      • RIETAN 시뮬레이션에 의한 YBCO 초전도체 결정구조 전이에 관한 연구

        In this study, we have tried to focus on the practical use of YBCO high temperature superconductor as an excellent part in electronic field. When we verify the characteristic improvement of superconductance and accurate reproduce and so forth, we made use of RIETAN, we changed the lattice constant and oxygen content from 6.0 to 7.0 as for the transition of orthogonal structure and tetragonal structure at superconductor, at the result we proved that transition from tetragonal structure to orthogonal structure was made at the point of 6.6(oxygen content) by using the simualtion. In addition, we proved that the transition peak of structure is transient from 2θ=32.587。 to 2θ =32.908。 at the tetragonal peak. and is transient from 2θ=32.877。 to 2θ= 32.908。. at the tetragonal peak. Also, major oxygens are located at O(2) and O(3) at tetragonal structure and are located at O(3), O(4), and O(5) at orthogonal structure, when tertagonal structure is converted into orthogonal structure. At the result of above passage, we verified that the transition point of oxygen-ion orthorhombic critical Point is 6.6.

        The distribution of construction materials and the schedule management of a project are important elements in ensuring an effective construction system and reasonable construction duration and cost. Therefore, IT convergence technology of distribution to the construction industry, a BIM module is composed as a 4D model more easily, which is considered to contribute to a reduction in construction duration, an improvement in quality and a reduction in cost through efficient management of manpower and the minimization of errors arising from the site construction by reflecting information in real time through an RFID system.

        항생제 다제내성균 Staphylococcus aureus SA2로부터 분리한 테트라사이클린 내성 플라스미드 pKH6의 염기서열

        한국에서 임산균주로부터 분리한 테트라사이클린(Tc) 내성 플라스미드 pKH6의 전체 염기서열을 결정하여 가장 대표적인 Tc 내성 플라스미드인 pT181과 비교하였다. pKH6의 전체 길이는 4439bp로 pT181과 동일하게 나타났으며 염기서열은 7개의 염기에서 차이를 보였다. 전부 다 염기쌍이 치환된 형태로 나타났으며 그 중 3개는 coding 부위에서 일어났다. coding 부위에서 일어난 경우에도 1개는 동일한 아미노산을 coding 하였기 때문에 pT181과 차이가 없었으며 RepC와 Pre 단백질에 있어 각각 1개의 아미노산에서 차이를 나타내었다. The complete nucleotide sequence of pKH6, a tetracycline-resistance (Tc^r) plasmid isolated from multi-drug resistant Staphlococcus aureus SA2, has been determined and compared with that of the staphylococcal Tc^r plasmid pT181. The nucleotide sequences of the two plasmids are in agreement except for 7 nucleotides. All differences are caused by base pair substitutions. Among 6 substitutions, 3 occurred in coding regions. However, only tow base substitutions in coding regions resulted in changes of amino acid sequences in two different ORFs of repC and Pre proteins.

        A survey on the organic adsorbents used to extract and adsorb metal ions from aqueous solution was reviewed from the recent publications. Among organic adsorbents two resins, solvent impregnated resins(SIR) and Levextrel resins which were produced by copolymerization of styrene, and DVB in the presence of the extractant, were taken to review their structures, chemical reactions, analytical and industrial applications. The polymeric supports used was macroporous polymers which have a three-dimensional structure and are able to incorporate large quantities of extractants. In general, SIR and Levextrle retrains resemble closely the behavior of the extractants in solvent extraction systems, as regarding complexation and decomplexation chemistry, ion selection patterns, ion distribution behavior and kinetic phenomena.

        본 연구의 목적은 기업의 판매와 시장 점유율에 영향을 미치는 고객만족에 대한 물류시스템요인의 전략적 중요성을 분석하고자 한다. 기업의 고객만족요인은 전통적인 마케팅믹스요인과 고객서비스요인으로 이루어져 있으며, 물류시스템은 물적공급요인과 물적유통요인, 그리고 이들을 연결 통합하는 연결과정요인으로 구성되어있다. 이들의 관계를 분석하기 위한 연구모형을 제시하고자 하며, 향후 수집된 자료는 LISREL을 이용하여 통계처리 될 것이다. The purpose of the study is to analyze strategic importance of the logistics system factors in customer satisfaction affecting firm's sales and market share. Firm's factors to satisfy customers may be considered as a function of two constructs : traditional marketing mix, and customer service, and also logistics systems may be considered as a function of the three constructs : physical supply factor, physical distribution factor, and logistical spanning process factor integrating or linking each of these constructs. We are going to propose a research model for analyzing each relationships of these constructs and the collected data will be analyzed by LISREL statistical package in future.

        Cao-MgO-SiO₂-P₂O -CaF₂계 생체활성 결정화 유리의 기계적 성질에 미치는 ZrO₂및 Al₂O₃의 분산 강화 효과

        Bioactive glass-ceramics can form tight chemical bonds with bone, however, their poor mechanical properties may limit their clinical applications. Alumina ceramics show good biocompatibility and high strength but can't form chemical bonds with bone. Hydroxyapatite ceramics and bioglass form chemical bonds with bone but their strength and fracture are relatively low. Glass ceramics containing apatite and wollastonite crystals can form tight chemical bonds with bone and show relatively high strength and fracture toughness. Bioactive glass-ceramics toughened by alumina and tetragonal zirconia polycrystals show relatively high mechanical strength. Both bioactive and high strength ceramics will be widely applicable to many clinical applications. In this study, bioactive glass-ceramics toughened by alumina and zirconia polycrystals were fabricated, and crystallization behavior, biaxial flexure strength, fracture toughness, and bioactivity were measured. The results obtained were summarized as follows; 1. The major crystaline phase in the matrix glass were observed to be apatite, wollastonite, and β-TCP. 2. Biaxial flexure strength and fracture toughness values were more improved by the dispersion toughening of alumina and zirconia, and the improvement of mechanical strength was more higher in the dispersion toughening of zirconia than that of alumina. 3. The bioactivity, which was evaluted from apatite formation in the simulated body fluid, was higher in the dispersion toughening of Zr-O₂than that of Al₂O₃.

      • Milton과 Shakespeare의 작품에 나타난 原型·再生的 이미지의 비교 연구

        This study suggests that all literary works must have some coherent systems handed down from primitive myth or ritual, and that these universal forms or primordial images occur respeatedly in literature. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to seek these archetypal(or primordia) images form Shakespeare's The Merchant of Venice and Antony and Cleopatra, comparing them with those of Milton's Paradise Lost/Regained and Samson Agonistes. To conclude, the archetypal images of The Merchant of Venice seem to be a vision or harmony that manifests the fulfillment of traditonal Jewish law and Christian law of love. Milton's Paradise Lost and Paradise Regained evidently show a sort of biblical and theological structures i which the Old and New Testaments are fulfilled in the second Adam, Jesus Christ, and the primordial images are very similar to those of The Merchant of Venice, even though "single minded" Milton is clearly different from :hundred-minded" Shake-speare in their poetic styles and thematic qualities. The symbolic images of Antony and Samson seem on the surface to be " Herculean" a mythic figure who is represented as a heroic image. The deep layers of their characters, however, seem to be inherited from Dionysus (or Bacchus) who is a symbol of "emotional enthusiasm" and intoxication of basic human nature.

      • Zr/Ti 비에 따른 PZT계 압전세라믹스의 온도안정성

        In this paper, temperature stabilities of Pb( Zr_xTi_(1-x))O₃ piezoelectric ceramic system according to Zr/Ti ratios were investigated. PZT ceramics with Zr/Ti =58/42, 56/44, 53/47, 50/50, 48/52 which are adjacent compositions to Mophotyophic phase were fabricated, and thermal aging effects on the specimen were measured. After thermal aging. the specimens with Zr/Ti=58/42, 56/44, 48/52 in them could have lower temperature coefficient for antiresonant frequency and the specimen with Zr/Ti = 58/42 which is a composition of Rhombohedral phase have had the lowest temperature coefficient for antiresonant frequency.

        열처리 상태가 10Cr-1Mo-VNbN 주강의 기계적 성질 및 용접성에 미치는 영향

        Mechanical properties and weldability such as HAZ hardness, cold cracking susceptibility and hot ductility of two differently heat treated 10Cr-1Mo-VNbN cast steels were measured and compared. Because of high hardenability of the cast steel, as-annealed cast steel showed martensitic microstructure and thus had higher hardness than annealed-normalized-tempered cast steel which had tempered martensite. Because the welding electrode used resulted in a high hardness weld metal, both cast steels showed same weld metal cold cracking susceptibility even though the as-annealed cast steel had higher HAZ hardness than the annealed-normalizedtempered cast steel. Both cast steels had excellent hot ductility in high temperature range, indicating no risk of grain boundary liquation cracking in the HAZ. However, the as-annealed cast steel showed an inferior ductility in the intermediate temperature range of 1000~1150℃ because of larger unrecrystallized grain size.

        도시 내에서 부족한 녹지공간을 확보하여 환경을 개선하고, 주거의 질을 향상시키기 위한 방안으로 이용되고 있는 벽면녹화를 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공하기 위해 광주와 영암지역을 대상으로 벽면녹화용 덩굴식물의 이용실태를 조사한 결과는 벽면녹화용 덩굴식물의 이용에 있어 계획적인 검토를 통해 녹화공간의 선정과 적절한 식물을 선택하여 종의 다양성을 높이고 벽면녹화가 활성화되고 확대·보급된다면, 생태학적인 측면과 도시기후학적인 측면에서도 긍정적인 효과를 가져와 도시환경 개선에 크게 기여할 수 있으리라 기대된다. As a result we studied the actual use condition of Facade Greenery that used climber plants to effectively utilize wall spaces as a method of securing city greening spaces, the study result is as follows. The plants that were used for greening at 3 places of research object were 13 families and 23 species. Among them, the species appeared at Hwajeonngl-Dong were used much for greening in the order of 3 families and 5 species (Cucurbita moschata, Rosa L., Parthenocissus tricuspidata) 47.16% among 11 families and 20 species, and the species appeared at Yeongam-Eup were used much in the order of 2 families 3 species (Parthenocissus tricuspidata, Cucurbita moschata, Vitis vinifera) 52.81% among 8 families and 14 species, and the species appeared at Keumjeong-Myon were used much in the order of 2 families 3 species (Parthenocissus tricuspidata, Cucurbita moschata, Vitis vinifera) 74.40% among 8 families and 15 species. As a result we put the results of 3 research places together in regard to growth type of Climber plants, it showed that the greening was much done by Twine round plants with the order of Twine round type 53.91%, Adhesion type 37.97%, other types 7.83% and Hanging down type 0.29%. Plants were more used than trees as Climber plants for greening, and in case of trees, deciduous trees were more used than indeciduous trees, and in case of plants, annual plants were more used than perennial plants. Therefore, in order to maintain the stable and continuous greening, it is desirable to green centered in perennial plants, and the plan that reduces fluctuation of greening rate by seasonal change through mixed greening is required. The present condition by greening space showed 50 buildings 15.43% at building's wall, 204 buildings 62.96% at fence and 56 buildings 17.28% at roof, and thereby it showed that the fence is much used as greening space.
