        이슬 결로점 기반 수배전반 결로 방지 장치 제작

        본 논문에서는 옥내 외에 설치 운영되는 수배전반의 결로 현상을 방지하는 IT 기반 자동 온습도 제어기를 설계하고 제작하였다. 이슬 결로점 온도가 실내공간의 습도와 온도로부터 산출되고, 이슬 결로점 온도와 결로 부위의 온도를 비교하여 수배전반의 결로 현상을 방지할 수 있는 시설이 순차적으로 제어 동작되도록 구현하였다. 아울러 원격지의 수배전반의 결로 기반 제어기 동작 상태를 모니터링 할 수 있는 원격 모니터링 장치를 LoRa 무선통신 방식을 사용하여 구현하였다. 제어기와 원격 모니터링 장치를 설치 운영하여 전송되는 데이터의 정확성과 결로 기반 제어기 동작상태의 안정성을 확인하였다. 본 제어 장치는 수배전반 이외에 결로가 발생되는 장비에 설치되어 결로를 방지할 수 있는 장치로 용이하게 활용될 수 있다. IT-based automatic controller that control the temperature and humidity to prevent dew condensation of distributing board was designed and implemented in this paper. The dew condensation temperature was deduced from room temperature and humidity of distributing board. Based on the comparisons between the deduced dew condensation temperature and the temperature of surface condensation, the facilities that can prevent the condensation was implemented to be operated in due order. Also, the remote monitoring module to monitor operation status of controller was implemented using LoRa technique. The performances for controller operation and data transmission were validated from the transmission and operation test for dew condensation prevention. The controller can be put to good use at the facilities that requires the condensation prevention.

        공동주택 결로 방지 보조 단열재의 난방 에너지 저감 성능 분석

        In apartment buildings, supplementary insulation is usually applied to the indoor side of wall-wall or wall-slab junctions to prevent condensation at thermal bridges. Although it is well known that the supplementary insulation is effective for the condensation prevention, few studies were conducted to investigate the impact of the supplementary insulation on the heating energy. In the present study, THERM and TRNSYS simulations were performed to analyze the impact of the width of supplementary insulation and the thickness of exterior wall insulation on heating energy as well as condensation prevention. Simulation results showed that the supplementary insulation of 300 mm-width is enough for the condensation prevention. It was found that the supplementary insulation can reduce the heating energy demand by 4.1%, 4.3%, and 5.5% for Central 1, Central 2, and Southern region, respectively. The width of supplementary insulation needs to be determined to achieve the sufficient energy saving while avoiding excessive addition of the supplementary insulation.

        드레스룸의 결로발생 환경 및 저감방안에 관한 연구

        According to living style in Korea changes, having a dress room in an apartment house become more common these days. In Korea, the dress room is often located next to the bathroom, which occurs highest risk of humidity increase and condensation. However, the design requirements for the reducing condensation risk at the dress room have been considering as the same standard as other living spaces, which makes the dress room space difficult to prevent condensation. The purpose of the study is to analyze the condensation occurrence environment of the dress room and to evaluate the methods of reducing the condensation risk. According to result of this study, diminishing condensation of dress room with applying insulation or heating method was inappropriate due to excessive design. Controversy, ventilation, and dehumidification method were successful for reducing condensation risk. In addition, it was found to be particularly efficient to close the bathroom door and ventilate the bathroom for a certain period of time.

        In order to apply radiant floor cooling system in a residential building, it is required to install dehumidification/sub-cooling equipment according to the characteristics of cooling load. But it may not be appropriate to install dehumidification/sub-cooling equipment in every room because of cost and system operation efficiency. So it might be considered to install dehumidification/sub-cooling equipment only in the representative room. In this study, therefore, preventing condensation/sub-cooling performance for each room were evaluated through the field experiment in this condition. The results show that preventing condensation/sub-cooling performance for each room is more influenced by door's open/close than distance to the system. In most cases, preventing condensation/sub-cooling performance were satisfied, but it can be concluded that it is better to install dehumidification/sub-cooling unit separately if dehumidification load of a room is expected to be large.

        Curtainwall systems has been applied to buildings widely for constructability. However, as curtainwall system include many building materials, they become to damaged vapor barrier and incur condensation. Natural ventilation of an air cavity in a curtainwall is expected to be an prevention of condensation in inner wall and reduce cooling energy in summer. The objective of this experimental study is to evaluating the insulation and condensation performance of ventilated curtainwall with ventilated cavity depth and ratio of opening area.

        로이코팅 위치에 따른 이중창의 결로방지성능 평가 연구

        The aim of this study was to verify the effect of condensation prevention according to the location of low-E coating on double-glazed windows. The test conditions and measurement locations were selected according to the “Design standard for preventing condensation in apartment buildings.” Testing was performed according to the test method of KS F 2295. The cases were selected according to the type of insulating spacer and the location of the low-E coating. The temperature difference ratio (TDR) was analyzed by measuring the inside and outside surface temperatures of the windows and the air temperature of the air cavity. As a result of verifying the condensation prevention performance through a mock-up test, the condensation prevention performance of Case 6, which applied the outside low-E and the insulating spacer (TPS) was the best in region II (-15℃). Changing the low-E coating location from the inside to the outside of the window was effective in improving the condensation prevention performance. In the case of applying outside low-E and an insulating spacer, the air temperature of the air cavity and the surface temperature of the glass edge were increased, improving the condensation prevention performance and reducing the cost of the windows and doors. 본 연구는 복층유리 이중창호를 대상으로 로이코팅 위치 변화에 따른 결로방지성능 효과를 검증하고자 실제 거주조건을 모사한 실제 규모 성능평가를 수행하였다. 창호의 로이위치(내창/외창) 및 간봉 종류(AL/TPS) 에 따라 Case를 선정 후, 실내ᆞ․외측 표면온도 및 중공층 공기온도를 실측하여 온도차이비율을 비교․분석하였다. 실물대 Mock-up 실험을 통하여 실제 결로방지성능을 검증한 결과, 6가지 Case 중 지역Ⅱ 기준(-15℃)에서 로이외창 및 단열 간봉(TPS)의 결로방지성능이 가장 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 내창에서 외창으로의 로이코팅 위치 변경은 결로방지성능 향상에 효과적인 것으로 확인되었다. 중공층 공기온도 평균값은 Case 6(10.5℃), Case 5(9.8℃), Case 1(6.9℃), Case 2(6.7℃), Case 4(3.0℃), Case 3(2.6℃) 순으로 높게 나타났고 내창의 취약부위 온도차이비율 평균값은 Case 6(0.23), Case 4(0.25), Case 5(0.25), Case 2(0.28), Case 1(0.29), Case 3(0.30) 순으로 낮게 나타났다. 외창의 취약부위 표면온도 평균값 분석 결과, Case 6(2.6℃), Case 5(2.0℃), Case 1(0.1℃) Case 2(-0.5℃), Case 3(-1.1℃), Case 4(-2.1℃) 순으로 높게 나타났다. 외창에 로이 및 단열 간봉(TPS)을 적용한 경우 중공층의 공기온도를 상승시키고 유리 모서리부위의 표면온도를 상승시켜 내창 및 외창의 결로방지성능을 향상시킴과 동시에 에너지 비용 절감이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

      • 공동주택 강철제 방화문 도어록 부위의 결로방지성능 특성

        공동주택에 설치되는 세대현관문과 대피공간 방화문에 대해, 국토교통부에서는 2013년 12월 27일에 공동주택 결로 방지를 위한 설계기준을 제정하고, 실내표면온도를 대상으로 온도차이비율 평가지표에 따른 지역별 성능기준만으로 결로 저감을 유도토록 하고 있지만, 실제로는 해당 성능기준을 충족하더라도 결로형상이 발생할 가능성이 있다(1). 특히 세대 입주 시 디지털 도어록이 설치되는 도어록 부위는 결로가 발생할 경우, 입주자 안전과 방범에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 오작동의 개연성이 높아질 수 있어, 겨울철 마다 언론에 디지털 도어록 오작동에 따른 뉴스가 보도되고 있다(2). 따라서, 본 연구에서는 결로방지 성능기준을 충족한 강철제 방화문을 대상으로 도어록 부위의 결로발생 여부를 확인하고, 도어록 부위에 대한 단열 보강과 디지털 도어록의 시험방법에 대한 개선방안을 제안하고자 한다.

        벽체 단열재 두께 변화에 따른 열교차단재의 결로 발생 위험 저감 성능 평가

        In this study, the types of thermal breakers applied to structures to prevent thermal bridges were identified. Condensation prevention performance was evaluated for apartment houses with standard floor structures to which a thermal breaker was applied. In addition, the effect of thermal cross-blocking was compared by calculating the total heat and equivalent U-value through the wall. (1) As a result of the evaluation of anti-condensation performance, when “가” grade insulation was applied, the surface temperature increased by about 1K due to the application of the thermal breaker. The TDR value increased by about 0.06 to 0.07. When "나" grade insulation was applied, the minimum surface temperature increased by about 1K, and the TDR value increased by about 0.05~0.06. (2) As a result of the evaluation of total heat and U-equivalent, it was possible to reduce the total heat by 38.5~44.9% and U-equivalent by 38.5~45.0% for the "가" grade insulation to which the thermal breaker was applied. In addition, the "나" grade insulation to which the thermal breaker was applied can reduce total heat by 38.9 to 43.6%, and reduce the Uequivalent by 38.9 to 43.7%.

      • Low Tg Core-shell nanoparticles Coated Hydrophilic Film with Water Condensation Prevention

        It was studied systematically in normal condition that hydrophilic film with water condensation prevention has been coated by core-shell nanoparticles with a low Tg. The core-shell nanoparticles,whuch has consist of hydrophobic core and hydrophilic shell, were prepared by emulsion polymerization. As the core-shell nanoparticles systems with a relatively flexible hydrophobic core, the core-shell nanoparticles can adhere to substrates without washing out. Furthermore, due to hydrophobic core with low Tg, the core-shell nanoparticles can be coated at a room temperature. The contact angle values for water on the coated film are significantly lower (28.6°), owing to the hydrophilic shell of the nanoparticles. This study well be extensively applied for designing new advanced nanoparticles in which core and shell exhibit chemically distinct properties, such as amphilic, double hydrophobic, and double hydrophilic systems.

      • 공동주택 강철제 방화문의 단열성능과 결로방지성능과의 상관관계 비교

        Recently, there are main issues between thermal insulation performance and condensation prevention performance of steel fire doors in the Apartment house. The purpose of this paper is to find the correlation between thermal insulation performance(U-value) and condensation prevention performance(TDR:Temperature Difference Ratio) of steel fire doors to contribute to the development of thermal environmental steel fire doors. The results obtained show that the coefficient of determination(R<SUP>2</SUP>) between U-value and maximum TDR at the door slab is low relation, however, linear relation pattern appears. Also it is found that there are low correlations between U-value and TDR at the door slab and the door frame. It is assumed to be largely influenced by the thermal conductivity at the junction between the door slab and the door frame.
