        우리나라 유아교육ㆍ보육 바우처의 발전 방안

          본 연구는 우리나라 유아교육ㆍ보육 바우처의 발전 방안을 모색하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 유아 교육ㆍ보육 바우처 이론을 고찰하였으며, 유아교육ㆍ보육 바우처의 국내ㆍ외 현황을 살펴 본 후 이를 토대로 우리나라 유아교육ㆍ보육 바우처의 발전 방안을 제시하였다. 제시된 발전 방안은 크게 5가지로 구체적으로 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 저소득층 영유아를 위한 복지적 측면을 우선으로 하되, 모든 영유아를 위한 효율성 측면을 동시에 고려하는 바우처, 둘째, 공교육ㆍ공보육을 강화하는 바우처, 셋째, 질 높은 교육ㆍ보육을 보장하는 바우처, 넷째, 유아교육비와 보육비 지원 방식 및 항목의 형평성이 고려된 바우처, 다섯째, 교사 인건비는 별도로 직접 지원하고 부모에게는 영유아의 교육ㆍ보육비만 지원하는 바우처를 제안하였다.   This study suggested the development strategy of the early childhood and care voucher system in Korea. Under this objective, a review of the literature on the education voucher system was conducted. Then, current state of voucher system for young children was analyzed in Korea and the other countries.<BR>  These results recommended the 5 development strategies of the early childhood education and care voucher system in Korea. The 5 development strategies were as follows: to consideration of the well-fare and efficiency, to prompting high quality early childhood education and care for young children, to equality supporting tuition fee for young children, to enforcing public support for early childhood education and care, to public supporting teacher expenses directly.

        과학,미술 통합 활동이 유아의 과학적 태도와 미술성향에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 과학과 미술 통합 활동이 유아의 과학적 태도와 미술성향에 미치는 영향이 어떠한지 알아보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구 대상은 C시 소재 어린이집 2개소의 만 5세 유아 30명으로 실험집단 유아 15명, 비교집단 유아 15명이며, 연구대상 유아의 평균 월령은 66개월이었다. 연구수행을 위하여 두 집단에게 동일하게 사전 검사를 실시한 후, 7주 동안 실험집단은 과학·미술 통합 활동을 주 2회씩 총 14회 실시하였고, 비교집단은 과학과 미술 활동을 주 1회씩 총 7회 각각 실시하였으며 마지막으로 사전검사와 동일한 방법으로 사후 검사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 과학·미술 통합 활동은 유아의 과학적 태도와 미술성향에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study analyzed the effects of integrated activity with science and art on young children’s scientific attitude and art disposition. The subjects of this study were 30 young children at age 5 from two classes in two child care centers. Their mean age was 66 months old. They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, 15 children in each. In the experimental group, integrated activity with science and art used 2 times a week for 7 weeks, a total of 14 times, whereas in the control group, separate science and art activities were used 1 time a week for 7 weeks, a total of 7 times. To verify the effects of the integrated activity, a covariance analysis was performed. The result show that integrated activity with science and art effective for promoting young children’s art disposition and scientific attitude.

        유보통합의 지향점에 대한 고찰

        ECEC integration has been a long-standing task in the field of early childhood education in Korea. Discussions are actively taking place again, as the new government proposed ECEC integration as a national task in 2022. However, to implement the ECEC integration policy, reflection on the essence and meaning of integration, such as 'what is the integration for' and 'who is the integration for' must be preceded. Therefore, this study analyzed the legislation on early childhood education, childcare, and previous studies. Based on this, the direction of ECEC integration was discussed. As a result of analyzing the legal changes related to early childhood education and childcare of the past, it was found that even though there was sufficient conceptual agreement from the beginning that education and childcare should be addressed together, statutes were enacted and revised according to policy demands or circumstances, and dualization has continued. The following three directions were discussed to solve these problems and implement a desirable ECEC integration. First, to ensure equality, best interests, and continuity of experience for all young children, timely education, and not early education, should be provided through the establishment of the '0-5-year-old' young children's school system. Second, a care-based education which integrates education and childcare should be provided. Third, the integration should be based on ensuring expertise suitable for young children. Therefore, the policy initiatives should be based on the premise of ‘ECEC integration for young children’ and efforts must made to establish a basic academic system for the 0-5-year-old, where the uniqueness of young children is respected.

      • Identification of marneral synthase, which is critical for growth and development in Arabidopsis

        <P><B>Summary</B></P><P>Plants produce structurally diverse triterpenoids, which are important for their life and survival. Most triterpenoids and sterols share a common biosynthetic intermediate, 2,3‐oxidosqualene (OS), which is cyclized by 2,3‐oxidosqualene cyclase (OSC). To investigate the role of an OSC, marneral synthase 1 (MRN1), <I>in planta</I>, we characterized a Arabidopsis <I>mrn1</I> knock‐out mutant displaying round‐shaped leaves, late flowering, and delayed embryogenesis. Reduced growth of <I>mrn1</I> was caused by inhibition of cell expansion and elongation. Marnerol, a reduced form of marneral, was detected in Arabidopsis overexpressing <I>MRN</I>1, but not in the wild type or <I>mrn1</I>. Alterations in the levels of sterols and triterpenols and defects in membrane integrity and permeability were observed in the <I>mrn1</I>. In addition, GUS expression, under the control of the <I>MRN1</I> gene promoter, was specifically detected in shoot and root apical meristems, which are responsible for primary growth, and the mRNA expression of Arabidopsis clade II OSCs was preferentially observed in roots and siliques containing developing seeds. The eGFP:MRN1 was localized to the endoplasmic reticulum in tobacco protoplasts. Taken together, this report provides evidence that the unusual triterpenoid pathway via marneral synthase is important for the growth and development of Arabidopsis.</P>

        H(2)S Inhibits Oscillatory Shear Stress-Induced Monocyte Binding to Endothelial Cells Via Nitric Oxide Production

        H2S is a signaling molecule associated with protection against vascular diseases, including atherosclerosis. This protection involves the stimulation of vasorelaxation, but other possible contributing mechanisms have not been extensively explored. In this study, we found that the vascular H2S-producing enzyme, cystathionine--lyase (CSE), was down-regulated by oscillatory shear stress (OSS) among various vaso-regulators. Consistently, NaHS, an H2S donor, appeared to inhibit OSS-induced THP-1 cell adhesion. We also found that NaHS activated the nitric oxide (NO)-producing Akt/endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) signaling pathway in response to OSS, whereas NaHS had no effect on IB, a well-known molecule regulating pro-inflammatory signaling pathways. Moreover, NaHS increased OSS-dependent eNOS expression and decrea-sed expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1). NG-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME), an eNOS inhibitor, abrogated the inhibitory effects of NaHS on OSS-induced endothelial ICAM-1 expression and monocyte adhesion to endothelial cells. These data suggest that down-regulation of CSE resulting in decreased levels of H2S is a key factor for OSS-associated atherogenesis and further suggest that regulation of H2S production can be a potential target for preventing cardiovascular diseases.

        EBS 누리샘 예술경험영역 관련 교육콘텐츠 분석

        본 연구는 EBS 누리샘 예술경험영역 관련 교육콘텐츠가 생활주제별, 누리과정 예술경험영역의 내용별, 예술적 요소별, 활동자료별로 어떠한 분포를 보이는지 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 연구자들이 EBS 누리샘의 교육콘텐츠 중 총 592개의 예술경험영역(음악, 동작, 미술)관련 교육콘텐츠를 선정하였으며, 교육콘텐츠 분석준거를 구성하였다. 분석준거에 의해 각 연구자별로 빈도를 표시한 후, 분석자간 신뢰도를 산출하였으며, 서로 이견이 있을 경우 분석자 간 협의과정을 거쳐 최종 빈도와 백분율을 산출하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 생활주제별 분포는 계절과 동식물 관련 생활주제에 따른 교육콘텐츠가 가장 높은 분포를 보여주었다. 둘째, 누리과정 예술경험영역의 내용별로는 전체 및 3-5세 모두 예술적 표현하기가 높게 나타났으며, 미술은 만들기 활동이, 음악은 노래 부르기가, 움직임(춤) 활동표현은 비구조적 동작과 구조적 동작이 높은 분포를 보였다. 셋째, 예술적 요소별로는 전체 및 3, 4세는 음악적 요소가, 5세는 미술적 요소가 가장 높게 나타났다. 음악적 요소 내에서는 음색이, 동작요소 내에서는 관계가, 미술적 요소 내에서는 형‘(모양)’이 가장 많이 제시되었다. 넷째, 활동자료별로는 전체 및 3-5세 모두 이미지가 가장 많이 제시되었다. 이 같은 연구결과를 토대로 예술경험영역 관련 교육콘텐츠 개발방향 및 효율적 활용방안에 대한 논의점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study to analyze the art experience area related education content in the EBS Nurisam. A total of 639 at art experience area related education content from EBS Nurisam were analyzed for this study. It was concluded that theme about ‘Season and Animals & Plants’ were high in art experience area related education contents in the EBS Nurisam. Also, it was found that among art experience area contents, artistic expression showed high point in three to five year old children"s education contents. In the artistic elements, music elements were most often presented in three to four year old children"s contents and drawing elements were high in five year old children"s contents. An images among materials showed high point in three to five year old children"s contents.
