        The objective is to develope a long term care medel in Young-Ju City. I analyzed annual report of Young-Ju City in 2001. Currently many countries are widely perceived the rising percentage of older people in the population. Many older people suffer from combinations of different diseases and treatment of each condition is complicated by the presence of others. Many diseases that affect older people cannot be solved by acute but require chronic care extending over months and years. For all but the most sick people this care can be delivered in a domestic environment, and most older people wish to remain in their homes as long as possible. So far so good, but by the time that these older people have reached home or been placed in a care home. Followings are the results of the analysis. 1. Centering around with health center, public and private resources in the community must be integrated and closed linked. Health center must play a role in case manager and direct service provider to effectively drive long term care program. 2. Through the integration of health center and department of social welfare in a city office, related resources must be used efficiently, mutual intervention and business linkage must be performed smoothly. 3. First of all, decision-makers must perceive need and importance of long term care. 4. To provide continuously, long term care program needs a clear, consistent national policy to guide the partnership between public and private provision.

      • 병원 데이터베이스 마케팅 전략 개발 방안

        In today's highly competitive hospital marketplace, a hospital must build a successful customer management system. Hospital database can drive strategies that will lengthen a hospital's relationship with its customers and increase the sales and term profitability of its business. The purpose of this paper is to explores what is the definition of database marketing and finds how to develope the database marketing strategies in hospital. Database marketing aims at increasing customer loyalty, retention, referrals, sales and profits. Database marketing consists of building a marketing database of customers and prospects. The database contains their names, addresses, demographics, purchases, web activity and promotion history. It is used to analyse customers, and to direct the company's customers and prospect communications programmers. There is a1so a need for clear marketing strategies that can be applied to hospital. This is to support customer retention, cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to improve direct/continuous marketing campaigns, and to put the hospital on the road to marketing one to one.

        The purpose of this study is to design curriculum model in hospital management. To accomplish this purpose in this study, the job analysis of Y Hospital and investigation of qualifications related health administration have done. Major findings of the study were summarized as follows : 1. Design of curriculum must be included the division of hospital administration, medical record management, health information and basic medicine. 2. Design of curriculum must be considered the outcome of job analysis and items related qualifications at the same time. 3. Design of curriculum must reflected the need of related industry.

      • 노인의 사망 전 6개월 간 의료비 결정 요인

        This study was conducted to examine both medical expenditures for the elderly during the last 6 months of life and the determinants of influencing the medical expenditures. The data were collected from 301 medical beneficiaries old than age 65 in Seoul metropolitan city who were dead from 1 Jul 2001 by 31 Dec 2001. The statistical methods used for the analysis to look at the determinants of influencing the total medical expenditures and medical insurance costs were hierarchical multiple regression. In order to find out determinants of influencing the total medical expenditures during the last 6 months of life, each variable groups were added to the regression model in each stage. In the first stage which only decedents variables was included, R<sup>2</sup> of multiple regression was around 0.18. In the second stage which major carer’s personal characteristics variables were added, R<sup>2</sup> of multiple regression increased by around 0.02. In the final stage which major carer’s awareness variables were added, R<sup>2</sup> of multiple regression increased by around 0.02 and the age of decedents, income of decedents, the type of illness of decedents, complementary and alternative medicine expenditure, monthly income of family, major carer's awareness level were statistically significant factors respectively. The analysis to explore determinants of influencing the medical insurance costs during the last 6 months of life was also carried out in the same method, above mentioned. In the first stage which only decedents variables was included, R<sup>2</sup> of multiple regression was around 0.15. In the second stage which major carer’s personal characteristics variables were added, R<sup>2</sup> of multiple regression increased by around 0.06. In the final stage which major carer's awareness variables were added, R<sup>2</sup> of multiple regression decreased by around 0.03 and the age of decedents, income of decedents, the type of illness of decedents, were statistically significant factors respectively. Decedents variables was found out as the most influencing determinants for the total medical expenditures and medical insurance costs during the last 6 months of life.

        DACUM 기법에 의한 병원코디네이터실장의 직무분석 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the job of Head hospital coordinators based on the DACUM(Developing A Curriculum) method. The contents of this study were to extract the duties, tasks and performance standards consisting of the job of a Head hospital coordinator and to investigate levels of importance, difficulties, frequency and entry level on each task, and to make out a job model of Head hospital coordinators. A DACUM committee(seven members) was composed to analyze the job of Head hospital coordinators and the committee members were totally nine : a facilitator, seven Head hospital coordinators and a recorder. This study was conducted in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province from August to December, 2015. The major findings of this study were as follows; first, a Head hospital coordinator is defined to be an expert to create values and culture of a hospital, plan and manage hospital``s efficient management methods to maximize customer satisfaction and improve the management of a hospital. Second, the job of Head hospital coordinators was categorized into total nine duties and sixty eight tasks. Third, duties in the job of Head hospital coordinators were classified into organization of medical management planning, medical management analysis, medical service quality management, hospital marketing, hospital customer management, hospital human resource management, hospital organization management, hospital financial management and self development.

        사례연구 : DACUM 법에 의한 병원행정사 직무분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze of hospital administrator based on the DACUM(Developing A Curriculum) method. The contents of this study were to extract the duties, tasks consisting of job of hospital administrator and to investigate levels of importance, difficulty, frequency and entry level on each task, and to make out a job model of hospital administrator. A DACUM committee was composed to analyze job of hospital administrator and the committee members were total 9, a facilitator, 7 hospital administrator and a recorder. The major findings of this study were as the followings; first, duties in job of hospital administrator were total 13, which were organization of hospital administration affairs, health insurance review & assessment, general affairs, personnel management, hospital planning & management, medical quality improvement, hospital financial affairs, logistics management, facilities management, computerized system management, education & study supports, medical consultation cooperation, public relations . And total tasks in job of hospital administrator were 97. Second, the tasks which were important, difficult, frequent and essential in entry step of occupation were receiving medical fees , managing inpatient & outpatient, reviewing & assessmenting medical fees, charging for medical service, labor-management relations, managing hospital accounts, settling hospital accounts, purchasing logistics, managing logistics, managing hospital information system, managing hospital database. Third, a job model of hospital administrator was constructed based on the results of DACUM job analysis.

      • MATHEMATICAL MODEL FOR VOLATILITY FLOCKING WITH A REGIME SWITCHING MECHANISM IN A STOCK MARKET

        We present a mathematical model for volatility okcing in a stock market. Our proposed model consists of geometric Brownian motions with time-varying volatilities coupled through the Cucker-Smale ocking and regime switching mechanisms. For the all- to-all interactions where all assets` volatilities are coupled with each other with a constant interaction weight, we show that the common volatility emerges asymptotically, and discuss its _nancial applications. We also provide several numerical simulations and compare them with analytical results.
