본 미니 게임은 웨이터라는 직업을 모티브로 하여서 남녀노소 누구나 재미를 느낌과 동시에 기억력 향상시켜 주는 게임제작이라는 목적아래 제작되었다.본 논문에서는 이 게임의 제작과정을 기술하고자 한다.이 게임은 제3회 AGC(한국 아마추어 게임제작 공모전)에서 우수 작으로 선정되었다.

DC Parameter Test System 개발

in this Paper, we developed the DC parameter system which inspects the property of DC parameter for semiconductor products. The conventional system has complex hardware. Also the interfacing with IBM-PC is hard because that was almost materialized by analogy circuits. The proposed system is interfaced by IBM-PC. It is consisted of CPLD (Complex Programmable Logic Device) part, ADC (Analogue to Digital Converter), DAC (Digital to Analogue Converter), voltage/current source, variable resistor and measurement part. In the proposed system, we have designed the constant voltage source and the constant current source in a part. The CPLD part is designed by VHDL (VHSIC Hardware Description Language), which it generates the control and converts the serial data to parallel data. Voltage source part generates analogue test voltage and maintains that one. Current source part generates the analogue test current and maintains the current. ADC part converts analogue data to 16 bits digital data. DAC part converts the 12 bits digital test voltage to analogue voltage. Variable resistor is the part far the controlling the range of current. The proposed DC parameter test system has two test channels and it operates VFCS (Voltage Force Current Sensing) mode and CFVS (Current Force Voltage Sensing) mode. The normal resistor with error range ±5% and diode is tested. When the normal resistor testing about 10% error is measured. When the diode testing about 7% error is measured.

한국인 안면화상에 대한 임상적 연구

Burn-related death and injury become one of the major health problems today:from quarter to one-third of all burns are facial burns. In the process of healing burn injury, contractures and hypertrophic scars are two frustrating sequelae of thermal injury. The two complications are so followed by not only deformity in outlook but difficulties to physical excercise as well that they make student-patients feel alienated from friends and, because of the defective body image, expecting development of harmonious personality is rarely possible. Adults of the kinds, also, often encountet inability against their social activities. Timely local management, therefore, on these complictions is mostly significant. We have undertaken analysis of our clinical experiences on facial burns and a review of the literatures. During the last eight years, from January, 1970 to December, 1977, 478 cases of facial burned patients had seen created at surgical departments in University Hospital of Ewha, Korea and Chungang, and are summarized as follows; 1) Males were affected more often tan females: 309 against 169 cases. 2) Incidence of facial burned patients reached 41.1% of the whole (487 among 1161). 99 patients among 478 were only facial burns and 379 had injury upon combined areas together with on their faces. 3) Under 14 year-old group occupied 31.2% (31 among 99) of only facial burned patients and 67.2% (255 among 379) of facial and combined area burns. 4) Seasonal distribution (cases) : spring 109, summer 127, autumn 111, winter 121. 5) To see the elements of 99 only facial burned group, eyelids burns were 34 and the most. 6) Neither early excision nor skin graft is adquate in cases of facial burns. 7) Open methods are desirable for local management on facial burns and adapting topical agent is rather useless.

腋窩部 腋臭症의 臨床的 硏究

액취증 치료의 궁극목적은 겨드랑이에서 나는 독특하고 심한 냄새를 제거하는 데 있다. 액취증의 제어에는 피부표면과 털로부터 apocrine sweat의 외관적 광범위 절제뿐이다. 저자는 1978년 3월부터 1980년 2월까지 만 2년간 이화여자대학교 의과대학 부속병원 성형외과에서 입원수술을 받았던 액취증 환자 31예에 대한 임상적 연구 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1) 액와부위의 피부와 선조직의 광범위 절제술을 시행한 31예 중 독특한 악취가 재발된 예가 없었던 것으로 보아 광범위 절제술이 액추증 치료에 만족한 방법임을 나타내었다. 2) 광범위 절제술과 동시에 Z-성형술을 시행하면 선상반흔 구축으로 인한 견부의 외전 운동 장애를 예방할 수 있다. Bromhidrosis, or osmidrosis, is a condition in which an excessive odor, usually offensive, emanates from the skin, The axilla is really the only site from which the distinctive apoctine odor derives. Thirty-one patients have had a total exicision of all the axillary sweat glands, with closure incorporating a Z-plasty. The result of this method has been found to be more reliable than other methods. Brief review of literature is added.

手部火傷의 臨床的 硏究

수부는 전체 체표면적의 2%를 차지하는 적은 면적이지만 그 기능면에서는 대단히 중요한 역할을 하며 화상에 의한 수부의 피부 손실은 대개의 경우 전신 화상의 일부로서 나타나기 때문에 화상 초기 전신상태에 치중하다보면 흔히 소홀히 다루어지게 되어 수부기형을 초래하는 수가 많다. 따라서 수부에 화상을 받으면 초기부터 기능면을 고려하여 치료에 임하여야 한다. 저자는 1974년 1월부터 1978년 12월까지 만 5년간 이화여자대학교 의과대학 부속병원에 입원 가료를 받았던 수부 화상 환자 81예에 대한 임상적 연구 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1) 성별 발생빈도는 남자 56명, 여자 25명으로 청장년군의 사회활동과 관계가 있어 남자에서 높았다. 2) 연령별 발생빈도는 수부화상 81예 중 4세 이하가 28명으로 가정에 일어난 우발사고였는데 이는 보호자의 소홀한 보호와 부주의였다. 3) 수부화상 81예 중 수부에만 국한된 화상은 8예로서 전신화상의 일부로서 수부화상이 주로 나타남을 보여주었다. 4) 수부화상시 조기 관절운동을 시행하여 관절 강직을 예방하여야 하며 운동이 불가능할 때에는 functional postion으로 수부를 유지시켜야 하고 심한 2도 내지 3도 수부화상시는 조기 소가 절제와 피부이식을 시행하여 기형을 최소로 줄이는 좋은 결과를 얻을 수 있다. In general, the functional limitation of the burned hand is determined by the thermal injury ; however, infection, pressure necrosis, inactivity, poor postioning, subsequent scarring and contractures are intimately related to functional disability. The goal of treatment of the burned hand is the prevention of deformitites and maintenance of function. We have undertaken an analysis of our clinical experiences on the burned hand and a review of the literature. During the last five years, from january 1974 to December 1978, 81 cases of burned hand have been treated at the surgical department of Ewha Womans University Hospital.

X-관련성 만성육아종성질환의 진단을 위한 PMA-activated NBT 검사

목적 : Activated NBT 검사는 만성육아종성질환을 선별하는 검사이다. 활성제로 PMA를 사용하면 X-linked CGD의 경우 보인자를 감별할 수 있다. 방법 : CGD의 가족력을 부인하는 정상인 30명을 대상으로 PMA activated NBT 슬라이드 검사를 실시하여, 정상대조에서의 formazan 형성율을 보았으며, 동일 검사를 CGD가 강력히 의심되는 환자와 그 가족에 대하여 실시하였다. 결과 : 정상대조 30명 전원에서 98% 이상의 formazan 형성세포가 관찰되었다. 환자에게 실시한 결과 세환자 모두에서 0%의 결과를 보였다. 환자의 어머니에서는 각각 57, 70, 67%의 결과를 보였다. 결론 : 본 연구를 통하여 세 환자는 X-관련성 만성육아종성질환이라는 진단을 내릴 수 있었다. PMA activated NBT 슬라이드 검사는 시행하기가 쉽고 재현성이 좋으므로, 어러 검사실에서 소아기 면역결핍증을 선별하는 검사의 하나로 시행되는게 바람직하다고 사료된다. Background : Chronic granulomatous disease(CGD) is uncommon inherited disorder in which phagocytic cells fail to produce antimicrobial superoxide(O₂) due to NADPH oxidase deficiency. This disease can be easily screened by activated nitroblue tetrazolium(NBT) test. In case of X-linked CGD, carriers also can be detected. Methods : PMA(phorbol myristate acetate) activated NBT test was performed as previously described. Test performance was evaluated in 30 normal persons who denied family history mimicking CGD. Test was also applied to the three strongly suspected cases of CGD. Two of the cases were 12 year old boy and 7 year old boy, who suffered from many infectious diseases since 6 month old and 4 month old, respectively. The other remaining case was 22 year old man who suffered from many infectious diseases since 6 year old, but now relatively in health compared to the other two cases. Results : More than 98% formazan formation was observed in all normal controls. No formazan positive cell was shown in all of the three patients. However, applied to the mothers, the test revealed 57%, 70%, 67% positive cells, respectively. Conclusion:X-linked transmission of CGD could be determined with the results of PMA activated NBT slide test. This test can be easily performed. It would be better to do this test routinely as one of the tests for the screening of the immmunodeficiency syndrome in childhood.

GH_3 세포(rat somatomammotropic tumor cell)에서 TRH가 Phospholipase D 활성에 미치는 효과

연구배경: GH_3 세포는 TRH에 반응하여 세포막의 수용체와 G 단백, PI-PLC, PKC를 활성시켜 성장호르몬 및 프로락틴을 분비한다고 알려져 있다. PLD는 phosphatidylcholine을 phosphatidic acid(PA)와 choline으로 가수분해하는 효소로서 세포의 증식과 호르몬 분비에 관여한다. 본 연구는 GH_3 세포에서 아직 알려지지 않은 TRH의 PLD 활성에 대한 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 방법: GH_3 세포를 1.5×10^6씩 분주하고 [^3H] myristate로 표지한 다음에 0.3% 알코올로 전 처치하였다. TRH 등의 시험제를 처치한 후에 메탄올로 반응을 종결하고 세포에서 총 지질을 추출하였다. PLD 활성은 박층크로마토그래피를 이용하여 총 [^3H] phospholipid에서 [^3H] phosphatidylethanol의 비율로 구하였다. 결과: TRH (1μM)의 처치 시에 PLC 활성은 44배 증가하였다. PLD 활성은 TRH (1μM), mastoparan (5μM), PMA(500nM)를 30분간 처치 시에 각각 1.9, 1.5, 2.2배 증가하였다. TRH(1μM)의 시간에 따른 PLD 활성 변동은 15, 30, 60, 120, 240분에 각각 142%, 170%, 172%, 160%, 115%의 증가를 보였다. 결론: GH_3 세포에서 TRH의 호르몬 분비와 세포증식의 신호전달 기전으로서는 PLC 활성뿐 아니라 PLD의 활성도 관여함을 시사한다. Backgroud: GH_3 cells are a well characterized and widely used model used for the in vitro study of growth hormone (GH) secretion. Thyrotropin releasing hormone (TRH) binds to receptors belonging to the family of G protein-coupled receptors, and secrets both GH & prolactin. Phospholipase D (PLD) is and enzyme that hydrolyses phosphatidylcholine to yield phosphatidic acid and choline, and plays important roles in cellular proliferation and hormonal secretion. To elucidate the pathway of the action of TRH in GH_3 cells, we investigated the activities of PLC and PLD in GH_3 cells treated with TRH or phorbor 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA). Methos : GH_3 cells were labeled with [^3H] myristate, followed by incubation of with 0.3% ethanol, prior to before the addition of the agonists. The total lipids were extracted from the harvested cells following treatment with the agonists. The PLD activity was assessed by measuring [^3H] phosphatidylethanol from the [^3H] phospholipid using thin layer chromatography. Results : TRH (1μM) stimulated the PLD activity by 44-fold over that of the control values. TRH (1μM), mastoparan (5μM), and PMA (500μM) for 30 minutes increased PLD activity by 1.9, 1.5 and 2.2 fold, respectively, in comparison to the controls, The PLD activities after 15, 30, 60, 120 and 240 min treatments of TRH (1μM) were 142%, 170%, 172%, 160% and 115%, respectively. Conclusion : These results suggest that TRH stimulates not only PLC activity, but also the PLD activity in GH_3 cells (J Kor Soc Endocrinol 17:465∼472, 2002).
