        과실이 크고 품질이 우수한 조생종 배 ‘금촌조생’ 육성

        ‘금촌조생’ 품종은 농촌진흥청 원예연구소 나주배연구소에서 1971년 ‘금촌추’의 품질을 개선하기 위해 당도가 높고 육질이 유연한 ‘단배’를 교배하여 1982년 1차 선발되었고, 1997년부터 5년 간 지역적응시험을 거쳐 2001년 최종 선발 및 품종보호출원 되었다. 수세는 비교적 강하고, 수자는 반개장성이다. 꽃가루가 풍부하며, 주요 재배품종과 교배친화성을 보인다. 또한 흑반병에 대하여 강한 포장저항성을 나타내었다. 숙기는 재배중인 ‘원황’ 품종보다 약 5일 정도 늦은 9월 3일로 추석에 출하하기 알맞은 품종이다. 과형은 ‘금촌추’와 같은 도원추형이고, 과피색은 황갈색이다. 과중은 593g이고, 당도는 13.2Bx이다. 육질은 유연하며 과즙이 풍부하고, 석세포가 없어 식미가 매우 우수하다. 그러나 과육선숙형 품종으로 원예적 수확기에도 과피에 녹색이 남지만, 완숙과가 되면 황갈색으로 착색된다. 상온저장 기간은 20일 정도로 다른 조생종에 비해 저장력은 좋은 편이다. ‘Geumchonjosaeng’ pear cultivar (Pyrus pyrifolia var. culta Nakai) originated from the cross between ‘Imamuraaki’ and ‘Danbae’ to improve the fruit quality of ‘Imamuraaki’ cultivar in 1971 at Naju Pear Research Institute of National Horticultural Research Institute (NHRI), Rural Development Administration (RDA). It was preliminarily selected in 1982 and named in 2001. The tree habit shows vigorous growth and upright spreading. It carries abundant pollen grains and shows cross compatibility with leading cultivars. Also it shows high resistance to black leaf spot (Alternaria kikuchiana) in the field condition. Optimum harvest time is around Sep. 3, which is 5 days later than that of ‘Wonwhang’, and it could satisfy consumer’s demand for high quality pear fruit in “Chuseok”. The obovate fruit shape resembles maternal parent, ‘Imamuraaki’ and skin color is green yellowish brown at normal harvesting time and gradually turned to yellowish brown at full ripennig state. Fruit weighs about 593 g, and the soluble solid content is 13.5 ˚Bx. The flesh is very soft and juicy and, rendering good eating quality. Shelf life is about 20 days under the ambient temperature, and it is a relatively long period as compare with other early season cultivars.

        This study is intended to propose a reliability based approach to safety assessment and berth-capacity rating of aged wharf structures based on measured data acquired from an extensive dynamic field load testing against berth impact of real ships. The study comprises the essential part of a project for assessing actual berth-capacity of deteriorated and damaged dolphin structures at the Onsan oil refinery wharf currently operated for the berth of oil refinery ships of 20,000 DWT.

      • CPL을 이용한 DCT 프로세서의 설계

        DCT(Discrete Cosine Transform)는 정지화상용 JPEG(Joint Picture Experts Group)규격과 MPEG(Moving Picture Experts Group)규격 등에 널리 사용되기 때문에 DCT를 하나의 칩으로 개발하는 것은 영상 압축 시스템에 있어서 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 DCT 프로세서를 CPL(Complementary Pass-Transistor Logic)로 구성하여 크기와 속도를 개선하도록 하였다. 특히 덧셈기 회로에서 CPL을 사용하였는데, CPL은 상호보완(complementary) 입력/출력, nMOS pass-transistor 회로, CMOS 출력 반전기로 구성한다. CPL로 구성한 전가산기는 일반 CMOS로 구성한 전가산기보다 트랜지스터의 개수가 30% 감소되고 속도도 2배 정도의 개선 효과를 가진다. 따라서 전체 크기를 줄일 수 있고 속도를 개선할 수 있다. A high speed signal processing is needed in multimedia due to enormous data. So, we have to use image compression technique. The DCT (Discrete Cosine Transform) has been widely used, because it is not only adopted in JPEG (Joint Picture Experts Group) and MPEG (Moving Picture Experts Group) but also effective in image compression. So, we can achieve high speed and reduction of size by developing the chip which implements DCT speedily. This paper improves speed and reduces processor chip size by adopting the CPL (Complementary Pass-Transistor Logic) in implementing the DCT processor. Especially, the CPL will be used in adder circuits. This CPL will be composed of complementary input/output, nMOS pass-transistor circuits, CMOS output inverter. The number of transistors of full adder constructed by CPL is less than that of full adder constructed by general techniques, also it is two times faster than other circuits. The total designed circuits will be simulated and fabricated by one chip. We expect that this total design will be used in developing the high performance image processing processor.

      • 해안유출수의 해안침해사례에 관한 연구

        해안공장에서부터 약 16km 떨어진 연안에 설치된 유출수 확산파이프로부터 유출되는 공장유출수가 해류와 바람등의 영향으로 유출지점 남서쪽에 위치한 한 특정해안에 침해하는 경로를 유속계에서 얻어진 자료를 토대로 하여 Lagrangian기법으로 알아보았다. 연구결과로 공장유출수 확산파이프 주변의 해류분포는 공장유출수를 남서쪽으로 이동시키고 있으며 유출수의 이동분포는 연안방향 남북쪽으로 길게 걸쳐 있음이 관찰되었는데, 이는 현장에서 관측된 실험의 결과와 유사함을 보여주고 있다. A quantitative study that predicts the far field movement of wastewater discharged from ocean outfalls is conducted. The method is Lagrangian and directly uses the data obtained from spatially distributed, continuously recording current meters. From the analysis it is observed that current fluctuations produce the effluent moving southwestward, at which the beach impingement is expected, and the results show s good agrement with those of field observations.

      • 규칙적인 수영운동이 중년여성의 체력수준에 미치는 효과

        This study was to test the relationship between regular physical exercise and physical fitness in middle aged women. These subjects were 55 volunteers who agreed with intention of this study and were composed of 20 active group(B), 15 active group (C) and 20 non-active group. The selected physical fitness tests were grip strength and back strength for measuring muscular strength, sargent jump and standing broad jump for measuring power, push-up, sit-up, and heart rate for measuring total endurance, reaction time and side step test for measuring agility, stick test and stork stand for measuring balance, and trunk flexion and trunk extension for measuring flexibility. The conclusion acquired was as follows: 1) Grip strength had significant difference between active group(C) of 21.9±6.1 kg and non active group of 28.2±7.0 kg (p<.05). 2) Sargent jump was significantly higher active group(B) of 36.2 ±7.2 cm than with non-active group of 30.4±8.2 cm (p<.05), and higher with active group(C) of 42.4±11.4 cm than with active group(B) of 36.2±7.2 cm (p<.05). Standing broad jump was significantly higher with active group(B) of 167.6±24.5 cm than with non-active group of 146.8±23.9 cm (p<.05), however, was not significant difference between active group(B) and active group(C). 3) Push-up showed significant difference between active group(C) of 11.4±2.8 times and non-active group of 7.2±4.8 times(p<.05), and sit-up between active group(C) of 17.0±4.5 times and non-active group of 13.4±4.9 times(p<.05), and heart rate between active group(C) of 110.9±9.8 beats/min and non-active group of 123.4±10.2 beats/min (p<.05). 4) Reaction time was significantly higher with non-active group of .371±0.26 sec than with active group(C) of .331±0.26 sec(p<.05), and higher with active group(B) of .331±0.26 sec than with active group(C) of .312±0.41 sec (p<.05). Side step test was lower with non-active group(13.2±1.6 times) than with active group(B)(14.2±1.4 times), however, was not significant. 5) Stick test showed not significant difference between active group(C) of 11.5±3.6 sec and non-active group of 10.5±4.2 sec, and stock stand between active group(C) of 4.5±0.7 sec and non-active group of 4.0±0.9 sec. 6) Trunk flexion came out not significant difference between active group(C) of 17.0±7.3 cm and non-active group of 16.8±7.1 cm, and trunk extension between active group(C) of 42.2±8.8 cm and non-active group of 43.8±6.9 cm.

      • 지리정보시스템을 이용한 도시지역 유출수문곡선 해석

        지리정보시스템(Geographic Information System)을 이용하여 도시하천유역을 격자로 구성한 후 강우로 인한 지표면 흐름을 운동파해석으로 유출을 모의하였고 적용성을 검토하였다. 국립지리원에서 1:5000 수치지도로 제작된 유역면적 125.4km², 유로연장 23.4㎞인 사연제 유역을 대상지역으로 선정하였고 GIS Tool인 Arc/Info를 활용하여 본 유출모형에 필요한 지형인자를 추출하였다. 그리고 Arc/Info의 모듈인 GRID를 사용하여 수지지도를 100m100m 의 DEM (Digital Elevation Model)자료로 변환하였고 AML(Arc Macro Language)를 이용하여 강우-유출 모형을 구성하였다. 지표류에 대한 운동파의 해석은 특성곡선법을 이용하였으며, 본 모형의 적용성 검토를 위해 실측 유출곡선과 비교하였다. 그 결과 유출수문곡선의 형태는 실측치와 유사하였고, 첨두도달시간은 거의 일치하였으나 첨두유량은 재현성이 비교적 떨어지는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 추적기간의 크기에 기인한 유출량의 변동성을 파악하기 위하여 추적기간을 600 (sec) 와 300 (sec)로 선정하여 관측된 두 호우사상에 대해 각각 적용한 결과 첨두도달시간은 거의 변화가 없었으며, 첨두유량은 각각 0.27%, 9.60%의 변화가 나타났다. This study is on the application and the verification of the rainfall-runoff model with distributed parameters of catchment. This model was constructed of cell-based and analyzed the surface flow by kinematic wave. The catchment for applying selected SAYUN DAM that was area of 125.4㎢ and main stream length of 23.4㎞. To construct the model, this study was using the digital elevation map(1:5,000) and landuse map(1:5,000) and a tool of GIS(Geographic Information System),Arc/Info and its interior language(AML), was used for the analysis of physiographic characteristics. This model was used method of characteristics for analysis of kinematic wave analysis. To verify the simulation, this study made a comparison between observed hydrograph and simulated one. As the simulated results showed that the shape of hydrograph was similar to the observed one, ut the peak flow relatively increased. And it verified the effects when the routing period changes as long period or short period. Routing period was selected mean equivalent time(600sec) and its half (300sec). The results that applied to two events was 0.27% and 9.60% in the peak flow and there was no changing the time of peak.

        야뇨증 환아들의 심리사회적 특성에 대한 다기관 연구 : 행동 및 정서 문제를 중심으로

        Objectives : The aim of this study was to examine the behavioral and emotional problems associated with nocturnal enuresis in Korean children. Methods : Three hundred eighteen children with nocturnal enuresis, together with their parents, completed the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), Disruptive Behavior Disorder Scale according to DSM-IV (DBDS), Children's Depression Inventory (CDI), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory for Children (STAIC), and Piers-Harris Children's Self-Concept Scale (PHCSC). Ninety-three normal students were selected as the control group. Results : Compared to the normal control group, the mean scores with regard to the withdrawn, social problems, attention problems, delinquent behavior, aggressive behavior, externalizing problems and total problems profiles were significantly higher in the nocturnal enuresis group according to the CBCL results. The nocturnal enuresis group also scored significantly higher in the ADHD and ODD profiles of the DBDS. The nocturnal enuresis group was more depressed and anxious than the control group according to the results of the CDI and STAI. The mean score of the PHCSC was significantly lower in the nocturnal enuresis group when compared to the normal control group. Conclusion : The results of this study suggest that children with nocturnal enuresis in Korea have clinically relevant behavioral and emotional problems. The findings support the link between nocturnal enuresis and psychopathology in Korean children.
