        설정식 시에 나타난 민족의 형상 - 조국건설의 과제 앞에 선 한 해방기 지식인의 특별한 선택과 그 시적 투영

        The Korean intellectuals of the Emancipation Period (1945-1950) were faced with the responsibility to build the new independent state. Seol Jeong-Shik, one of the most active intellectuals of the time, approached this task from the perspective of the redemption of the Korean people and saw poetry as the optimal medium. The basis for his thoughts and devices were as follows: 1. The task of people``s redemption originated from his judgement that the Korean People did not have an authentic figure for the new era. 2. It seems that in Seol``s thought, the authentic figure of the people was not that of a specific tribe but rather represented universal humanity, although its concrete aspects were not yet determined. 3. He believed that to arrive at the authentic figure, Korean people should be at once entirely denied and entirely respected. They should be entirely denied for their resurrection, but should also be entirely affirmed as they would rescue themselves without others`` intervention. 4. For the achievement of this re-birth of Korean People through the simultaneous directly-opposed self-identifications, Seol considered that the intellectuals had to take a role of the catalyst who was willing to be sacrificed by the people in return for his severe reproach to the latter, and, by this sacrifice, make them realize their fault and stand out toward self-remediation. Seol came thereby to presume the achievements of Jesus Christ as the symbol of the intellectuals`` task. 5. At the same time, he took the poetry for the optimum medium of the intellectuals`` task for the self-awakening of the people. Therefore, his poetry was composed basically by the oxymoron that included both the statement and counterstatement about the people. This oxymoron put the multi layered meanings and the complex resonances on his poems.

        Derivation of reasonable design rainfall was attempted by comparative analysis of design rainfall derived by frequency analysis of Type I extremal distribution and probability plotting technique for annual maximum 1-day, 1-hour and 10-minute rainfalls observed at Cheong Ju. The results were analyzed and summarized as follows : 1. Basic statistics were calculated for the analysis of Type I extremal distribution with annual maximum 1-day, 1-hour and 10-minute rainfalls at Cheong Ju. 2. Necessary parameters were derived by frequency analysis of Type I extremal distribution for annual maximum 1-day, 1-hour and 10-minute rainfalls at Cheong Ju. 3. Design annual maximum 1-day, 1-hour and 10-minute rainfalls in mm were derived by frequency analysis of Type I extremal distribution and probability plotting technique respectively at Cheong Ju. 4. Design annual maximum 1-hour and 10-minute rainfalls were derived by frequency analysis of Type I extremal distribution and probability plotting technique are shown to be much closer to the observed data but design annual maximum 1-day rainfall is not to be closer to the observed data. 5. Design annual maximum rainfalls following the duration derived by Type I extremal distribution are seemed to be more reasonable than those of probability plotting technique owing to the difference of individual eyefitting.

      • 배추흰나비 발생 특이 큐티클단백질의 부위에 따른 분포

        배추흰나비 발생 특이 단백질의 국소부위에 따른 분포양상과 신생조직합성에 있어 이의 통합과정을 조사하기 위해 SDS-전기영동법, 2차원 전기영동법, 및 western blot방법을 이용하여 조사하였다. 1. 27Kd 용기 특이 큐티클단백질은 용초기부터 흉부와 복부에 따른 질적 변화없이 두 부위에서 일정한 농도로 확인되었다. 그러나, 종령기 및 전용기에는 흉부에서는 16Kd단백질이, 복부에서는 24Kd단백질이 확인되었으며 이는 용기이후에는 나타나지 않았다. 2. 표피와 지방체에서는 27Kd 용기 특이 큐티클단백질이 확인되지 않았으며, 단지 22Kd단백질이 표피와 흉부지방체에서 확인되었다. 3. 용 5일이후 날개큐티클에서는 26Kd단백질이 확인되고 있으며, 특히 22Kd단백질의 양적변화가 두드러져 성충기에 최고의 농도를 유지하고 있다. 4. 면역학적으로 날개큐티클의 22Kd단백질은 27Kd 용기 특이 큐티클단백질과 면역학적으로 반응을 나타내고 있어 성충으로 우화시 번데기 큐티클의 소화 및 재흡수 과정을 통해 부분적으로 용기 특히 큐티클단백질이 날개 큐티클의 형성에 관여하는 것 같다. The distribution patterns of stage specific cuticle proteins in various parts of body and their integral processes during histogenesis of Artogeia rapae were investigated by he method of SDS-PAGE, two dimensional electrophoresis, and western blot. 1. 27Kd pupal specific cuticle protein was maintained constant concentration just after pupal ecdysis without any qualitative change in parts of body. In larval and prepupal stage, however, 16Kd protein was identified in thoracic cuticle and 24Kd in abdominal cuticle respectively. These protein bands were disappeared after pupal stage. 2. In epidermis and fat body, 27Kd pupal specific cuticle protein was not found and instead 22Kd protein band was identified in parts of epidermis and thoracic fat body. 3. In 5 days after pupal stage, 26Kd protein band was found in wing cuticle and especially 22Kd protein band has the tendency to increase the concentration to adult stage. 4. Immunologically 22Kd protein in wing cuticle has the response against the 27Kd pupal specific cuticle protein, indicating that pupal specific cuticle protein partly involves the wing cuticle formation by the process of digestion and reabsorption of old cuticle.

        Bacillus megaterium이 생산하는 응집제어에 관하여

        미생물 응집제 생산균주를 토양에서 분리하고 응집활성이 가장 높은 CH-23 균주를 분리하여 Bacillus megaterium CH-23으로 동정하였다. 분리균의 응집제 생산조건을 조사한 결과 수크로오스 2%, NaNO_3 3%, K_2HPO_4 0.1%, NaCl 0.5%, MgSO_4·7H_2O 0.5%, tryptone 0.01%의 구성된 배지를 pH 7.0으로 조절하고 25∼30℃에서 120rpm으로 배양하였을 때 정상기에서 응집활성이 가장 높았다. 배지에 Mn^2+(0.01% MnSO_4)을 가하면 약 57%의 응집활성이 증가되었고 Mg^2+(0.01% MgSO_4·7H_2O)와 Ca^2+(0.01% CaCO_3)도 응집활성을 48%와 33%씩 증가시켰다. Microorganisms isolated from soil were tested for their flocculating activity in kaolin suspension. Identification of the best producing CH-23 strain showed that the strain belonged to the Bacillus megaterium. The maximum production of the flocculating from Bacillus megaterium CH-23 was observed in the culture medium containing 2% sucrose, 3% NaNO_3, 0.1% K_2HPO_4, 0.5% NaCl, 0.5% MgSO_4·7H_2O and 0.01% tryptone at initial pH 7.0 and 25∼30℃. Flocculating activity was improved to 57% when the culture medium contained Mn^2+(0.01% MnSO_4). In the culture medium containing Mg^2+(0.01% MgSO_4·7H_2O) and Ca^2+(0.01% CaCO_3), flocculating activity were reached to 48% and 33%, respectively.
