패션모델 김동수 생애사

이 연구는 패션모델과 모델 지도자로서 살아온 김동수의 삶을 바탕으로 그녀의 가치관을 밝히는 데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 연구 참여자의 삶을 이해하기 위하여 질적 연구 방법 중 하나인 구술 생애사 연구 방법을 통해 연구를 진행하였다. 패션모델로 입문하게 된 계기부터 화려한 패션모델로서의 삶, 갈등과 고뇌, 모델과(科) 지도자로서의 시작과 삶, 그리고 현재까지도 계속되는 활발한 활동까지 다양한 그녀의 삶의 과정을 바탕으로 그녀의 가치관을 조명하였다. 구술 생애사 방법을 통하여 들여다 본 결론은 다음과 같다. 패션모델 김동수의 주요 활동을 바탕으로 패션모델 김동수의 가치관을 살펴본 결과 도전정신, 노력, 재능과 끈기, 자부심으로 설명할 수 있다. 미국 모델 콘테스트의 입상을 시작으로 한국인 최초 해외에서의 활동을 보여준 도전정신과 자신만의 고유한 정체성을 확립하기 위해 노력했다. 독보적인 무대 장악력에서 비춰지는 재능과 좌절 속에서도 극복하려는 의지와 지속적인 자기관리는 패션모델로서 그녀의 끈기를 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 ‘패션모델 김동수‘라는 말이 가장 먼저 듣고 싶다는 그녀의 말에서 패션모델에 대한 자부심을 느낄 수 있었다. 모델 지도자 김동수의 지도 경험을 바탕으로 지도자 김동수의 가치관을 살펴본 결과 목표의식, 품성, 책임감, 판단력, 진취성을 확인할 수 있었다. 김동수는 모델과(科) 설립을 통해 패션모델의 사회적 지위향상을 기대하였고 이는 모델 지도자로서의 시작을 결심하게 된 계기가 되었다. 김동수는 자신의 다양한 경험을 토대로 전략을 세웠으며 지도자 양성, 패션모델을 위한 비전 제시, 전문 패션모델 양성을 목표로 두었다. 또한 강사를 섭외함에 있어서도 실력, 강사의 인성, 미래를 볼 줄 아는 혜안, 미래 가능성에 대한 열린 마음을 갖고 있는지에 대한 여부를 원칙으로 하였다. 이러한 김동수의 전략과 원칙을 통해 그녀의 목표의식과 진취성을 확인할 수 있었으며 더불어 모델 지도자로서 모델과(科)의 미래를 책임지기 위한 김동수의 판단력이 돋보인다. 또한 제자들을 위해 겸손한 자세로 도움을 요청하고 부족함을 채우려는 김동수의 모습에서 겸손한 그녀의 품성과 모델과 유지를 위한 책임감을 느낄 수 있었다. 이 연구를 통해 김동수가 패션모델과 모델 지도자로서 어떠한 삶을 살아왔는지. 어떠한 가치관을 지니고 있는지 알 수 있었다. 현재까지도 끊임없는 도전과 노력으로 한국 패션모델계를 대표하는 김동수의 생애사는 패션모델계의 첫 생애사로서 의미 있는 연구라 사료된다. The purpose of this study is to clarify her values based on the life of DONG-SU KIM who has lived as a fashion model and model leader. In order to understand the life of participants, this study was conducted through the oral life history research method, which is one of qualitative research methods. From the moment of entering into fashion model to the life as glamorous fashion model, conflict and agony, the beginning and life as a model and a leader in model studies, and the active activities that continue to this day, she cast light on her values based on various life processes. The conclusions of this study through oral life history method are as follows. Based on the main activities of fashion model DONG-SU KIM, the values of fashion model DONG-SU KIM can be explained by challenging spirit, effort, talent and persistence and pride. Starting from winning the USA Model Contest, she tried to establish her own unique identity and challenge spirit that showed the first Korean' overseas activities. Her willingness to overcome even in the talent and frustration reflected in her unique stage presence and her continuous self- management were able to confirm her persistence as a fashion model. I was also proud of the fashion model in her words that she wanted to hear the word 'Fashion model DONG-SU KIM' first. Based on the teaching experience of the leader in model studies DONG-SU KIM, as a result of examining the values of leader DONG-SU KIM, it was possible to confirm the sense of goal, character, the sense responsibility, judgment and progressive spirit. DONG-SU KIM expected the social status of the fashion model to improve through the establishment of Department of Model Studies, which led to her decision to start as a leader. DONG-SU KIM has set up strategies based on her various experiences and aimed to train leaders, to present vision for fashion models, and to cultivate professional fashion models. In addition, in the recruitment of instructors, it was made in principle whether the instructor has an open mind about the ability, the personality of the instructor, the keen insight to see the future, and the future possibility. Through DONG-SU KIM's strategy and principles, she was able to confirm her goal consciousness and progressiveness, in addition, DONG-SU KIM's judgment ability to take charge of the future of department of model studies is outstanding. Also, in DONG-SU KIM's humble attitude for her disciples to ask for help and to fill the shortage, I could feel her humble personality, sense of responsibility for the maintenance of department of model studies. Through this study, I could find out what kind of life DONG-SU KIM has lived as a fashion model and a leader of department of model studies and what values she has. Even now, the life history of DONG-SU KIM, who represents the Korean fashion model world with constant challenges and efforts, is considered to be a meaningful study as the first life history of the fashion model world.

An aspheric lens is one of a key point optical element in the optical industry. The feature of an aspheric lens is not to have the spherical aberration. An aspheric lens is also essential element for high-precision and light-weight in the optical machine. Generally it have been used in a tailor progression an aspheric lens modelling much. In this study we applied a lay back-tracer using a index of refraction to draw a creative aspheric lens. Also we developed the automatic design program for aspheric lens. We manufactured the aspheric lens and executed a comparison experiment for refraction situation of shape and straightness experiment to inspect the drawn aspheric lens in this study.

의무고용제도 재설계 방안

현행 우리나라 의무고용제도는 장애인구의 급격한 증가, 장애인차별금지 및 권리구제 등에 관한 법률의 도입 등 외부환경변화에 신축적으로 대처하지 못하고, 경증장애인 중심으로 의무고용제도가 운영됨으로써 중증장애인의 고용배제가 우려되고 있다. 본 보고서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 의무고용제도의 일자리 확대와 고용증가를 통해 중증장애인의 고용기회를 확대할 수 있는 정책방안을 제시하기 위한 것이다. 본 보고서는 (1)의무고용 사업체의 의무고용 산정인원에서 자립장애인 제외 (2)현행 2% 의무고용률을 3%로 상향 조정 (3)사업체가 고용하는 중증장애인에 대한 더블카운트(2배) 가산제도 도입 (4)의무고용률 미달 사업주에 대한 부담금 차등징수의 4가지 정책방안, 제도 합리화 차원에서 장려금 지급방식의 개선과 사업주의 장애인에 대한 인식개선 방안을 제시하였다. 정책방안에 대한 영향분석 결과 의무고용 적용대상자에서 비장애인과 고용상 차별되지 않는 자립장애인(6등급)을 의무고용 산정인원에서 제외하는 경우 의무고용 사업체의 고용인원은 23,296명이 감소해 고용률은 1.35%에서 0.88%로 감소하였고, 의무고용 사업체의 장애인 일자리 수는 미고용인원의 증가로 15,152개가 증가하였다. 그리고 기금은 부담금이 631억원 증가하고, 장려금이 352억원 감소해 983억원의 수지개선 효과가 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 의무고용 사업주의 의무고용률 3% 인상 방안은 의무고용률 상향 조정에 따른 미고용인원의 증가로 장애인의 일자리 수는 43,101개가 증가하고, 기금은 부담금이 1,709억원 증가하는 반면, 장려금은 293억원이 감소해 2,002억원의 수지개선 효과가 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 의무고용 사업주가 고용하는 중증장애인을 2인으로 더블카운트 하는 중증장애인 가산제도의 도입은 의무고용 사업체의 장애인근로자가 67,261명에서 79,685명(1,2등급만 포함시 75,685명)으로 증가하여 고용률은 1.35%에서 1.60%(1.2등급만 포함시 1.52%)로 증가하고, 의무고용률 미달 사업체의 미고용 인원이 감소하여 2,745개의 일자리가 감소하였다. 그리고 기금은 부담금이 118억원 감소하는 반면, 장려금은 418억원이 증가해 536억원의 수지악화가 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 의무고용률 미달 사업체의 고용유인을 위해 고용률 1.0%미만, 1.0-1.5%, 1.6-2.0% 미만에 대해 각각 20%, 10%, 5%의 할증률을 순차적으로 가중하여 부과하는 부담금 차등징수 방안(3차년까지의 효과임)은 1.0% 미만 사업주는 86만원, 1.0-1.5% 사업주는 64만원, 1.6-2.0% 미만 사업주는 58만원의 부담기초액을 부과할 때 고용률은 1.35%에서 1.53%로 증가(1.6-2.0% 미만 사업주는 의무고용률 2%를 달성)하고, 미고용인원의 감소로 장애인의 일자리는 8,836개가 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 기금은 부담금이 58억원 감소하여 수지는 악화되었다. 이상의 네 가지 방안은 모두 장애인의 고용증대를 가져온다는 측면에서는 유효하지만, 장애인의 일자리 확대를 통한 중증장애인의 고용을 증대한다는 정책목표를 달성하는 데에는 한계점을 안고 있기 때문에 어느 한 정책만을 선택하기보다는 정책효과를 극대화하기 위해 정책결합(policy mix)을 이용하는 것이 바람직함을 제시해주었다. 즉, 의무고용 적용대상자 조정방안/의무고용률 상향조정 방안과 중증장애인 가산제도/부담금 차등징수 방안을 조합 또는 모두 동시에 선택하는 경우 의무고용 사업체의 장애인 일자리 수의 확대와 중증장애인 고용을 동시에 달성하고, 기금의 수지균형도 달성 가능한 것으로 나타났다. The mandatory employment quota system of Korea does not reflect the changing external factors such as the growing population of people with disabilities(PWDs) and the enactment of the Anti-discrimination Law for People with Disabilities. The current employment quota system focuses on people with mild disabilities thus excluding people with severe disabilities from employment. The purpose of this report is to propose a plan in order to increase employment opportunity for the severely disabled through the reform of the employment quota system. This report analyzes the following : (1) exclude grade 6 disability from mandatory employment quota (2) raise the employment quota from 2% to 3% (3) implement the double counting for employers that employ the severely disabled (4) differentiate the amount of levy collected from corporations that are unable to meet the quota. The aforementioned plans are useful in that they increase employment for people with disabilities. However, there are limitation to reaching the policy objectives by increasing jobs for people with severe disabilities. Therefore, to maximize the effects we should consider policy mix of these four policies. In other words, by mixing the policies of adjusting the employment quota target/raising the quota ratio and implementing the double count/differentiating the amount of levy, we can achieve the goal of increasing jobs for the severely disabled and maintain equilibrium between incomings and outcomings.

자동 형상제어용 측정롤의 특성에 관한 연구

The continuing demand for quality products requires better understanding and improved control of the production process. And, in recent year requirements for flatness control in strip rolling have become increasingly severe because of the control for flatness of cold rolled strip is essential for further down stream processing. Also a speeds of rolling mills to meet productivity requirements puts a demanding requirement on the control of flatness of rolled strip. The demands on a total flatness control system therefore are a measuring and indication system consisting of a measuring roll that is robust, accurate, reliable and require a minimum of maintenance. The critical part of any control system is the quality of the information being provided by measurement instrument or device. It is therefore of utmost importance to have an accurate, repeatable measuring system.

기관지천식 환자에서 유도객담을 이용한 기도 염증의 평가

Objectives : This study was performed to investigate the relationship between cell counts, supernatant and lysate ECP levels in sputum, and physiologic markers in adult asthmatic. Methods : Twenty-two patients with mild to moderate persistent asthma, ten patients with acute exacerbated asthma and nine healthy subjects were enrolled. Sputum was induced by inhalation of hypertonic saline, and homogenized with 0.1% dithiothreitol. A total and differential cell was measured in supernatant fluid. Cell pellet was centrifuged, and ECP(supernatant ECP) was measured in supernatant fluid. Cell pellet was reacted with a cellular lysis buffer to release cell-associated ECP, and ECP(lysate ECP) was measured again in supernatant fluid. The ratio of supernatant to lysate ECP was calculated as an index of eosinophil degranulation. Spirometry and methacholine bronchial challenge tests were also performed as physiological markers of asthma. Results : The patients with acute exacerbated asthma showed significantly higher percentage of sputum neutrophil, eosinophil count, concentration of sputum supernatant ECP and ratio of supernatant to lysate ECP than those of normal controls and stable asthmatic patients(p<0.05, respectively). The level of sputum supernatant ECP, supernatant/lysate ECP ratio, and percentage of neutrophil showed negative correlations with pulmonary functions, but no correlations with a degree of bronchial hyperresponsiveness. There was no significant correlations between of serum ECP level and physiological parameters. Conclusion : These results suggest that both neutrophils and eosinophils play roles in the exacerbation of asthma. The sputum supernatant/lysate ECP ratio might be valuable in assessment of activation status of eosinophils in various hypereosinophilic conditions or diseases.

강판의 자동 형상제어 장치의 특성에 관한 연구

In this paper, the performance and functions of automatic flatness control system installed on the 4 hi-reversing mill and has been investigated under actual conditions. A new automatic flatness control system incorporates a measuring roll for measurement and correction calculations, hydraulic roll benders, selective roll cooling, and a programmable controller forinterface and data logging. The test results are as following. The more the exit steel strip thickness is thick, the smaller the I value, and the more it is thin, the larger the I value. And, a complex distribution of strip tension was controlled, for example, not only a quarter buckle but also a simple center wave and edge wave. Because the tension deviation is larger at acceleration speed and deceleration speed than steady speed. so automatic flatness control system of contact type is better to adopt over 450 m/min, automatic flatness control system reduces rapidly large flatness deviation. The maximum I value of strip has been decreased to 13 I, and defects caused by poor flatness have been drastcally decreased. And coolant temperature for work roll cooling system on the automatic flatness control system is better to adopt about 50-55℃.
