        소비자의 도덕적 동기와 주행 거리가 전기 자동차의 유용성 지각 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose - This study examines the effect of consumers' motivations on the perception and purchase intentions of electric cars. Specifically, it empirically analyzes how moral motivations based on personal environmental values and norms in car usage and purchasing influence the perceived usefulness and purchase intentions of electric cars. Furthermore, it investigates whether the influence of moral motivations on perceived usefulness and purchase intentions varies according to the user's driving characteristics. Design/methodology/approach - An online survey was conducted with 234 respondents, by setting criteria for participants as car owners or primary car users within their households, ensuring the sample composition was not biased in terms of the presence or absence of experience with eco-friendly cars. Findings - The research findings indicate that perceived usefulness mediates the effect of consumers' moral motivations on their intention to purchase electric cars. The results of the moderating effect of driving distance on perceived usefulness revealed a significant interaction effect; however, there was no significant interaction effect on purchase intentions. Specifically, for individuals with shorter driving distances, as consumers' moral motivations increase, their perception of the usefulness of electric cars also increases. In contrast, for those with longer driving distances, the increase in perceived usefulness due to moral motivations shows a decreasing trend. Research implications or Originality - This study considered individual driving characteristics that previous research on electric vehicle adoption overlooked, and suggested that setting specific communicating points for electric cars according to driving distance levels might be effective. Lastly, it proposes directions for future research that motivations influencing eco-friendly vehicle purchases may differ based on driving characteristics

        The greenhouse effect is getting worse in these days. To reduce this environmental problem, emission regulation in the automotive industries became strict. Accordingly, the automotive makers stared to develop the environmental friendly vehicles such as the hybrid electric vehicle(HEV) and the electric vehicle(EV). EV is an excellent alternative for conventional combustion engine vehicle. As high torque and wide operation range are essential for EV traction motor. Recently, it is necessary to design an electric motor having excellent vibration characteristics as well as electrical characteristics in accordance with the desire of the consumer who demands a comfortable riding condition. This paper deals with electrical and vibration characteristic of a traction motor for EV depending on pole-slot combination. First, four motors having the same output and different number of slots were selected. Second, the electrical characteristics such as average torque and torque ripple induced voltage of each motor were compared using finite element analysis. Third, the vibration order of the four models is calculated numerically and the vibration characteristics of each motor are compared. Finally number of pole slot combinations suitable for traction motor using the results of electrical and vibration characteristics.

        초전도 전력기기 상용화를 위한 절연재의 절연내력 특성

        Cross linked polyethylene (XLPE) has been widely used as an insulating material for a power cable due to its excellent electrical and mechanical characteristics. The XLPE would cause environmental destruction because it is impossible to recycle after lifetime of a power cable because of its thermosetting characteristics. Therefore, the development of novel dielectric materials which have excellent electrical and mechanical characteristics with thermoplastic characteristics have been investigated. In this paper, 3 types of non-cross linked polypropylene (PP) according to different heat treatment recipe in order to replace the conventional XLPE are developed and electrical breakdown experiment is performed and results are analyzed. As results, it is found that dielectric characteristics of developed PP are superior to those of XLPE.

        게이트 필드플레이트 구조 최적화를 통한 AlGaN/GaN HEMT의 항복전압 특성 향상

        본 논문에서는 AlGaN/GaN HEMT의 항복 전압 특성 향상을 위해 2차원 소자 시뮬레이터를 통하여 게이트 필드 플레이트 구조를 최적화하였다. 필드플레이트 길이, 절연체 종류, 절연체 두께 변화 등의 세가지 변수를 이용하여 시뮬레이션을 진행하였으며 그에따른 전기장 분포의 변화와 항복전압 특성을 확인하였다. 필드플레이트 구조를 최적화 시킴으로서 게이트 에지부분과 필드플레이트 에지부분에 집중 되어있던 전기장이 효과적으로 분산된다. 그에 따라 애벌런치 효과가 줄어들게 되어 항복전압 특성이 향상된다. 결론적으로 최적화된 게이트 필드플레이트 구조는 일반적인 구조에 비해 항복특성을 약 300% 이상 향상시킬 수 있다. In this paper, we optimize the gate field plate structure to improve breakdown characteristics of AlGaN/GaN HEMT by two-dimensional device simulator. We have simulated using three parameters such as field-plate length, types of insulator, and insulator thickness and thereby we checked change of the electric field distribution and breakdown voltage characteristics. As optimizing field-plate structure, electric fields concentrated near the gate edge and field-plate edge are effectively dispersed. Therefore, avalanche effect is decresed, so breakdown voltage characteristic is increased. As a result breakdown characteristics of optimized gate field-plate structure are increased by about 300% compared to those of the standard structure.

        철도전기 분야 근무자들의 철도 관련 근무 특성이 스트레스에 미치는 융합적 영향 요인

        이 연구는 철도신호를 포함한 철도전기 분야 근무자를 대상으로 이들의 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 철도 관련 근무 특성을 알아보고자 하였다. 2017년 2월 13일부터 3월 10일까지 자기기입식 설문을 실시하여 최종 445건에 대해 분석을 실시하였다. 객관적 근무 특성에는 총 근무기간, 현 근무지, 근무형태, 열차 운행 횟수, 열차 노선 유형, 담당하는 열차 종류, 장애/사고 투입 횟수, 휴일 출근 여부, 근무시간을 포함하였으며 주관적 근무 특성에는 직장생활만족도, 주관적 업무 강도를 포함하였다. 이변량 분석결과 모든 철도 관련 근무 특성별로 스트레스에 차이를 보였다. 다변량 분석 결과 총 근무기간, 열차 운행 횟수, 담당하는 열차 종류, 휴일 출근 여부, 직장생활만족도, 주관적 업무 강도가 스트레스의 영향요인으로 확인되었다. 객관적 근무 특성과 스트레스와의 관계에서 주관적 근무 특성들의 조절 효과는 확인되지는 않았다. 따라서 이들 스트레스 영향요인에 대한 회사 차원의 관심 및 스트레스 관리가 필요할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to find the railroad work characteristics that influence stress of workers in the field of Railroad electricity including railroad signaling. After a self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted from Feb. 13 to Mar. 10 of the year 2017, 445 questionnaire copies were analyzed. Objective work characteristics include total working period, current workplace, work type, train service count, train line type, a type of train in charge, failure/accident participation count, work on holidays, and work hours. Subjective work characteristics include work life satisfaction and subjective work intensity. According to bivariate analysis, stress was different depending on all railroad work characteristics. According to multivariate analysis, total working period, train service count, a type of train in charge, work on holidays, work life satisfaction, and subjective work intensity were found to be influential factors. The moderating effect of subjective work characteristics was not found in the relation between objective work characteristics and stress. Therefore, it is necessary for companies to pay attention to the influential factors on stress and manage stress.

        A study on the barrier effect with respect to the condition of solid insulation materials in GN2

        High voltage superconducting apparatuses have been developed presently around the world under AC and DC sources. In orderto improve electrical reliability of superconducting apparatuses with AC and DC networks, a study on the DC as well as the ACelectrical breakdown characteristics of cryogenic insulations should be conducted for developing a high voltage superconductingapparatus. Recently, a sub-cooled liquid nitrogen cooling system is known to be promising method for developing a high voltagesuperconducting apparatus. A sub-cooled liquid nitrogen cooling system uses gaseous nitrogen to control the pressure and enhancethe dielectric characteristics. However, the dielectric characteristics of gaseous nitrogen are not enough to satisfy the grade ofinsulation for a high voltage superconducting apparatus. In this case, the application of solid insulating barriers is regarded as aneffective method to reinforce the dielectric characteristics of a high voltage superconducting apparatus. In this paper, it is dealt witha barrier effect on the DC and AC dielectric characteristics of gaseous nitrogen with respect to the position and number of solidinsulating barriers. As results, the DC and AC electrical breakdown characteristics by various barrier effects is verified.

        도심형 쇼핑몰의 도시건축적 유형에 따른 전기에너지 소비 특성 - 서울시 사례를 중심으로 -

        With the full opening of the domestic distribution market in January 1996, domestic commercial and sales facilities have rapidly developed in various forms. Despite this, there has been little research on the energy consumption of these commercial spaces in urban area. This study aims to analyze the relationship between energy consumption and urban- architectural perspectives by analyzing the electricity consumption of urban shopping malls built in Seoul after 1996. First, the electricity consumption of shopping malls by period showed that shopping malls in fully developed period used less electricity. Shopping malls located in central business (including general business) areas that entrances face broad roads consumed the most electricity, while shopping malls located on small roads or in industrialized areas consumed less electricity. Second, it is necessary to have a policy that encourages more shopping malls and commercial spaces to apply the incentives of G-SEED building, which is currently concentrated in residential and business buildings. Third, shopping malls built in the introduction period of urban shopping malls need remodeling as they have been completed for over 20 years.

        Electrical Characteristics of TMAH-Surface Treated Ni/Au/Al2O3/GaN MIS Schottky Structures

        The electrical characteristics and reverse leakage mechanisms of tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAH) surface-treated Ni/Au/Al2O3/GaN metal-insulator-semiconductor (MIS) diodes were investigated by using the current-voltage (I-V) and capacitance-voltage (C-V) characteristics. The MIS diode was formed on n-GaN after etching the AlGaN in the AlGaN/GaN heterostructures. The TMAH-treated MIS diode showed better Schottky characteristics with a lower ideality factor, higher barrier height and lower reverse leakage current compared to the TMAH-free MIS diode. In addition, the TMAH-free MIS diodes exhibited a transition from Poole-Frenkel emission at low voltages to Schottky emission at high voltages, whereas the TMAH-treated MIS diodes showed Schottky emission over the entire voltage range. Reasonable mechanisms for the improved device-performance characteristics in the TMAH-treated MIS diode are discussed in terms of the decreased interface state density or traps associated with an oxide material and the reduced tunneling probability.

        Recently, research and development have been actively conducted in order to increase the mileage of electric vehicles(EVs). The performance change of lithium-ion battery, the main power source of EV, is related to battery life. This is directly related to EV mileage. One of the factors affecting the change in battery performance is temperature, and to effectively manage the battery temperature, it is necessary to be able to estimate the temperature. A heating factor is needed to estimate the battery temperature. Since the heating factor extracted through the electrical characteristic experiment that has been studied so far does not reflect the electrochemical change inside the battery, it is impossible to estimate the temperature with high accuracy. Therefore, in this paper, for high-accuracy temperature estimation, we extracted the heating factor reflecting the internal frequency response characteristic of the battery, and used it to derive the heat generation rate in the electrical-thermal analysis.
