Purpose: This study evaluated the test-retest repeatability and measurement variability of ultrasonographic shear wave elastography (SWE) for liver stiffness in a rat liver fibrosis model. Methods: In 31 Sprague-Dawley rats divided into three groups (high-dose, low-dose, and control), liver fibrosis was induced by intraperitoneal administration of thioacetamide for 8 weeks. A dedicated radiographer performed SWE to measure liver stiffness in kilopascals in two sessions at a 3-day interval. We calculated correlations between liver stiffness and histopathologic results, measurement variability in each session using coefficients of variation (CoVs) and interquartile/median (IQR/M), and test-retest repeatability between both sessions using the repeatability coefficient. Results: Different levels of liver fibrosis in each group were successfully induced in the animal model. The mean liver stiffness values were 8.88±1.48 kPa in the control group, 11.62±1.70 kPa in the low-dose group, and 11.91±1.73 kPa in the high-dose group. The correlation between collagen areas and liver stiffness values was moderate (r=0.6). In all groups, the second session yielded lower CoVs (i.e., more reliable results) for liver stiffness than the first session, suggesting a training effect for the operator. The mean IQR/M values were also lower in the second session than in the first session, which had four outliers (0.21 vs. 0.12, P<0.001). The test-retest repeatability coefficient was 3.75 kPa and decreased to 2.82 kPa after removing the four outliers. Conclusion: The use of ultrasonographic SWE was confirmed to be feasible and repeatable for evaluating liver fibrosis in preclinical trials. Operator training might reduce variability in liver stiffness measurements.

해체주의 건축, 패션, 메이크업의 작품을 응용한 헤어디자인 연구

급격한 현대사회의 발달로 인해 미에 대한 현대인들의 본능은 욕구로 바뀌었고, 기존의 틀을 벗어나 항상 새로운 것을 추구하려는 현상이 나타나면서 해체주의 경향은 건축, 패션, 메이크업과 함께 헤어디자인에도 많은 영향을 끼치고 있으며 해체주의의 조형적 특성은 디자인을 할 때 많이 활용되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 프랑크게리의 해체적 건축의 조형성, Chanel 2014/15 F/W의 해체적 패션의 조형성, 2012∼2015 Fantasy Make-Up Collection의 해체적 메이크업의 조형성을 분석하여 2012∼2014 에스테티카 코리아(Estetica Korea) 헤어잡지에 나타난 컬렉션과 표지, 선행연구들을 근거로 헤어디자인에 적용하여 해체적 헤어디자인 조형성의 특성이 어떤 작품으로 나타나는지 체계적으로 분석하였으며 향후 헤어 디자인 개발에 도움을 줄 수 있는 기초자료와 창조적이고 예술적인 아이디어 발상에 도움을 주는 것에 목적이 있다. 연구 결과건축에 나타난 해체주의 작품의 특성인 탈중력성, 형태의 유희, 반복성, 탈구성, 중첩성, 비정형성, 스케일 변화, 패션에 나타난 해체주의 작품의 특성인 탈중력성, 중첩성, 비정형성, 메이크업에 나타난 해체주의 작품의 특성인 불확정성, 상호텍스트성, 퇴폐성, 탈구성, 유희적의의, 차연을 헤어디자인에도 적용하여 해체주의적 특성을 표현하였다. 이와 같이 해체주의적 특성들은 헤어디자인에 여러 가지 측면으로 응용되어 표현되어지고 있으며 기존의 틀을 해체시켜 자유롭고 열린 사고의 헤어스타일을 창조해 가고 있다. 또한 헤어디자인의 해체주의 특성은 건축과 패션, 메이크업과는 다르게 제한점이 없으므로 시.공간을 뛰어넘어 발전할 수 있는 가능성을 제시하였다. 그러므로 더욱 많은 연구를 토대로 미용인들에게 기초자료를 제공하는 데 의의가 있다. Due to rapid development of modern society, contemporary people’s instinct for beauty turned into desire, and as the phenomenon to escape from existing frames in pursuit for something new arose, the tendency of deconstruction is influencing hair design greatly along with architecture, fashion and makeup. Furthermore, the formative characteristic is widely used in design. Therefore this study will analyze formativeness of Frank Gehry’s deconstruction architecture, formativeness of Chanel 2014/15 F/W’s deconstruction fashion, formativeness of 2012∼2015 Fantasy Make-Up Collection’s deconstruction makeup. Together with collection, cover and preliminary studies that appeared in 2012 ~2014 Estetica Korea hair magazine as basis, they were analyzed systematically to find out the kind of pieces that deconstruction hair design formativeness ends up with. The study also aims to help creative and artistic inspiration, and basic data to help future hair design development. The result of the study showed that hair design expressed deconstruction characteristic by utilizing architecture’s: degravity, amusement of shape, repetitiveness, dislocation, duality, atropia, change of scale, fashion’s: degravity, duality, atropia, makeup’s: uncertainty, mutual text, decadence, dislocation, indirect meaning, and difference. As such, deconstruction characteristics are applied and created on hair design in various ways, and are also creating the hair style of free and open-minded by dismantling existing frames. Furthermore, hair design’s deconstruction nature has no limit unlike that of architecture, fashion and makeup, which presents possibility of further development over time and space. Therefore this study holds significance in providing fundamental data to people of beauty art business with much researches as foundation.
