The Buyeong gold-silver deposit consists of quartz veins that fill along the NS fault zone within Cretaceous Goseong formation. Mineralization can be divided into hypogene and supergene stages. Hypogene stage is associated with hydrothermal alteration minerals such as sericite, pyrite, chlorite, epidote and sulfides such as pyrite, pyrrhotite, marcasite, sphalerite, chalcopyrite, galena and galenobismutite. Supergene stage is composed of malachite, goethite, chalcocite, and sphalerite oxide. Fluid inclusion data indicate that homogenization temperatures and salinities range from 112 to $340^{\circ}C$ and from 0.2 to 7.9 wt.% NaCl, respectively. Sulfur(3.2~3.9‰) isotope composition indicates that ore sulfur was derived from mainly magmatic source as well as partly host rocks. The calculated oxygen(4.3~6.0‰) and hydrogen(-60~-64‰) isotope compositions indicate that hydrothermal fluids may be meteoric origin with some degree of mixing of another meteoric water for paragenetic time.

The purpose of this study is to formulate various improved working schemes in determining the definition of non-permissible activities to strengthen the practical implementation and operation of the integrated coastal management plan for regional self-governing authorities In this study, non-permissible activities indicate any activities which should be restricted according to the coastal functions of five different sectors in the regional plan for coastal management. Coastal management plan, are classified into four areas along the coast to use direction. It prohibited and support matters of another coastal exploitation each area. If you want to set the coastal area, has already been specified in the regional and global based on that region Land use planning and urban planning. When additional area settings in some cases may lead to conflicting results. Analyzes the factors to consider about the range and use areas set of in coastal management, It is necessary to strive for deriving a scheme to solve the existing contradiction between the state of the local - area specified problem. With the help of marine spatial planning and pointed out institutional and urban planning system to be utilized in land in the ocean for a more accurate and efficient coastal management, and registered the coastal areas, there is a need to manage. Land -use planning, consideration of another consultation body organization that is able to develop a plan that was comprehensive and marine spatial planning, The contradiction consider to specify the various areas and regions where other specific identification method is determined, Setting the range of coastal waters (within 3 nautical mile), I was exploring the coast registration scheme and registration target, etc.
M13 Bacteriophage DNA 를 이용한 가축의 유전자 지문

The present study was undertaken to investigate the application of M13 bacteriophage as a probe for DNA fingerprinting in domestic animals. l. Hypervariable polymorphic patterns were detected with M13 phage DNA as a probe in genomic DNA of chickens and pigs digested with restriction enzymes. Hinf I was the most useful restriction enzyme for generating the informative DNA fingerprints. 2. Individual-specific restriction patterns were generally observed from all three different animal species in this study. However the individuals in the particular breed of chicken showed much more similar Southern blotting patterns compared to those from the different breeds. 3. The protocols were modified for generating more well resolved and wide spectrum of hypervariable bands. The principal differences between our protocol and those of others: a change of restriction enzyme, longer gels, very long gel runs with continuous change of electrophoresis buffer. 4. The data obtained also demonstrate a potential range of M13 DNA applications as a probe for DNA fingerprinting in domestic animals, particularly for the determination of species, identification of inbred lines, and the development and fixation of the useful breeds.
영재 학생들을 위한 과학사-CPS 수업 모형을 활용한 분자생물 영역 수업 프로그램의 개발 및 적용

This research was aimed to develop and apply the molecular genetics teaching program based on the history of science and creative problem solving model (HS-CPS model) for gifted students. Based on the strategies of creative problem solving and scientific theory development, the HS-CPS teaching program were developed. This program was applied to 8 first and second graders of the special class for invention activity in a high school. Creative problem solving ability in science and the understanding of DNA and gene concept were tested in pre and post of 12 lessons. The results were as follows: First, creative problem solving ability in science was improved meaningfully. Second, HS-CPS teaching program was effective in the understanding of DNA and gene concepts. Third, the students responded positively to the program evaluation questionnaire.
생물적 요인과 환경 요인이 지능에 미치는 영향 및 지능과 학업 성취도와의 관계 분석

The purpose of this study is investigating the relations between IQ and the scholastic achievements of each subject and KSAT(Korean Scholarship Ability Test). The influence of biological and environmental factors, which include parents` academic background, birth order, number of siblings, parents` age at birth, physical constitution and strength, on intelligence was also investigated. The results of this study are as follows: 1. Intelligence and scholastic achievement of each subject is correlated clearly by r=.4-, 6(p$lt;.0l). Korean(r=.610), mathematics(r=.595) and physics(r=.592) are correlated distinctly, but physical exercise(r=.269), art(r=.274), biology/earth science(r=.278), second foreign languages(r=.379) are less correlated. As the whole subjects are correlated by r=.576, the scholastic achievement is strongly correlated by intelligence(IQ). 2. Intelligence and KSAT are related distinctly(r=.663), but each category of KSAT is less related (r=.2- .4). The degree of correlation is mathematical study II, language, mathematical study I and foreign language in order(p$lt;.01). As a whole, KSAT is correlated by IQ, because the integrative curricular abilities are tested in KAST, each category of that is less correlated. 3. The intelligence was somewhat correlated by parents` academic background (r=.207, p$lt;.01), but it was correlated by other biological and environmental factors, As the result of regression through putting the various elements stepwise, the correlation of the father`s academic background and physical strength have an influence on intelligence(p$lt;.001), and the other factors are not correlated. As a result, deciding the intelligence of his children influenced by father`s academic background about 4.3% and physical strength about 3.4%. As students who are valued high in physical strength have good intelligence, it is important that the high intelligence is related to the well-nourishing and good physical condition. Through this study we can also find out that the scholastic achievement is much correlated by intelligence, and deciding intelligence is influenced by the father`s academic background and physical strength.
전라방언의 중방언권 설정을 위한 인문지리학적 접근 : 음운론적 측면에서

In this paper, it is aimed at defining the dialect area, which divides leona dialects into each of the East and West Jeolla, and also is intended to verify the propriety of the defining from the point of veiw of the linguistic facts and anthrogeography. Most of the previous papers that studied leona dialect have been, either directly or indirectly, classifying it into two sections that are dialects of Jeonnam and Jeonbuk and giving a description of each individual dialect within the frame of the classification. The division of the dialect, however, isn't always accord with the actual linguistic facts. Therefore, the present writer has proposed another division of the dialect area, which is dividing the area into the West leona and the East leona instead of dividing it into the North and South.
국토공간의 효율적 활용을 위한 연안평가지표의 중요도분석

본 연구에서는 궁극적으로 연안계획상의 종합적 현황을 고려한 평가체계 도출을 통하여 동해안, 서해안, 남해안 등 국내 연안에 적용할 수 있는 구체적이고 종합적인 관점의 도구를 작성하고 정책적 시사점을 이끌어 내는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 육역와 연안간 다면적 차원의 관리방안이 필요하다는 것을 인식한 후 연안관리에 있어서의 육역범위와 이용구역의 관리에 대한 전체적인 평가 및 검토 요소를 분석하고, 선행연구와 국내외 사례 및 전문가 의견 수렴등 통합적으로 구축된 지표를 ANP방법을 활용하여 상대적 중요도 분석하였다. 체계적 평가기준 마련을 통해 기존의 지역ㆍ지구지정 현황과의 상충문제 해결을 위한 개선방안을 도출하였고, 이를 통해 연안의 개발 및 관리에 실제적으로 적용할 수 있는 방안을 도출하였다. The purpose of this study is to drive the policy implication of decision maker by means of establishing integrated coastal zone management assessment indicator. According to this research result, this assessment indicator makes possible to apply Korea coastal such as East Sea, West Sea, and South Sea. To evaluate the management of Coastal Landward Boundaries, the domestic and international research review was performed and Analytic Network Process was used for related importance analyzing process. We expect that the outcome of this research could apply to coastal development and management.
유전학의 혁명적 발달에 따른 유전자 개념의 변천 - 유전자 개념의 재정립과 교육적 함의 -

Mendel introduced a gene concept based on the physical entity to demonstrate the basic principle of hereditary phenomena. His gene concept was maintained as a basic universal model to explain the various genetic phenomena. However Mendel``s gene concept based on physical entity was modified and supplemented by scientists`` new discovery and explanations on gene structure and functions at the molecular level. During the historical changes of gene concept, the gene concept regarding to its structure, function, and regulation, was drastically and rapidly changed by the breakthrough of genetics. In this study, it was analyzed how the gene concept was modified and supplemented by the many scientists`` discovery and explanations. And then the genes were reclassified by the specific gene functions to suggest new gene concept frame to apply for genetic class. Finally there are several suggestions that gene concept has some limits to explain in class and several alternatives to overcome the limits.
