        이동 동사 한국어 ‘오르다’와 중국어 ‘상(上)’의 대조 연구

        This paper Compares and analyses the lexical meaning of the Korean and Chinese directional verbs ‘oreuda’ and ‘shang’ from the perspective of cognitive linguistics. ‘Oreuda’ in Korean and ‘shang’ in Chinese can be translated as ‘to go up’ in English. The meaning of the directional verbs ‘oreuda’ and ‘shang’ can be divided into two types:the original meaning and the extension meaning. The diversity of lexical meanings causes difficulties for foreign language acquisition. This paper uses the knowledge of metonymy, metaphor, schema and other cognitive linguistics analysis and compares the lexical meaning and usage of ‘oreuda’ and ‘shang’ from two aspects:‘location change’ and ‘condition change. then We looked at the ‘location change’ by dividing it into ‘improvement movement’, ‘horizontal movement’ and ‘diffusion movement’. ‘condition change’ was looked at in terms of ‘promotion’, ‘getting higher rank’, ‘appearance’, ‘change between abnormal and normal’ and ‘increase’ again. Furthermore, this paper investigates the similarities and differences of meaning by comparison and analysis. The reason for these differences is that the emphasis on mapping from the mobile domain to other domains is different. The This paper could be helpful in foreign language education and provide help for Korean to Chinese translation and Chinese to Korean translation.

        4차 산업혁명 시대의 공연예술아카이브와 창조적 활용

        Performing arts is an intangible arts that disappears immediately at the moment it is presented and remains only in the memory of the performer's body and audience. The same repetition, restoration and reproduction of the disappeared performance is impossible, but artists of all times and places have tried various recording methodology to leave their performances in the tangible form. The performing arts archive is where performing arts are recorded, preserved, and utilized. In the fourth industrial Revolution era, library institutions in developed countries are turning into institutions that support creative activity by not only artists but also the general public. Korea's performing arts archives should also shift from the role of an old archive to a platform to create new cultural contents. This paper summarizes the changes in the Korean performing arts archive and presents the creative application of the performing arts archive in response to the fourth industrial revolution.

        입자와 주위유체와의 상호작용에 관한 연구

        The fundamental mechanism of a dispersed two-phase flow was investigated. Experiments were carried out to understand how the particles behaves under the influence of the particle size, shape, metamorphoses (bubble) and buoyancy of a single particle which is ascending from the standstill water. Two CCD cameras were employed for image processing of the behavior of the particles and the surrounding flow, which was interpreted with the technique of correlation PIV (Particle Image Velocimetry) and PTV (Particle Tracking Velocimetry), respectively. The experimental results showed that the large density difference between a particle and water caused high relative velocity and induced zigzag motion of the particle. Furthermore, the turbulence intensity of a bubble was about twice the case of the spherical solid particle of similar diameter.

        Enhancing the antimicrobial effect of genistein by biotransformation in microbial system

        In this study, we report Bio-renovation, which is a method to biologically derivatize natural compounds to make drug candidate library. In this method, microorganisms produce various derivatives of natural compounds, thereby converting natural compounds into novel bioactive candidates. Five derivatives of genistein were synthesized by Bio-renovation using Bacillus amyloliquefaciens KCTC 13588. Among the genistein derivatives, 4′-O-isopropyl genistein showed antimicrobial activity against eight strains including methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus (MSSA) with MIC and MBC values of 8–128 μg/ml. We could find that 4′-O-isopropyl genistein has higher antimicrobial activity than genistein to gram-positive bacteria.

        12주간 맨손근력운동 수행이 복부비만 여성노인의 혈청지질, 인슐린 및 C-peptide에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 12주간의 맨손 근력운동 수행이 복부비만 여성노인의 혈청지질, 인슐린 및C-peptide에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위하여 운동군(EG, n=13), 대조군(CG, n=13)으로 구분하여 실시하였다. 맨손근력운동 강도는 주관적 운동 자각도(rating of perceived exertion; RPE)를 사용하였으며, 1-4 주, RPE 12-13, 5-8주, RPE 13-14, 9-12주, RPE 14-15로 설정하여 주 3회, 1회 운동시간 60분 실시하였다. 자료처리는 측정항목에 대한 평균값(M)과 표준편차(SD)를 산출하였고, 그룹 및 시기 간 상호작용 효과검증은 two-way repeated measures ANOVA를 실시하였다. 상호작용 효과를 포함하여 필요에 따라 그룹 내 시기 간 차이 검증은 paired t-test를 실시하였고, 그룹 간 차이 검증은 independent t-test, 각 항목별 통계적 유의수준은 통계 방식에 따라 .05와 .025로 각각 달리 설정하였다. 그 결과, TG(p<.01) 및HDL-C(p<.05)에서 상호작용 효과, 인슐린(p<.05) 및 C-peptide(p<.01)는 시기 간 주효과가 나타났다. 이상의 결과, 12주간의 운동이 혈청지질 중 TG, HDL-C를 개선이 나타났고, 이는 혈관 및 대사 기능의 측면에서 매우 중요한 결과라 생각된다. 하지만, 인슐린과 C-peptide에서는 운동군보다 대조군이 더 많이 증가하여, 맨손근력운동에 대한 긍정적인 개선은 기대하기 힘들었다. 이는 복부비만 여성노인의 나이가 고령임을 감안하였을 때, 비교적 짧은 저항운동 기간으로는 인슐린과 C-peptide의 변화를 기대하기 힘들다는점을 시사한다. 하지만, 맨손근력운동은 노인이 부상의 위험없이 실시할 수 있으므로 후속 연구를 통해 다양한 결과를 확인할 필요가 있다. This study was conducted by dividing into an exercise group (EG, n=13) and a control group (CG, n=13) to investigate the effect of performing bare-handed resistance exercise for 12 weeks on serum lipids, insulin and C-peptide in elderly women with abdominal obesity. The exercise intensity was set to 1-4 weeks, RPE 12-13, 5-8 weeks, RPE 13-14, 9-12 weeks, and RPE 14-15 and was performed three times a week for 60 minutes. Data processing calculated the mean value (M) and standard deviation (SD) of the measurement items, to verify the effectiveness of the interaction between group periods, two-way repeated measures ANOVA, the difference between time periods within the group was set to paired t-test, the difference verification between groups was set to independent-t-test, and the statistical significance level for each item was set to .05 and .025. As a result, the interaction effect TG (p<.01) and HDL-C (p<.05), and insulin (p<.05) and C-peptide (p<.01) showed effective effects between periods. As a result of the above, the 12 weeks exercise improved TG and HDL-C, very important effect in terms of blood vessels and metabolic functions. However, in insulin and C-peptide, the control group increased more than the exercise group, so it was difficult to expect a positive improvement in bare muscle exercise. This suggests that it is difficult to expect changes in a relatively short period of resistance exercise. However, since bare-handed exercise can be performed in the elderly without risk of injury, it is necessary to confirm various results through follow-up studies.
