        본 연구의 목적은 유아의 놀이성과 리더십의 관계를 알아보는 것이다. A시의 어린이집에서 만3세~5세 103명을 연구대상으로 하였다. 리더십 유형을 측정하기 위해서 이채호와 최인수(2008)가 개발한 ‘교사용 유아 리더십 평가 척도’를 사용하고. 유아의 놀이성은 Barnett(1991)이 제작한 Children's Playfulness Scale(CPS)을 유애열(1994)이 번안하고 김미숙(2001)이 수정·보완한 유아의 놀이성 평정 도구를 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아들의 놀이성은 연령에 따라서만 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었 다. 만4세와만5세가만3세보다놀이성의유의하게높게나타났고, 만4세와만5세는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아 리더십은 성별과 연령에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 남아보다 여아의 리더십이 유의하게 높았고 연령에 따라서는만4세와만5세가 만3세보다리더십이유의하게높고, 만4세와만5세는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서본연구는교사가유아의인기유형, 리더십과 함께 놀이성에 대한 중요성을 인식하도록 도움을 주며, 다양한 맥락과 사회적 상호작용 속에서 유아의 리더십을 이해하는데 기여할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between playfulness and leadership of infants. 103 children aged 3 to 5 were studied at a daycare center in A city. To measure type of leadership, we use 'Current Child Leadership Evaluation Scale' developed by Lee Chae-ho and Choi In-soo (2008). Yoo Ae-yeol (1994) introduced the Children's Playfulness Scale (CPS) produced by Barnett (1991) and Kim Mi-sook (2001) used an infant's playfulness balance tool. The results of this study are as follows: First, the playfulness of infants differed statistically only with age. Age 4 and age 5 were significantly higher in playfulness than age 3, and age 4 and age 5 were found to have no significant difference. Second, infant leadership differed statistically, depending on gender and age. The leadership of girls was significantly higher than that of boys, and the leadership of children aged 4 and 5 was significantly higher than those of 3 years, and the difference between ages 4 and 5 was not significant. Thus, this study will help teachers recognize the importance of playfulness along with infant's type of popularity and leadership, and contribute to understanding infant's leadership in various contexts and social interactions.

        Effects of Cognition, Daily-living Stress, and Health-promotion Behavior on Subjective Memory Complaints by Community-dwelling Elders

        Purpose: This study aimed to examine factors influencing subjective memory complaints (SMC) among elders living in local communities. Methods: From February to May, 2016, 126 elders from three cities completed a structured questionnaire composed of SMC, cognition, daily-living stress (DS), and health-promotion behavior (HB). Data were analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 program for descriptive statistics, Pearson correlations, and multiple regression. Results: The average age of participants was 73.7±6.71 years, and SMC was 5.82±2.87. SMC was significantly different according to education (F=8.33, p<.001), presence of a spouse (t=4.99, p<.001); economic status (F=10.10, p<.001); type of living arrangements (F=7.88, p=.001); family relationships (F=9.43, p<.001); perceived health status (F=17.62, p<.001). There was a significant negative correlation between SMC and cognition (r=-.39, p<.001); DS and HB (r=-.52, p<.001). Cognition and DS were positively correlated (r=.47, p<.001). Presence of a spouse, economic status, cognition, and DS were significantly associated with and accounted for 30.8% of the variance in SMC. Conclusion: Cognition and stress are important factors related to SMC and should be considered along with the presence of a spouse and economic status. Efforts to improve cognitive, psychological and physical health will help prevent memory impairment and further improve the quality of life for elders.

        훼리틴 생산 재조합 효모의 철분 결핍성 빈혈 개선 효과

        This study examined whether or not the iron that is accumulated in the recombinant microbes that produce ferritin is bioavailable to rats with iron deficiency. Rats induced with iron deficiency were treated with iron preparations of $Fe(NH_4)_2(SO_4)_2$, horse spleen ferritin, control yeast, and ferritin-producing recombinant yeast for 14 days. The bioavailability of iron was examined by measuring hemoglobin concentration, hematocrit value, and tissue iron stores. Differences between dietary groups were determined by one-way ANOVA, at the level of significance p<0.05. Based on hemoglobin concentration and hematocrit value, iron in $Fe(NH_4)_2(SO_4)_2$, horse spleen ferritin, and ferritin-producing yeast were bioavailable in rats and cured iron deficiency. The efficacy of ferritin and ferritin-producing yeast was confirmed in establishing tissue iron stores after the induction of iron deficiency. The iron sources of ferritin and the ferritin-producing yeast seemed to be as effective for the recovery from iron deficiency as the iron compounds of ferric citrate and ferrous ammonium sulfate. The results suggest that the iron stored in ferritin of the recombinant yeast is bioavailable, and that the recombinant yeast may contribute widely as a source of iron to resolve the global problem of iron deficiency.

        전공만족도, 진로결정자기효능감, 양생이 간호대학생의 행복에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 전공만족도, 진로결정자기효능감, 양생이 간호대학생의 행복에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것이다. 연구대상자는 두 개의 간호학과에 재학 중인 간호대학생 232명을 편의표출하였다. 자료수집을 위해 질문지를 이용하여 행복, 전공만족도, 진로결정자기효능감, 양생을 조사하였고 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, Pearson 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 행복에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 양생, 대인관계, 진로결정자기효능감, 전공만족도이었으며, 이들 변인이 행복을 56.0% 설명하였다. 결론적으로 간호대학생의 행복 증진을 위해서 전공에 대한 이해와 적응을 증진하여 진로에 대해 명확히 파악할 수 있도록 하며, 원만한 대인관계와 양생을 위한 교과 및 교과외 프로그램을 구상하여 실행하는 것이 필요하다. This study aimed to examine the effects of major satisfaction, career decision-making self efficacy, yangsaeng on happiness among nursing students. 232 nursing students from two universities completed a structured questionnaire composed of happiness, major satisfaction, career decision-making self efficacy and yangsaeng. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlations, and multiple regressions using SPSS 23.0 program. Yangsaeng, interpersonal relationship, career decision-making self efficacy, and major satisfaction had significant effects on the happiness. Explained variance for the happiness was 56.0% and the yangsaeng was the most significant factor in the happiness of nursing students. Thus, it is necessary to improve understanding and adaptation of nursing major so that the students clearly understand the career, to devise and implement curriculum and extra-curriculum for good interpersonal relations and yangsaeng.
