        The purpose of this study was to develop curriculum for the technical teacher education for newly planned College of Industrial Education of Chungnam National University to meet industrial technology progress in Korea. In order to achieve the purpose, the study investigated recent technological changes of industry and newly revised curriculum of technical high schools. The result of the study are summerized as follows: 1) For the general subjects the suggested curriculum consisted of 48 credits in 9 areas according to Chungnam National University regulation for general subjects. 2) For the professional subjects the suggested curriculum consisted of 20 credits in 10 subjects through slightly modification of governmental regulation for professional subjects. 3) For the technical subjects the suggested curriculum consisted of 80 credits, which ratio of required subjects to elective subjects is 50:50. And over 20 credits were alloted to practice, experiment and drafting are in order to strengthen practical competence. 4) The total credits of the curriculum consisted of 160 credits including 12 credits of general elective subjects. 5) The students taking minor course should complete over 21 credits (9 credits for required and 12 credits for elective) in minor course technical subjects within total 160 credits.

        This study examined the Stress and structural characteristics of reinforced concrete compressive member repair and strengthening by CFS and GFS after pre-loading. The following results were obtained. The results of compressive testing by the kind of fiber suggested that: In CFS, Specimen increased by about 26.9% and strengthening after pre-loading, by about 111.8%, compared with after strengthening, In GFS, Specimen increased by about 69.0% and repaired and models after pre-loading, by about 76.7%, compared with after strengthening. In the compressive testing, strengthen with CFS-Specimen showed a brittle fracture and strengthen with GFS-Specimen represented ductile fracture. More increasing in stress of Specimen, and repair and Strengthening specimen after pre-loading than loading specimen after strengthening suggested the strengthen effect of fiber.

      • 초등학교 보건교육과 건강증진행위 및 건강자기결정에 관한 연구

        This article aims to understand the relation of health improvement and self-decision according to the general characteristics of primary school students and their participation at school health education. As the subjects of this study, current Seoul city primary students as of 2002 were set as a population, and total 314 sampled subjects were picked out using the sampling method of the population, Stratified cluster random sampling method. As the survey instrument for health improvement behavior, the questionnaire of 38 question items developed by Ki, Jeongsook (1985), and modified by Lee, Hyang-mi(2000) for investigating health improvement behavior was applied. And as the survey instrument for health self-decision, the questionnaire used by Lee, Hyang-mi(2000) modifying Health-Determinism Index for Children, HSDI-C) was applied by the instruction of a health specialist. The questionnaire was conducted in the method of self-assessment at Seoul city middle schools from Jul. 15 till 23, 2002, and responded questionnaires were collected on the spot. The collected data were analyzed using Windows SPSS/PC 10.0 statistical programs, first of all, the average and standard deviation by sub-variable of each factor were calculated. Next, the primary school students' health improvement and self-determinism according to general characteristics was post-verified through one-way ANOVA and Scheffe. Finally, the primary school students' health improvement and self-determinism according their participation at school health education was post-verified through one-way ANOVA and Scheffe. The conclusion reached on the results of the above research procedures and data analysis is as follow. 1) There was difference by school year and no difference by other factors in health improvement behavior according to their general characteristics. 2) There was difference by gender and no difference by other factors in health self-determinism according to their general characteristics. 3) There was difference by participation at school health participation in health improvement behavior according to their participation at school health education. 4) There was no difference by participation at school health participation in health self-determinism according to their participation at school health education.

        정부 및 공공기관 거버넌스의 구성형태와 부문간 관계 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 북유럽 국가 중에서 주목을 받고 있는 핀란드의 공공 거버넌스 특성을 정부 및 공공기관의 구성형태 및 부문간 관계 측면에서 분석하여 이를 바탕으로 한국의 공공 거버넌스 특성을 비교 연구하는데 있다. 특정 국가의 공공 거버넌스 특성 및 공공 거버넌스 운영메커니즘 등을 규명하는데 있어서 국가체제에 대한 단순모형을 중심으로 살펴보는 것으로는 부족하다. 따라서 공공 거버넌스 전체 구성형태를 심층적으로 분석하여, 전체 구성형태에 포함된 주요 부문의 상하체계 및 각 부문간의 상호관계를 심층적으로 연구할 필요가 있기 때문에 구성형태적 접근방법(configurational approach)을 통해 공공 거버넌스체제를 연구하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 핀란드의 정부형태와 중앙정부의 하부체계, 핀란드 지방행정 구조와 중앙-지방정부간 관계, 핀란드 공공기관의 유형과 중앙-지방정부와의 관계 등을 살펴보고, 핀란드의 공공 거버넌스의 전반적인 구성형태와 주요 특징을 파악한 후에, 이를 바탕으로 정부형태와 중앙정부의 하부 체계, 지방행정 구조와 중앙 및 지방정부간 관계, 공공기관의 유형과 중앙 및 지방정부와의 관계 등을 상호비교하면서 한국 공공 거버넌스의 전반적인 구성형태와 주요 특징을 비교 연구한다. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the special characteristics of Finnish public governance, which receives substantial research attention within Northern European countries in terms of its unique configuration and spectral intersectoral relationships between government and the public body, and then compare such findings with major characteristics of Korean public governance for the development of public enterprise management and its policy in Korea. In the course of searching for special characteristics of public governance in a specific country and operational mechanisms of public governance, it is evident that relying on an analysis based on a simple model of the national system (the nation government, local governments, and public body) is not sufficient because it does not look into intersectoral relationships of the public sector and does not review the configuration of each entity. Accordingly, it is necessary to utilize a configurational approach to study public governance in a comparative perspective in terms of hierarchical and intersectoral relationships of each sector and overall configurations of public governance. This study first reviews the type of the national government, the structure of local government, intergovernmental relationships, the type of public body, and the relationship between public body and governments in Finland, and then compares such findings with those in Korea. In doing so, this study compares overall configurations and intersectoral relationships of the Finnish and Korean public governance with policy implications for further development of public enterprise management in Korea.

        Nine hundred and eighty fungal strains were isolated from lesions of Trifolium repens L. and various weeds. Among them, F40362, F40496. F40497 strains were selected by the screening of herbicidal activity on Trifolium repens L. and Zoysia japonica. Selected three strains showed selective activity between Trifolium repens L. and Zoysia japonica, and were identified as Penicillium sp.

        굴삭기 유압실린더는 붐, 암, 버킷과 같은 작업장치를 작동시키는 핵심 부품이다. 일반적으로 유압실린더는 반복적인 고압으로 인해 좌굴이나 피로 파손과 같은 구조적 문제가 종종 발생한다. 따라서, 유압실린더의 내구설계 시 설계수명 동안의 피로, 항복, 좌굴 등에 대한 안전도 평가가 반드시 이루어져야 한다, 내구설계는 기본설계와 상세설계 두 단계로 구성되는데, 기본설계 단계에서는 굴삭기의 작업능력, 작업속도, 작업반경 등을 고려하여 항복과 좌굴 안전도를 만족하도록 로드와 튜브의 지름, 길이, 두께와 같은 주요 치수를 결정한다. 상세설계 단계에서는 로드 노치, 용접부, 튜브 끝단, 글랜드, 오리피스, 쿠션링 등의 상세치수를 주로 피로 안전도 측면에서 결정한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 내구설계의 전반적인 절차와 각 설계 단계에서 내구설계 평가를 위해 이용한 해석기법에 대해 소개하고자 한다. Hydraulic cylinder is a primary component of excavator for activating attachments such as boom, arm and bucket. Generally cylinder is prone to experience structural problems such as buckling and fatigue failure due to cyclic high pressure. Therefore the safety margin against fatigue, yield and buckling during the design lifetime should be evaluated in the durability design stage. The durability design is composed of basic and detailed stages. In the basic design, principal dimensions such as diameter, length and thickness of rod and tube are determined considering working force, working speed and working range in view of yield and buckling. The detailed dimensions for rod notch, welds, tube end, gland, orifice, cushion ring, etc are then determined mainly considering the fatigue safety in the detailed design stage. In this study, the overall procedure of the durability design and the related analysis techniques are presented and discussed.
