Because of high specific stiffness, the aluminum alloy has been used for various industry field. Specially, the heat-treated aluminum alloy is difficult-to-machine material and machining test is necessary to evaluate and improve the machinability. In order to manufacture the functional part, appropriate cutting condition is selected by considering surface quality, machining time, and workpiece deflection by cutting force. In this investigation, the machinability of A16061-T6 is estimated by changing cutting conditions. The variable cutting conditions are cutting speed, depth of cutting, and feed rate. The estimation is done by analysis of cutting force, surface roughness, and surface shape according to the change of cutting conditions.

태양광발전소를 이용한 부동산의 수익성 제고방안

이자율의 하향 안정화는 부동산의 투자환경을 양호하게 만들고 있지만, 부동산시장의 참여자는 부동산투자를 회피하고 있다. 이것은 부동산투자에 따른 수익성 특히 자본이득을 기대하기 어렵기 때문이다. 따라서 양도차익보다는 보유기간동안 발생하는 수익을 기대하는 쪽으로 부동산 투자의 무게중심이 옮겨졌다. 하지만 모든 유형의 부동산에서 만족할 만한 수익을 기대하기는 어려운 상황이다. 본 연구는 토지와건축물 등에 태양광발전소를 설치하여 발생되는 수익을 NPV, IRR를 활용하여 수익성을 비교분석하였다. 분석결과 건물지붕을 활용하는 ‘건축물 등 태양광발전소’가 5개 지목, 23개 지목에 태양광발전소를 설치하는 것 보다 수익성이 양호한 것으로 분석되었다. 이것은 신규 부동산을 매입하여 임대료 및 복귀가치와 투자비를 대응하여 수익을 올리는 것 보다는 기존건물 지붕에 태양광발전소를 설치하여 기존부동산의 수익성을 제고시키는 것이 NPV, IRR분석을 통해 나타났다. The interest rate of downward stabilization makes a good real estate``s investment condition. But real estate``s participants avoid real estate investment. It is too difficult for them to earn real estate``s capital gain. This study examines the improvement of real estate``s profitability using solar photovoltaic systems, NPV and IRR. Subject of analysis is 5``s the classification of land, 23``s the classification of land and building``s roof. The best subject is a solar photovoltaic of building``s roof.

An appropriate selection of cutting condition is essential to improvement of product quality, production of precision products, and reduction of production time. Appropriate cutting condition is selected by considering surface quality, machining time, and material deformation by cutting force. Effect of ultrasonic agitation has been studied for metallization of ceramic boards by Cu electroless plating method. 96% Al203 ceramic boards were used as substrate. In electroless plating, plating rates were obtained as 0.44~1.0/an/hr. And plating rate was increased with increasing temperature and addition of Rochelle Salts. Weight of absorbed Pd was increased 3.5 times by appling ultrasonic agitation. And, adhesion strength was increased by 35% as using ultrasonic agitation during 5min at 30°C.

논 문 : 『감정평가에 관한 규칙』에 대한 소고

본 연구는 「감정평가에 관한 규칙」의 시행과 관련하여 나타나고 있는 제도적 미비점을 살펴보고 그것에 대한 대안을 제시하였다. 「감정평가에 관한 규칙」은 전면개정을 통해 과거의 규칙과 차별화를 시도하여 시행하고 있으나 많은 부분에서 처음 의도와는 달리 소기의 성과를 얻지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 「감정평가에 관한 규칙」의 합리성과 논리성 및 국제표준을 위해 다음과 같은 대안을 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 보상감정평가이외의 일반평가에서 3방식의 적용을 강화하고 토지 감정평가시 공시지가기준법에 대한 강행규정을 완화해야 한다. 둘째, 다양한 가치개념을 「감정평가에 관한 규칙」에 도입하여 현재 감정평가영역에서 사용되는 가치개념이외의 영역에 대해 활성화해야 한다. 셋째, 감정평가서의 유효사용기간 제도를 도입하여 적시성 있는 감정평가보고서가 생산되어야 한다. 넷째, 「부동산가격공시법」에서 규정하고 있는 적정가격과 「감정평가에 관한 규칙」에서 규정하고 있는 시장가치 개념의 일치성을 위해 시장가치의 정의를 의견수렴하여 규정화해야 한다. 다섯째, 국제표준화를 위해 「감정평가에 관한 규칙」에 감정평가 검토, 감정평가컨설팅에 대한 규정 화를 하여야 한다. 「The Rules on Appraisal Practice」 was administered since Jan, 1, 2013. It is whole revisonmarket It`s main contents is market value. Market value is international standard of appraisal theory. But market value of 「The Rules on Appraisal Practice」 and jecjungprice of 「Act on Public Notice of Real Estate Price and the Property Appraisal」 have different regulations. In order to soft landing of 「The Rules on Appraisal Practice」, it needs the following suggestions. Three appraisal approach should be applied in appraisal. Various value concept, effective use period of Appraisal report, appraisal review and appraisal consulting should be prescribed in 「The Rules on Appraisal Practice」. Market value of 「The Rules on Appraisal Practice」 and jecjungprice of 「Act on Public Notice of Real Estate Price and the Property Appraisal」 should be codified.

문화콘텐츠로서 뮤지컬의 선택 및 만족요인

본 연구는 뮤지컬의 선택요인 및 만족요인을 규명하고, 이 두 요인 간 관계에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 뮤지컬 〈김종욱 찾기〉의 관람객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 선택요인과 만족요인에 대한 요인분석 및 선택요인이 만족요인에 미치는 영향에 대한 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 뮤지컬 선택요인으로는 가격 및 시설, 제작연출, 마케팅, 작품성, OSMU 등 다섯 개의 요인이 추출되었다. 뮤지컬 만족요인으로는 제작사 및 광고신뢰, 예술적 표현, 출연진의 조화, 주연배우의 수준 등 네 개의 요인이 추출되었다. 뮤지컬 선택요인이 만족요인에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석한 결과, 관람객은 공연 가격 및 시설수준이 적합하다고 생각할수록 해당 공연에 대한 높은 만족을 기대한다는 점이 밝혀졌다. 그리고 제작연출 및 작품성을 기준으로 공연을 선택한 관객일수록 예술적 표현을 중요한 만족요인으로 고려하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 공연의 품질에 비해 과장된 마케팅은 만족도에 부정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있음이 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 뮤지컬 공연의 기획 및 제작, 마케팅에 있어 중요하게 고려되어야 할 점이 무엇인지를 시사한다고 하겠다. This study was to investigate the choice & satisfaction factors of a musical as culture contents, and I will recognize it about relation between these two factors. To achieve this, I did a survey with spectators of 〈For finding JongWook Kim〉. Factors analysis and simple/multi regression analysis are utilized as data analytical methods. The choice factors of musical showed that it was five factors extracted a price and facilities, production and directing, marketing, musical quality, OSMU. The satisfaction factors of musical was four factors extracted a production company and trust of advertisement, artistic presentation, harmony of All members of the cast, level of leading actor or actress. The choice of musical influenced satisfaction factors showed that it as performance prices and facilities level is reasonable, and spectators expect high satisfaction regarding a performance. Analysts say that, Pricing to be exposed to quality of a work in order to raise musical satisfaction shall be performed. Also, An exaggerated performance marketing is negative to satisfaction of an audience compare with quality of a work it was confirmed to affect. This study suggests that important point is planning, directing and marketing of a musical.

The tool life is significantly important in the automated production system. The point of tool change is determined by the state of tool wear that are generated by the cutting temperature. High cutting temperatures tend to accelerate thermal softening of the tool and subsequent tool wear, which are not desirable because they negatively impact the accuracy of the machined surface and tool life. The cutting temperature is simulated in turning operation under different feed rates. The simulation results are experimentally verified through the measurements of cutting temperature distribution using an thermal infrared camera.
