본 연구에서는 현대 한국의 다문화, 다가치 사회로의 변화에 대처하고, 최근에 제기된 인문학 위기와 관련하여 이들에 대한 해결책을 마련한다는 의미에서, 한국 문화의 정체성 확립과 그 발전 방향을 모색하며, 이를 바탕으로 한국 문화콘텐츠 개발의 필요성과 방향을 논의한다. 본 연구는 두 가지 방향에서 문제의식을 갖고 연구된다. 그 하나는 오늘날과 같은 다문화, 다가치 사회에서 한국 문화의 정체성과 그 발전 방향을 모색한다는 점이고 다른 하나는 최근 제기되고 있는 인문학의 위기에 대한 논의와 더불어 문화의 기저에 있는 인문학적 지식의 중요성을 인식하고, 한국 전통 사상을 재정립하고 그것을 문화콘텐츠와 연계하여, 문화보편성으로서의 한국 문화의 정체성을 확립함과 동시에 그것의 발전 방향을 모색함이다. 본 연구에서는 한국 문화의 핵심 내용을 한국 전통 사상으로 부터 대략, 仁(사랑), 和(萬物一體), 풍류정신으로 보았다. 또한 이러한 한국 문화의 핵심 개념을 문화콘텐츠와 연계하여 영화, 음악, 만화, 에니메이션, 게임, 케릭터 개발, 한국 문화재의 디지털 복원 그리고 한국 문화 체험 프로그램 개발을 위한 기획 등의 방향을 제시한다. This article studies on the identity of Korean Culture and the direction of Korean culture contents. Our Korean society goes on to value-pluralism and cultural diversity. In this point, we need to confirm the identity of our Korean culture. And we meet with the crisis of Humanities. Humanities is the core of our culture. It is the key point to make identity of our Korean culture as cultural universality and to apply it to develop Korean culture contents for the revival of Humanities. The core contents of Korean culture lies in the ancient myth, the thought of Hwarang, Confucianism, Neo-Confucianism, Buddhism, Taoism, the practical thought, thought of Yangmyeong study and the thought of East study and so on. On the basis of these thoughts, the core of Korean culture are humanity, harmony, the spirit of Punglyu, thought of life- esteem, ethics of environment etc. I suggest that we can apply our cultural core ideas those I analyzed above to develop Korean culture contents in the fields of cinema, music, cartoon, animation, game, character, digitalization, cultivation of experience programs of Korean culture etc. In addition, I suggest their commercial application like e-learning and culture contents education.

The Guduk Traditional Culture Center is established to meet rapidly increasing demands for the healing and self-discipline, and to create new form of tourism package which is associated with traditional Korean culture in accordance with the basic guideline of Culture-Tourism Policy of Busan in an era of 3 million foreign visitors. This center is designed to celebrate the traditional Korean culture to the visitors from both home and abroad, and allow them an opportunity to experience traditional Korean culture by providing the optimized training programs and facilities with aesthetic and artistic structures. The Korean Traditional Tea History Museum, the Traditional Tea Ceremony Exhibition Hall and the Multi-Purpose Experience Center are well designed for both tea culture program and guest accommodation. These structures are marked by the creative ideas and technologies. The well balanced combination of traditional Korean-style and Western-style is reflected to this center for harmonization with its surroundings. The beauty of Korea is projected into the space by decorating the inside with various traditional materials including roof-tile and rafter for Hanok(traditional Korean house), Hanji(traditional Korean hand-made paper), clothes and traditional patterns to express traditional Korean images. Moreover, the exhibition hall is organized with digital mediums in analog method, so that the visitors can learn and practice the tea ceremony and tradition Korean manner effectively.
