        Development policy has brought many difficulties and inconveniences as its by products to the daily life of community residents. Thes outcomes are caused by the policies emphasizing more on economic growth than welfare of people. There is no institutionalized citizen participation in local administration, and people scarcely have chances to reflect their opinions in the process of policy-making or planning in advance. Therefore most policies are likely to be made by administration without consultation with community residents beforehand. Under such situation the community residents have to take collective action to appeal or protest authorities for the elimination of difficulties imposed upon them. These collective actions are refered to as the movement of community residents. These movements are of non-political, spontaneous, and collective actions which have no links with existing organizations in the community. The rising of these movements have significant meaning where there is no institution for citizen participation and where people traditionally have little interest in public affairs. We can point out several meanings a) It is the fact that learning takes place on the part of community residents participating in the movements. For they not only need to identify with their problems but also understand what relationship they have with total community life. b) Learning also takes place on the part of administration in the process of argument on policies with community residents. They have to study and learn to carry out policies based on the welfare of people in the future.

      • Piano 音樂의 發達過程에 대한 史的一考

        It is Said a Piano, which is a Perfect instrument like a clavecin, derives variou s technical skills in accordance with Player's inspirations, and then establishes it. But its expressional capacity has been changed not only by each Performance of great masters, but by each Composer's ideas and his style. In other words, the Piano develops and encourages Composer's ideas. In reality, there were almost few Composers who had given no additions to the development of Piano musics, except only Berlioze, Wagner, Larlo, etc. Piano is necessary instrument to Complete Composer's works, Or at least to popularize them. We call it"A Small universe", for it can be expressed freely by the only player, and it is able to represent all the basic elements of music at a time ; melody, rhythm and harmony. Piano has been used widely not only as soloinstrument, but also as accompanying one for other instruments. If we must say, it can be played to fill up the harmony and rhythm to other instruments. with which just only melody can be Produced. What is more, it has very often taken the important positron in all kinds of Concerts. The author has tried to analyze the historical Process of Piano musics, and aimed at reestablishing its values to study modern musics. First of all, this thesis was divided into six major music forms according to the spirit of times ithe Middle Ages, Renaissance, Baroque, Classic & Romantic Ages, and On and after Impressionism. Each form was dealt with Centering around works of representative Composers as many as Possible. In the middle Ages, Organ musics took the place of Piano. Introducing was racial musics of Italy, France, England and Spain as the Central subjects In Renaissance. Especially Andrea Gabrieli, who was a Contemporary with Girolamo Cavazzoni, had established new style of Organicmusics. An abundance of developments had been achieved in Baroque. A group of Composers, Samuel Scheidt and Bach in German, Jacque Champion de Charnbonnieres in France, headed by Girolamo Frescobaldi who had composed tocata, variations and Fugues on the whole. There is the period of about Sixty years (;from. 1770 to 1830) Called Classical Period. It included Consideration of Josep Haydn, Mozart and Ludwig Van Beethoven. In Romantic Period, music was the direct expression of human feelings as all sorts of joy, Sorrows, passions & despairs. There are representative Composers including Shu mann, Chopin, Liszt, Mendelssohn and Brahms in this time. And then Works of Dubussy Was analysized as the part, who had Criticized Romantic musicians. This thesis didn't include modern musics since it is not only very difficult but extensive. However, ail through it, the only thing that I hope is it will be helpful to get the knowledge of musical background.

      • 수수의 도정도에 따른 이화학적 특성과 취반용 수수쌀 적정 도정율

        취반용 수수쌀의 적정 도정율 구명을 위하여 시험용 연삭식 도정기에서의 도정정도에 따른 수수의 이화학적 특성과 취반특성이 조사되었다. 수수의 도정도를 높일수록 피해립 등이 우선적으로 싸라기로 되면서 싸라기 비율이 증가된 반면에, 완전립율은 도감율 30%대까지도 90%이상을 유지하였고, 피해립 비율은 도감율 25% 수준까지 도정도에 따라 상대적으로 변화폭이 크게 나타나다가 이후 둔화되는 양상을 보였다. 수수쌀의 외관 은 도정율이 높아질수록 거칠고 조잡하였다. 도정율 74%대 이하로 도정한 경우 수수쌀 외관은 매우 고와졌으 나, 안토시안계 색소가 대부분 제거되면서 폴리페놀릭 화합물 함량이 급격히 떨어졌다. 수수쌀의 천립중, 회분함 량, 조섬유함량은 도감율 25%대까지 급격히 감소하다 이후 둔화되는 경향을 보였고, 백도는 도정도에 비례해 서 도감율 30%대까지 직선적으로 증가하였으며, 조단백질함량과 조지방함량은 도감율에 비례해서 직선적으 로 감소하였다. 도정도에 따른 아미노산 조성에서 도정율 82%대에서 75%대까지 변이는 크지 않았고, 지방산 조성에서는 도정율이 낮을수록 C16:0과 C18:1이 증가하고, C18:0, C18:2, C18:3 지방산은 감소하는 경향을 보였는데, C18:3 지방산의 함량의 감소로 75%대 이하로 도정할 경우 저장성이 향상될 수 있을 것으로 생각되었다. 수수쌀의 취반특성에서 도정율 75%대까지 도감율 증가에 따라 가열흡수율과 팽창율의 증가폭이 크게 유지되다가 이후 둔화되는 경향을 보였고, 도정율 81%이상의 경우 일반 쌀과 혼반할 경우 덜 퍼질 우려가 높았다. 이상을 종합해보면, 취반용 수수쌀의 적정 도정율은 75~77%대로 여겨지면, 등숙 상태가 좋을수록 도정율을 높게 하고, 불량할수록 도정율을 낮게 할 필요가 있었다
