해당화 뿌리는 우리나라 민간에서 당뇨병 치료제로 사용되는 약용식물이다. Bromobenzene으로 간독성을 유발한 흰쥐에 뿌리에서 분리한 화합물인 (+)-catechin을 경구투여하여 bromobenzene대사계에 미치는 효소활성을 간독성 물질인 bromobenzene 3,4-oxide 생성에 관여하는 효소인 aminopyrine N-demetylase와 aniline hydroxylase와 독성 epoxide 대사중간체를 무독화 시키는 epoxide hydrolase와 glutathione S-transferase에 활성을 관찰하였다. (+)-Catechin의 투여가 aminopyrine N-demetylase, aniline hydroxylase 및 glutathione S-transferase에 활성에는 영향을 주지 못하였으나, epoxide hydrolase는 positive control로 사용한 ascorbic acid에 미치지 못하지만, bromobenzene 처리군 보다 39% 효소활성을 회복 시켰다. 따라서, (+)-catechin은 간독성 물질을 무독화시키는 epoxide hydrolase의 활성을 회복시켜 간보호 활성을 나타냄을 알 수 있었으며, 해당화에서 분리한 사포닌 성분인 rosamultin도 이효소의 활성을 증가시킴으로 인해 보호활성을 나타내는 것으로 보고된바 있다. The root of Rosa rugosa has been used in folkloric medicine as a treatment agent for diabetes. In the present study, we investigated whether (+)-catechin isolated from this plant can change the activities of hepatic drug metabolizing enzymes in rats treated with bromobenzene. Pretreatment with (+)-catechin gave no effects on the activities of aminopyrine N-demethylase and aniline hydroxylase, enzymes forming toxic bromobenzene epoxide intermediates and glutathione Stransferase, an enzyme removing toxic epoxides. However, the activity of epoxide hydrolase, an enzyme detoxifying the bromobenzene toxic intermediates was mildly recovered by (+)-catechin treatment.

일부의 혁신적인 사람들은 스스로 생각하는 컴퓨터에 대한 환상을 꿈꾸며, 그 능력을 부여하는 방법을 꾸준히 연구하 여왔다. 그런데 알파고의 등장 이후 그 환상이 마냥 허황된 생각만은 아님을 간접적으로 느낄 수 있었고, 이제는 컴퓨터를 전공하는 대부분의 학생들은 그 방법을 공부할 만큼 일반화 되어가고 있다. 딥 러닝에 대한 사람들의 관심이 커지면서 그로 인해 머신러닝에 대한 발전 가능성 또한 많은 사람들이 기대하고 있다. 이번 연구에서는 포커게임을 매개로 하여 머신러닝 기술을 적용하여 시스템의 게임능력을 개선해 보려 하였고, 또한 얼굴 표정에 따른 감정의 변화 분석을 활용하여 게임의 완성도 또한 높여 보았다. Some innovative researchers have had a dream of self-thinking intelligent computer. Alphago, at last, showed its possibility. With it, most computer engineers including even students can learn easily how to do it. As the interest to the deep learning has been growing, people’s expectation is also naturally growing. In this research, we tried to enhance the game ability of a 7-poker system by applying machine learning techniques. In addition, we also tried to apply emotion analysis of a player to trace ones emotional changes. Methods and outcomes are to be explained in this paper.

In the course of screening for hepatoprotective agents from natural products, the effects of the methanol extract (ME) of the rhizome of Alisma orientale (Alismataceae) and its major component, alisol B 23-acetate (ALB) on hepatic lipid peroxidation and drug-metabolizing enzymes were evaluated in rats intoxicated with bromobenzene (BB). Pretreatment with ME and ALB had no effect on hepatic antioxidant enzymes such as glutathione reductase and ã-glutamylcysteine synthetase. ME and ALB had also no effect on the reduction in glutathione content caused by BB. In contrast, ME recovered the BB-induced decrease in epoxide hydrolase and glutathione S-transferase, enzymes that remove toxic epoxides. ME also attenuated the BBinduced increase in aminopyrine N-demethylase and aniline hydroxylase, enzymes that produce toxic intermediates. This effect was greater than that seen with ascorbic acid, which was used as a positive control. ALB had similar effects on the activities of antioxidant enzymes to ME, and may be partly responsible for the effects of ME.

Three flavonoid glycosides have been isolated from the aerial part of Armoracia rusticana P. (Cruciferae) in Korea and identified by means of spectral analysis as $kaempferol-3-O-{\beta}-D-xylofuranoside(l)$, $kaempferol-3-O-{\beta}-D-galactopyranoside(2)$ and $kaempferol-3-O-{\beta}-D-xylofuranosyl(1\rightarrow2)-b{\beta}-D-galactopyranoside(3)$. When 1 mg/ml of the methanol extract from the aerial part of this plant was added, lipid peroxide formation in the bromobenzene-treated rat liver decreased by 64%. Among the components isolated from title plant, compounds 2 and 3 reduced the formation of lipid peroxide by 16% and 39% respectively at the concentration of ${10}^{-1}$ mg/ml.

stems of Acer tegmentosum Max were extracted with MeOH and then partitioned with CH2Cl2, n-BuOH, andH2O, successively. Three compounds were isolated from the CH2Cl2 fraction through repeated column chromatographic sep-aration. Their chemical structures were elucidated as β-sitosterol, β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside, and epifriedelinol by com-parison of spectral data with those in references. The effects of methanol extract of the leaves of Brassica juncea and its major component, isorhamnetin 3-O-b-D-glucopyranoside on hepatic alcohol metabolizing enzymes were investigated. The methanol extract and isorhamnetin 3-O-b-D-glucopyranoside supplementations increased the activities of microsomal ethanol oxidizing system and aldehyde dehydrogenase in a dose-dependent manner, and had mild effects on the activities of alcohol dehydrogenase and catalase. Isorhamnetin 3-O-b-D-glucopyranoside alleviated the adverse effect of ethanol ingestion by enhancing the activities of alcohol oxidizing emzymes, microsomal ethanol oxidizing system and aldehyde dehydrogenase.

The purposes of this researches were to evaluate the effects of an advanced processes supplemented Conventional Activated Sludge Process and to invent the economical advanced process combined activated sludge process with FAC(Flocculation-Aeration-Clarification). Raw water used was synthetic wastewater. The primary treatment using the PAC process was effective in treating the wastewater with lower concentration. F.A process showed the removal rate of more than 90 percent without regard to variences of influent concentration.
