Gyro Drift Model Using Structure Function and Effect on Control System Performance

본 논문은 gyro의drift에 관한 일반적 등가회로를 처음에 발진기의 위상안정을 규정화 하기 위하여 개발되었던 structure function 방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 이 방법을 사용함으로서 임의의 order의 확정성, 내지 불확정성 성격의 Gyro drift가 쉽게 규정화되고 또 측정될 수 있음을 보였다. 그리고, drift의 power spectal density와 structure function과의 관계도 분명히 하였다. 마지막으로 이 방법을 이용하여 drift가 제어시스템에 끼치는 분석함이 매우 용이하게 됨을 보였다. This paper addresses modeling of the gyro drift by using the structure function approach which has been originally developed for characterization of the oscillator phase noise. It is shown that by using this approach, an arbitrary order of random and deterministic gyro drift processes can be characterized and easily measured. The relationship between the drift power spectral density and structure function is clarified. It is also shown that this approach simplifies analysis of the effect of drift on the control system performance.
Off-axis RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링법을 이용하여 저온에서 결정화된 ITO 박막의 특성

In this study, off-axis magnetron sputtering was used for the crystallized ITO thin films at a low temperature of about $120^{\circ}C$ instead of the conventional RF sputtering because the off-axis sputtering can avoid the damage for the plasma as well as fabrication of thin films with a high quality. The ITO thin films grown on PET substrate at $120^{\circ}C$ were crystallized with a (222) preferred orientation. 58-nm thick ITO films showed a resistivity of about $2{\times}10-4{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ and a transmittance of about 75% at a wavelength of 550 nm. The transmittance of the ITO thin films by an insertion of SiO2 thin films on ITO films was improved.
유리 기판 위에 증착된 Al Doped ZnO 박막을 이용한 전자파 차폐 및 항균 특성의 동시 구현

In this study, we intended to achieve both antibacterial properties and electromagnetic shielding using the Al-doped ZnO (AZO) films. FTS (Facial Target Sputtering) magnetron sputtering was used for the AZO thin films instead of the conventional RF sputtering because the FTS sputtering could avoid the damage for the plasma as well as fabrication of thin films with a high quality. The 300-nm thick AZO thin films grown on glass substrate showed a resistivity of about $7{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}-cm$ and a transmittance of about 90% at a wavelength of 550 nm. AZO thin films were investigated for the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness measured by 2-port network method at 1.5 ~ 3 GHz. The AZO (300 nm)/glass films showed an EMI shielding effectiveness of approximately 27 dB. An antibacterial effect was measured by the film attachment method (JIS Z 2801). The percent reductions of bacteria by AZO films were 99.99668% and 99.99999% against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, respectively.
측정치를 이용한 시간영역 모우드 특성 규명 기법 및 잡음에 대한 민감도 분석

측정치를 이용하여 구조계를 규명하는 경우에 일반적으로 측정치를 주파수 영역으로 변환하고 이를 도식적으로 파악하는 방법이 주로 이용된다. 이러한 방법은 신뢰도가 낮고 토목구조물 특히 교량 구조물과 같이 근접한 모우드의 특성을 가지는 구조계의 규명에 불리한 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 논문에서는 시간영역에서의 데이터를 직접 이용하여 구조계의 모우드 특성을 규명하는 일련의 방법에 대한 적용성을 검토하였으며 이 때 발생할 수 있는 왜율에 대한 문제를 극복하기 위하여 최소자승법을 시간영역 규명기법에 중복하는 방법을 선택하였다. 제안된 방법의 타당성을 검토하기 위하여 현가계 모델을 이용하여 모의 해석을 수행하였다. 또한 실질적인 상황에서의 이용성을 검토하기 위하여 인위적인 잡음을 게재시켜 잡음에 대한 방범의 민감도를 검토하였다. The first Procedure to identify structural system by using measured data is transformation of data to frequency domain and try to recognize modal characteristics in graphical condition. Those methods are doubted about the reliability to the civil structures, especially bridges which has coupled and close modal characteristics. In this paper, feasibility of time domain modal Identification methods were examined and applied double least square method to overcome bias characteristics of the identification methods. To show the advantage of proposed method, simulation were carried out for mass-spring model. And to examine the usage of the method in realistic case, sensitivity of the methods to noise was performed.
유연성 기판 위에 증착된 ITO 박막의 공정 온도에 따른 전기적·광학적 특성 평가

Off-axis magnetron sputtering was used for the crystallized ITO thin films deposition at various temperatures from 25 to $120^{\circ}C$. The ITO thin films were crystallized at $50^{\circ}C$ for Si (001) substrates and at $75^{\circ}C$ for PET substrate. The ITO thin films grown onto PET substrate at $120^{\circ}C$ were crystallized with a (222) preferred orientation. The 160-nm thick ITO films showed a resistivity of about $7{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ and a transmittance of about 84% at a wavelength of 550 nm. Off-axis sputtering can be applied for low temperature crystallization of the ITO films.

화상정보처리에 이용되는 하프變換의 문제점인 기억용량과 처리時間을 消減시키기 위해, 필자들은 이전 파라미터平面 領域制限 하프 (HOUGH) 變換을 提案했다. 本稿에서는, 피라미드構造化를 이용한 하프變換을 사용하여, 더욱 高速으로 처리하는 方法에 대해서 논한다. 먼저, 原畵像을 피라미드構造化하여 抽出對象의 候補直線群을 구하고, 候補直線群에 대응하는 原畵像의 領域을 구하는 方法에 대해서 논한다. 자동화 번호판상의 숫자, 즉 차량番號의 認識은, 유료도로나 주차장의 요금소등에서 유효하게 사용될 것으로 예상된다. 本稿에서는 그 전단계로, 우선 자동차 번호판의 領域을 抽出하는 高速化 方法에 대해서 기술한다.

Renewable energy(RE) systems have difficulties in operating and management due to the intermittency of the energy generation. Stochastic supply profiles of RE creates problems for mechanical and electrical design in relation to the selection of technology types and capacities of RE to be installed. This paper presents an methodology of the feasibility assessment of RE-integrated energy systems on the basis of hourly demand/supply analysis tools. Also, this paper shows the feasibility and the usefulness of GS REMA(Renewable Energy Matching Analysis) and HOMER by comparing actual energy data.
효율적인 온실가스 저감을 위한 육군 온실가스 배출 분석 및 저감대책 연구

This study analyzed the Greenhouse Gases (GHG) emissions by Korea Army in 2012 for the GHG effective reduction. The analysis of the GHG revealed that the largest amount of the GHG was emitted by using the electricity and the light oil by Korea Army. In addition, the largest amount of the GHG was emitted by the GOP’s divisions followed by the mechanized divisions, infantry divisions, and coastal divisions. Aviation and transport units are characterized with high GHG emissions from mobile combustion. The monthly average of GHG emissions showed that the highest GHG emissions were winter and summer seasons. The mindset shift, the facility of construction, and the practical behavior for GHG emissions effective reduction are proposed.

Many researches on driver's behaviors based on human factors have been being carried out for effective evaluation on the vehicles with various intelligent control systems. The ergonomic approaches are considered on the evaluation process as well as the development process of the intelligent control systems. This paper focuses on the preview distance among human factors affecting driver behaviors, which exerts on vehicle's steering stability. The researches on the preview distance exclude the real vehicle test or are confined to obscure assumptions so far. In this paper drivers are classified through statistically ergonomic analysis on the drivers' characteristics such as gender, age, driving experience, and so on. There are two test methods applied for the analysis of the characteristics of the drivers' preview distance - real driving test for the subjective evaluation and simulator test equipped with eye tracking system for the objective evaluation. On the basis of the results from two test methods, it is concluded that the main parameters affecting the preview distance, which varies along with drivers' characteristics, are the road curvature and the vehicle speed among external stimuli.
