Indoprofen 및 Indoprofen Lysinate와 Human Serum Albumin의 結合에 관한 硏究

Indoprofen, 4- (1, 3-dihydro-1-oxo-2H-isoindol-2-yl)-α-methylbenzene acetic acid, has many advantages over the other antiinflammatory drugs, such as salicylates, naproxen. Although indoprofen is widely used as an antiinflammatory agent, it shows poor solubility in water. In order to inhance water solubility, indoprofen was made as lysine salt. The purpose of this study was to inspect the binding of the 1-anilinonaphthalene-8-sulfonatc(ANS) to human serum albumin (HSA) and to be to comparative studies on indoprofen lysinate and indoprofen in aspect of the binding to HSA and the number of binding sites was obtained using a fluorescent probe technique. The numbers of binding sites for indoprofen and indoprofen lysinate appear to be 3.35, 3.4, respectively and the association constants were found as follows; HSA-Indoprofen. ; K_b1 = 6.62 × 10 exp(5), K_b2 = 5.44 × 10 exp(4) HSA-Indoprofen lysinate ; K_b1 = 2.32 × 10 exp(5), K_b2 = 5.03 × 10 exp(4)

In this paper, the magnetic flux distribution in and around slot-air gap-tooth region which be important fundamental data to the analysis and the design of electric machines, was microscopically studied and examined. First, Roth's method, one of classical methods, was applied to the inside region of a slot and its around was compared with the result by F.E.M which had been applied together with the development that result of two methods was very approximate. Second, It is expected that the presentation of the analysis which concerned with the characteristic of the leakage flux distribution at the region slot-airgap-tooth., of will be usable to the analysis and the design of electric machines.

This study was attempted to evaluate an agonistic activity to benzodiazepine receptor of several medicinal plants, which have been used as sedatives in oriental medicine. The activities of the methanol extracts of composite preparation of oriental drugs were compared with those of the simple drugs, furthermore, the active fraction was found out from the simple preparation. Inhibitory effects of composite preparations, Cyperus rotundus/Acorus gramineus, Thuja orientalis/Euphoria longan, Thuja orientalis/Albizzia julibrissin, on the binding of [³H]Ro15-1788. a selective benzodiazepine receptor antagonist to benzodiazepine receptor of rat cortices, were observed to be lower than those of corresponding simple preparations. These unexpected results suggest that some components of the composite drugs may rather act as an obstacle, not to show the sinergistic effect. The methanol extracts of Cyperus rotundus having the highest activity were fractionated using polar and nonpolar solvents to give ethylacetate and hexane fractions, respectively. The ethylacetate fraction containing relatively polar components exhibited much higher activity than the hexane fraction, which consists of nonpolar ingredients. Moreover, the ethylacetate fraction enhanced a [³H]flunitrazepam. a selective benzodiazepine receptor agonist. binding to benzodiazepine receptor. However, in the presence of GABA, this fraction inhibited [³H]flunitrazepan binding, and these positive GABA shift supported the strong possibility of agonistic activity to benzodiazepine receptor. As a result. it may be concluded that the substance or substances with neurochemical properties characteristic of a benzodiazepine receptor agonist may contribute to the sedative property of Cyperus rotundus.

The hyperplastic gastric polyps are common gastric lesions characterized by hyperplastic foveolae with variable amounts of inflamed stroma. They comprise 75%~85% of all gastric epithelial polyps. The pathogenesis of malignant transformation of hyperplastic polyp is not fully understood. Usually, there is no cellular atypism, so coincidental gastric carcinoma has rarely been reported. We report a 75-year-old female patient with well-differentiated adenocarcinoma and adenoma arising from two hyperplastic gastric polyps. On the gastroscopic examination, two polyps were noted and their sizes ranged from 1.0 cm to 3.0 cm. She underwent the endoscopic polypectomy with detachable snare and endoscopic mucosal resection. Microscopically, focal cancerous change was observed in the largest one (3㎝ size, Yamada's type Ⅳ) on the anterior wall of antrum.

<P>Here we report an unconventional approach for the single-step synthesis of monolithically integrated electronic devices based on multidimensional carbon structures. Integrated arrays of field-effect transistors and sensors composed of carbon nanotube channels and graphitic electrodes and interconnects were formed directly from the synthesis. These fully integrated, all-carbon devices are highly flexible and can be transferred onto both planar and nonplanar substrates, including papers, clothes, and fingernails. Furthermore, the sensor network can be interfaced with inherent life forms in nature for monitoring environmental conditions. Objective : The purpose of this study is to extend indications of Four-Constitution Medicinal formulas by comparing with formulas on Dongeuibogam(東醫寶鑑), focusing on their composition. Method : 1. We analyzed the composition of Sanghan formulas(傷寒方) and non-classical formulas(後世方) which are mentioned on Donguisusebowon(東醫壽世保元), focusing on their composition. 2. We analyzed the composition of formulas on Dongeuibogam(東醫寶鑑) comparing with Bojungyikgi-tang for So-Eum type. Result & Conclusion: 1. Je-Ma Lee didn`t say the Sanghan formulas(傷寒方) and non-classical formulas(後世方) with criterion of composition on his book. 2. We finally selected 6 formulas(Bojungyikgi-tang, Boheo-tang, Insamyangyoung-tang, Samkee-tang, Jeonssiyigong-san, Hyangsayangyi-tang) and their effect as similar formulas with Bojungyikgi-tang for So-Eum type.

다중 서열 정렬(multiple sequence alignment, MSA)은 단백질과 핵산 서열들의 분석에 필요한 가장 중요한 도구이다. 생물학적인 서열들은 그들 사이의 유사성과 차이점을 보여주기 위하여 각각의 서열들을 수직적으로 정렬한다. 본 논문에서는 클러스터링 분기를 이용하여 두 그룹의 서열들 사이에서 정렬을 수행하는 효율적인 그룹 정렬 방법을 제안하였다. 제안한 알고리즘(Multiple Sequence Alignment using Clustering Divergence : CDMS)은 하향식 발견 방법인 트리 형태의 병합을 위해 클러스터링 방법으로 구축하였다. 클러스터링 방법은 가장 긴 거리를 가지는 서열을 두 개의 클러스터로 나눌 수 있다는 것에 기초하였다. 제안한 새로운 서열 정렬 알고리즘은 기존의 Clustal W 알고리즘 보다 질적 향상과 처리 시간 단축 O(n³L²) 이 기대된다. Multiple sequence alignment(MSA) is a fundamental technique of DNA and protein sequence analysis. Biological sequences are aligned vertically in order to show the similarities and differences among them. In this paper, we propose an efficient group alignment method, which is based on clustering divergency, to perform the alignment between two groups of sequences. The proposed algorithm is a clustering divergence(CDMS)-based multiple sequence alignment and a top-down approach. The algorithm builds the tree topology for merging. It is also based on the concept that two sequences having the longest distance should be spilt into two clusters. We expect that our sequence alignment algorithm improves its quality and speeds up better than traditional algorithm Clustal-W.
