하기 위해서 트래픽 모델과 중요 데이터의 재전송 기능이 데이터 전송 패킷 손실에 미치는 영향을 시뮬레이션을 통하여 검증하 고, 이를 기반으로 STTS를 적용한 시스템 설계 시 고려할 사항을 확인한다. In this paper, we propose a Service-adaptive Tactical Data Transmission Protocol (STTS) based on Satellite Communications with narrow bandwidth. STTS is designed to provide additional field for scalability and scheduler for reliability of transport stream protocol based on digital broadcasting standard, DVB-S and DVB-S2. It is also verified the effects of lost data packets with narrow bandwidth through the simulator by traffic model and re-transmission of critical data, and checked the design considerations based on STTS system.

        탄력적인 도시재생을 위한 택티컬 어바니즘 - 컨테이너 기반 복합문화예술공간 커먼그라운드와 펙스코를 중심으로 -

        Background Tactical Urbanism has emerged as a flexible and innovative approach to complement the limitations of traditional urban planning methods, allowing cities to adapt and respond effectively to new urban challenges. By utilizing tactical urbanism strategies, cities can encourage increased visitation and revitalization, ultimately influencing the diversity and vibrancy of urban areas. Methods This study focuses on deriving the core elements of Tactical Urbanism through theoretical considerations and conducting a comparative analysis of two case studies: Common Ground in Seoul and FXCO in Daegu. By examining these real-world examples, the study aims to shed light on the practical implementation and effectiveness of Tactical Urbanism strategies in different urban contexts. Result In previous studies, the characteristics of tactical urbanism have been identified as temporality, community engagement, complex culture, urban environment improvement, urban image enhancement, and economic impact. This study, which focuses on analyzing complex cultural art spaces within the realm of tactical urbanism, has selected four specific analysis items: temporary, community involvement, complex culture, and urban environment and image improvement. These analysis items will provide a framework for examining and understanding the unique aspects of complex cultural art spaces within tactical urbanism. Conclusion The application of tactical urbanism in practice has revealed several key findings. Firstly, businesses have primarily utilized tactical urbanism for purposes such as container pop-up malls and pop-up sales booths. Secondly, successful implementation often involves a process of prior consultation and effective communication with residents and stakeholders. Thirdly, tactical urbanism has frequently been proposed with urban regeneration efforts, leading to various positive effects. These include the improvement of the urban landscape and regional image, increased efficiency in utilizing unused land, economic benefits through attracting tourists, fostering a sense of voluntary participation, and job creation. Lastly, tactical urbanism proposals have commonly been presented in the context of festivals, events, flea markets, and urban regeneration initiatives. 연구배경 기존 도시계획이 지닌 한계를 보완하고 새로운 도시 과제에 탄력적으로 대응하는 방법으로 택티컬 어바니즘(Tactical Urbanism)이 등장하였다. 택티컬 어바니즘(Tactical Urbanism)을 활용한 도시계획은 사람들의 방문과 도시의 활성화를 유도하고, 도시의 다양성에 영향을 미친다. 연구방법 본 연구는 이론적 고찰을 통해 택티컬 어바니즘 (Tactical Urbanism)의 핵심 요소를 도출하고, 서울시 커먼그라운드와 대구시 펙스코를 사례 대상지로 선정하여 비교 분석한다. 연구결과 선행연구를 통해 나타난 택티컬 어바니즘의 특성은 일시성, 커뮤니티, 복합문화, 도시환경개선, 도시 이미지 개선, 경제적 효과, 집객 유도의 효과로 도출되었다. 이에 본 연구의 연구대상지인 택티컬 어바니즘의 복합문화예술공간을 분석하기 위하여 분석항목을 일시성, 커뮤니티, 복합문화, 도시환경 및 이미지 개선의 4가지로 선정하였다. 결론 첫째, 컨테이너 팝업 몰, 팝업 판매 부스 등 사업적 용도가 주를 이루고 있었다. 둘째, 지역주민, 이해관계자들과의 사전협의 및 소통 과정을 성공적으로 진행되고 있었다. 셋째, 도시재생과 함께 제안되는 경우가 많았다. 도시 경관 및 지역 이미지 제고, 미사용 토지의 효용성 증가, 관광객 유치를 통한 경제적 효과, 자발적 참여 분위기 확산, 일자리 확충 등 효과가 있었다. 넷째, 도시재생과 더불어 축제, 이벤트, 플리마켓의 형태로 제안되는 경우가 대다수였다.

      • Computer-Aided Technology Application in Basketball Tactical Training

        With the development of basketball, individual technical ability is growing, shooting is more and more accurate, offensive means are more and more rich, facing the complex and changing field conditions, if just blindly individual defense, it is difficult to obtain significant results. CAI is a product of the era development and the problems in the process of its advancement which exist in the understanding and the resource reserve are inevitable. For these phenomena, not only the auxiliary and order principle are supposed to be established in the process of applying the computer technology in basketball tactical training, but also the computer-aided technology application value ought to be reexamined. The specific training to teachers of different subjects needs to be strengthened and the construction of CAI network database should be consummated in time. This paper choose CAI applied in Zone defense technology, with variability and flexibility, can effectively limit the player with strong individual ability and come through the defense, and therefore zone defense tactical attract more teams’ attention.

        Does Tactical Voting Matter? The Political Impact of Tactical Voting in Canadian Elections

        Tactical voting primarily takes place under single-member district plurality electoral institutions and takes the form of third-party supporters voting for one of the major parties. Although much has been written about tactical voting, few studies have attempted to show its impact on seat distribution within the parliament or on the makeup of the subsequent government, in countries with single-member plurality systems. In this article, we assess the magnitude and impact of tactical voting in the Canadian general elections between 1988 and 2000. We build a model of tactical voting by identifying factors that are known to affect the level of tactical voting that we can measure using available data. Based on this model, we generate predicted levels of tactical voting for all parties within each district, and then use these predicted values to adjust the actual election data to produce a new set of data containing a would-be election outcome in the absence of tactical voting. By comparing actual election data, adjusted election data, and the seat share of political parties in the parliament after these elections, we discuss the political impact of tactical voting in Canada. The results of our study affirm that, in some cases, tactical voting does lead to election outcomes different from those in its absence and that arguments based on voter rationality are to some degree valid in the real world. At the same time, our results demonstrate that the impact of tactical voting on election outcomes, and thus on the actual distribution of seats within the parliament, has been minimal in Canada. It had no impact on the partisan composition of the government in any of the four elections studied.

        Recently, the high performance of tactical situation display console and tactical data links are used to integrate the operational situations in accordance with information age and NCW (Network Centric Warfare). The tendency to maximize the efficiency of task execution has been developed by sharing information and the state of the battle quickly through complex and diverse information exchange. Tactical data link is a communication system that shares the platform with core components of weapons systems and battlefield situation between the command and control systems to perform a Network Centric Warfare and provides a wide range of tactical data required for decision-making and implementation.It provides the tactical information such as tactical information such as operational information, the identification of the peer, and the target location in real time or near real time in the battlefield situation, and it is operated for the exchange of mass tactical information between the intellectuals by providing common situation recognition and cooperation with joint operations. In this study, still image management, audio file management, tactical screen recording and playback using the storage and playback, NITF (National Imagery Transmission Format) message received from the displayer integrates the tactical situation in three dimensions according to multiple data link operation to suggest ways to ensure data integrity between the data link processor during the entire operation time.

        포대/대대 별 재구성 가능한 전술작전화면 프레임워크 개발

        The tactical operation centers of future anti-aircraft missile systems provide the environment for the research on future air threats, tactical information, integrated battlefield environment creation and management, engagement control and command and control algorithms. To develop the key functional elements of integrated battlefield situation creation and processing and tactical operation automation processing operations, battery/battalion tactical operation control and reconfiguration design software are required. Therefore, the algorithm software of each function and the tactical operation display software and link software for interworking between equipment were developed as reconfigurable through a data-centric design. In this paper, a tactical operation display framework that can be reconfigured on the operation display of the tactical operations according to the battery/battalion is introduced. This tactical operation display framework was used to develop a common data model design for the reconfigurable structure of multi-role tactical operations with battery / battalion and mission views, and a display configuration tool that provides a tactical operation display framework for view development was also developed using the MVC pattern. If the tactical operation display framework is used, it will be possible to reuse the view design through the common base structure, and a view that can be reconfigured easily and quickly will also be developed.

        태권도 겨루기선수들의 전술지식에 대한 인식

        The purpose of this research was to compare the differences the TKD player's awareness of tactical knowledge according to the various gender, career and performance level groups. The questionnaire was developed and designed to determine the awareness level of tactical knowledge of TKD players as well as the extent to which TKD players recognized certain tactical knowledge during the kyurugi. Firstly, it was found that the higher the career and the performance level, the higher the ranking of tactical knowledge of the basic technical pattern during the kyurugi. Secondly, it showed that the higher the career and the performance level, the higher the rating of tactical knowledge of the counterattack technical pattern during the kyurugi. Thirdly, it was found that the higher the career and the performance level, the lower the rating of tactical knowledge of the attack technical pattern during the kyurugi. To put it concretely of the responses of the players, the correct answers were concentrated in only a few questions while the majority of answers were incorrect of all of the basic, counterattack and attack technical pattern. Particularly, in the case of the attack technical pattern, the results showed very limited awareness of the tactical knowledge questions as well as the unequal distribution of the correct answer. In summary, this research was to find out the TKD player's awareness of the tactical knowledge of the kyurugi competition.
