담낭암 발생에서 담췌관합류이상의 역할 규명과 암화과정에 관한 연구

Baekground/Aims: To clarify the careinogenesis of gallbladder cancer (GBC) in patients with anomalous pancreaticobiliary ductal union (APBDU), we investigated the expression of mutated p53 protein and c-erbB2, the cell proliferation indices of Ki-67 and the histopathologic changes in gallbladder carcinoma and noncaneeraus mucosa which are associated with APBDU. Methods: In the clinical review, we analysed 62 patients (27 patients of GBC with APBDU and 35 patients of GBC without APBDU) who were diagnosed in Sevrance Hospital from January, 1992 to December, 1994. Immunohistochemical staining and histologic examination were performed on the specimens obtained from surgically resected gallbladders from the patients. For comparative study, the specimens were grogped as follows: 5 cases of carcinoma with APBDU, 4 eases of noneancerous mucosa with APBDU associated with GBC, 11 cases of noncancerous mucosa with APBDU not associated with GBC, 19 cases of carcinoma without APBDU and 7 cases of chronic inflammatory mucosa of gallbladder stones as controls. Results, GBC developed in 33.3% of patients with APBDU (especially, 66.7% of PC type) and showed no gallbladder stones. The frequency of papillary carcinoma was higher and depth of invasion was less in GBC with APBDU than in GBC without APBDU. Among 15 cases of noncancerous mucosa with APBDU, isolated dysplasia and adenomyomatous hyperplasia were noted in 10 cases and 4 cases, respectively. In one case of APBDU with GBC, the expression of p53 protein was noted in the focal area of low grade dysplasia. Cell proliferation indices of Ki-67 were stepwise increased with the progression of histologic findings from inflammation, papiUary hyperplasia, metaplasia and adenomyomatous hyperplasia to dysplasia. 췌장질환의 실험 동물모델

Experimental animal models have been used to study pancreatitis for more than a century. Although they are not always closely related to the disease in humans, they have contributed greatly to our current understanding of the pathophysiology and cell biology of this disease. They have also become a standard means for testing new treatments of pancreatitis. The use of relevant animal models for the study of pancreatic cancer will help us clarify the process of pancreatic carcinogenesis and understand the effects of environmental and genetic elements on pancreatic cancer development, which will eventually contribute to prevention and treatment of this deadly disease. In this article, experimental animal models with acute and chronic pancreatitis, and pancreatic cancer are briefly reviewed considering the merits and demerits in use of experimental animal models. 최근 컴퓨터 기술이 발전하면서 GIS(Geographic Information System)에 근거한 다양한 형태의 GIS 응용 시스템이 연구 및 개발되고 있으며, 또한 인터넷의 발전으로 사용자 측면의 기술도 발전되어 가고 있다. 이에 따라 다양한 사용자의 요구에 대해 빠른 결과를 제공할 수 있는 지리 정보 시스템이 필요하게 되었다. 그러나, 일반적인 지리 정보 시스템은 데이타의 처리와 전송에 상당한 시스템 자원을 소모하는 단점이 있어 이를 개선할 필요성이 있다. 각각의 컴퓨터를 직접 연결하는 P2P 기술은 자원의 공유를 통한 저장 공간의 절약, 데이타 전송의 효율성, 클라이언트의 기능 활용 등의 장점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 P2P를 이용하면 이전의 방법에서 문제시되었던 과부하, 접속 지연, 전송 비용 과다 등의 문제들을 해결할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 기존의 클라이언트/서버 형태 지리 정보 시스템의 문제점을 파악하고, 이를 극복하기 위한 방안으로 P2P를 살펴보았다. 또한, 이를 토대로 다양한 미러링 클라이언트를 두어 서버의 과부하나 전송 비용 과다를 줄이고, 클라이언트의 활용도를 높여 기존의 클라이언트/서버 형태의 지리 정보 시스템의 문제점을 보완한 P2P 기반의 공간 데이타 미러링 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

As a result of the compulsory of information system audit and a rise in audit demand, the quality improvement of information system audit is being emphasized. However, since the current information system audit heavily depends on the auditor's experience, skill, and subjective judgments, it incurs distrust in the objectivity and reliability of audit results from audit interest person. Furthermore, so far research activities aimed at securing the objectivity and reliability of audits have not been adequately carried out. Therefore, this paper presents a quantitative method for information system audit evaluation in order to contribute to the quality improvement of overall information system audit through securing compliance, objectivity, and reliability of information system audit. The quantitative method is largely composed of two sectors, such as evaluation areas and items, scores calculation for evaluation items, and can generally apply the information system audit standard to information system audit evaluation.

인증 게이트웨이를 활용한 ESM 시스템의 개발

인터넷을 이용하는 인구가 늘어남에 따라 인터넷을 통해 제공되는 서비스도 점점 다양해지고 있다. 이로 인하여, 다양한 서비스를 제공하는 각종 서버들에 대한 보안 사고도 증가하고 있다. 그리고, 보안에 대한 관심과 필요성이 증가하면서 많은 보안 솔루션들이 개발되었으며, 다양한 보안 솔루션을 상호 연동함으로써 종합적인 보안 관리를 하기 위한 ESM 시스템이 제시 되었다. ESM 시스템은 보안 위협에 대해 빠른 판단, 대응, 그리고 원격지 네트워크에 대한 보안 관리를 가능하게 한다. 그러나, 원격지 네트워크에 대한 보안 관리는 인터넷을 거치기 때문에 많은 보안 위협에 직접적으로 노출될 수 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해서 ESM의 메인 시스템 부분이 인터넷과 직접 연결되지 않도록 하여 직접적인 보안 위협으로부터 보호하고, 타켓 시스템의 모니터링 정보가 유출, 위조, 변조되는 것을 방지하기 위해서 사용자의 접근을 인증해주는 인증 게이트웨이의 활용이 필요하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 ESM의 메인 시스템 부분에 인증을 거친 에이전트만이 접근할 수 있도록 하여 ESM 시스템의 에이전트로부터 오는 정보를 안전하게 받음으로써 원격지 네트워크상의 서버나 보안 솔루션에 대한 통합 보안 관리를 안전하게 수행할 수 있는 인증 게이트웨이를 활용한 ESM 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 논문의 ESM 시스템은 에이전트, 인증 게이트웨이, 매니저, CA 서버, 운용 소프트웨어로 구성되어 있다.

GOTHIC을 위한 SDTS 데이타 변환 시스템의 개발

A geographic information system (GIS) generally has a great deal of geographic data and has a singular storage structure individually. It is very hard to exchange geographic data between geographic information systems which store their geographic data with incompatible formats. Moreover, since it needs large amount of storage space to store geographic data and expensive cost to input them. In this paper, we designed and implemented a SDTS (Spatial Data Transfer Standard) Data Conversion System for Gothic which is an existing geographic information system. In order to convert geographic data without loss of information, we first carefully define a mapping between SDTS data and Gothic data. Especially, since SDTS data are in the format of ISO8211, the FIPS123 library is used to access them. Because the internal data format of Gothic is not open to the public, we also use the Gothic library to access Gothic data. The SDTS data conversion system developed in this paper uses an intermediate file to convert geographic data efficiently. In addition, we use UIL (User Interface Language) to implement a graphic user interface (GUI) of our system.

USN 환경을 위한 공간 센서 데이타베이스 시스템의 개발

최근 유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크(USN : Ubiquitous Sensor Networks) 환경에서 GeoSensor와 같은 GPS(Global Positioning System) 기능을 보유한 공간 센서의 사용이 증가함에 따라 공간/비공간 데이타를 효율적으로 처리할 수 있는 공간 센서 데이터베이스시스템의 필요성이 증가되고 있다. 그러나, Tiny DB, Cougar 등과 같은 기존 센서 데이타베이스 시스템들은 공간 데이타 타입과 공간 연산자를 지원하지 않기 때문에 공간 데이타를 처리하기에 어려움이 있다. 따라서, 본 논문은 USN 환경에서 공간 데이타를 효율적으로 처리하기 위하여 공간 센서 데이타베이스 시스템을 개발하였다. 공간 센서 데이타베이스 시스템은 공간 데이타 타입과 공간 연산자를 지원하며, 시스템 부하를 줄이기 위해 메모리 공유 기능과 필터링 기능 등을 제공한다.
