        한국의 교원성과상여금제와 중국의 교사적효공자제(敎師绩效工资制) 비교 분석

        우리나라 교원성과급을 둘러싼 문제점을 보다 심도있게 이해하고, 이를 바탕으로 개선방안을 탐색하려면 사회적, 문화적 배경이 유사한 국가 사례를 비교할 필요가 있다는 문제인식에서 본 연구는 한국의 교원성과상여금제와 중국의 교사적효공자제를 도입 목적, 재원 조달방식, 성과급 평가 방식, 교원의 인식 측면에서 비교 분석 하였다. 그 결과, 한국과 중국은 성과급제 도입을 통해서 연공급 기반의 교원보수체제에 성과 기반 보상 개념을 가미함으로써 교직사회에 활력을 불어넣고자 했다는 점에서는 유사했으나, 교원의 사회적 위치나 보수제도의 특성에 따라 세부적인 목적에는 차이가 있음을 알 수 있다. 성과급 지급을 위해 별도의 재원을 마련했는가라는 측면에서 한국과 중국은 차이가 있었으나, 양 국가 모두 중앙정부가 정한 지침에 따라 성과급을 차등 지급하고 있었고, 정량적 평가지표 위주의 평가방식이 활용되고 있었다. 성과급이 의도한 목적을 일부 달성하였음에도 불구하고, 성과급에 대한 교원들의 인식은 다소 부정적이었다. 이러한 결론을 토대로 교원성과급제가 교직사회에 활력을 불어넣고 교수-학습의 질을 개선하는 방향으로 작용하는 데 필요한 정책적, 제도적 시사점을 도출하여 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to compare the performance-based payment policies for school teachers which were adopted in Korea and China, and draw implications for improvement. Analysis was guided by four major factors including the purposes, financial sources, evaluation methods, and perceptions of teachers to identify commonalities and differences between two countries. The comparative analysis have led to the following conclusions. First, the authorities of Korea and China have attempted to revitalize teaching profession by introducing performancebased payment into their traditional seniority-based teacher salary policy. Second, while there were separate financial sources at the central government level for performance pay in Korea, Chinese authorities provided differentiated amount of monetary rewards to each teacher within the teacher salary account. Third, with respect to the evaluation methods for performance pay, both countries tended to utilize quantitybased indicators such as number of teaching hours and homeroom teacher duties. Fourth, the purposes of introducing performance payment were partially achieved in both countries, while presenting heavier challenges to overcome to meet the needs of teachers and schools. Based on the conclusions, policy implications were drawn to improve the teacher performance pay system as a whole.

        중국기업의 국제인수합병이 기업성과에 미치는 영향요인 분석: 자원기반시각을 중심으로

        Due to the continuing growth of Chinese firms and the change of the global market ,many Chinese firms are exploring overseas markets. China is a developing country which has a short history of merger and acquisition and insufficient experience, therefore the recent explosion of mergers and acquisitions has depended on its abundant foreign reserve and financial capability. The fundamental causes of this phenomenon include the Chinese government raised the banner of "Go global" and actively supported overseas investments by Chinese firms, and predicted that in order to secure resources, technology, market and professional skills, it is necessary to promote mergers and acquisitions. Therefore, this article attempts to analyze the influence factors on the performance of Chinese enterprises after merger and acquisition. After the simple understanding on the timing and motivation of Chinese firms’ mergers and acquisitions, through the resource- based theory. This article theoretically explains the influence factor of merger and acquisition and tests and analyzes this idea according to the statistical data of Zephyr database from 2008 to 2014. Taking 532 listed companies which have already been acquired in international market as the research object. The result shows that the industry relevance between acquiring and acquired enterprises, the past experiences of merger and acquisition, and the government financial support factors have a positive effect. On the other side, the cultural difference between acquiring and acquired firm has a negative impact on the achievement level of international mergers and acquisitions. In addition, this article confirms that Chinese firms which have a high dependency on government supports, by adding the variables of government financial support, by considering adjustment effect of national development level, and by complementing existing relationships. 중국기업의 지속적인 성장과 글로벌 시장의 변화로 많은 중국 기업들은 해외 시장 진출을 모색하고 있으며, 인수합병방식을 통해 해외시장에 적극 진출하고 있다. 중국은 신흥국가로 인수합병 역사가 짧고 경험이 부족하지만 그들의 인수합병은 중국의 최근 활발한 해외직접투자와 정부의 재정적 지원에 의존하고 있다. 중국정부는 “저우추취 (走出去)”기치아래 중국기업의 해외투자를 적극 지원하고 있으며 중국기업은 자원, 기술, 시장, 역량을 인수합병을 통해 획득 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 중국기업의 인수합병 성과에 미치는 요인을 분석하고자 먼저 중국의 인수합병 시기와 동기에 대해 살펴본 후 2008년부터 2014년까지 국제인수합병을 시행한 중국 상장기업 532개를 대상으로 국제 인수합병 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 자원기반시각(resource-based view of firm)을 활용하여 실증 분석하였다. 연구결과에 의하면 인수-피인수기업간의 산업연관성, 과거 국제인수합병경험 및 정부 재정지원은 국제인수합병 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 인수기업과 피인수기업의 문화적 거리는 국제인수합병 성과에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점으로 중국기업은 중국 정부의 재정적지원에 강하게 의존하며 이는 국가발전수준이 높을수록 정부 재정지원과 인수합병 성과간의 관계는 더 긍정적으로 조절되는 것으로 나타났다.

        음운인식훈련이 읽기장애아동의 음운인식, 명명속도, 읽기에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of phonological awareness, naming speed, and reading ability of children with reading disabilities through phonological awareness training.Three boys with reading disabilities participated in the study. Child A was in the third grade with IQ 84. Child B is in the first grade with IQ 88. Child C is in the first grade with IQ 95. They were in the regular class at the time of the experiment.Phonological awareness training consisted of 3 components. The first phonological awareness training was setting initial or last letter sound of the letters. The second phonological awareness training was phoneme additions, deletions, and substitutions of letters. The third phonological awareness training was phoneme blending and distinction.The results were as follows:First, phonological awareness of children with reading disabilities was improved.Second, naming speed of the reading on letters was improved. However, naming speed on words and nonwords was not satisfied. Therefore, the training for naming speed was still in need.Third, reading abilities of letter, words, nonwords was improved. However, consistent training may be necessary.

        보건의료기관 학습공동체 활동의 커뮤니케이션 특성과 조직 업무성과 간의 연관성: K기관 사례를 중심으로

        Objectives: The object of this study was to identify the relationship between communication characteristics of Communities of Practice(CoP) and organizational performance outcomes. Methods: A cross-sectional study was used and targeted 1,133 employees of K public health and medical institution who participated in CoP activities in 2012. Data on individual and communication characteristics of CoP activities, and individual and organizational outcomes were collected through self-administered questionnaires. The collected data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 18.0(K) Program. Results: here were significant differences among 10 communication characteristics of CoP depending on gender, duration of work and study hours(p<.001). Male workers were more likely to show individual and organizational outcomes from CoP than female workers. Both longer duration of work and time for CoP activities were positively related to individual and organizational outcomes. Linear regression analysis to understand the relationship between communication quality of CoP and individual performance, and organizational outcomes showed that ß of communication quality was 0.337(p<.001) and that of individual performances was 0.605(p<.001). Thus it was confirmed that two factors were significant factors on the organizational performance outcomes. The accountability of the regression model was 83.8%. Conclusion: The CoP participation had a positive effect on the communication quality, and individual and organizational performance outcomes. So, CoP could be the key strategy for facilitating evidence-based practice in public health and medical settings.

        음운인식훈련을 통한 읽기장애아동의 음운인식 변화와 읽기능력에 관한 연구

        This study was done to see the change of phonological awareness and reading ability through phonological awareness training for children with reading disabilities. Three boys with reading disabilities participated in the study. One of them was in the third grade and the others were in the first grade of regular class. The first phonological awareness training was for rhyme. The second phonological awareness training was for phoneme additions, deletions, and substitutions on letters. The third phonological awareness training was for phoneme blending and distinction. The results were as follows: First, each child showed different phenomenon in baseline. When the intervention was conducted, all of them showed more improvement in finding words with same sound of initial letters than last letters. Second, all the children showed less improvement on phoneme substitution than addition and deletion. Third, all the children showed improvement on phoneme blending and distinction. But they were confused with the letters with two vowels or similar shape. Fourth, performance level of reading letters and nonwords was improved much more than performance level of reading words.

        예비특수교사들의 아동지도 실습에 대한 사례연구

        본 연구에서는 아동지도 실습을 통해 예비특수교사들의 교육경험을 알아보고자 하였으며, 이를 위해 질적연구 방법을 사용하였다. 아동지도 실습은 개별수업, 부모상담, 집단토의로 구성되었다. 자료 수집을 위해 특수교육전공 3학년 10명(남학생 3명, 여학생 7명)을 대상으로 개별 심층면담을 실시하였으며, 실습후기와 관련문서들을 참조하였다. 본 연구결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 예비특수교사들은 장애아동 교육에 대한 능동적 참여를 통해 이론적 지식과 경험적 지식을 연계할 수 있었다. 둘째, 수업준비에서 교수방법, 교재교구, 수업지도안 작성, 특히 아동의 문제행동에 대한 대처방안을 모색하는 데 많은 어려움을 겪은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 특수교사로서 필요한 자질과 부모상담의 중요성에 대한 인식의 변화를 가져왔다. 따라서 아동지도 실습은 예비특수교사들에게 특수교육에 대한 반성적 사고의 기회를 제공함으로써 특수교사로서의 자질 향상을 위해 노력할 수 있는 계기가 될 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 향후 보다 효율적인 아동지도 실습을 위한 개선방향을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the education experience of pre-service special education teachers on practice teaching for children with disabilities. The method of qualitative research was used for this study. There were a forty minute tutorial class and a ten minute parent counsel every Tuesday and Thursday, and also feedback on teaching and group discussion every Wednesday. To collect data, individual interviews of ten students were conducted and related papers were referred. The data analysis were as follows: First, the practice teaching for children with disabilities gave a good opportunity for theoretical knowledge to be associated with practical knowledge. Second, they experienced difficulties to prepare teaching schedule, teaching materials, teaching methods and to cope with problem behaviors. Third, their awareness about the quality of special teacher and parent counsel was changed. Based on the results of this study, some improvements on practice teaching for children with disabilities were suggested.

        학습장애아동의 읽기 명명속도와 유창성 중재방법에 대한 고찰

        본 연구는 아동의 명명속도와 읽기 유창성에 대한 선행연구들을 살펴보고, 그에 대한 중요성 및 교육중재방법을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 읽기 기술은 모든 학습의 기초가 되는 중요한 능력이라고 할 수 있으며, 단어해독과 내용이해로 크게 나누어진다. 단어해독을 위해서는 음운인식 혹은 음운처리능력이 요구되어지며, 내용이해를 위해서는 읽기의 속도와 정확성이 선행되어야 한다. 정확하고 빠르게 읽기 즉, 읽기 유창성은 단어해독과 읽기이해를 연결하는 매개체 역할을 한다.일반적인 교육상황에서 심각한 읽기 어려움을 겪고 있는 학습장애아동들은 연령 혹 은 학년이 올라간다고 해서 읽기 유창성이 저절로 획득되어지는 것은 아니기 때문에 보다 체계적이고 효율적인 교육적 접근이 요구된다. 최근 읽기 유창성 향상을 위한 교육중재로서 또래지도, 파트너 읽기 등을 통한 반복읽기 중재와 다요소 읽기중재, RAN 과제 훈련 등이 실시되고 있으나 아직까지 유창성 향상에 대한 인식은 미흡한 실정이다. 앞으로 학습장애아동을 위한 명명속도 및 읽기 유창성 향상에 대한 체계적이고 다 각적인 노력이 이루어져야 할 것이다. The purpose of this paper is to show the important contents about naming speed and reading fluency interventions for children with learning disabilities through reviewing of preceding studies. The reading abilities are very important skills, because they are foundational in every subject at school. They are divided into word decoding and reading comprehension. The phonological awareness and phonological processing ability are needed for word decoding. The reading speed and accuracy are needed for reading comprehension. The reading fluency, that is reading rapidly and correctly, plays an important role in connecting word decoding with reading comprehension. The reading fluency for children with learning disabilities is not acquired of itself through age or grade. Hence more systematic and efficient interventions are needed for reading fluency. Repeated reading interventions through peer tutoring, partner reading strategy are practiced for reading fluency recently and so does the multicomponent reading intervention and RAN task training to children with learning disabilities. But the endeavor and recognition on naming speed and reading fluency are insufficient and not systematic. Therefore we need to found the efficient interventions and apply for reading fluency for children with learning disabilities.
