        육군 초임장교의 KCTC전투훈련이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 -자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로-

        본 연구의 목적은 육군 초임장교들의 전장실상 체험훈련이 야전부대 부임 후 직무만족에 미치는지를 자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로 실증적으로 분석하는 것이다. 현재 초임장교들은 야전부대에 부임하여 가장 어려워하는 부분이 경험부족으로 인한 자신감 결여와 부대관리와 지휘통솔 방법 등에 대한 두려움 등이다. 특히, 코로나 사태로 소대장 전후임자와의 인수인계와 지휘실습도 폐지한 상황에서 야전부대 부임 후 각종 훈련 등 소대장으로서의 임무수행에 애로를 호소하고 있다. 이에 육군에서는 2021년도부터 병과학교 보수교육 간 KCTC 전투훈련을 시행하게 되었으며, 전장실상체험과 소부대 전투지휘능력 숙달 등 소대장으로서의 자신감과 훈련노하우 습득 등 현장지휘 능력 배양에 중점을 두고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 2021, 2022년도 초임장교들을 대상으로 실시한 KCTC전투훈련을 독립변수, 자기효능감을 매개변수, 직무만족을 종속변수로 설정하여 실증연구를 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, KCTC 전투훈련이 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을, 둘째, KCTC 전투훈련이 자기효능감에 긍정적인 영향을, 셋째, 자기효능감이 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을, 넷째, KCTC 전투훈련이 직무만족에 영향을 미치는데 있어서 자기효능감이 매개역할을 한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 초임소대장의 직무만족을 높이기 위해서는 소대장으로서 자신감과 자기효능감을 향상시킬 수 있는 KCTC 전투훈련과 같은 초임장교 과학화 체험식 훈련제도의 지속 유지 및 보완이 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze whether the battlefield practical experience training of new army officers affects job satisfaction after field unit appointment or how it plays a role in self-efficacy and performance change. Currently, the most difficult part of new officers' appointment to the field unit is their lack of confidence due to lack of experience and their fear of how to manage and command the unit. In particular, they are complaining of difficulties in performing their duties as a platoon leader, such as various training, after taking over the position of the field unit, in the situation where the transfer and command practice with the person in charge before and after the platoon leader have been abolished due to the COVID-19 incident. As a result, the Army has been conducting KCTC combat training between military school maintenance education since 2021, focusing on cultivating on-site command skills such as battlefield practical experience and mastery of platoon combat command skills and training know-how. From this point of view, an empirical study was conducted by setting KCTC combat training conducted for new officers in 2021 and 2022 as an independent variable, self-efficacy as a parameter, and job satisfaction as a dependent variable. As a result of the study, first, it was found that KCTC combat training had a positive effect on job satisfaction, second, KCTC combat training had a positive effect on self-efficacy, third, self-efficacy had a positive effect on job satisfaction, and fourth, KCTC combat training had a mediating role. Therefore, in order to increase the job satisfaction of the first-time platoon leader, it is necessary to maintain and supplement the first-time officer science experience training system, such as KCTC combat training, which can improve confidence and self-efficacy as a platoon leader.

      • 미립잠열재를 활용한 축열조로부터 방열특성연구

        An experimental study has conducted to understand the characteristics of heat releasing system in which Micro-PCM(microencapsulated Phase Change Materials) slurry is adopted for its storage media mixed with distilled water. Tetradecane(C_14H_30, T_m=5.5℃) as a core, is encapsulated and covered with melamin. For the test, a storage tank, which is 10 ㎝ in diameter and 20 ㎝ of its length, is fabricated with bakelite insulated with glass fiber, 2 ㎝ thick, to protect its heat loss. In order to measure the temperature changes during the heat releasing, 9 T-type thermocouples are embedded at three places in the axial direction and three at radial direction. The size of particles is well-controlled under 10 ㎛ in the way of in-situ polymerization with melamine-formaldehyde resin. For the experiment, the concentrations of slurries are prepared for 20 wt%, 30 wt%, and 40 wt%. The results are compared with those of water and 100% tetradecane oil. MicroPCM slurries are required relatively longer period of time for their phase change than pure phase change materials. That is, the entrained MicroPCM particles control its heat transfer in terms of natural convection and conduction to them.

        급성 췌장염으로 발현된 낭성 변화를 이릉킨 종격동 부갑상선 선종 1예

        Hypercalcemia due to hyperparathyroidism is rarely associated with acute pancreatitis. But, the relationship between hypercalcemia and pancreatitis still remains controvesial. Ectopic parathyroid adenoma with cystic change is one of the rare causes of hyperparathyroidism, and is usually located in neck and mediastinum. We report a case of mediastinal parathyroid adenoma with cystic change associated with acute pancreatitis. A 54-year-old male presented with epigastric pain for 3 days. The serum calcium, phosphate, elastase were 16.8mg/dL, 1.1 mg/dL, 2772.0 ng/mL respectively and his parathyroid hormone level in serum was 651.84 pg/mL. Chest CT showed a mediastinal mass with well defined inhomogenously enhanced density located between SVC and aorta. The patient was diagnosed to hyperparathyroidism with acute pancreatitis due to mediastinal parathyroid adenoma with cystic change, and was surgically removed. The surgical biopsy showed parathyroid adenoma with cystic change. After operation his general condition was improved and serum calcium, phosphate, amylase, lipase level were normalized (J Kor Soc Endocrinol 13:473-479, 1998).

      • Dither 효과를 이용한 서어보 위치 제어계의 응답특성 개선

        The position control system of DC servomotor using dither effect improves the characteristics of response, but oscillation in setting the desired position control is caused by jerking motion in the steady state. A method for supressing the jerking motion using dither effect is proposed. By this method compensating the characteristics of response in the case of setting the desired position control, we can verify the useful-ness of this method in obtaining the best characteristics of position control response in the position control system.

        The conventional proportional P controller has been used as the position controller of the dc servomotor. When the unknown and inaccessible load torque, such as the coulomb friction and so on, is imposed on the dc servomotor, this controller system has the stedy state error and transient-state error. this will be reduced by a new method in this paper, which is composed P type controller is based on the observer and programmed in the computer. by this method, We can obtain high stiffness of the DC servomotor control system. The discrete observer should be employed because this type of observer can estimate the external force simply and fast.

      • 주파수 도약 대역 확산 통신 방식의 동기 시스템 구현에 관한 연구

        주파수 도약 대역 확산 통신 방식에서 기존의 동기 시스템은 VCO의 비선형 특성, 루프의 온도보상문제, 소형화. 경량화 문제 등으로 시스템 구현에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 본 연구에서는 정합필터(matched filter)를 이용한 초기동기와 ADPLL(All Digital Phase Locked Loop)을 이용한 동기 추적 방식의 동기 시스템을 구현하였고, 초기동기시간 약 600μS, 동기추적에 약46mS의 시간을 얻어 전체 동기 시스템은 약 65mS이내를 얻었다. 일반적으로 동기시간이 100mS 이내에 이루어지면 완전한 동기를 이룬것으로 보며, 따라서 구현된 동기 시스템이 매우 안정되고 정확한 동기를 이루고 있음을 알 수 있었다. In the frequency hopping spread spectrum communication, the conventional synchronization systems have many problems in their implementation. It is nonlinear characteristics of VCO, temperature compensation of loop and implementing compactly. In this paper, we implemented the synchronization system which consists of the ACQUISITION by matched filter and the TRACKING by ADPLL(All Digital PLL). In this synchronization system, acquisition time and tracking time were about 600㎲, 64ms respectively, so that total synchronization time could be within 65ms. Generally, as synchronization time is within 100ms we can regard it as complete synchronization. therefore, we could prove that the implemented synronization system has a stable and accurate synchronization.

      • 高Mn鑄鋼의 두께가 基地組織에 미치는 影響

        The effect of thickness of high-Mn steel on matrix and magnetic properties was studied. The specimens were prepared in step block type to investigate the effect of thickness. The structure observation by microscope was carried out after toughening at 1,100℃ The obtained results are summarized as follows; 1) The specimen of high-Mn steel as cast appears, non-magnetic up to 20m/m in its thickness in spite of no heat-treatment. 2) When heat-treated, the specimen obtained full austenitic structure with no cracks up to 10m/m in its thickness. 3 ) All the specimens show no crack when s1owly heat-treated, and the specimens larger than 15m/m in thickness require holding time more than 1.5hr at 1,100℃.
