        한국어 리듬패턴 변화에 관한 연구 -2음절 낱말을 중심으로-

        In Korean, it has been well Down that vowel length plays an important role in differentiating word meanings. But the distinction between long and short vowels is often ignored by young generation. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the change in rhythm patterns. In addition, it is also examined whether this change has resulted in the differences in prosodic features between young and old groups. This study is based on H. B. Lee's 'rhythm pattern theory' Based on his assumption, it is suggested that the loss of original vowel length has caused the place of accent to move from the first to the second syllable.

        동해북부선 철도의 경제적 효과

        This study analyzes the Domestic Economic Ripple Effect (DERE) of the Donghae-Bukpuseon Railway (DBR). Input-Output Analysis and Scenario Analysis are employed. First, the future demand is approximately 6.86 billion people, 1.4 billion tons of logistics, and future forecast production is 1.2 trillion won for passengers, and 0.15 trillion won for logistics. Second, the production inducement (PI) coefficient of the railway industry is 2.080, the value-added inducement (VAI) coefficient is 0.680, the import inducement (II) coefficient is 0.32 and the employment inducement (EI) coefficient is 6.45. Third, for the DERE, PI is 2.846 trillion won, VAI is 0.939 trillion won, II is 0.446 trillion won, and EI is 8,737 people/1 billion won. Fourth, PI is approximately 2.8 trillion won, and the payback period is 35 years. Scenario 1 (a 50% increase in the demand for tourism) takes approximately 27 years, Scenario 2 (an 100% increase), 20 years, and Scenario3 (an 150% increase), 16 years. The successful way of the DBR is to enlarge the linkage effect of trans-railways for which international cooperation and agreements are needed. Also, even if the DBR is isolated due to worsening inter-Korea relations, the development of tourism resources is important for public investment feasibility.

        외모만족도와 자아탄력성이 치위생(학)과 재학생의 취업스트레스에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of the appearance satisfaction and ego-resilience of dental hygiene students on their employment stress. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 403 female dental hygiene students in five colleges in Chungbuk-do, Gyeongnam-do, and Daejeon. Results: 1. The college students got a mean of 2.78±0.42, 3.27±0.41 and 2.28±0.52 in appearance satisfaction, ego-resilience and job-seeking stress, respectively. 2. Employment stress revealed higher score in poorer financial conditions(p<0.001) and less major satisfaction(p<0.001). 3. Employment stress had a negative correlation to a physical attraction and somatic condition which were the sub-factors of appearance satisfaction. Stress also had a negative correlation to personal relationship and emotional control which were the sub-factors of ego-resilience. 4. Household economy(p=0.023) was identified as a variable that affected job-seeking stress, physical attraction(p=0.048) and somatic condition(p=0.039). Personal relationship(p=0.040) and emotional control(p=0.034) were the influential variables and had 33.2% of explanation power for employment stress. Conclusions: Appearancesatisfaction and ego-resilience were the factors affecting job-seeking stress. Therefore counseling and educational programs should be provided for dental hygiene students to look at their own appearance and bodies in a more positive way, to foster their ego-resilience, to relieve and properly cope with employment stress and ultimately to promote their mental health.

        우리의 교육은 다양한 매체의 등장과 기술의 발달로 인해 이러닝, 모바일 러닝, 소셜 러닝, 스마트 러닝에 이르기까지 다양한 방식으로 발전 하고 있다. 빠르게 변화하는 교육환경 속에서 우리가 지금 해야 하는 것은 기술의 발전이 가져다준 미래지향적인 교육 패러다임의 방향을 알고, 교육 현장에 적용하는 것이다. 스마트 시대에 적합한 학습환경을 마련하기 위해서는 이러닝의 주요 학습 환경 구성요소인 학습관리시스템(LMS: Learning Management Systems)의 변화가 매우 중요한 역할을 담당한다. 국내 외 이러닝 분야의 표준은 빠르게 신규 버전이 개발되고 새로운 영역의 표준들이 등장하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 콘텐츠 및 출판의 융합모델에 대한 표준으로 급부상중인 IMS의 Common Cartridge를 기반으로 하는 수준별 오답분석 시스템을 설계하였다.

        고령자 주택자산을 활용한 주택연금 활성화를 위한 법제도 개선방안

        본 연구에서는 주택연금 개선안과 현재 주택연금 이용현황, 주택연금 계리모형을 분석하여, 국내주택연금을 활성화하기 위한 법제도 개선방안을 연구하였고, 그 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주택금융공사법 제43조의3 ‘주택담보노후연금보증채무의 이행’과 주택금융공사법 제43조의7 ‘저당권 설정 등의 제한’등의 법률의 개정이 필요하다. 제43조의3는 주택연금 가입자가 생전에 수익자로 지정한 배우자가 유언대용신탁을 활용하게 되면 주택연금 가입자 사망 시 해당 연금이 배우자에게 자동으로 승계되는 방안이 마련되었으므로 변경되어야 한다. 담보주택을 임대하는 행위가 가능해지므로 제43조의7(저당권 설정 등의 제한) 개정필요하다. 둘째, 1억 5천만 원이하의 저렴한 주택가격을 보유한 고령자는 우대형 주택연금을 받을 수 있는 방안이 생겼으나, 주택연금 이용현황에서 알 수 있듯이 서울과 경기를 제외하고, 주택 가격1억 5천만 원에서 2억 원 사이에 있으므로 우대형 주택연금의 주택가격 상한선을 2억 원으로 올릴 필요가 있다. 셋째, 주택연금 계리모형 분석을 통해 주택연금 보증료 유형(초기보증료와 월 보증료의 조합)을 다양화방안을 통하여 가입자가 선택할 수 있도록 하여 수요를 확대할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 더불어 미국의 HECM Saver option을 국내 상황에 맞도록 주택연금 보증료 구조를 개선해 나갈 필요가 있으며, 초기보증료의 환급규정을 완화해 나가야 한다. 그리고 주택연금 가입대상자가 주택연금 가입을 꺼리는 중요한 이유 중 하나가 주택가격의 상승이다. 주택가격 상승률이 지역별 차이가 존재하는데 이를 전국단위로 적용하는 것은 주택가격 상승률이 높은 지역의 잠재 가입자에게 주택연금 가입을 주저하게 한다. 주택가격 상승률의 차이를 반영하여 연금액을 산정하게 된다면 주택연금 활성화에 기여할 수 있으리라 예상된다. This study studied the legislative system improvement plan to revitalize the housing pension, which is proposed as an alternative to guarantee aging income according to the aging population. The results of the analysis of the housing pension improvement plan, current housing pension usage status, and housing pension actuarial model are as follows. First, as the spouse’s automatic succession of the housing pension and the rental of the mortgage for the housing pension are permitted, Article 43-3 of the Housing Finance Corporation Act ‘Fulfillment of Home Security Pension Guarantee Debt’ and Article 43-7 of the Housing Finance Corporation Act Amendments to the law, such as restrictions, are required. Second, except for Seoul and Gyeonggi, the housing price ranges from 150 million won to 200 million won. Therefore, it is necessary to raise the upper limit on the housing price of preferential housing pensions to 200 million won. Third, the housing pension actuarial model analysis should diversify the types of housing pension guarantee fees (combination of initial guarantee fee and monthly guarantee fee) and ease the refund regulations for the initial guarantee fee. Regional growth rates in housing prices need to be applied. It is hoped that the results of the study on the improvement of the legal system for the revitalization of the housing pension will be realized, thereby contributing to the practical retirement measures of the elderly.

        공공데이터를 활용한 전세가격 결정요인

        본 연구는 공동주택 전세가격에 영향을 미치는 결정요인을 분석하는데, 전세가격 상승을 주도하는 강남구, 서초구, 송파구인 강남3구의 아파트 전세가격과 해당아파트의 물리적 특성과 단지적 특성, 관리비용적 특성들과의 관계를 분석하였다. 이러한 분석과정에서 현재 정부가 공개하고 있는 공공데이터 중에서 부동산 공공데이터를 활용하여 데이터를 구성하였다. 유의한 독립변수들의 절대값을 비교하면 경과년수(0.382)> 승강기대수(0.252)> 난방방식(0.159)> 동수(0.139)> ㎡당 공용관리비 (0.024)> 복도유형(0.015)> ㎡당 공용 전기료(0.005)> 세대수(0.004) 순서이다. In this study, the public housing rental prices to analyze factors affecting the decision, which led to a rise in rental prices, Gangnam-gu, Seocho-gu, Gangnam, Songpa-ku apartment rental prices and its three apartment complex physical characteristics and traits, characteristics, administrative capacity the relationship between using the real estate public data were analyzed. The result was that eight independent variables were significant. Significant when compared to the absolute value of the independent variable number of years elapsed (0.382)> elevator algebra (0.252)> heating system (0.159)> the same number (0.139)> ㎡ per common expenses (0.024)> corridor type (0.015)> ㎡ per common electricity (0.005)> Number of households (0.004) in order that.

        일부 전신질환자에서 구강건조증의 관련요인 분석

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the factors related to xerostomia in patients with systemic diseases, and the results were analyzed through t-test, ANOVA, and multiple linear regression analysis. There were 62 respondents (56.9%) who reported dry mouth and the season of the most severe dry mouth was reported to be the highest during winter. According to the analysis made in the relationship of xerostomia with the awareness of general health and health behavior, the group that understood their own health poorly, had more than two kinds of diseases, and had been administered more than two kinds of daily medication showed higher xerostomia. Also, those who experienced desperation, had high dryness in other parts of the body, and heavy snoring were more aware of xerostomia (p<0.05). According to the analysis made in the relationship between xerostomia and awareness of oral health state, the group that understood their oral health poorly and had pain in the oral mucous membrane and halitosis was more aware of xerostomia (p<0.05). According to the analysis made in the relationship between quality of life and xerostomia, the group that showed high level of problem in daily living and stress and were self-conscious and felt tense due to halitosis reported more xerostomia (p<0.05). Finally, xerostomia was most correlated with consciousness of the eyes of others due to halitosis followed by the number of transferred systemic diseases and stress level. Based on such results, xerostomia was understood to be an obstacle in maintaining favorable social life and health. Since xerostomia was shown to be related to the number of transferred systemic diseases, the dental professions are asked to further improve their understanding not only on oral health but also systemic diseases. Therefore, these efforts are expected to prevent xerostomia and reduce various complications caused by xerostomia.

        교정 치료의 한계에 관한 연구

        치료의 한계를 미리 알 수 있다면 현실적이고 체계적으로 치료목표와 계획을 설정할 수 있을 것이며, 치료결과 또한 좀 더 예측 가능할 것이다. 대체적으로 볼 때, III급 수술-교정 치료 증례는 통상적인 증례보다 교정 치료를 통하여 얻어야 하는 치아 이동량이 많을 것으로 예상되어 이를 연구대상으로 선택하였고, 이들이 보인 교정적 치아이동 양상을 측정하여 교정적 치아이동의 한계에 대한 후향적 연구를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 치아 이동량의 측정방법으로서 선택한 치아 위치 측정기구의 신뢰성을 평가한 다음, 이 방법을 이용하여 연구 대상의 교정적 치아 이동의 한계를 밝히는 것이었다. 이를 위하여 연구 재료로서 III급 수술-교정 치료를 받은 환자 55명의 치료 전 · 후 모형을 이용하였고, 연구 방법으로 각 모형에서 치아의 angulation, inalination 및 견치에서 제2대구치에 이르는 치열궁 폭경의 변화를 측정한 다음, 치아 이동량 측정밥법의 신최성 검증을 위하여 임의 표본에 대하여 검사자간의 신뢰성을 분석하였으며, 기술 통계량을 얻고 paired t test를 시행하였다. 연구 결과, 측정 방법의 양호한 신최성을 검증할 수 있었으며, 치아 이동 범위는 악궁 내 각 부위에 따라 매우 다양함을 알 수 있었다. 본 실험의 연구 대상인 III급 수술-교정 치료 증례에서 치아 이동의 변화량을 해석한 결과, 수술-교정 치료 시 필요한 상 · 하 구치부 치열궁 조화를 이루기 위한 치열궁합 등 다른 증례의 치료에서 치료 전 · 후 치아 이동 양상의 해석에 적용할 수 있으며, 만일 이것을 통하여 특정 치료증례에서 치아 이동양상에 대한 충분한 자료를 얻는다면, 해당 치료 증례의 치료 계획 설정을 위한 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. Information on the limits of treatment could allow for more rational treatment planning and better results after treatment. From this point of view, this article has attempted to discuss the limits of orthodontic tooth movement. A relatively wider range of tooth movement is expected after Class Ill surgical-orthodontics than after conventional orthodontic treatment in general. The purposes of this paper were first, to evaluate the reliability of teeth position measuring gauge, and second, to elucidate the limits of orthodontic tooth movement. Dental casts of fifty-five subjects were analyzed by using Set-up model checker (InVisitec Co., Korea before and after the Class III surgical-orthodontic treatment. The changes of maxillary and mandibular dental arch widths were also measured from the canines to the second molars. To test the inter-examiner reliability, randomly selected casts were measured by another examiner. Descriptive statistics and paired t tests were used to explain tha tooth movement during treatment. The results showed a relatively good reliability of measuring instruments and a very diverse range of tooth movement. Collective changes by the orthodontic tooth movement evaluated in Class III su rgical-orthodontics allowed for a suggestive interpretation of specific treatment patterns. Arch width changes during the inter-arch coordination were mainly the result of tipping in both buccal segments. Based on the results of this study, the possibility of a change in dentition as a result of orthodontic treatment should be understood in order to launch a well-organized plan of treatment.

        주택연금정책과 고령자의 주거만족도

        Korea is currently experiencing social problems due to an increase in the elderly population. It is an increase in social costs to support the elderly as the proportion of the elderly increases. However, Korea s declining birthrate has reduced its production population, increasing the burden of government finances on elderly people s retirement funds. Therefore, Korea, a global aging nation, needs to make full use of housing pensions. In this study, the relationship between housing pension subscriptions and housing satisfaction among the elderly was studied. Housing pension subscription is the fourth most influential among the 14 variables in housing environment satisfaction among the elderly. Housing pensions will be subscribed, and there is no need to consider lending out old-age living funds using residential houses as collateral or taking out new forms of income sources. As a result, it is considered to affect housing satisfaction because it allows them to live comfortably in their own homes. In addition, the housing pension policy is a policy that guarantees the elderly and their spouses to live for life. It can be analyzed that this contributes to the stable flow of retirement funds to the elderly, as well as the increase in housing satisfaction for the elderly by providing housing security.
