TV 시청을 통한 간접 스포츠 참여가 노인들의 심리적 기능에 미치는 효과에 대한 문헌고찰 연구

노년층의 인구가 증가함에 따라 개인의 건강에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 노인들에게 멀티미디어를 통한 스포츠시청이라는 스포츠의 간접적 참여가 심리적, 인지적으로 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석할 필요성이 있다. 이에 본연구에서는 선행연구의 분석을 통해 TV 매체 활용의 다양한 효과와 멀티미디어를 통한 스포츠 시청의 이론적 근거를살펴보았다. 또한 멀티미디어를 통한 스포츠 시청에 대한 관심 부족을 해결할 방안으로 스포츠 종목의 종류, 미래전망을 살펴보고 나아가야 할 방향에 대해 제시하고자 한다. 종합적으로 본 연구의 결론은 멀티미디어를 통한 스포츠경기 시청으로 나타날 수 있는 신체적, 심리적, 사회적 측면의 긍정적 요소를 뒷받침하는 이론적 근거를 바탕으로노인들의 멀티미디어를 통한 간접적 스포츠 경기관람의 효과분석에 관한 연구들이 다양하게 이루어져야 한다는 것을나타내 보였으며, 멀티미디어를 통한 간접적 스포츠 참여를 통해 노년에 정서적으로 어려움을 경험하는 대상자들에게심리적 안정감을 제공할 수 있는 다각적인 노력이 필요하다는 것을 시사하였다. As the elderly population increases, there is a growing interest in individual health. Analyzing the psychological and cognitive effects of indirect sports participation, such as watching sports through multimedia, on the elderly is necessary. In this study, we examined the diverse effects of utilizing TV media and the theoretical basis of sports viewing through multimedia by analyzing previous research. Additionally, we proposed solutions to address the lack of interest in sports viewing through multimedia by examining the types of sports and their future prospects. In conclusion, based on theoretical evidence supporting the positive aspects of physical, psychological, and social dimensions that may arise from watching sports through multimedia, this study demonstrated the need for diverse research on the effects of indirect sports game viewing through multimedia for the elderly. It also indicated the necessity of multifaceted efforts to provide psychological stability to individuals in old age experiencing emotional difficulties through indirect sports participation via multimedia.

지역사회중심교수 적용 국내 단일대상 연구 동향 및 평가지표에 의한 분석

이 연구에서는 국내에서 이루어진 지역사회중심교수를 적용한 단일대상연구의 최근 동향을 분석하고 연구방법의 질적 수준과 증거강도를 평가하였다. 이를 위해 분석논문 선정기준에 따라 총 19편의 논문을 선정하였다. 선정된 논문은 발표연도 및 출처, 연구대상, 연구환경, 실험설계 및 절차, 독립변인, 종속변인, Horner와 동료(2005)의 단일대상연구 질적지표, WWC 버전 3.0의 평가지표에 따라 분석되었다. 연구결과 지역사회중심교수는 지적장애 남학생을 대상으로 주로 이루어지고 있었으며 다양한 장소에서 반응촉진법, 시각적 단서 등 여러 세부전략을 사용하여 장애학생의 일상생활과 밀접한 기술을 향상시키고자 하였다. 두 개의 지표를 적용해본 결과 Horner와 동료의 질적지표 21개를 모두 만족한 연구가 2편, WWC 평가기준을 잠재적으로 충족한 연구가 2편이었으나 이 중 1편의 연구만 공통으로 두 지표를 충족하였다. 또 대부분의 연구가 WWC 지표 중에서 중다간헐기초선 설계에 추가로 적용하는 비중재 대상(case) 프로브 측정지표를 충족하지 못했다. 이러한 결과를 종합하여 지역사회중심교수에 대한 논의와 단일대상연구의 연구방법에 대한 방향을 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine research trends in Community-Based Instruction(CBI) and to analyze them through the What Works Clearinghouse(WWC) Standards ver. 3.0 and Horner et al. (2005) Criteria. For this purpose, journal articles were systematically searched via research database, and a total of 19 studies were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criterion. The studies were analyzed in terms of publication year and source, participant, setting, experimental design, independent variables, dependent variables, the WWC standards ver. 3.0, and Horner et al. (2005) criteria. The result revealed that community-based instruction was mostly conducted for male students with intellectual disabilities. Also CBI tried to improve daily living skill by using various strategies such as prompt, visual cue and so on. After applying two quality appraisal tools to related studies, only two studies were satisfied with Horner et al(2005) and two other studies with the WWC standards reservation. Among them, only one study was able to meet both of quality appraisal tools. Most of the studies failed to satisfy with indicator where it had a probe point in a session under no intervention. This indicator applies only to multiple probe design. Based on these results, this study discussed about CBI and suggested future directions for single-case research.

저온 생장성이 우수한 분리 미세조류 Tetraselmis sp. 5개주의 생장 패턴 및 지방산 조성 분석

For successful microalgal biodiesel production, the strain should be selected carefully. Fast growth rate and high fatty acid contents are desired traits for algal biodiesel production. In ocean cultivation of microalgae, seawater temperature slowly changes over seasons, and rotating algal strains in accordance with their optimal temperature could improve overall productivity. Additionally, use of indigenous strain is preferred to alleviate potential impacts on the environment. In this study, five strains of Tetraselmis sp. from nearshore of Youngheung Island, Incheon, Korea, were isolated during winter and characterized for their growth patterns and fatty acid compositions in the low temperatures (5–15°C). The five strains showed various characteristics in optimal growth temperature, fatty acid contents, and compositions. Compared with a strain of Tetraselmis sp., isolated from Ganghwa island in a previous study, a rapid-growing strain with 237% higher biomass productivity and an oleaginous strain with twice higher fatty acid contents at 10°C were isolated. The oleaginous Tetraselmis strain showed the highest fatty acid productivity among the strains, having 438% higher productivity than the previous strain. Using the new isolates in the seasons with low seawater temperature would improve microalgal fatty acid productivity in ocean cultivation.
