The issue of people with disabilities is relevant not only to a few, but everybody in society today. Putting aside the horrific rate of 10% probability, it has become a reality that on average most people struggle with the issue after the age of 65. Therefore, it is without a doubt, necessary for the society to come together to understand and solve the disability issue. This is especially true for the church because of their given command to love and serve the "least of the brothers"- the church's reactions to the disability problem must be specialized. The Lord has specifically placed the issue around the church as if He is watching their reaction. Thus, the church should consider the issue to be their primary responsiblity rather than avoiding it. Nevertheless, the Korean churches'efforts towards the issue is insufficient. The rate of evangelizing towards people with disabilities remains at a meager 3%, and also many Church-goers are often spotted in rallies opposing against the implementation of facilties for the handicapped in their neighborhoods. People with disabilities are still considered outsiders that are uncomfortable to deal with, and are left outside the church community. The glum reality calls for a deeper understanding from a theological perspective. This study is specifically designed to investigate the issue from Calvin's perspective. This paper first researches older literary studies related to Calvin, then finds Calvin's actual activities in his days in Geneva. In Calvin's general materials, it is difficult to find a direct reference for people with disabilities, but his actions while serving the hospitals verifies what perspective he had towards the sick and ill. Subsequently, I review Calvin's gospel commentary to find passages related to this issue. Calvin suggests three possible reasons for why people get disabilities. His reasons are different from the social view of his time, that disabilities were given from God to people for their sins. Calvin explains there are three roots of disability. It can come from sin, from the devil, or from God in order for Him to accomplish His greater will through it. He then analyzes the characteristic and meaning of Jesus' healing for the people with disabilities, in which he highly values the miracles and its worth. Calvin reinforces his point, to help the alienated class of society, by explaining the results of mission through healing. Loving and caring for these people is Jesus' request, and we should react to it. It is a sin to ignore this commandment that is made very clear to us. Calvin encourages the church to take up the hand of our neighors with disabilities and subsequently lead them to Christ. It is essential for followers of Christ to follow His lead.
국내 지역별 부순골재의 알칼리 골재 반응성에 관한 기초적 연구(모르타르봉 방법)

본 연구는 6개 지역에서 확보한 골재중 KS F 2545 화학적 방법 시험을 통해 알카리골재반응성 기준을 초과 하거나 방해석(CaCO3)이 포함된 것으로 확인된 20종을 대상으로 ASTM C 1260 모르타르봉 방법을 이용한 알칼리골재반응성을 시험하였다. 시험 결과 10(50%)의 골재에서 알칼리골재 잠재반응성 기준치인 0.1% 이상의 팽창이 발생한 것으로 확인되었다. This study is ASTM C 1260 mortor bar method experiment has been accomplished to estimate the potential of alkai aggregate. Used for testing aggregate samples are forest and crushed aggregate which exceeded alkali-Silica reactivity of KS F 2545 chemical. As the results of experiment confirmed that 10 out of the 20 aggregates samples(50%) are over 0.1% expansions rate standard of potential alkali-Silica reactivity

본 연구는 6개 지역 85종의 골재를 대상으로 알칼리 골재반응 시험을 실시하여 알칼리 골재잠재반응성에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 그 결과 KS F 2545 골재의 알칼리 잠재반응 시험방법(화학적 방법)을 통해 ASTM C 289 유해성 판정기준표 및 JIS A 5308에서 제시된 기준과 근접하거나 높아 알칼리골재 잠재가능성이 예상되는 골재는 총 4개(4.71%)로 나타났다. This study is KS F 2545 chemical experiment has been accomplished to estimate the potential of alkali aggregate. used for testing aggregate samples are forest and crushed stone aggregate which collected in 6 country. As the results of chemical experiment confimed that 4 out of the 85 aggregate samples(4.71%0 are near or exceeded ASTM C 289 and JIS A 5038 portential alkali-Silica reactivity determination standard

This paper described the development of equalizing spacer for minimization of voltage drop according to DC feeder extension. Power consumption is increased as shorter interval of train driving time and transportation capacity increase in urban subway. Therefore we investigated voltage drop of catenary at a point in case of traction driving of a train in parallel to the DC power supply system. Based on it’s result, equalizing spacer is designed and fabrication to minimize the voltage drop in accordance with the power supply line arranged in three rows, and then its performance was confirmed that the stress distribution of main body and the distributed load are satisfied through the body structure modeling.
