K-L공간 에지 검출과 홍채 결함영역 추출에 관한 연구

본 논문은 K-L 공간 기법으로 에지를 검출하고 홍채 진단을 위해 에지 영상 패턴 매칭을 이용하여 홍채의 결합조직 위치를 검출하는 연구이다. 에지 검출 기법은 8방향 키어쉬-라프라시언 기법을 적용하고 진단영역인식은 진단기준패턴과 입력에지영상패턴과 오버랩핑 패턴 매칭으로 결함영역을 검출하였다. 그 결과 적용한 에지 검출 영상의 PSNR이 131 정도이며 패턴 매칭 영역 인식 결과는 89%정도이며 홍채에 의한 인체의 상태를 추정하는 자동진단시스템으로 활용 할 수 있는 가능성을 제시하였다. This paper presents K-L spatial edge detection and iries defective area extraction for diagnosis by edge image pattern matching. The edge detection results from 8 directions Kirsch and Laplacian method. The defective iris area is extracted in overlapping diagnostic reference pattern with inputed edge image pattern. The results are PSNR 13 to K-L spatial edge detection and 89% for detective area recognition to lead a auto iries diagnostic system.

웨이블릿 패킷을 적용한 그레이 영상의 워터마킹에 관한 연구

본 논문은 그레이 영상에 대한 워터마킹에 웨이블릿 패킷을 적용한 연구이다. 웨이블릿 패킷기법을 적용하여 저주파 대역에서 고주파 대역까지 손실을 최소화하므로 그레이 영상의 분해능을 향상시킨다. 비교분석 실험결과 PSNR은 0.1㏈ 이상 향상되었고 내구성 평가에서 압축률 60%에서 PSNR이 28㏈ 이상 얻었다. 결과적으로 그레이 영상의 화질이 향상되었으며 고의적인 영상왜곡 및 변형 등의 외부 공격에 대해 내구성을 유지하는 결과를 얻었다. The watermarking on gray images with wavelet packet is presented. The wavelet packet produces the enhancing the resolution from low to high band that minimize the loss on the band. The result on experiment is that PSNR is 0.1㏈ on image quality and PSNR is 28㏈ on the durability in compressed ratio 60% over. This proposal allows an enhancing and robust image to stand and oppose the distortion and modification by intention.

Pseudo-Gitelman씨 증후군 1예

Gitelman's syndrome is a rare disorder with a characteristic set of metabolic abnormalities. These include hypokalemia, metabolic alkalosis, hypocalciuria and hypomagnesemia. The clinical manifestations of Gitelman's syndrome are very similar with those of Bartter's syndrome and diuretic abuse. Gitelman' syndrome and Bartter's syndrome can be distinguished by renal clearance study after administration of furosemide and thiazide, since the primary defect in each of these disorders is an impairment in sodium reabsorption in the distal tubule and loop of Henle, respectively. Pseudo-Bartter's syndrome due to diuretic abuse can be distinguished by history of diuretic use and a positive urine assay for diuretics. We have experienced a case of pseudo-Gitelman's syndrome in 56-year old woman with unexplained hypokalemic metabolic alkalosis, hypocalciuria, and hypomagnesemia. The patient denied ingestion of diuretic medication. The results of renal clearance study using furosemide and thiazide in this case suggested the presence of the primary defect of sodium reabsorption in the distal tubule rather than in the loop of Henle. These clinical and laboratory findings were consistent with those of Gitelman's syndrome. But, this case was confirmed as pseudo-Gitelman's syndrome since diuretics were detected by a urine assay for diuretics. Furosemide and hydrochlorothiazide were contained in the pill that she had been taking due to constipation. Herein, we report the case of pseudo-Gitelman's syndrome by abuse of cathartics containig diuretics presented as Gitelman's syndrome in renal clearance study.

ZVT DC-DC 전파 브리지 컨버터 해석 및 설계

This paper presents an analysis and design of an optimized soft switching DC-DC full-bridge topology. Soft switching for all main switches is achieved by using a combination of phase shift control and a Zero-Voltage-Transition auxiliary network. Based on a steady-state analysis of the topology a mathematical model describing the converter behaviour is developed. The influence of the auxiliary network design on the operating range, achievable switching frequency and current stress is investigated.

Web기반 교육의 효율성 및 활용에 관한 연구

웹기반 교육은 사용자가 원하는 시간과 장소에서 학습자 스스로 수준별 학습이 가능하며 능동적으로 학습에 참여할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 이를 바탕으로 한 웹 코스웨어는 원거리 학습자들의 학습 욕구를 가능케 했으며 기존의 텍스트, 사운드를 통한 단순한 콘텐츠에서 동영상 이미지를 중심으로 한 멀티미디어 동영상 강의, 하이퍼텍스트로 구성된 인터넷 홈페이지 등 주문형 교육 서비스(EOD : Education On Demand)가 가능해 졌다. 이처럼 현재 많은 분야에서 다양한 방법으로 웹기반 교육콘텐츠를 개발하여 학습에 활용하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 양적으로 팽창하는 웹 코스웨어의 효율성을 분석하고 이를 통하여 보다 질적인 우수성을 포함하는 콘텐츠 활용 방안을 연구하고자 한다.

인터넷을 기반으로 한 전자상거래의 등장은 상거래에 있어 지역적인 제한을 없애는 역할을 하고 있다. 이것은 상거래에 있어서 지금까지의 통념을 새롭게 정립해야 하는 것을 의미한다. 즉 촉각이 우선 되던 패턴에서 벗어나 시각이 우선 되는 것을 의미한다. 전자상거래 쇼핑몰의 성패여부가 이 시각을 붙잡아 놓는 것에 있다해도 과언은 아닐 것이다. 소비자의 다양한 욕구에 부응하고 이에 맞는 컨텐츠의 개발을 통한 쇼핑몰의 구축으로 물품구매까지 연결시킬 수 있어야 한다.<br/> 따라서, 본 논문에서는 쇼핑몰 구축에 있어 소비자의 욕구를 만족시키기 위한 유용한 컨텐츠의 활용에 대해 알아보고 그 효율성에 대해 연구하였다. Entrance on the stage of electronic commerce based on internet is acting role that take away regional limitation in commercial transaction. This means that must establish common idea until now in commercial transaction newly. That is, feeler escapes in pattern that is been prior and it means that sight is been prior. We say too much may not be even if success and failure availability of electronic commerce shopping mall catches this sight. And, We Must be able to meet and attach goods purchase by construction of shopping mall through development of correct contents about in various desire of costomer.<br/> Therefore, in this paper, we recognize and studied about the efficiency of practical use for useful contents to satisfy customer's desire in shopping mall construction.

Identification of Osteogenic Purmorphamine Derivatives.

<P>During embryonic and cancer development, the Hedgehog family of proteins, including Sonic Hedgehog, play an important role by relieving the inhibition of Smo by Ptc, thus activating the Smo signaling cascade. Recently, a purine compound, purmorphamine, has been reported to target the Hedgehog signaling pathway by interacting with Smo. Interestingly, both Sonic Hedgehog and purmorphamine were found to promote the osteogenic differentiation of mouse chondroprogenitor cells. However, there is insufficient information as to how the activation of this seemingly unrelated signaling pathway, either by Sonic Hedgehog or purmorphamine, contributes to osteogenesis. Using alkaline phosphatase assays, we screened 125 purmorphamine derivatives from the Korea Chemical Bank for effects on the differentiation of preosteoblast C2C12 cells. Here, we report that two purine derivatives modulate ALP activity as well as the expression of genes whose expression is known or suggested to be involved in osteogenesis.</P>

규불화염계 혼화제의 유효농도가 시멘트 모르타르의 수밀성 및 수화온도에 미치는 영향

In this study, effects of fluosilicate salt(MSiF_(6), M : Zn, Mg) based chemical admixture, prepared using fluosilicic acid(H₂SiF_(6)) produced as industrial waste in dometic, on the watertightness and hydration temperature of cement mortar were evaluated. As a factor, effective concentration(1~10%) of fluosilicate salt was selected and applied 1% based on cement weight to cement mortar respectively. Among these concentration, addition of fluosilicate salts in the range 4~8% improved watertightness and hardened properties of cement mortar. Moreover it confirmed newly odd phenomenon that hydration temperature of cement mortar added equivalent concentration lowered than non-added specimen in spite of improving in the compressive strength.

전자빔 기술을 이용한 CO₂ 개질반응 기초연구

본 연구는 고에너지 전자빔을 이용한 CO₂ 개질 및 자원화 공정의 기초연구로서, 1.5 MeV, 40mA의 선형전자빔가속기를 이용한 PVF재질의 반응기 내에서의 전자빔 CO₂ 개질반응을 실험하였다. 5~10%의 CO₂ 가 함유된 모사가스에 대하여 얻은 실험결과, 전자빔 흡수선량이 클수록 반응율이 높게 나타났고 NH₃양론비는 CO₂ 개질공정의 주요 영향인자이며, 에어로졸형태의 수분첨가는 10~16%의 반응율을 향상시키는 인자로 작용하고 ammonium hydrogen carbonate ammonium carbamate 의 반응 부산물이 얻어짐을 확인할 수 있었다. This is a fundamental study related with CO₂ reforming and recycling of byproducts Using high-energy electron beam. The linear electron beam acclerarator with maximum Energy 1.5 MeV, beam current 40 mA was used for CO₂ reforming of simulated gas in PVF reactor, and simulated gas mixture used in this work are composed 5 to 10% of CO₂ From the experimental results, CO₂ conversion depends on the absorption dose of electron beam, NH₃ stoichiometry is a main factor of CO₂ reforming. Addition of water aerosole in CO₂ reforming elevated the conversion efficience by 10 to 16%. Main components of byproduct from CO₂ reforming are ammonium hydrogen carbonate and ammonim carbamate.
