      • A service design model for tailor made suit business

        Apparel customization, according to Kurt Salmon Associates[TC2,2002], came in three varieties: personalization, fit, and design . As a city man who lives in20th century, tailor-made suit is not an industry far beyond his life due to the cost (because of cost). This paper is aiming to propose a new suit tailoring service model based on a user-centered approach. According to the investigation and research of global market for Japan Daido Group, and get involved in user experience and service design, we analyze the consumption habit and behavior of original consumers and pay more attention to the analysis of new and potential consumers’ life behavior, that here in establish GLOBAL WARDROBE service system model, so as to convert the enterprise with single product sale to the character who can provide suit outfit service as a supplier. The provided products and services is a series of relative experiences, and each part of(those) any experience is ensured to be complemented and satisfy the needs of consumer suitable and completely. Integrating UX into apparel customization business, this model also introduced how to use mobile application(APP) and local service chain increasing customer loyalty.

        O2O가 적용된 스마트 헬스케어 서비스

        제4차 산업혁명이 헬스케어 산업에 커다란 영향을 끼치고 있다. 헬스케어가 다양한 ICT기술과 융합하면서 전통적인 의료 산업의 경계가 허물어지고 스마트 헬스케어라는 개념이 등장했다. 스마트 헬스케어는 전세계 여러 분야의 기업들이 서비스를 제공하고 있을 만큼 화두가 되고 있는 분야이다. 본 논문에서는 시간에 따른 헬스케어 패러다임의 변화를 알아보고, 스마트 헬스케어 산업의 개념 및 시장동향, 구성분야 등을 고찰하였다. 그 후 스마트 헬스케어를 구성하고 있는 단계를 정의하고 그에 해당하는 요소를 온 · 오프라인 채널로 나누어 정리하였으며, 실제 사례를 조사하여 어떠한 방식으로 O2O 스마트 헬스케어 서비스를 제공하고 있는지 알아보았다. 스마트 헬스케어는 데이터를 수집하고 저장하는 ‘Digitize 단계’, 수집한 데이터를 빅데이터와 인공지능 등으로 분석하고 결과를 도출하는 ‘Analysis 단계’, 분석된 결과를 바탕으로 개인에게 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하는 ‘Service단계’ 구성된다. 단계별 O2O 요소로는 6개의 유형이 도출되었고 O2O 스마트 헬스케어를 실제로 제공하는 중국 심천에 위치한 I사의 사례를 조사하였다. I사는 어플리케이션와 오프라인 스토어를 운영하여 O2O서비스의 근간을 구성하고 있다. 사용자들은 어플리케이션과 다양한 스마트 헬스케어 하드웨어를 통해 일상을 기록 하고 오프라인 스토어에 방문하여 심층검진을 한다. 이렇게 축적된 데이터는 빅데이터와 인공지능을 활용하여 분석하고 상담사나 개인 어플리케이션을 통해서 확인할 수 있다. 진단 결과를 바탕으로 ‘음식’, ‘운동’, ‘미용’, ‘의사 심층분석’, ‘건강관리’ 5가지의 카테고리로 나눠 사용자 개개인에게 적합한 서비스를 제공한다. 이러한 방식으로 온라인과 오프라인의 연결이 지속되고 상호보완적으로 운영되어 그들만의 독자적인 스마트 헬스케어 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 스마트 헬스케어 시장을 구성 단계별로 정의하고, O2O 요소를 도출함으로써 헬스케어 서비스 디자인을 제공할 수 있는 기회를 파악하기 위한 기초 연구로써의 의의를 가진다. 다만 모든 스마트 헬스케어 서비스를 다루지 못한 것이 한계점이다. 향후 많은 사례를 분석하여 단계를 체계화 한 연구가 진행된다면 O2O스마트 헬스케어에 관한 자료로 활용이 가능할 것으로 보인다. The Fourth Industrial Revolution is having a huge impact on the healthcare industry. As health care was integrated with various ICT technologies, the boundaries of the traditional medical industry were broken down and the concept of smart healthcare emerged. Smart healthcare is a hot topic as many companies around the world are providing services. In this paper, we looked at changes in the healthcare paradigm over time, and discussed concepts, market trends, and components of the smart healthcare industry. After that, we defined the steps that make up smart healthcare, divided the elements into online and offline channels, and examined the actual cases and provided O2O Smart Health Care in a manner. Smart healthcare consists of Digitization phase for collecting and storing data, Analysis phase that analyzes collected data with big data, artificial intelligence, etc. and Service phase to deliver personalized service to individuals based on analysis results. Six types of O2O elements were derived for each phase. It investigated the case of company I, which is located in Shenzhen, China, which actually provides O2O Smart Health Care. Company I operates applications and offline stores to form the basis for the O2O service. Users record their daily lives through applications and a variety of smart healthcare hardware, and visit offline stores for in-depth check ups. This accumulation of data can be analyzed using big data and artificial intelligence and verified by consultants or individual applications. Based on the results of the diagnosis, it divides the service into five categories : Food, Fitness, Beauty, Doctor and Health. In this way, online and offline connections continue and complement each other, providing their own smart healthcare services. It is meaningful as a basic study to define the smart healthcare market in each configuration stage and identify opportunities for providing healthcare service design by drawing out O2O elements. However its limitation is that it has not been able to deal with all Smart healthcare services. If research is carried out that organized steps by analyzing many cases in the future, it will be able to be used as data regarding O2O Smart Health Care.

        Diurnal Variation in Hydration of the Cervical Intervertebral Disc Assessed Using T2 Mapping of Magnetic Resonance Imaging

        Objective: The study aimed to investigate the diurnal variation in cervical disc hydration and its relationship with cervical degeneration. Materials and Methods: C3–C7 discs of 86 prospectively enrolled participants (37 males, 49 females; mean age ± standard deviation, 23.5 ± 2.5 years) were assessed using T2 mapping in the morning and evening. All discs were stratified by Miyazaki grade or C2–C7 Cobb angle and T2 values (T2). The degree of diurnal T2 variation (T2-DDV), defined as (morning T2 – evening T2)/morning T2 x 100%, was measured for the entire disc, annulus fibrosus (AF), nucleus pulposus (NP), and endplate zones. Results: T2 of the entire disc decreased significantly after the daytime load (p < 0.001), with a T2-DDV of 13.3% for all discs and 16.0%, 12.2%, and 13.0% for healthy (grade I), mild degenerative (grade II), and advanced degenerative (grade III/IV) discs, respectively. T2 of regional NPs and AFs decreased significantly from morning to evening (p ≤ 0.049) except in the healthy anterior inner AF (p = 0.092). Compared with healthy discs, mild degenerative discs displayed lower T2 and T2-DDV in regional NPs (p < 0.001). Advanced degenerative discs showed higher T2-DDV in the anterior inner AF compared with healthy discs (p = 0.050). Significant diurnal T2 changes in the endplate zones were observed only in healthy discs (p = 0.013). Cervical discs in the low Cobb angle group showed higher T2-DDV in the anterior AFs and anterior NP and lower T2-DDV in the posterior AF than those in the high Cobb angle group (p ≤ 0.041). Conclusion: This study characterized the diurnal variation in hydration of the cervical discs as assessed using T2 mapping and revealed early chemo-mechanical coupling dysfunction in degenerating discs. Cervical sagittal alignment on MRI can affect the diurnal stress patterns of the cervical discs. T2 mapping is sensitive to disc biomechanical dysfunction and offers translational potential from biomechanical research to clinical application.

        Fast Quadtree Structure Decision for HEVC Intra Coding Using Histogram Statistics

        The final draft of the latest video coding standard, High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC), was approved in January 2013. The coding efficiency of HEVC surpasses its predecessor, H.264/MPEG-4 Advanced Video Coding (AVC), by using only half of the bitrate to encode the same sequence with similar quality. However, the complexity of HEVC is sharply increased compared to H.264/AVC. In this paper, a method is proposed to decrease the complexity of intra coding in HEVC. Early pruning and an early splitting strategy are applied to the quadtree structure of coding tree units (CTU) and residual quadtree (RQT). According to our experiment, when our method is applied to sequences from Class A to Class E, the coding time is decreased by 44% at the cost of a 1.08% Bjontegaard delta rate (BD-rate) increase on average.

        Comprehensive analysis of miRNAs, lncRNAs and mRNAs profiles in backfat tissue between Daweizi and Yorkshire pigs

        Objective: Daweizi (DWZ) is a famous indigenous pig breed in China and characterized by tender meat and high fat percentage. However, the expression profiles and functions of transcripts in DWZ pigs is still in infancy. The object of this study was to depict the transcript profiles in DWZ pigs and screen the potential pathway influence adipogenesis and fat deposition, Methods: Histological analysis of backfat tissue was firstly performed between DWZ and lean-type Yorkshire pigs, and then RNA sequencing technology was utilized to explore miRNAs, lncRNAs and mRNAs profiles in backfat tissue. 18 differentially expressed (DE) transcripts were randomly selected for quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (QPCR) to validate the reliability of the sequencing results. Finally, gene ontology (GO) and Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes (KEGG) enrichment analysis were conducted to investigate the potential pathways influence adipocyte differentiation, adipogenesis and lipid metabolism, and a schematic model was further proposed. Results: A total of 1,625 differentially expressed transcripts were identified in DWZ pigs, including 27 upregulated and 45 downregulated miRNAs, 64 upregulated and 119 down-regulated lncRNA, 814 upregulated and 556 downregulated mRNAs. QPCR analysis exhibited strong consistency with the sequencing data. GO and KEGG analysis elucidated that the differentially expressed transcripts were mainly associated with cell growth and death, signal transduction, peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors (PPAR), AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK), PI3K-Akt, adipocytokine and foxo signaling pathways, all of which are strongly involved in cell development, lipid metabolism and adipogenesis. Further analysis indicated that the BGIR9823_87926/miR-194a-5p/AQP7 network may be effective in the process of adipocyte differentiation or adipogenesis. Conclusion: Our study provides comprehensive insights into the regulatory network of backfat deposition and lipid metabolism in pigs from the point of view of miRNAs, lncRNAs and mRNAs.

        중국의 FDI와 대외무역 발전의 관계분석 : 연해와 내륙지역 간의 차이규명을 중심으로

        중국 정부는 외국인 직접투자를 규범화하고 수출입 무역을 이끌기 위해 1995년에 대표적인 법규로 <외국인 투자 산업 지도 목록>을 출범했다. 본 연구는 1985~2018년의 패널데이터를 활용하여 법규 출범 전후에 FDI와 대외무역 간의 관계변화를 분석하였다. 또한, 중국의 외국인 직접투자와 대외무역 간의 관계가 연해 및 내륙지역 간에 어떻게 다른지 살펴보기 위해 중국의 31개 성급단위를 연해지역과 내륙지역으로 구분하였다. 분석결과 상대적으로 시장경제체제의 수립이 미약하였던 1995년 이전에는 내륙지역은 물론 연해지역의 경우에도 외국인 직접투자와 대외무역 사이에 유의한 인과관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 사회주의 시장경제체제가 수립된 1995년 이후 연해지역에서는 외국인 직접투자의 유입이 대외무역의 발전을 촉진한 것으로 나타났다. 내륙지역에서는 1995년 이전의 외국인 직접투자가 대외무역의 발전을 촉진하지 않은 반면에 그 이후에 양자 간 쌍방 인과관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. In 1995, the Chinese government has launched a representative law called Catalogue for the Guidance of Foreign Investment Industries to regulate foreign direct investment and guide China s foreign trade. This study reflects the impact of this regulation through the changes in the relationship between foreign direct investment and foreign trade before and after the regulation is promulgated. At the same time, consider the heterogeneity of regional development levels, this study classified China s 31 administrative regions into the coastal and inland areas to identify regional differences. It was found that in the coastal regions, there was no significant causal relationship between foreign direct investment and foreign trade before 1995. After 1995, the inflow of foreign direct investment promoted the development of foreign trade. In the inland regions, foreign direct investment before 1995 did not promote the development of foreign trade. After 1995, there was a reciprocal causation relationship between the two. This paper implies that such regions as the coastal regions in China with comparative advantages in the labour quality, infrastructure, and geographic location could promote the international trade through encouraging the FDI. Thus, according to the paper, it is desirable to preveniently promote the FDI in order to revitalize the economy through international trade.
