        Der Zweck dieser Untersuchung steht darin, daβ diese Untersuchung durch die Besta¨ tigung der Handgriffsbewegung an bestimmten Recku¨bungen zu rationellem und o¨knomischem Studieren und Lehren der Recku¨bungen beitragen soil. Fast in alien Sportgebiete, in der die Gera¨te mit einem Hand oder beider Ha¨nde behandelt werden, spielt der Handgriff eine technische wichtige Rolle. In dieser Beziehung sind die Recku¨bungen auch nicht die Ausnahme. Aber in fast alien HandbOcher sthehen nur solche Griffarten, die als die Aufgabe der Ubungen, nicht als die Technik, ihre Bedeutung haben. An praktischem Lehren bezieungsweise Studieren einer Ubung wird zuerst mehr exaktere Ausfu¨ hrungsweise angefordert. Daher wurde es zuerst zum Zweck dieser Untersuchng gestellt, die praktischen Handgriffsbewegungen aufzufassen. Und diese realen Bewegungsabaufe wurde durch morphologische Betrachtungsweise betrachtet. Die Reckubungen, die hier in dieser Untersuchung als experimentale Aufgaben aufgonommen wurde, sind wie folgt : 1. verschiedene Aufsprunge in den Stutz mit dem Ristgriff 2. der Knieaufschwung mit dem Ristgriff 3. die Felge vorlings vorwarts mit dem Ristgriff 4. die Zuckstemme mit dem Ristgriff 5. die Kippe mit dem Ristgriff Zuerst wurde die Vergleichung der Handgriffsbewegung innerhalb der Aufgaben 1. durchgefuhrt, weil die im allgemeinen als die andere Aufgaben mehr einfacher gemeint sind. Und danach wurde einige Merkmale, die durch Vergleichung innerhalb der Aufgaben 1. bestatigt wurde, mit der Griffbewegungen an anderen Aufgaben vergleicht. Durch diese Vergleichungsarbeit wurde folgende ahnliche Merkmale der Handgriffsbewegung an alien Aufgaben und an alien Versuchungsturner klahr anerkannt: Die Bewegung des Unten- und Oberarmes, die an kurz bevor der Stutzphase etwas gebeugt werden und gleichzitig beide Ellbogen nach der Auβenseite seitlich geschoben werden, uben ein grossen Einfluβ auf die Handgriffsbewegung aus. Das heiβt, die Stangenverschiebung en auf der Handflache sind von der Ausenseite der Handflache(von der Seite des kleinen Fingers) vorkommen, um den Stutz zu erreichen.

        콘서트홀의 음향 예측을 위한 1:50 스케일 모델의 활용

        In acoustical design of a concert hall, the acoustical model test which has the potential to enable effective prediction of acoustical characteristics of auditoria, is able to accommodate the complex behavior when sound hits finite size of obstacles. On the other hand, computer programs, though they offer a powerful modeling aid, cannot yet accommodate the wave nature of sound such as diffusion and diffraction. During the small-sized acoustical model test, using nitrogen is necessary to control the air absorption and the effect of humidity at the high frequencies. Generally, 1/8" microphone is used to receive the high frequency sound. In this research, the 1/50 scale model of the concert hall was tested, and its acoustical characteristics were analyzed. By comparing and analyzing the result with the result of computer simulation, the usefulness of the 1/50 scale model test was investigated. As a result, it was found that the distribution condition of the acoustical factors of both methods was highly analogous in each seat and octave band. However, in case of comparing the acoustical factors, the values of C80 and D50 showed differences, which may be caused by sound diffusion and diffraction phenomena.

        초등학교 과학 수업에서 개념도 활용의 효과

        In this study, we investigated the effects of using concept mapping as an instructional tool on 4th graders' achievement, science learning motivation, and attitude toward science classes. T재 classes (38 students) from an elementary school were respectively assigned to a control group and a treatment group. Students were taught about "expansion of matter by heat" and "heat transfer". These topics were chosen because they require students to understand more concepts as well as relationships among them. A science learning motivation test and an attitude toward science classes test were administered as pretests. A researcher-made achievement test, the science learning motivation test, and the attitude toward science classes test were administered as posttests. The results indicated that using concept mapping in 4th-grade science classes was not significantly effective in improving students' achievement though a statistically significant positive effect was found in the subcategory of knowledge. No statistically significant effect of using concept mapping was found in the scores of the science learning motivation test and the attitude toward science classes test. Educational implications are discussed.

      • 고콜레스테롤 식이에 있어 제주산 해조 식이섬유 섭취에 따른 지질대사 및 항산화효소에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 고콜레스테롤 식이 군에 제주산 해조 식이섬유의 첨가 수준을 달리한 식이가 흰쥐의 지방대사에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 체중이 132.3±7.34 g인 Sparague-Dawley종 수컷 흰쥐에게 고콜레스테롤혈증을 유발시키기 위하여 콜레스테롤를 식이 사료의 0.5%가 되도록 첨가하고 제주산 해조 식이섬유 분말은 식이 사료의 각각 1.0% 및 2.5%가 되도록 첨가하여 총 3군으로 나누어 4주간 사육하였다. 체중 증가량과 식이효율은 식이에 의한 영향은 없었다. 혈중 중성지방, 총콜레스테롤, LDL-콜레스테롤은 고콜레스테롤 식이에 비해 제주산 해조 식이섬유를 첨가한 군이 크게 감소하였으며 유의적 차이를 나타냈다. HDL-콜레스테롤은 고콜레스테롤 식이 쥐에 비해 제주산 해조 식이섬유를 첨가한 군이 증가하는 경향을 보였으나 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았다. 총 콜레스테롤 함량에 대한 HDL-를레스테롤 함량의 비는 제주산 해조 식이섬유를 첨가하였을 때 유의적인 차이를 보이며 증가하였다. GPT, GOT활성의 경우 GPT활성은 군간에 비슷한 경향을 보였으며, GOT활성은 제주산 해조 식이섬유를 첨가한 군이 유의적인 차이를 보이며 감소하였다. 항산화효소인 SOD 및 catalase 활성은 식이에 의한 영향은 없었다. 이상의 결과를 볼 때 제주산 해조 식이섬유의 체내 지방대사에 있어 총 콜레스테롤과 LDL-콜레스테롤, 중성지방 및 GOT 활성을 낮추고 HDL-콜레스테롤/총 콜레스테롤 비는 높이는 효과를 나타냈다. 따라서 제주산 해조 식이섬유는 생체내 항고클레스테롤 및 고콜레스테롤에 의한 스트레스로부터 간을 보호하는 것을 알 수 있었다. This study was conducted to investigate hypocholesterolemia effect of dietary fiber from seaweed in Jeju in rats supplemented with hish cholesterol diet. Seaweed dietary fiber was produced by water extraction of the mixed main red algae including Gracilaria verrucosa, Gelidium amansii, Gigartina tenella, Gloiopeltis furcata and Campylaephora hypnaeoides. Thirty male Sprague Dawley rats weighing 132.3±7.34 were divide into high cholesterol diet and high cholesterol diet plus seaweed dietary fiber 1.0% or 2.5% for 4 weeks. Dietary fiber supplement could significantly decreased serum total cholesterol (TC), triacylglyceride (TG), LDL-cholesterol (LDL-C) and GOT than in high cholesterol diet. HDL-cholesterol level and HDL-cholesterol/total cholesterol ratio in the two groups of seaweed dietary fiber supplement significantly increased comparing to those in high cholesterol diet without dietary fiber. These results suggest that the seaweed dietary fiber may reduce elevated levels of serum cholesterol concentrations.

      • 참치 뼈를 이용한 Hydroxyapatite 세라믹 복합체의 합성 및 생체 친화성(제3보) : 인공체액에서의 Hydroxyapatite 세라믹 복합체간의 결합의 전자현미경 관찰 SEM Photographs of Bonding Properties between Hydroxyapatite Ceramics Composites in the Simulated Body Fluid

        참치 뼈에서 추출한 hydroxyapatite를 출발물질로 여러 가지 세라믹 복합체를 제조하여 인공체액에서의 hydroxyapatite 복합체간의 화학결합을 조사하였다. hydroxyapatite 복합체들은 인공체액에서 4주 후부터 화학 결합성질을 나타내었다. 결합강도는 bioglass가 가장 강하게 나타났으며, 조성에 따른 의존성은 관찰할 수 없었다. 인공체액에서 복합체들은 이들의 경계면에서 불균일 핵생성 및 성장에 의해 화학적 결합으로 이루어졌다. Chemical bonding was investigated in the simulated body fluid of several selected hydroxyapatite-containing composites. The hydroxyapatite-containing composites chemically bonded with each other in the simulated body fluid after 4 weeks. Bioglass was strongly bonded in the simulated body fluid, but bonding strength was not depended on composition. Their composite bodies were chemically bonded by heterogeneous nucleation and growth at the interfaces of the specimens in the simulated body fluid.

        Antitumor Activity of Chitosan Oligosaccharides Produced in Ultrafiltration Membrane Reactor System

        Chitosan oligosaccharides (COSs) were prepared and fractionated into three groups of COS [a high molecular weight COS (HMWCOS), medium molecular weight COS (MMWCOS), and low molecular weight COS (LMWCOS)] according to their molecular weight, using an ultrafiltration membrane enzymatic bioreactor designed earlier [8]. Antitumor activity of these COSs was then examined against Sarcoma 180 solid (S180) or Uterine cervix carcinoma No. 14 (U14) tumor cell-bearing mice. Among these COSs, MMWCOS with molecular weight range from 1.5 to 5.5 kDa effectively inhibited the growth of both tumor cells in the mice. In addition, the administration of MMWCOS resulted in increased thymus weight among lymphoid organs. The mice treated with MMWCOS showed improved survival rate and larger number of survivors after 40 days of feeding. The most effective of MMWCOS for antitumor activity in the S180- or U14-bearing mice was 20 mg/kg/day or more.

        Characterization of Agarose Product from Agar Using DMSO

        Agar was extracted from Gelidium amansii, which was harvested at the shores of Jeju Island in South Korea. As a unique solvent, the ability of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) was used to separate agarose from agar by removing agaropectine and quality of the resultant agarose was characterized for chromatography purposes. Agar sample was agitated by motor-driven stirrer with DMSO in a water bath (at 70$^{\circ}C$ for 2 h) and centrifuged (3,000 rpm for 20 min). Resultant upper agarose layer was gelled, washed, dried and milled. The quality of agarose was evaluated by the analysis of proximate chemical composition, sulfate content, gelling strength and DNA migration. In this study, the separated agarose showed low sulfate amount (0.28%) and showed high gel strength (1190 g ${\cdot}\;cm^{-2}$). The resolution power and the ligase activities gave clear picture about the suitability of the present agarose for practical purposes.
