      • 비정상 민감도 해석을 이용한 유동제어

        The present paper deals with a method for the active flow control of compressible laminar/turbulent flows utilizing discrete aerodynamic sensitivity analysis. Unsteady discrete aerodynamic sensitivity equations are formulated. Unsteady sensitivity code and adjoint code are then developed by hand-differentiation from a two-dimensional unsteady compressible Navier-Stokes solver via direct differentiation method and adjoint method, respectively. An algebraic turbulence model is also differentiated by hand for the accurate computation of sensitivity derivatives in turbulent flows. Active flow controls are efficiently carried out by minimizing an unsteady objective function defined at an instant instead of integrating a response for a period of time. Unsteady sensitivity derivatives of the objective function are calculated by the unsteady sensitivity codes, and optimization is conducted utilizing a linear line search method at every physical time step. Flow control of several unsteady problems including the vortex shedding control from a circular cylinder and airfoil shock buffet control shows very satisfactory results. The computed results validate that the present active flow control method utilizing unsteady sensitivity analysis is robust and problem-independent compared to previous approaches.

      • AUSMPW+ 기법과 충격파 정렬 격자 기법을 이용한 정확한 극초음속 유동 해석

        In order to overcome some difficulties observing in the computation of hypersonic flows, two numerical methods are proposed: AUSMPW+ scheme and Shock-Aligned Grid Technique (SAGT). Typical symptoms appearing in the application of AUSM-type schemes to high speed flows, such as pressure wiggle near a wall and overshoot across a strong shock, are cured by introducing a weighting function based on pressure (AUSMPW). A newly improved version of AUSMPW scheme so called AUSMPW+, is developed to increase computational efficiency without sacrificing the robustness and accuracy of AUSMPW in capturing a strong shock or resolving a boundary layer. With a new definition of the numerical speed of sound at a cell interface, the capturing of an oblique shock is remarkably enhanced and unphysical expansion shock is removed. In order to treat the error propagating downstream from a shock wave in a non-shock-aligned grid system, SAGT is developed which allows the accurate prediction of sensitive aerodynamic coefficients and substantially reduces the grid dependency of a numerical solution. Extensive numerical tests from supersonic frozen flows to hypersonic non-equilibrium flows validates that SAGT combined with AUSMPW+ scheme yields accurate solutions for the computation of high speed flows.

        본 연구는 1986년 7월 11일부터 1991년 7월 10일까지 원광의대 부속 제2병원 신경정신과에서 의래 및 입원치료를 받았던 6,072명의 환자를 대상으로 병원 역학조사를 실시하고 그 결과를 1차조사 (박민철 등1986)와 비교했다. 1.전체 환자 중 남자가 54.4%로 여자보다 많았고, 이리와 이리 인접지역이 84.0%로 대부분의 지역을 나타났다. 의료보장상태는 보험환자가 57.1%, 의료보호환자21.8%, 일반환자 21.1%였으며 연령별로는 20대 24.6%, 30대 22.8%로 20대 30대가 절반정도를 차지했다. 2.외래환자에서는 신경중성장애가 46.0%로 가장 많고 정동장애, 경련성장애 순이며, 입원환자에서는 정신분열증이 30.5%로 가장 많고 기질성정신장애, 정동장애의 순이었다. 3.남자는 신경증성쟝애(23.4%), 정신분열증, 기질성정신장애 순이고 여자는 신경증성장애(39.9%), 정동장애, 정신분열증의 순이었다. 남자가 여자보다 많은 진단은 알코올정신장애(94.6%), 기질성정신장애, 소아정신장애 순이고, 여자가 남자보다 많은 진단은 정동장애(64.5%), 신경증성장애였다. 4.진단별 연령분포에서 신경증성장에는 30대(25.3%), 20대, 40대 순이고, 정신분열증은 20대(40.5%), 30대, 40대 순이며, 정동장애는 20대, 30대, 50대 순이나 비교적 비슷한 융이었다. 5.진단별 발병연령에서 신경증성장에는 20대, 30대가 절반이고,정신분열증은 20대(51.3%), 10대, 30대 순이며 정동장애는 20대(30.7%), 30대, 50대 순이었다. 진단별 평균 발병연령은 신경증성장애 32.7세, 정동장애 36.1세, 정신분열증 23.6세였다. 6.진단별 이병기간은 2년이상이 신경증성장에 28.3%, 정신분열증 68.5% 정동장애 43.9%인데 전체적으로 41.0%였다. 진단별 평균 이병기간은 정신분열증 73.2개월, 정동장애 45.5개월, 신경증성장애 29.5개월이었다. We examined epidemiologic study of 6,072 patients who visited Wonkwang Neuropsychiatric hospital since July 11 of 1986 until July 10 of 1991 and compared this results with previous study(Park et al 1986). The study revealed as follows:1. Of total patients males visited this hosptial more than females as 57.1%, Most of them(84.0%) resided Iri and neighbouring Iri. In the point of insurance, insured patients, medicaid patients and uninsured patients were 57.1%, 21.8% and 21.1% respectively. On the distribution of age, the twenties, the thirties were 24.6%, 22.8% respectively and twenties and thirties were about half of total patients. 2. Of outpatients neurotic disorder was the most as 46.0%, secondly mood disorder and thirdly convulsive disorder, but of inpatients schizophrenia was the most as 30.5%, secondly organic mental disorder and thirdly mood disorder. 3. Of males neurotic disorder was the most as 23.4%, secondly schizophrenia, and thirdly organic mental disorder, but of females neurotic disorder was the most as 39.9%, secondly mood disorder and thirdly schizophrenia. alcoholic mental disorder(94.6%), organic mental disorder, child mental disorder were mostly found in males,but mood disorder(64.5%) and neurotic disorder were mostly found in females. 4. On the distribution of age neurotic disorder was found the most in the thirties(25.3%), next in the twenties and in the forties, and schizophrenia was found the most in the twenties(40.5%), next in the thirties and in the forties, but mood disorder was found the most in the twenties, next in the thirties and in the forties but revealed similar rates relatively. 5. On the distribution of age of onset neurotic disorder developed nearly half during the twrnties and the thirties, schizophrenia developed mostly during the twenties (51.3%), secondly the teens and thirdly the thirties, but mood disorder developed firstly the twenties(30.7%), secondly the thirties and thirdly the fifties. on the average age of onset of illness neurotic disorder, mood disorder and schizophrenia were 32.7 years, 36.1 years and 23.6 years respectively. 6. On the duration of illness more than two years was 28.3% in neurotic disorder, 68.5% in schizophrenia and 3.9% in mood disorder and on the average duration of illness schizophrenia, mood disorder and neurotic disorder were 73.2 months, 45.5 months and 29.5 months respectively.

      • <i>Vigna angularis</i> inhibits IL-6-induced cellular signalling and ameliorates collagen-induced arthritis

        <P><B>Objectives.</B> The present study was conducted in order to assess whether extracts or isolated compounds from <I>Vigna angularis</I> were able to suppress IL-6 signalling and to show the therapeutic effect on collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) in mice.</P><P><B>Methods.</B> The effect of <I>V. angularis</I> on IL-6 signalling was studied by measuring Stat3-dependent luciferase activity, expression of inflammation-related genes, and phosphorylation of Janus kinase 2 (JAK2), signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) and extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) induced by IL-6. CIA was induced by immunizing with bovine type II collagen. <I>V. angularis</I> extract (VAE) was administrated orally at 50 and 100 mg/kg from day 1 to day 28. Induction of arthritis was evaluated with a visual scoring system and histological analysis.</P><P><B>Results.</B> Extracts or two triterpenoid compounds from <I>V. angularis</I> showed potent inhibitory effects on pSTAT3-inducible luciferase activity, STAT3 tyrosine phosphorylation and the expression of inflammation-related genes induced by IL-6. Administration of VAE significantly suppressed the progression of CIA, accompanied by a reduced antibody response to type II collagen and protection from tissue damage in knee joints.</P><P><B>Conclusion.</B> Administration of VAE has a therapeutic effect on CIA and this effect is associated with the inhibitory activity on IL-6/STAT3 signalling. These results suggest that extracts or compounds from <I>V. angularis</I> could be a useful treatment for diseases related to IL-6, including RA.</P>

        Numerical Simulation of Asymmetric Vortical Flows on a Slender Body at High Incidence

        The compressible laminar and turbulent viscous flows on a slender body in supersonic speed as well as subsonic speed have been numerically simulated at high angle of attack. The steady and time-accurate compressible thin-layer Navier-Stokes code based on an implicit upwind-biased LU-SGS algorithm has been developed and specifically applied at angles of attack of 20, 30 and 40 deg, respectively. The modified eddy-viscosity turbulence model suggested by Degani and Schiff was used to simulate the case of turbulent flow. Any geometric asymmetry and numerical perturbation have not been intentionally or artificially imposed in the process of computation. The purely numerical results for laminar and turbulent cases, however, show clear asymmetric formation of vortices which were observed experimentally. Contrary to the subsonic results, the supersonic case shows the symmetric formation of vortices as indicated by the earlier experiments.

        안동 하회마을 부용대(芙蓉臺) 일원의 식물상 및 관리방안

        본 연구는 안동 하회마을의 최적의 조망점이자 요처인 옥연정사와 겸암정사를 포함한 부용대 일원의 식물상을 파악하고, 이를 근거로 민속마을이자 유네스코 세계문화유산에 포함된 부용대 일원의 식생 관리방안을 제시할 목적으로 시도되었다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 안동 부용대 일원의 전체식물상은 89과 217속 251종 1아종 38변종 11품종으로 총 301분류군이 확인되었다. 부용대 일원의 대표적 식생은 소나무림이며, 겸암정사 주변은 굴참나무림, 부용대 하식애는 모감주나무림으로 각각 구분되었다. 전체식물상 중 희귀식물은 원지, 모감주나무 등 14분류군이, 특산식물은 병꽃나무 등 7분류군이 확인되었다. 식물구계학적 특정식물은 Ⅳ등급에 원지 등 4분류군, Ⅲ등급에 금털고사리, 애기석위 등 10분류군, Ⅰ등급에 시무나무, 묏대추 등 13분류군으로 총 32분류군이 확인되었다. 또한 석회암지대 지표식물은 금털고사리, 왕팽나무, 절국대, 더위지기 등 총 11분류군으로 확인되었다. 귀화식물은 야생팬지, 붉은서나물 등 25분류군으로 구분되었으며, 이중 생태계교란식물인 가시박의 침입이 확인되었다. 이에 따라 귀화율(NR)은 8.3%이며, 도시화지수(UI)는 7.8%에 해당된다. 부용대의 고유한 전통 식생으로서의 회복을 위해서는 소나무림 상층의 리기다소나무와 중층의 물오리나무 점진적인 간벌이 필요하며, 겸암정사 주변에서 발견된 가시박을 비롯한 귀화식물에 대한 점진적인 제거방법의 마련과 장기적인 모니터링을 통한 지속적인 관리방안이 요구된다. 특히 화천서원 주변에 의도적으로 도입된 관상 및 경작외래식물인 뚱딴지는 자생식물로 대체되어야 할 것이다. 한편, 이 지역 희귀 및 특산식물인 원지는 현자생지 보전, 추가 자생지 확인 및 종자확보 등 유전자원의 현지 내외 보전이 반드시 필요한 식물이며, 부용대 하식애지형 특성을 잘 보여주는 모감주나무를 비롯하여 금털고사리, 절국대, 묏대추, 애기석위, 왕팽나무의 적극적 보존이 요망된다. 또한 갈모바위 부근에서 층길에 이르는 구간에 군락형태로 유지되는 등나무도 당분간 보호 및 관찰이 필요하며, 더불어 하식애 옥연정사에서 겸암정사에 이르는 층길의 안전성 확보를 전제로 교육적 활용을 위한 안내 해설판이 요구된다. This study investigated flora and vascular plants area around Buyongdae where include optimum view point Okyeonjeongsa and Gyeomamjeongsa in Hahoe Village, Andong. Based on the findings, the aim of results was attempted to suggest the management plan of the vegetation area around Buyongdae which designated UNESCO World cultural heritage and folk village in Korea. The results of the study is as the following. All flora of this site, Buyongdae in Andong, were 301 taxa; 89 families, 217 genera, 251 species, 1 subspecies, 38 varieties and 11 forms. Vegetation of each of areas in site was classified Pinus densiflora as representative forest around Buyongdae, Quercus variabilis forest around Gyeomamjjeongsa and Koelreuteria paniculata forest in river cliff of Buyongdae. The 14 taxa(Polygala tenuifolia, Koelreuteria paniculata, and others) as the rare plants and the 7 taxa(Weigela subsessilis, and others) as endemic species were recorded in the surveyed site among the whole flora. The specific plants which is categorized to degree by the Ministry of Environment appeared as 32 taxa; degree Ⅳ was 4 species; Polygala tenuifolia, etc. and degree Ⅲ was 10 species; Hypodematium glandulosopilosum, Pyrrosia petiolosa, etc. and degree Ⅰ was 13 species; Hemiptelea davidii, Zizyphus jujuba var. jujuba, etc. Also, the 11 taxa were recorded in limestone area as the chamaephyte; Hypodematium glandulosopilosum, Celtis koraiensis, Siphonostegia chinensis, Artemisia gmelini, and others. The naturalized plants recorded as 25 taxa; Viola arvensis, Erechtites hieracifolia, etc. and invasion of Sicyos angulatus which is ecosystem disturbing plants. The naturalization rate(NR) was 8.3% and the urbanization index(UI) was 7.8% by field survey. For recovery of indigenous to traditional vegetation landscape in Buyongdae, Pinus rigida of upper-growth and Alnus sibirica of middle-growth need thinning. In addition, the site demands both sustainable management through long-term monitering and gradual elimination method for the naturalized plants including Sicyos angulatus where found in Kyumamjeongsa. Particularly, intentional planting for decoration and cultivation around Hwachunseowon, Helianthus tuberosus must be substitute with the native plants. Meanwhile, Polygala tenuifolia is potently demanded preventing habitate, confirming additional habitate, seed securing and preservation of gene resource internally or externally. Koelreuteria paniculata; denoting feature of river cliff, including Hypodematium glandulosopilosum, Siphonostegia chinensis, Zizyphus jujuba var. jujuba, Pyrrosia petiolosa, and Celtis koraiensis, also need an assertive preservation. Futhermore, Wisteria floribunda for. floribunda, located around Galmo rock to Chunggil course, remained by colonizing form, need preservation and observation for a while. Beside that, the information boards are required to educate visiting user about safe regulations on the narrow way in rock hill.

        제주 성읍민속마을의 귀화식물 분포현황 및 관리방안

        제주시 성읍민속마을을 대상으로 관속식물상 및 귀화식물의 현황을 조사하고, 여타 민속마을과 제주도 전역에 분포하는 귀화식물의 분포양상 및 발생특성과 비교 고찰함으로써 이곳의 귀화식물의 관리방안을 모색할 목적으로 시도된 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 성읍민속마을의 관속식물상은 93과 260속 298종 44변종 12품종으로 총 354분류군이 확인되었으며, 이 중 귀화식물은 22과 46속 53종 2변종의 총 55분류군으로 이는 제주도 전역에서 확인된 총 254분류군의 21.7%에 해당된다. 이에 따른 성읍민속마을 의 귀화율은 15.5%로서 이는 경북 안동의 하회마을, 경주의 양동마을, 성주의 한개마을, 강원 고성의 왕곡마을 그리고 충남 아산의 외암마을에 비해 월등히 높은 수치였다. 마을내 발생한 귀화식물 중 분포지가 제주도에 한정되어 있는 것은 양장구채, 국화잎아욱, 애기달맞이꽃, 긴잎달맞이꽃, 솔잎미나리, 자주풀솜나물, 선풀솜나물, 큰참새피, 등심붓꽃 등 9분류군으로, 귀화식물의 이입 관문이자 선구 발생지로서의 특성을 살린 적절한 관리전략이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 한편 본 연구를 통해 제주도 기준목록에는 포함되지 않았던 까락빕새귀 리, 삼, 눈개불알풀 등 3분류군이 성읍민속마을에서 처음으로 확인되었다. 단위문화재 정원내 발생한 귀화식물은 총 20분류군으로 이 중 유럽점나도나물의 출현율이 62.5%로 가장 높았으며, 미국자리공·선개불알풀·망초·방가지똥·큰방가지똥(37.5%)도 비교적 높게 나타났는데 이는 제주도뿐만 아니라 대부분의 민속마을과 레크레 이션공간의 공통된 특성으로 보인다. 한편 경관관리적 취급이 요망되는 식물군락은 유채를 비롯하여 귀화식물인 코스모스, 토끼풀, 잔개자리, 긴잎달맞이꽃, 애기달맞이꽃, 서양벌노랑이, 호밀풀, 양장구채, 서양금혼초, 미국질경이, 큰이삭풀, 유럽점나도나물 등으로 분석되었다. 성읍민속마을의 단기적 귀화식물 관리방안으로는 경관농업적 차원에서 식재되고 있는 코스모스와 유채의 임내 침투 현황과 개화 후 활용 방안의 모색이 필요하다. 환경부가 지정한 생태계교란야생식물인 돼지풀과 서양금혼초는 우선적으로 제거하고, 재발에 대비한 추가 발생과 확산과 팽창을 염두에 둔 모니터링의 실시를 제안한다. 특히 서양금혼초는 서식밀도 파악 및 제근 등 물리적인 방제방안이 강구되어야 할 것이다. 또한 시각적으로 녹시율이 높은 정의읍성 외벽에 자생하는 방가지똥, 약모밀, 주홍서나물, 개망초, 자주광대나물의 제거가 시급하다. 이와 함께 폐·공가에 귀화식물의 분포와 우점도가 높음에 따라 공가에 대한 보존관리 및 민박 활용방안 등을 강구해야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to examine the current status of vascular plants and naturalized plants growing in the Seongeup Folk Village in Jeju and to consider and compare their distribution patterns and the characteristics of emergence of naturalized plants in other folk villages and all parts of Jeju, thereby exploring measures to well manage naturalized plants. The result of this study is as follows.11) The total number of vascular plants growing in Seongeup Folk Village is identified to be 354 taxa which include 93 families, 260 genus, 298 species, 44 varieties and 12 breeds. Among them, the number of naturalized plants is 55 taxa in total including 22 families, 46 genus, 53 species, and 2 varieties, which accounts for 21.7% of the total of 254 taxa identified all over the region of Jeju. The rate of naturalization in Seongeup Folk Village is 15.5%, which is far higher than the rates of plant naturalization in Hahoi Village in Andong, Yangdong Village in Gyeongju, Hangae Village in Seongju, Wanggok Village in Goseong, and Oeam Village in Asan. Among the naturalized plants identified within the targeted villages, the number of those growing in Jeju is 9 taxa including Silene gallica, Modiola caroliniana, Oenothera laciniata, Oenothera stricta, Apium leptophyllum, Gnaphalium purpureum, Gnaphalium calviceps, Paspalum dilatatum and Sisyrinchium angustifolium. It is suggested that appropriate management measures that consider the characteristics of the gateway to import and the birthplace of the naturalized plants are necessary. In the meantime, 3 more taxa that have not been included in the reference list of Jeju have been identified for the first time in Seongeup Folk Village, which include Bromus sterilis, Cannabis sativa and Veronica hederaefolia. The number of naturalized plants identified within the gardens of unit-based cultural properties is 20 taxa, among which the rate of prevalence of Cerastium glomeratum is the highest at 62.5%. On the other hand, the communities of plants that require landscape management are Brassica napus and other naturalized plants, including Cosmos bipinnatus, Trifolium repens, Medicago lupulina, Oenothera stricta, O. laciniata, Lotus corniculatus, Lolium perenne, Silene gallica, Hypochaeris radicata, Plantago virginica, Bromus catharticus and Cerastium glomeratum. As a short-term measure to manage naturalized plants growing in Seongeup Folk Village, it is important to identify the current status of Cosmos bipinnatus and Brassica napus that have been planted for landscape agriculture, and explore how to use flowers during the blooming season. It is suggested that Ambrosia artemisiifolia and Hypochaeris radicata, designated as invasive alien plants by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, should be eradicated initially, followed by regular monitoring in case of further invasion, spread or expansion. As for Hypochaeris radicata, in particular, some physical prevention measures need to be explored, such as for example, identifying the habitat density and eradication of the plant. In addition, it is urgent to remove plants, such as Sonchus oleraceus, Houttuynia cordata, Crassocephalum crepidioides, Erigeron annuus and Lamium purpureum with high index of greenness visually, growing wild at around high Jeongyi town walls. At the same time, as the distribution and dominance value of the naturalized plants growing in deserted or empty houses are high, it is necessary to find measures to preserve and manage them and to use the houses as lodging places.
