키워드 커뮤니티 네트워크의 소셜 네트워크 분석을 이용한 사물 인터넷 특허 분석

본 연구에서는 한국과 미국의 사물 인터넷 관련 특허 초록을 수집하여 키워드 네트워크 및 키워드 커뮤니티 네트워크를 구축하고 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 먼저 TF-IDF 가중치를 적용하여 중요 키워드를 추출하고 이 중요 키워드와 상관관계가 높은 키워드들을 재추출하여 핵심 키워드를 선정하였다. 선정된 키워드를 중심으로 키워드 네트워크를 구축한 다음 네트워크 탐지를 시행하여 키워드 커뮤니티 네트워크를 재구축하여 기술 간의 연결 관계를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 생성한 키워드 커뮤니티 네트워크는 특허의 내용을 예측할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 커뮤니티 간의 연결 관계를 분석함으로써 기술 간의 연관 관계도 파악할 수 있다. 키워드 커뮤니티 네트워크 분석 결과 한국은 보안, 반도체, 이미지 프로세스와 같은 사물 인터넷의 기반 기술 분야의 특허가 중요한 특허 기술로 나타난 반면 미국의 경우 스마트 홈, 대화형 매체 그리고 통신 등과 같은 사물 인터넷 환경, 응용 분야의 기술이 중요한 기술로서 자리잡고 있음을 알 수 있다. In this paper, we analyzed IoT patent data using the social network analysis of keyword community network in patents related to Internet of Things technology. To identify the difference of IoT patent trends between Korea and USA, 100 Korea patents and 100 USA patents were collected, respectively. First, we first extracted important keywords from IoT patent abstracts using the TF-IDF weight and their correlation and then constructed the keyword network based on the selected keywords. Second, we constructed a keyword community network based on the keyword community and performed social network analysis. Our experimental results showed while Korea patents focus on the core technologies of IoT (such as security, semiconductors and image process areas), USA patents focus on the applications of IoT (such as the smart home, interactive media and telecommunications).

국가적으로 오랜 기간 고착화되고 이해관계가 복잡하게 얽혀있어서 해결이 어려운 문제를 국가 난제라고 한다. 복잡한 국가 난제를 단편적인 방법으로 해결하기는 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 국가 난제를 해결하기 전에 선행되어야 하는 난제에 대한 포괄적으로 이해를 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해서 뉴스 데이터로부터 단어를 추출하고 키워드 동시출현 네트워크 분석을 해서 지형도를 만들었다. 커뮤니티 탐지 방법을 통해서 네트워크 구조를 이해하고, 시간에 따른 변화로 난제 지형도의 변화 과정을 살펴보았다. 또한 특정 키워드를 중심으로 인접 연결성을 분석해서 난제 지형도에서 특정 키워드의 중요도를 파악하였다. The national wicked problems are difficult to solve because of the long-term national fixation and complex intertwined interests. It is difficult to solve the national problems in a fragmentary way. The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the challenges that must be preceded before resolving national wickled problems. To do this, we extracted words from the news data and analyzed the keyword co-occurrence network to create a topographic map. Through the community detection method, we understood the network structure and examined the change of the topographic map with the change over time. In addition, by analyzing the adjacent connectivity around specific keywords, the importance of the keywords in the topographic maps was identified.

This study clarified the intellectual structure of international collaboration in psychiatry based on analyzing networks in order to vitalize for international collaboration in psychiatry in South Korea. The data set was collected from Web of Science citation database during the period from 2009 to 2013. SU=“psychiatry” search formulary (means field of psychiatric medical research) was used through advanced retrieval function and a total of 18,590 articles were selected among international collaborations. A total of 85 different keywords were selected from the 18,590 articles, and the results of analysis were as follows. First, this study examined 8 sub-subject areas focusing on disorders, and found that major subject areas could be divided into a total of 8 sub-subject areas. Second, this study examined 6 keywords that have a strong impact, and extend subject areas by promoting intermediation between other keywords Third, this study examined sub-subject areas by using the Knowledge Classification Scheme of the National Research Foundation of Korea through community analysis, and found a total of 15 clusters and a total of 12 sub-subject areas. 이 연구는 한국의 정신의학 분야 국제공동연구 활성화를 위하여, 네트워크 분석에 중점을 두어 정신의학 분야 국제공동연구의 핵심 연구동향을 반영하는 지적구조를 규명하였다. 이를 위해 데이터는 Web of Science를 기반으로 수집하였으며, 검색 대상 기간은 2009년에서 2013년까지로 하였다. 고급검색 기능을 통해 정신의학 연구 분야를 의미하는 SU=“psychiatry”의 검색 식을 사용하였으며, 국제공동연구만을 선택해 총 18,590건의 논문을 수집하였다. 총 18,590건 논문의 저자 키워드와 WoS에서 부여한 키워드를 합쳐 최종 선정된 85개 키워드를 대상으로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 질환을 중심으로 총 8개의 세부 주제 영역을 확인하였다. 둘째, 높은 영향력을 가지며 다른 키워드들 간의 매개를 도모하여 주제영역을 확장시키는 총 6개의 핵심 키워드를 확인하였다. 셋째, 커뮤니티 분석을 통해 한국연구재단의 학문분류표를 이용하여 세부 주제영역으로 규명한 결과 총 15군집, 총 12세부 주제영역을 확인하였다.

한국의 일대일로 연구동향 분석: 동시출현 네트워크 방법의 적용

This paper conducted keyword analysis of the ‘Belt and Road Initiative(BRI)’ from the Korea Citation Index(KCI) based on Social Network Analysis(SNA) and co-word network analysis during Jan. 2014 to Mar. 2019, to reveal the research trends of the BRI in Korea. The results of this research using the betweenness centrality and community structure analysis are as follows. First, convergent research on the BRI showed that inter-regional logistics infrastructure and corporate sector need to be utilized. Second, the three trends of research on BRI involved the following: a logistics network linking them, including geographical range, such as the Korean Peninsula and Northeast Asia; geopolitical issues represented by economic integration and inter-country conflict; and the BRI’s business environment, including capital, technology, finance, etc. Consequently, the results propose a direction for the challenges that Korea needs meet in order to respond to the BRI within the uncertain global economic space structure. 본 연구는 2014년 1월부터 2019년 3월까지 일대일로가 주제어로 검색되는 한국학술지인용색인(Korea Citation Index, KCI)의 논문 정보를 바탕으로 사회연결망분석(Social Network Analysis, SNA)을 활용한 동시출현(co-word) 네트워크 분석을 수행함으로써 일대일로의 연구동향을 파악하였다. 키워드 네트워크의 중심구조와 응집구조에 대한 분석을 통해 파악된일대일로 연구의 위상학적 구조의 특징을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일대일로를 주제로 한 통섭적 연구는 지역 간 물류인프라와 기업 부문이 활용될 필요가 있다는 것을 보여준다. 둘째, 일대일로 연구의 세 가지 흐름은 한반도, 동북아 같은 공간적 범위를 포함하여 이들을 연계하는 물류네트워크, 경제통합과 상호 대립으로 대변되는 지정학적 이슈 및 자본‧ 기술‧ 금융 등을 포함한 일대일로의 비즈니스 환경인 것으로 파악되었다. 이러한 결과는 불확실한 세계 경제 공간 구조 내에서 일대일로와 관련하여 한국이 정책적으로 대응해야 하는 도전 과제에 대한 방향성을 제시해준다.
