Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the current humidification state of incubator, the factors disturbing high humidification and to establish the evidence-based nursing protocol to maintain it. Methods: The subjects were 15 infants who were born with extremely low birth weight (ELBW) from May to October, 2007, and data were collected during the first 3 days and analyzed with SPSS WIN program. Results: The goal of humidity level in incubator was 95%, but mean humidity levels were 89.7%(1st day), 91.9%(2nd day), and 91.8%(3rd day)(p<0.001). The disturbing factors were opening frequency and duration of incubator door and window by caregivers. The handling of infants by nurses and doctors happened more frequently during the first day. Especially, nurses handled them more often than others, but the duration of opening during the invasive procedures by doctors was longer than others. The opening frequency had negative correlation with duration(r=-.779, p<.01). Conclusion: So the evidence-based protocol for maintaining high humidity in incubator for ELBW infants during the first 3 days and next 2 days was made. Furthermore we need to educate NICU nurses and doctors about minimal handling.
구간별 QoE 프레임을 이용한 QoE 네트워크 설계 및 구현

기존의 QoE(Quality of Experience) 측정 방식은 서비스 제공 서버에서부터 사용자가 서비스를 받는 단말기 까지 전체 구간을 묶어 측정 하였다. 이는 단순히 QoE 품질의 좋고 나쁨만을 판단할 수 있었으며 QoE 품질이 나빠질 경우 해결 방안을 제시 할 수 없었다. 또한 QoE 지표가 무수히 많기 때문에 어떻게 사용해야 하는 국제적 규정이 없다. 본 논문은 QoE 지표를 네트워크와 사용자 관점에서 분석하여 서비스를 제공하는 서버부터 라우터 까지, 라우터에서 서비스 받는 단말기 까지, 서비스 라우터에서 사용자 라우터 까지 3부분으로 나누고 각각의 영역에 맞는 QoE 지표 프레임을 제시한다. 이를 통하여 KOREN-CERNET 환경에서 QoE 네트워크를 설계 및 구현하고 QoE 네트워크의 안정성, 사용자 불만해결 시간 단축, 네트워크 변화에 따른 컨텐츠 적응 효과를 입증하였다. The present method of measuring QoE (Quality of Experience) was to measure the whole block from the server that provides service to the terminal that the client gets the service. In this way, it was possible to simply determine whether the quality of QoE was good or not, and when the quality of QoE became bad, there was no way of presenting solutions. Also, as QoE metrics are numerous, there has been no strict regulation on how to use. This study analyzed QoE metrics in the viewpoints of network and clients, subdivided the whole service into three phases including one from the server providing the service to the router, another from the router to the terminal getting the service, and the third from the service router to the client router, and presented QoE metric frames appropriate for each phase. Through this, in the KOREN-CERNET environment, this study designed and embodied QoE network and demonstrated stability of QoE network, reduction in client complaint settlement time, and content adjustment effect according to the network change.

Unmanned helicopter, depending on its own advantages and wide application prospects, has become one of the hottest subjects, which is widely studied internationally. This paper discusses how to transmit the real time video data and the control data in unmanned helicopter environment. We constructed a small-scale Autonomous helicopter data transmission system test bed using reliable wireless network data transmission technology in the real environment, and then we did a series test of simulation and performance evaluation. At the end of this paper, it brings forward about the orientation and the disadvantage of this system.
