        경관친화적 지구단위 개발계획을 위한 개발계획 전후 경관자원 변화 분석 및 개선방안 - 대구 신서혁신도시를 대상으로 -

        In this study, the focus was on examining the changes in landscape resources before and after development of the actual district unit development plan site and seeking improvement plans for this. The summary of the research results is as follows. First of all, as a result of the landscape analysis prior to the development plan, many ecologically valuable natural landscape resources were distributed in the target site. Most of these landscape resources were also analyzed to be of high value as a result of biotope valuation. As a result of the landscape analysis after the development plan, it was found that the dominant landscape resources changed from natural landscape centered on cultivated land to artificial landscape center. As a result of the analysis of landscape changes before and after the development plan, it was found that most of the natural landscape resources with high value disappeared, while the contents of the district unit development plan were mostly reflected in the artificial landscape resources. Therefore, in order to induce the district unit development plan to be more landscape-friendly, it was found that improvements in various aspects such as basic survey of landscape resources, value evaluation of landscape resources, materialization of contents within the legal system, and establishment of basic spatial data were required. 본 연구에서는 실제 지구단위개발계획지를 대상으로 개발 전후 경관자원의 변화를 살펴보고 이를 위한 개선방안을 모색해 보는데 주안점을 두었다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 우선 개발계획 이전의 경관분석 결과 대상지의 경우 생태적으로 가치 높은 자연경관자원이 다수 분포하고 있었다. 이러한 경관자원들의 대부분은 또한 비오톱 가치평가 결과 가치가 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 개발계획 이후 경관분석 결과 우점하고 있는 경관자원은 경작지 중심의 자연경관에서 인공경관 중심으로 변화한 것으로 나타났다. 개발계획 전후 경관변화 분석 결과 가치 높은 자연형의 경관자원은 대부분 사라진 것으로 나타난 반면 인공형의 경관자원의 경우 지구단위개발계획의 내용이 대부분 반영된 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 지구단위개발계획을 보다 경관친화적으로 유도하기 위해서는 경관자원에 대한 기초조사, 경관자원의 가치평가, 법제도 내 내용의 구체화, 기초공간자료의 구축 등 다양한 측면에서의 개선이 필요할 것으로 나타났다.

        경관생태지표를 활용한 생태마을계획 원리

        The purpose of this study is the practical application of landscape ecological indices to establishment of eco-village planning methodology. Planning an eco-village has to be carried out in the boundary of a small watershed that is defined by homogeneous ecological character. Because the small watershed is a landscape unit it can have unique ecological character. On this viewpoint, the spatial structure is analyzed by the ecological attributes of form, distribution arrangement and composition of the sub-landscape units. Among all of the sub-landscape units, a green tract of land is the main subject of the analyzing entity. Woodland or forest as a green tract of land is a source of biological species and materials. Therefore the ecological attributes of green patches are especially analyzed by landscape ecological indices. The selected landscape ecological indices are elongation, lobes, interior area ratio, convolution of perimeter and proximity of the green patches. These indices represent the state of ecological conditions and they will be the evaluation factors of the landscape ecological planning. These frameworks for landscape ecological planning apply to Obok and Ganggeum villages in Wanju-gun, Korea. A proposed planning was evaluated by the selected landscape ecological indices. Among the selected landscape ecological indices of green patches, perimeter convolution and proximity were increased. It means that the ecological condition of peen paches will be mon sound and green areas of the village will be expanded naturally. In addition to this connectivities among green patches will also be improved.

        비시가화지역의 경관친화적 계획 유도를 위한 지구단위계획 관련 제도 개선방안 연구

        In this study, in order to induce landscape-friendly various development plans established at the district level, the contents of landscape plans appearing in domestic laws and systems and related previous studies are reviewed and comparative analysis is performed to advance the district-level landscape plan. The main focus was to explore the institutional methodology for this. The summary of the research results is as follows. First of all, as a result of analysis of the landscape plan content prescribed in the National Territory Planning Act and the enforcement decree of the same Act, the landscape plan content for natural elements and the landscape plan content for artifacts appeared mixed. Next, looking at the analysis results of the landscape plan contents in the Landscape Act, the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, and the landscape plan establishment guidelines, it is analyzed that the content mainly intended to improve the artificial landscape in terms of aesthetics, such as color, lighting, and buildings. Became. As a result of analysis of the landscape plan contents in the district unit plan establishment guidelines, it was found that the contents of the landscape plan for the skyline, night view, color, advertisements, and viewpoints were presented. As a result of the analysis of the landscape plan contents in the preceding study, the plan contents for ecological, recreational, and micro-visual aspects were revealed, and all three aspects aim to establish a landscape plan within the range of minimizing damage to nature. there was. Appeared to be. The results of this study are considered to be able to induce more landscape and nature-friendly district unit plans being conducted at the district level.

      • 도시근교림의 보전을 위한 공간적, 경관적 방법론의 제시 - 일본 가와사키현의 사례 -

        This research aimed to obtain a suitable strategy for conservation and utilization of the suburban forest by clarifying the technique for understanding the scenic characteristic of suburban forest. Landscape Units that combined the unit of Microscopic topography and the unit of vegetation was made by using Arc GIS to understand a spatial feature of the suburban forest. A case study area of the suburban forest is located the Tama hill at Kawasaki city. As a result, it was able to make 4808 Landscape Units (157 kinds, even scale) by using 18 kinds of microscopic topography units and 18 kinds of vegetation units. Moreover, the observation characteristic of suburban forest and desirability scenery were able to be understood quantitatively by the sampling used GPS and the scenic evaluation that used Repertory Grid Development Method. Moreover, as analytical skill, Laddering was used. To examine the relationship with Landscape Units and the scenic evaluation of the suburban forest, we took samples of photo spots. The observation characteristic of the suburban forest was classified into four patterns, and the number of total picture was 257. Moreover, it has been understood to observe at different scenery by differing movement patterns in the same region (p<0.05). Through this study, a method became clear that the scenic characteristic of the suburban forest could grasp. By continuing a case study, it will be a useful method for sustainable development of many cities of the East Asia that the sprawling of the city goes ahead. 본 연구는 도시근교림의 경관적 특성을 파악하는 수법을 정립하여 도시근교림의 보전과 활용을 위한 지속가능한전략을 얻는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 도시근교림의 공간적 특성을 파악하기 위하여 Arc GIS를 사용하여, 미지형단위와식생단위를 조합한 Landscape Units를 작성하였다. 균등한 공간 스케일을 가진 미지형단위 18종, 식생단위 18종을 이용하여157종, 4,808개의 Landscape Units를 작성할 수 있었다. 또, GPS를 이용한 경관샘플링과 Repertory Grid Development Method 를 이용한 호감도 조사에 의해, 도시 근교림의 경관적 주시 특성과 호감가는 경관의 샘플링 및 각 경관의 호감도를객관적으로 파악할 수 있었다. GPS를 이용한 현지 조사의 결과, 도시 근교림의 경관주시 특성은 크게 4가지 패턴으로분류되었으며 총 촬영수는 257장이었다. 그리고 각 그룹별(구릉지, 계곡)의 경관 주시 특성에 차이가 있는지 t-test로검증한 결과, 5%의 유의수준으로 차이가 있음이 밝혀졌다. 즉, 동일 지역 내에서도 이동 루트가 다르면, 다른 특성을가진 경관을 주시하며, 이동 루트에 따라 주시 방향이 다르다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 이러한 공간적 특성 파악 및 경관적특성 파악 방법을 활용함으로써, 동아시아 지역의 도시 근교림의 보전 및 활용이 가능하다고 판단되어진다.

        지구단위계획상의 경관계획요소에 대한 심리적 반응

        The purpose of this study is to extract landscape design elements regulation of the District Unit Plan(DUP) in new town areas, and to find out characteristics in terms of urban design elements in comparison with the psychological and physical aspects. For this purpose, we reviewed urban design elements and design elements in terms of the landscape by DUP and analyzed the activation of landscape on the selected case-area by interviewing experts such as planners, public officials, and professors in the department of urban planning and landscape, as well as the university students. The analysis framework for the case-study consists of 4 components: the section of region, street, building, open space, etc. The new development areas in Daejeon Metropolitan City was chosen as the case study area, because they have been developed by DUP regulations. As a result of this study, we can extract characteristics of landscape. The results indicate that `skyline design',`view corridor design',`landscape design',`street furniture design' and `building design(form, height, color, and elevation)' are the key planning and design factors influencing differences in the landscape preference. This research identifies that there are no detailed planning and design guidelines adopted within the four case study areas in Daejeon for regulating the characteristics of skyline, planting and street furniture while detailed guidelines established for density, building height and site layout. Considering their significant correlation with the level of landscape preference, this study suggests that detailed planning and design guidelines for the characteristics of skyline, rooftop and streetscape should be established in future DUP.

        도시의 토지이용 형태별 경관특성과 유형 - 대전광역시를 사례로 -

        Recently, as urban landscape is growing in importance, urban landscape planning is being actively performed. for this purpose, classification of the urban landscape is definitely required. Therefore, this research focuses on classifying urban landscape in Daejeon metropolis by dividing the urban land use pattern. This results are as follows. 1. Urban land use pattern is divided into 20 classes. The residential, commercial and industrial areas, the old market and the bus terminal are evaluated negatively, whereas the areas of school, water reservoir, neighborhood park and train station are appreciated as being positive in landscape characters. 2. As a result of a cluster analysis, urban landscape has five different landscape types. These are: landscapes of medium diversity lacking green area, landscapes of high diversity lacking green area, landscapes rich in green area and with medium diversity, landscapes rich in green area and with high diversity, and landscapes rich in green area and with low diversity. 3. In landscape characters of beauty and harmony, landscapes rich in green area and with medium diversity are more positively evaluated than those rich in green area and with low diversity. This point should be taken into account for planning the urban landscape.

        아파트단지 조경수목의 식재하자에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this thesis was to provide the basic data for landscape architecture of apartment constructions and to minimize the users´ and builder´ loss in terms of finance and landscape due to defects in planting. After a review of literature related to defects of planting work, the researcher investigated the defects in planting of landscape plants on the basis of data from the drawing and defect-repair construction of 50 civil apartment complexes in Daegu and Kyongbook are from 1994 to 1998. The defect-ratio was analysed in terms of the species, shapes, and sizes of trees. It provides matters for consideration in terms of the design of the landscape planting on the apartment unit. It also provided the future directions for landscape architecture in apartment constructions with regard to the selection of the planting trees, etc., given statistics on defect occurrence. The causes of defect of the landscape planting trees were not studied accurately in this study due to the board range of researched area, the differences of the planting ground environment, the management ability, and the parameters of judging planting defects. It is recommended that those areas should be researched in the future.

        미시적 공간단위 자료를 활용한 토지이용변화 탐색

        The urbanization and substantial developments cause the disorder and fragmentation of ecological habitats and human settlement. For many years, this disorder or confusing have been mostly studied in the broad perspective or in the aspect of macro level. Little research has been conducted in relation to small cadastral units which reflect real land-use patterns. In response, this research focused time-series analysis of spatial patterns using patch analysis and spatial statistical analysis based on the basic cadastral units. The proper global landscape index has been selected in order to quantify the characteristics of urban landscape structure. The results showed that the urban area of Hwasung-si illustrated the most complicated feature of urban structure in 2002, when the huge development of the city just began. In addition, the evaluation of the global and local spatial statistical index confirmed that 4-types urban land-uses has been spatially aggregated. 지금까지 대도시권의 토지이용에 관한 연구나 정책은 상당히 거시적 관점에서 거시적 토지단위를 대상으로 시행되었다. 즉 자료의 공간단위가 집적되거나 통합된 형태로 분석되었기 때문에 그만큼 분석단위 내부의 공간적 분포 특성이 상실될 가능성을 갖고 있다. 우리나라에서 토지자원에 대한 가장 세밀한 자료는 지적자료가 대표적이다. 따라서 지적자료를 활용하여 대도시 주변의 고밀도 지역에 대해 토지이용변화를 탐색하는데 적합성을 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 물론 지적자료를 통해 토지이용변화를 관찰하기 위해서는 자료의 완결성과 정확성이 우선 확보되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 미시적 공간단위를 갖는 지적자료를 대상으로 시계열적 공간(통계)분석을 통해 토지이용변화의 탐색 가능성을 살펴보았다.

        조경분야 BIM 도입을 위한 세부 공종 도출에 관한 연구

        Due to its specificity of the process, BIM is having difficulty in applying to landscape architecture projects, unlike civil engineering and construction. However, BIM is becoming common in related fields such as architecture and civil engineering. Thus, it will be inevitable to establish the BIM and to apply the BIM in landscape architecture. In particular, studies on the unit of works for BIM in landscape architecture have been neglected, so it is necessary to study on the derivation of detailed works of BIM in landscape architecture to introduce BIM in the future. Therefore, the study aims to provide fundamental data for applying landscape BIM through reviewing possibility of landscape BIM and deriving the detailed works. To achieve this goal, literature review and expert interview were conducted. The results of this study are as follows; Usability and future direction of BIM in landscape architecture and the detailed list of works for landscape BIM. The results of the study are expected to be used in future landscape BIM projects and contribute to the efficient landscape project implementation. 토목이나 건축공사와는 달리 조경분야의 프로젝트는 공정상의 특수성으로 인해 BIM 도입이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 그러나 인접 분야인 건축, 토목 공사에서 BIM은 보편화 되고 있으며, 이를 고려할 때 향후 조경분야에서도 BIM 환경구축 및 도입은 필수적일 것이다. 특히 조경 BIM의 공종 도출에 관한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않은 상태로, 향후 조경분야 BIM 도입을 위해서는 조경 BIM 세부 공종 도출에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 조경 BIM 도입 가능성의 검토와 세부 공종 도출을 통해 조경 BIM 도입을 위한 기초자료를 마련하고자 하였으며, 이를 위해 문헌 연구와 전문가 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 연구결과 조경분야의 BIM 활용 방안 및 향후 발전 방향에 관한 내용이 도출되었다. 또한 대지분석 BIM, 공간계획 BIM, 조경요소계획 BIM의 3개 분야로 나뉜 조경 BIM 공종을 도출하였으며, 각 공종 분야는 다시 총 7개 부분의 31개 요소로 세분화되어 조경 BIM 세부 공종 내용이 도출되었다. 향후 본 자료를 바탕으로 국내 조경 프로젝트에 BIM을 도입하여 효율적인 조경 프로젝트 수행에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
