      • 군집 별 표준곡선 매개변수를 이용한 치밀오일 생산성 예측 순환신경망 모델

        치밀오일 미래 생산성 예측은 잔류오일 회수량 및 저류층 거동 분석을 위해 중요한 작업이다. 일반적으로 석유공학적 관점에서 감퇴곡선법을 이용하여 생산성 예측이 이루어지는데, 최근에는 데이터기반의 머신러닝 기법을 이용한 연구도 수행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 딥러닝 기반 순환신경망과 LSTM, GRU 알고리즘을 이용하여 미래 생산량 예측을 위한 효과적인 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 입력변수로는 치밀오일 생산 시 산출되는 오일, 가스, 물과 이와 더불어 다양한 군집분석을 통해 산출된 표준곡선이 주요 매개변수이고, 출력변수는 월별 오일 생산량이다. 기존의 경험적 모델인 감퇴곡선법과 순환신경망 모델들을 비교하였으며, 모델의 예측성능을 향상시키기 위해 하이퍼파라미터 튜닝을 통해 최적 모델을 도출하였다. Predicting future productivity of tight oil is an important task for analyzing residual oil recovery and reservoir behavior. In general, productivity prediction is made using the decline curve analysis(DCA). In this study, we intend to propose an effective model for predicting future production using deep learning-based recurrent neural networks(RNN). LSTM, and GRU algorithms. As input variables, the main parameters are oil, gas, water, which are calculated during the production of tight oil, and the type curve calculated through various cluster analyzes. the output variable is the monthly oil production. Existing empirical models, the DCA and RNN models, were compared, and an optimal model was derived through hyperparameter tuning to improve the predictive performance of the model.

        방풍의 항염 효과 기전

        목적 : 방풍은 임상적으로 관절염을 포함한 다양한 염증성 질환 치료제로 사용되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 인간 비만세포를 이용하여 세포 독성에 영향을 주지 않는 농도에서 방풍의 항염 효과 및 그 기전을 검토했다. 방법 : 인간의 HMC-1세포를 IMDM에서 페니실린, 스트렙토마이신, 모노티오글리세린를 첨가하여 배양하고 방풍추출액을 투여하였다. 그 다음 MTT, ELISA, RT-PCR, 세포내 칼슘측정, 핵단백분석을 이용하여 TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8 각각의 형성과 mRNA발현, 세포내 칼슘 수준, NF-κB 발현에 대한 방풍추출액의 반응을 측정하고 통계처리 하였다. 결과 : 방풍은 PMA와 calcium ionophore A23187로 활성화된 비만세포에서 세포내 칼슘 수준과 NF-κB, TNF-α와 IL-6의 발현을 억제 시켰고 RT-PCR을 이용한 mRNA 발현에서 TNF-α와 IL-6의 발현을 억제하였다. 결론 : 방풍은 비만세포내 칼슘 수준 및 NF-κB의 활성을 억제하고 염증성 세포 활성 물질인 TNF-α와 IL-6의 분비도 억제하여 항염 효과를 나타냄을 암시하고 있다.

      • Thymol attenuates the worsening of atopic dermatitis induced by <i>Staphylococcus aureus</i> membrane vesicles

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P> <I>Staphylococcus aureus</I> membrane vesicles (MVs) aggravate atopic dermatitis (AD) through the delivery of bacterial effector molecules to host cells and the stimulation of inflammatory responses. This study investigated the inhibitory effect of thymol, a phenolic monoterpene found in essential oils derived from plants, on the worsening of AD induced by <I>S. aureus</I> MVs both <I>in vitro</I> and <I>in vivo</I>. The sub-minimal inhibitory concentrations of thymol disrupted <I>S. aureus</I> MVs. Intact <I>S. aureus</I> MVs induced the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokine (interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6, and tumor necrosis factor-α) and chemokine (IL-8 and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1) genes in cultured keratinocytes, whereas thymol-treated <I>S. aureus</I> MVs did not stimulate the expression of these genes. Topical application of thymol-treated <I>S. aureus</I> MVs or treatment with thymol after intact <I>S. aureus</I> MVs to AD-like skin lesions diminished the pathology of AD. This included decreases in epidermal/dermal thickness and infiltration of eosinophils/mast cells, and inhibited expression of pro-inflammatory cytokine and chemokine genes in mouse AD model. Moreover, thymol significantly suppressed the Th1, Th2, and Th17-mediated inflammatory responses in AD-like skin lesions induced by <I>S. aureus</I> MVs, and reduced the serum levels of immunoglobulin (Ig) G2a, mite-specific IgE, and total IgE. In summary, thymol disrupts <I>S. aureus</I> MVs and suppresses inflammatory responses in AD-like skin lesions aggravated by <I>S. aureus</I> MVs. Our results suggest that thymol is a possible candidate for the management of AD aggravation induced by <I>S. aureus</I> colonization or infection in the lesions.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> The subMICs of thymol disrupt <I>S. aureus</I> membrane vesicles (MVs). </LI> <LI> Thymol-treated <I>S. aureus</I> MVs do not induce inflammatory responses in keratinocytes. </LI> <LI> Thymol inhibits worsening of AD-like lesions induced by <I>S. aureus</I> MVs. </LI> </UL> </P>

        관절염 모델에서 가미청열사습탕(加味淸熱瀉濕湯)의 진통 및 소염 효과에 관한 연구

        Objectives This study was carried out to find the effects of Gami-cheongyulsaseub-tang (hereinafter referred to GCST) on the inhibition of zymosan-induced pain in rats and collagen II-induced arthritis (CIA) in DBA/1J mouse. Methods As an acute inflammatory pain model, peripheral inflammation was induced by intraplantar injection of zymosan into the right hind paw in rats and then the hyperalgesia and pain regulating factors in spinal cord were analyzed. As a chronic inflammation model, the mixture of collagen II and complete Freund``s adjuvant was treated into mice to establish rheumatoid arthritis and then body weight, thickness of hind paw, pathological change of spleen, immunological rheumatoid factor (IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgM and anti-collagen II), pro-inflammatory cytokines, and bone injury were analyzed. Results In the acute inflammatory pain model, GCST significantly inhibited the thermal and mechanical hyperalgesia and the pain regulating factors, including Fos, CD11b, PKA and PKC, in the spinal cord with a dose-dependent manner. In the chronic rheumatoid arthritis model, GCST administration decreased arthritic index and paw edema as compared with CIA control group. In particular, GCST reduced significantly the serum levels of total IgG2a, IgG2b, IgM, and specific anti-collagen II, but not total IgG1. GCST also resulted in the attenuation of bone injury and spleen enlargement/adhesion in CIA mice. Moreover, the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-α and IL-1β in CIA mice was significantly reduced by GCST in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusions Comparison of the results in this study showed that GCST had anti-nociceptive and immunomodulatory effects. These data imply that GCST can be used as an effective drug for not only rheumatoid arthritic pain but also other auto-immune diseases. (J Korean Med Rehab 2015;25(1):27-44)

        Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) is the second most common non-melanoma skin cancer. In SCC, ultraviolet radiation is known as typical risk factor and it is mainly found on sun-exposed areas such as face, neck, and arm. SCC that occurs in a female vulva is a rare cancer. It represents 3-5% of gynecological cancers with an incidence of 2 per 100,000 women/year. It can occur at any age, mainly in women of the 6th decade. Clinically, it is represented as an erythematous to whitish colored patch and it may also be nodular or ulcerative appearance. A 76-year-old woman visited our hospital with multiple erythematous erosive patch on labia minora 6 months ago. We performed biopsy and we can confirm the diagnosis as SCC with no other metastasis. In addition, there was HPV-16 positive in HPV genotyping. The prognostic significance of HPV in vulva SCC is not established firmly. Some studies of vulva SCC have shown that HPV-associated SCC have a better prognosis where as others have not. HPV-associated SCC occur typically in younger women and HPV-independent SCC occur more frequently in older women. Herein, we report a case of 76-year-old woman with HPV-associated SCC.

        This study has been carried out to investigate the natural convection heat transfer from the isothermal horizontal plate with upward projecting fins numerically. The governing equations for the system are solved by the finite difference analysis and successive over relaxation method at Ra=4000-7000, Pr=0.71, C?=7.75. Mean Nusselt numbers, velocities, temperatures and stream functions are obtained for various dimensionless fin lengths The results are as follows ; 1. The local fin Nusselt number is increased rapidly near the fin tip and that of the fin tip is decreased rapidly by increasing the dimensionlesss fin lengths. 2. The mean plate Nusslt number is decreased by increasing the dimensionless fin lengths and the mean fin Nusselt number shows the maximum value at H/S=2.0 3. The mean total Nusselt number shows the optimum fin length for the maximum heat transfer at H/S=2.0 4. The mean plate, fin and total Nusselt number are increased by increasing the dimensionless fin lengths at H/S=1.0

      • HFC-134a와 대체냉매 HFC-152a에 CF_3I를 혼합한 자동차냉매 특성

        These days, an attention of environment has been increasing all over the world. to prevent the green house effect and destruction of an ozone layer, an ozone destruction potential(ODP) be zero and a refrigerant for low global warming potential(GWP) is needed. HFC-134a, in which hydrogen is mixed instead of chlorine is a refrigerant used for automobile conditioners and its destruction potential is ecologically zero. However, it is not considered as a perfect substitutive refrigerant as its GWP is high. It is studied refrigerant mixtures in which HFC-134a, HFC-152a and CF_3I with low GWP and zero ODP are mixed by experimentally and concluded as follows; 1. with the variation of speed of compressor outside temperature and flow rate, the heat of evaporator and compressor and coefficient of performance was varied, and influenced the air conditioner. 2. The pressure of evaporator was decreased with increasing the speed of compressor and that of the refrigerant HFC-134a was higher 21% than that of azotrope refrigerant mixed with CF_3I. The overall capacity of condensor and evaporator was increased and HGC-134a was higher than azotrope refrigerant mixed with CF_3I 3. The capacity of evaporator with the refrigerant HFC-134a was higher 6% than azotrope refrigerant mixed with CF31 and the required power with zaotrope refrigerant mixed with CF_3I was higher 11% than that of HFC-134a. 4. The COP of the refrigerant FHC-134a was higher 31% in 1000RPM. when outside temperature was increased, COP was decreased. 5. Performance of HFC-134a is better than azotrope refrigerant mixed with CF_3I but prefered zaotrope refrigerant mixed with CF_3I considering the environment.

      • 단백질 칩의 분자진단적인 응용 및 전망

        A typical protein chip is defined as a piece of glass on which different protein molecules have been arrayed at separate locations in an ordered manner thus forming a microscopic array. Microarray technology is in the center of the tools for large scale and high throughput post-genomic research and diagnosis. Protein chip technology has shown its great potential in basic research, diagnostics and drug discovery. It has been applied to analyze antibody-antigen, protein-protein, protein-nucleic acid, protein-lipid and protein-small molecule interactions, as well as enzyme-substrate interactions. Various protein chip diagnostic kits were developed for the diagnosis of wide range of disease including cancers and SARS. In this review, the latest technologies of protein chip are discussed in various aspects with its application in molecular diagnosis. Protein chips may not only change current medical diagnostic practices like the introduction of point of care test products but also have a significant potential to improve human healthcare service in the future.

        Two dimensional natural convection heat transfer from the rectangular enclosure with two heat sources of constant temperature in the bottom and partition near top is studied for various dimensionless partition heights, heat source lengths and Grashof numbers. The natural convective motion in a partitioned enclosure is considerably weaker than the convective motion in a nonpartitioned enclosure of the same aspect ratio. The Nusselt number along the hot(cold) surface attains its maximum value in the neighborhood of the location where the cooled(heated) fluid from the partition meets the surface.
