적산온도 방식에 의한 고강도콘크리트의 강도에측에 관한 실험적 연구

The goals of the present study are to investigate a relationship between strength of concrete and maturity that is expressed as a function of an integral of the curing period and temperature, to predict strength of high-strength concrete. To achieve this goal, is datum temperature of high-strength concrete, and tests strength of specimen that was cured at the four curing temperature of 5, 10, 20 and 30℃. Results of this study are as follows. 1. Datum temperatures of the water-to-binder ratios 0.30 and 0.35 are determined as -2.7℃ and -2.4℃. 2. It is showed that the maturity have higher correlation in the case of adapting datum temperature which is determined by experiment than adapting -10℃. 3. The compressive strength of high-strength concrete is able to be predicted from the maturity-compressive strength relationships.

Muscle biopsy is a critical step in caring patients having variable myopathies. The differential diagnosis of neurogenic or myogenic origin is very important. Variable artifacts such as ice crystals can interfere with the exact diagnosis. To acquire an optimal section, we compared several frozen and sectioning methods. To avoid direct contact, a piece of cork covered with water or an embedded medium is used as a moving plate for muscle biopsy specimens. During the indirect method, the cork should be dropped into the gel or between liquid and solid state of isopentane cooled by liquid nitrogen using a forceps. The sample must be kept in a -70℃ ultra low freezer untill sectioning. Prior to sectioning, leave the sample in cryostat for 20 minutes minimally in order to recover the optimal temperature. Sectioning must be done in a cryostat cooled at -20℃ with a new disposal knife at 7 to 10 μm for prevention of cracking. At this time, sectioning without OCT compound embedding can avoid the ice crystal artifact. Methanol prefix should be done 3 to 5 seconds after sectioning. The muscle biopsy sample must be handled with minimal trauma and precautions in order to acquire optimal sections for direct diagnosis

국내 자살자 통계(2009~2013년 경찰청 변사통계)에 의하면 최근 5년간 자살 수단으로 가장 많이 사용하고 있는 것은 끈(줄)을 이용한 목맴사이다. 그 중에서 범죄피해자의 다수를 이루고 있는 여성의 경우 끈을 이용한 목맴사가 남성보다 많은 수치를 나타내고 있다. 일반적 목맴사의 경우, 대부분 가족들이 먼저 발견하기 때문에 끈을 풀거나 소생의 목적으로 구급대에 의한 후송 등으로 현장이 훼손되는 경우가 많으며 또한 주위의 시선을 의식해 조용히 장례를 치루고자 가족들이 사실을 숨기는 사례도 발생한다. 본 사례는 변사현장에서 가장 많이 볼 수 있는 자살 방법인 목맴사를 가장하여 현장을 고의로 훼손하거나 숨기는 등의 방법을 사용하여 피해자를 살해한 사건이다. 이러한 타살 사건에서 피해자에게 나타나는 법의학적인 시체현상과 명확한 증거들을 통하여 현장요원들의 판단을 돕고자 한다.

Recently the study on high flowing concrete which has high workability and non-compacting is being proceeded actively in the university and corporative laboratory. There are some cases that has been applied to the field. This high flowing concrete has higher fluidity and segregation resistance than Plain or flowing concrete. And it is being focused as a remarkable know-how which can make high-quality concrete and reduction effect of labor force. This properties of high flowing concrete are influenced by the relationship of several factors; binder content water binder ratio and unit water content. It is the aim of this study to propose reference data at mix design of high flowing concrete, after comparing and analyzing the fluidity and strength properties of high flowing concrete according to water binder content ratio and unlit water content.
시멘트페이스트의 유동성상에 영향을 미치는 시멘트 및 고성능AE감수제 효과에 관한 연구

It is now increasingly recognized that the high fluidity of high flowing concrete can be affected by numerous parameters which characterize either the cement, the mineral, chemical admixture or the mix proportion of concrete. Particularly performance of superplasticizer used to enhance the high flowbility obviously plays a hey role in the rheology and fluidity of high flowing concrete. Therefore the purpose of this experimental study is to investigate the effect of cement and high range water reducing AE agent in the condition of cement-paste. As a result, the condition of cement-paste is differently found by cement and high range water reducing AE agent, HBC and P1, P2 are superior in fluidity. Admixture dosage for target flow is on the decrease, the more turbidity is high.
