        다이쇼 일본과 ‘현대’의 가능성

        This paper examines the origin of modernity in Japan that is entangled with our own times. One of the distinctive forces that has shaped our times is the critiques and resistance against Eurocentric world orders and racializing norms in the form of emerging anti-imperial nationalisms around the world during the interwar period of early 20th century. The interwar period overlapped with the Taishō period (1912~1926) of Imperial Japan. This paper probes into the political and social developments of Taishō Japan that were shaped by the post-World War I world. In doing so, I claim that new possibilities were created in which various actors emerged and organized themselves to reform the state-centered Meiji order by discovering “world” and “society.”

        고출력 LED 모델링 및 광학적 특성 분석

        A high power LED which is being used in many illumination applications as a new light source was simulated for its physical structure and then its optical properties were analyzed. To obtain accurate results from the designed LED model, properties of the die chip and reflector cup were varied. As a result, a high power LED model which has a radiation pattern of a Lambertian with its viewing angle of approximately $140^{\circ}$ and total included angle of $160^{\circ}$ was designed. 새로운 광원으로 각종 조명장치에 응용이 되는 고출력 LED 광원의 물리적 구조로부터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 광학적 특성을 분석하였다. 설계한 LED 광원이 신뢰할 수 있는 결과를 얻기 위하여 die chip과 reflector cup의 구조적 특성을 변화시켰으며. 그 결과 Lambertian 형태의 배광 분포를 가지며. 반치 폭(Viewing angle)은 $140^{\circ}$, Total Included Angle은 $160^{\circ}$를 갖는 고출력 LED 광원을 설계하였다.

        〈佛國寺无垢淨光塔重修記〉와 小倉컬렉션傳 경주 남산출토 사리장엄구

        The pieces of papers founded into Sukga Pagoda at Bulguk temple in 1966 was recorded stone pagoda repair in the 15th year of Hyunjong's reign (1024) and in the fourth year of Jungjong's reign (1038) at the Goryeo. One of these, the record of Mugujunggwang pagoda repair at Bulguk temple (佛國寺无垢淨光塔重修記, after Bulgllksamugujunggwangtopjoongsugi) reported stone pagoda repair in the 15th year of Hyunjong's reign (1024) at the Goryeo has engendered a lot of controversy as compared with Sarita Reliquries into Sukga Pagoda at Bulguk temple. We can confirm the record of Dabo Pagoda repair at Bulguk temple through sarita reliquries and stone pagoda materials etc recorded on it. Bulguksamllgujunggwangtopjoongsugi was recorded to be enshrined Sarira Reliquries at mugujunggwang pagoda in Unified Silla and to be enshrined additonally Sarita Reliquries at it in Goryeo, that time of Dabo pagoda repair in 1024. This record furnish information for us to search for Sarita Reliqures into Dabo pagoda missed after being repaired it by Japanese in 1925. Ogura's collection of sarita reliquries known to be founded into some pagoda at Mt. Namsan of Gyeongju in South Korea (after Ogura's collection of sarira reliquries) were compared with them into Sukga pagoda. We infered that they founded into Dabo pagoda because of only style. But Gayamoto Dojin (榧本杜人) studied Ogura's collection of sarira reliquries in 1958. the list of Ogura's collection of sarira reliquries on his paper furnished dearly that they enshrined into Dabo pagoda as compare with record on Bulguksamugujunggwangtopjoongsugi. First, on pagoda repair, brass bowl with a lid plated copper with gold made in Unified Silla put 99 pieces of Ra?mivimalavi?uddhaprabh?n?ma-dh?ra?i-sutra (无垢淨光陀羅尼經) in it. this record can compare with gilt bronze round brass bowl with a lid carved 99 pagodas out of Ogura's collection of sarira reliquries. Second, Pure-gold bottle made in Unified Silla was only recored on Bulguks amugujunggwangtopjoongsugi and be gone Ogura's collection of sarira reliquries now. but This pure-gold bottle was written the list of Ogura's collection of sarira reliquries on Gayamoto Dojin's paper. This fact turn out that Ogura's collection of sarira reliquries founded at Dabo pagoda. Third, We presume that Ra?mivimalavi?uddhaprabh?n?ma-dh?ra?i-sutra put in the case plated copper with gold recorded on Bulguksamugujunggwangtopjoongsugi. The Gilt bronze case 31.2㎝ long is present in Ogura's collection of sarira requries too. Fourth, there are the relics of being additionally enshrined in Goryeo recorded on pagoda repair out of Ogura's collection of sarira reliquries. The fact make sure that Ogura s collection of sarira reliquries founded into Dabo pagoda. Especially, bronze brass bowl with a lid in Ogura's collection of sarira reliquries was written as 'Donghamja (銅含子)' out of additional ones in Goryeo on record. The same bronze brass bowl with a lid founded into octanonal nine stone pagoda at Woljeong temple made in 11th century, this time is same it of being repaired Dabo pagoda. Finally. Ogura's collection of pagoda-shaped silver sarira reliqury and glass-shaped silver sarira reliqury have compared with silver sarira reliquried into Sukga pagoda, not record. This be caused by the time of being made them. According to research recently, silver sarita reliqures into Sukga pagoda made the time of Sukga pagoda repair in 1038, after earthquake in 1036. This fact, We can infer that Ogura's collection of silver sarita reliquries also made after 1036. Therefore, Ogura's collection of silver sarira reliquries are suggestive that Dabo pagoda was repaired twice because of earthquake before Sukga pagoda repair in 1038. Under these circumstances, we presume that Bulguksamugujunggwangtopjoongsugi enshrined into Dabo pagoda in 1024, took out it because of earthquake and was rewritten after this enshrined into Sukga pagoda again.

        양명학에서 윤리주체의 건립과 그 실현의 문제

        송명유학은 우주원리와 상통하는 인간의 본성실현을 통하여 인륜세계를 건립하려고 했다는 점에서 특정적이다. 그럼에도 그 내부에는 본성실현의 방법에 대한 서로 다른 견해들이 존재한다. 그 가운데 대표적인 것이 주자와 양명의 견해이다. 주자는 본성실현을 위해서 사물의 이치에 대한 탐구가 필수적이라고 본 반면에 양명은 마음에서의 공부만으로도 가능하다고 본다. 양명은 용장에서 심체가 우주와 인생의 대본임을 체득한다. 그 마음은 하나의 도덕적 자각능력으로서의 양지이다. 양지는 도덕정감과 도덕의식의 통일체이며, 천리와 명각의 통일체이다. 그것은 사물에 감통하여 그에 적합한 행위양식을 창출해낸다. 그런데 일반인들은 자사와 물욕을 지니고 있으며, 양지는 이들 사욕에 의하여 가리워질 수 있다. 따라서 내 마음의 양치를 실현하기 위해서는 인욕을 제거하고 천리를 보존해야 한다. 양명은 치양지를 인욕을 제거하고 천리를 보존하는 방법으로 제출한다. 양명은 격물ㆍ치지ㆍ성의ㆍ정심을 모두 치양지 공부로 통일시키며, 의념이 연관되어 있는 구체적인 사물에서 내 마음의 양지를 실현할 것을 주장한다. 이것은 곧 자기의 본성실현과 구체사물의 특수성에 맞는 행위양식이 실현됨을 의미한다.

      • 인삼뿌리썩음병의 원인균인 Cylindrocarpon destructans와 Fusarium solani를 동시 진단할 수 있는 새로운 real time PCR 진단법 개발

        Background : Development of new real-time PCR diagnosis method for simultaneous diagnosis of Cylindrocarpon destructans and Fusarium solani, causative fungi of ginseng root rot disease. C. destructans and F. solani are known to be the major pathogens of ginseng root rot disease. Root rot caused by these pathogens is a disease that is difficult to control because the disease progresses slowly and it is difficult to diagnose early and even when symptoms of plant seeding are present, the disease is already spread in the roots. Diagnostic methods to detect the presence or absence of ginseng roots rot fungi in soil before ginseng cultivation are currently being used as a method for controlling. However, commercialized soil extraction kits and PCR diagnostics have cost, diagnostic time, and single diagnostic problems, and need to develop new diagnostic methods. Methods and Results : Primers and probes in the beta-tubulin 2 gene were designed for species-specific detection. In silico analysis, the detection rate of C. destructans was 100% and the detection rate of F. solani was 95%. The multiplex real time PCR optimization conditions including the internal control were established. The analytical sensitivity using positive samples was 10 copies/㎕ for C. destructans and 10 copies/㎕ for F. solani. As a result of performance comparison test with conventional PCR diagnosis methods, it was confirmed that the developed multiplex real time PCR method has the same or better performance in terms of sensitivity. In the developed soil extraction kit, the extraction time was reduced and the extracted DNA quality was improved, compared to the used soil extraction kit. Conclusion : From the above results, we expect that the developed C. destructans / F. solani multiplex real time PCR diagnosis method and soil extraction kit will be useful for real-time monitoring of ginseng root rot pathogenic fungi in the soil of ginseng cultivation area and diagnosis of suitability of ginseng cultivation area.

      • 인삼 뿌리썩음병원균 발병 밀도 구명 및 피해 분석

        Background : Ginseng is an important agriculture plant in Korea. However, plant yield is reduced by pathogens. Cylindrocarpon destructans and Fusarium solani are responsible for root-rot and replant failure of ginseng in Korea. Because of root rot pathogen, the productivity decreased and repeated cultivation is difficult. Methods and Results : The number of Cylindrocarpon destructans and Fusarium solani in soils can be measured by real-time PCR. This methode makes it possible to select of land for caltivation of ginseng. The specific primers of C. destructans and F. solani were synthesized from β-tubulin region. The equation of the standard curve between the colony forming unit(cfu) and the Ct value in the C. destructans was y (Ct value) = -1.608X (cfu) + 39.325. The equation of the standard curve between the colony forming unit (cfu) and the Ct value in the Fusarium solani was y (Ct value) = -1.608X (cfu) + 39.077. This method makes possible to rapidly exactly measure the number of pathogens in soil. C. destructans, a ginseng root rot fungus, was detected in soil samples of 32 (16%) in soil samples. 35.5% of paddy field, 34.3% of paddy field, 64.1% of field, and 65.6% of paddy field were found in perennial plant. Conclusion : As a result, the major causative agent of ginseng root rot was Cylindrocarpon and the onset density was 102 cfu/g in soil. There was no significant difference in density between fusarium and disease.

        메타버스 유형에 나타난 패션 브랜드 확장 전략연구

        Brand expansion into the metaverse is an inevitable strategy for new markets and requires diversification research. This paper aims to lay the foundation for the study by focusing on the phenomenon of fashion brands appearing in the metaverse, reviewing and converging the types of metaverse, classifying the cases, laying the groundwork for the phenomenon of metaverse expansion, and presenting a vision of the development trend and the direction of fashion brand development. The cases of fashion brands that appeared in the metaverse were searched on domestic and foreign business sites, articles, etc. from July 2022 to May 2023, and 50 cases of brands that entered the metaverse were collected after excluding duplicate data and analysed according to their types. The results of the study show that, first, fashion brands are converging with other types of brands in augmented reality, life logging, mirror worlds, and virtual worlds rather than developing independently. Second, augmented reality can be divided into customer service, life logging can be divided into customer purchase records, mirror world can be divided into reflection and twin features, and virtual world can be divided into shop and promotion. Third, fashion brands in the metaverse have an experimental form of productisation, which includes physical products, intangible digital products and consumer experiences. This study strategizes the expansion of fashion brands in the early stages of entering the metaverse, with the limitation of classifying the current status of fashion brands by type. Yet, through its results, it aims to provide a vision for the development of fashion brands in the metaverse era. 메타버스로 브랜드 확장은 새로운 시장에 대한 필연적 전략이며 이에 다각화 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문은 패션 브랜드가 메타버스 유형에 나타난 현상에 주목하여 유형에 대해 고찰․융합하여 연구의 토대를 마련하고 사례를 분류하여 메타버스 확장 현상에 대한 근거를 마련하고, 발전 동향과 패션 브랜드의 전개 방향에 대한 비전을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 메타버스에 나타난 패션 브랜드 사례를 2022년 7월~ 2023년 5월까지 국내외 비즈니스 사이트, 기사, 등을 검색하고 중복 자료를 배제하고 메타버스에 진입한 50개 브랜드 사례를 수집하여 유형에 대입하여 현황을 분석한 결과로 첫째, 패션 브랜드는 증강현실, 일상 기록, 거울 세계, 가상 세계에서 다른 유형과 융합되고 있음을 사례 통해 알 수 있다. 둘째, 패션 브랜드에서 증강현실은 고객 서비스, 일상 기록은 고객의 구매기록, 거울 세계는 반사와 트윈의 특징, 가상 세계는 입점과 홍보의 특징으로 나눌 수 있다. 셋째, 메타버스의 패션 브랜드는 실물 제품, 무형의 디지털 제품과 소비자 경험까지 제품화 하는 실험적 형태를 가지고 있다. 본 연구는 메타버스 초기 진입 단계의 패션 브랜드 확장을 전략으로 하여 유형별 현황을 분류하는 한계를 가지나 이를 통한 결과로 메타버스 시대의 패션 브랜드 전개에 비전을 제시하고자 한다.

        Utilization of Rice Starch with Gums in Asian Starch Noodle Preparation as Substitute for Sweet Potato Starch

        Starch noodles were produced using a medium grain rice starch in the presence of various gums, and physical properties of the noodles were compared with sweet potato starch noodle. Pasting viscosity of the rice starch was lower than that of sweet potato starch (830 vs. 1,618 cp as peak viscosity). The peak viscosity, however,was increased by the addition of gums (0.1% based on dispersion), and especially xanthan was the most effective in increasing the peak viscosity (1,478 cp). The cooking loss for the rice starch noodles (1.5 mg/mL), greater than that for the sweet potato starch noodle (0.2 mg/mL), was effectively reduced to 0.8 and 0.9 mg/mL, respectively, by the addition of locust bean gum (LBG) and curdlan. The addition of LBG or gellen gum also increased the hardness of the rice noodles. Aging (extended retrogradation) the noodles was effective in reducing the cooking loss and improving the textural properties of the rice starch noodles. The combination of the gum addition (like LBG) and aging of the rice starch noodle might be useful for utilizing rice starch as a substitute for sweet potato starch in Asian noodle preparation.
