Metaverse is a compound word of the English words 'meta', meaning 'virtual' and 'transcendence', and 'universe' meaning the universe. dimensional virtual world. Metaverse is a concept that has evolved one step further than virtual reality (VR, a cutting-edge technology that enables people to experience life-like experiences in a virtual world created by a computer). It has the characteristic of being able to engage in social and cultural activities similar to reality. However, there are many security issues related to this, and cybersecurity vulnerabilities may occur. This paper analyzes cybersecurity threats that may occur in the metaverse environment and checks vulnerabilities.

콘텐츠의 경쟁력이 국가의 미래를 좌우하는 시대가 현실화되고 있다. 영화나 음악, 게임 등의 저작물은 이미 국가간 주요 교역 대상이 되어 있다. 우리는 IT강국의 인프라를 갖추고 때맞춰 ‘한류’ 열풍을 통한 문화 수출국으로의 진입을 시도하고 있다. 문화콘텐츠가 우리의 경제에 커다란 도움을 줄 것이라 기대하는 바도 있다. 실제로 우리나라의 문화산업은 최근 5년간 연평균 30%를 상회하는 성장률을 보여주었고 중국과 동남아 등지에서는 한국 콘텐츠에 대한 수요가 상당하다. 하지만 불법 이용률이 80%를 상회하고 있는 것이 또한 어두운 이면이다.이에 해외 저작권보호를 위해 우리나라는 중국 북경과 태국 방콕에 사무소를 개설하고 연평균 3억내외의 예산을 배정하고 있다. 앞으로 해외 저작권보호정책을 적극적으로 수행하려고 준비하는 입장에서, 앞서 관련 정책을 수립하고 시행해온 선진국의 사례는 도움이 된다. 특히 일본은 같은 아시아권 국가로 우리와 법현실에 유사점이 크다는 점에서 많은 시사점을 준다.본고에서는 일본이 문화수출국으로 전환된 이후, 지적재산입국을 기치로 내세우고 시행한 해외 저작권 산업 정책을 전반적으로 살펴보고 콘텐츠해외 유통 촉진기구의 활동을 위주로 불법 복제 단속뿐만 아니라 해외 제도 조사 연구, 현지 기관·기구와의 협력, 콘텐츠 사업자들을 대상으로 한 교육 홍보 활동 등을 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 우리가 시행착오를 줄이고 참고하여 발전시켜 나갈 수 있는 대안들을 찾아보고자 하였다. The scale of cultural industry is getting bigger and bigger. The export of Korean content has been rapidly increased since the Korean wave started: the average annual growth rate is now more than 30 percents. The main retail market of the Korean wave is China and Southeast Asia, where the 80 percents of whole amount in the market is pirate goods. As the result, the copyright centers were founded in Beijing and Bangkok, though the member of the staff is only 3. Korea is now preparing the copyright protection policy in overseas. The case of developed country will be helpful. Accordingly this paper studies the cases of Japan which law system is similar with Korean system, and tries to find implications for establishing the copyright protection policy in overseas.

The Telecommunications Business Act §22.2 was revised in 2011, so the special types of online service providers, whose main purpose is to enable different people to interactively transmit works, etc. among themselves by computers, should register before starting this P2P service business. For the registration, various copyright-protective requirement such as the performance evaluation of technological measure should be satisfied. Right holders had high expectations of it. But the situation of copyright protection has not been improved much since the full-scale enforcement in May, 2012. So called this Webhard Registration System is criticized for a regulation excessive but fruitless to protect Copyright. This paper analyzes the performance evaluation of technological measure of Korea Copyright Commission and the registration condition of Korea Communications Commission so as to find failure factors and alternatives.

건축 저작물의 광고 이용에 대한 법적 고찰 : 'UV 하우스' 사건(서울중앙지방법원 2007.9.12.선고 2006가단208142 판결)을 중심으로

건축물은 실용적인 기능이 1차적인 목적이지만 조형미의 중요성이 강조되면서 저작권법에 의한 보호 가능성이 주목을 받고 있다. 건축 저작물은 편의성, 실용성 및 효율성 등 기능적인 가치에 중점을 두어 창작되기 때문에 여타 저작물과 구분되는 특성을 가지고 있으며, 저작권법 역시 특별한 조문을 마련하여 이를 반영하고 있다. 최근 광고 동영상에 자신이 설계한 건축물이 배경으로 현시되었음을 이유로 저작권 침해를 주장한 사건('UV하우스' 사건)이 법정 분쟁으로 비화되었다. 영상물을 제작하거나 사진을 촬영할 때 공중에 항시 개방되어 있는 건축물이 배경으로 현시되는 것은 드문 일이 아니다. 우리 저작권법은 저작물의 원활한 이용을 위해 '파노라마으 자유'를 비롯한 저작권 제한 규정을 마련하고 있다. 본고는 'UV하우스' 사건에 대한 법원의 판단을 비판적으로 분석하면서, 건축물이 상업적 광고에 현시되었을 때 저작권 침해가 되는 경우와 자유롭게 이용할 수 있는 경우를 구분하는 기준을 제시해보았다. The architecture work has some different characters from other copyright works. One of them is the Freedom of Panorama. All the displays of architectures in the scene of films or photographs don’t infringe the copyright. Because not only every part of architecture is not copyrightable work, but also you must consider the fair use clause; Korea has theprovision 35.2 of Korean Copyright Act. This paper analyzes the judgment of the court on the UV house case with a critical eye and suggests the standards for the copyright infringement when the architecture is displayed in the commercial film.

본 연구는 기존의 연구들과 서비스들이 영화의 내용(서사) 정보를 만족스러운 수준으로 제공해주지 못하고 있음을 극복하고자 하였고, 그러한 정보를 보다 효과적으로 제공하기 위한 방편으로써 영화의 서사(narrative)가 다른 영화들과 어떠한 연관성을 지니는지의 관점에서 살펴 보도록 연구 방향을 정하였다. 그리고 폭소노미(folksonomy)에 의한 집단 지성이라는 Web 2.0의 트렌드를 활용해 구체적인 정보 제공 방법을 구현해 보고자 한다. 이를 위한 구체적인 연구 목표는 '영화 사이의 서사(narrative)적 연관성을 점수로서 나타내는 것'으로 설정하였다. 그리고 이러한 정보들을 보다 명확하고 직관적인 형태로서 제공하기 위한 프로토타입(prototype) 어플리케이션(application)을 개발하는 것을 2차 목표로 한다.
