        There are various reports referring to the clinical significances and removal of postgastrectomy bezoar. In this case, suture thread were thought to he the important factor of the bezoar formation, This bezoar was removed intaetly uaing fiber-optic endoscope in patinet who had postgastrectomy bezoar, by cutting the thread by biopsy forceps.

        산업단지 내 외국인투자지역에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 - 비수도권 외국인투자지역을 중심으로 -

        Attracting foreign-invested companies in non-metropolitan areas leads to population inflow, increased resident income, and tax revenue, contributing to revitalizing the local economy. In order to attract such foreign-invested companies, the government and local governments designated Foreign Investment Zones in the industrial complex, purchase the site from the Industrial complex project operator, and provide it to the company in a rental manner. In this study, factors to consider when an Industrial complex project operators designates a non-metropolitan Complex-type Foreign Investment Zone were examined. First, accessibility to the metropolitan area and transportation conditions were important as location factors. Second, it is necessary to accurately confirm the prior demand of foreign-invested companies and their intention to move in. Third, if there is a delay in attracting foreign-invested companies, the collection of government funds may be delayed, so the corporate loan repayment plan and operation plan should be considered. For improvement measures to revitalize the system, it is necessary to designate a Foreign Investment Zone in the early stage of project implementation. In addition, in the event of a delay in attracting foreign-invested companies, it is necessary to ease the requirements for the cancellation of Foreign Investment Zones and simplify procedures so that after the Foreign Investment Zones are lifted, domestic companies can be attracted. 비수도권 지역에서 외국인투자기업 유치는 인구 유입, 주민소득 증대, 세수확보로 이어져 지역경제 활성화에 기여한다. 이러한 외국인투자기업 유치를 위하여 정부와 지방자치단체는 산업단지 내 외국인투자지역을 지정하고, 산업단지 사업시행자로부터 부지를 매입하여 기업에 임대 제공한다. 본 연구에서는 사업시행자가 비수도권 단지형 외국인투자지역을 지정할 때 고려요인을 살펴보았다. 먼저, 입지요인으로 수도권 접근성과 교통여건이 중요하였다. 둘째, 외국인투자기업의 사전수요와 입주의사를 정확히 확인하는 것이 필요하다. 셋째, 외국인투자기업 유치 지연 시 국비 회수도 지연될 수 있으므로 법인 대출상환계획과 운영계획을 고려해야 한다. 제도 활성화를 위한 개선방안에 대하여는 사업시행 초기 외국인투자지역 지정이 필요하다. 또한 외국인투자기업 유치가 지연될 경우 외국인투자지역 해제 후 국내기업 유치가 가능하도록 외국인투자지역 해제요건 완화 및 절차 간소화가 필요하다.

        내도복 및 다수성 팝콘용 옥수수 신품종 ‘지팝콘’

        This study was carried out to create new popcorn variety. ‘G-Popcorn’ was made by single crossing with two inbred lines, the seed parent, GP3, and the pollen parent, GP4. The hybrid was made in 2009 and selected in 2014 after investigating characteristics for three years from 2012 to 2014. ‘G-Popcorn’ was evaluated on 2 or 3 places in Gangwon-do for three years. ‘G-Popcorn’ showed higher lodging tolerance and popping volume in contrast to the check variety ‘Oryunpopcorn’. The plant height is 213cm indicating 5cm lower than that of ‘Oryunpopcorn’. Also, ration ear height of plant height of ‘G-Popcorn’ is 59%. The weight of 100 seeds was 15.5g, similar to that of ‘Oryunpopcorn’. The popping volume of ‘G-Popcorn’ was about 28.3㎤/g, higher than 25.0㎤/g of ‘Oryunpopcorn’. The yield of ‘G-Popcorn’ was 467kg/10a in regional yield trials for three years, which was 7% higher than that of ‘Oryunpopcorn’.

        장류용 고품질, 대립 콩 신품종 "대왕"

        대왕'은 대립이며 종자 특성이 우수한 GWS91을 모본으로 하고 '석량풋콩'을 부본으로 1996년도에 인공교배를 하고 1997년부터 1998년까지 F1 - F2 양성하였다. 1999년부터 2001년도에 F3 - F5 세대를 계통육종법으로 선발한 GSL96202-2B-1-3-7계통으로 계통명은 '강원106호'이다. 주요 특성은 다음과 같다. 1. 유한신육형이며 꽃색은 자색이고 엽형은 난형이다. 입형은 구형이고 종피색은 황색, 제색은 황색이며 100립중은 A new soybean cultivar 'Daewang' was released by Agricultural Research & Extension Services, Gangwon Province in 2008. The Goals of breeding the variety was for large seed size, high yield, lodging tolerance and resistance to diseases such as soybean mosaic virus (SMV) and bacterial pustule. 'Daewang' was derived from the cross of GWS91, which has yellow seed coat, large seed size and late maturity, and 'Seokryang-putkong', which has large seed size and early maturity. The preliminary, advanced and regional yield trials for evaluation and selection were carried out from 2002 to 2007. It has a determinate growth habit with purple flower, yellow seed coat, yellow hilum and large seed weight (33.6 g per 100 seeds). The maturity date of 'Daewang' is 16 days later than the 'Taekwang'. It has a high content of total isoflavone ( 1,851 μg/g). The average yield of 'Daewang' was 2.68 MT/ha in the regional yield trials (RYT) carried out in four locations in Gangwon province from 2004 to 2007 which was 4 percent higher than the check cultivar 'Taekwang'.

        헤걸에서의 현실성(現實性)의 문제

        Das Problem der Wirklichkeit ist das lebende Problem des Granzen des Realen. Deswegen mussen wir immer die Momente der tatkraftigen Anderung fassen und die Zusammenhange mustem. Solche Momente stehen mit den Kategorien der Moglichkeit, Kausalitat, Notwendigkeit oder Zufalligkeit im Zusammenhang. Solche Logik des Zusammenhangs und Ubergehens zu erortern ist die Erforschung der Dialektik. Der Charakter der Hegels Dialektik besteht darin, daβ man die Sache nicht als einfach sondern als zusammen-hangend betracht. Die Sache im Zusammenhang zu betrachten heiβt daβ man sie in der Einheit der Unmittelbarkeit und Vermittlung erortem muβ. “Eine ebenso triviale Einsicht ist die Verknupfung van unmittelbarer Existenz mit der Vermittlung derselben”. Die Wirklichkeit ist die Einheit des Wesens und der Existenz, d.h. Die Wirklichkeit ist die Einheit des Wesens und der Erscheinung. Wir leben in der Wirklichkeit, also mussen wir die Dialektik der Wirklichkeit bei Hegel erortern.

        Construction of genetic linkage map and identification of QTLs related to agronomic traits in DH population of maize (Zea mays L.) using SSR markers

        Background In this study, we used phenotypic and genetic analysis to investigate Double haploid (DH) lines derived from normal corn parents (HF1 and 11S6169). DH technology offers an array of advantages in maize genetics and breeding as follows: first, it significantly shortens the breeding cycle by development of completely homozygous lines in two or three generations; and second, it simplifies logistics, including requiring less time, labor, and financial resources for developing new DH lines compared with the conventional RIL population development process. Objectives In our study, we constructed a maize genetic linkage map using SSR markers and a DH population derived from a cross of normal corn (HF1) and normal corn (11S6169). Methods The DH population used in this study was developed by the following methods: we crossed normal corn (HF1) and normal corn (11S6169), which are parent lines of a normal corn cultivar, in 2014; and the next year, the F1 hybrids were crossed with a tropicalized haploid inducer line (TAIL), which is homozygous for the dominant marker gene R1-nj (Nanda and Chase in Crop Sci 6:213–215, 1966), and we harvested seeds of the haploid lines. Results A total of 200 SSR markers were assigned to 10 linkage groups that spanned 1145.4 cM with an average genetic distance between markers of 5.7 cM. 68 SSR markers showed Mendelian segregation ratios in the DH population at a 5% significance threshold. A total of 15 quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for plant height (PH), ear height (EH), ear height ratio (ER), leaf length (LL), ear length (EL), set ear length (SEL), set ear ratio (SER), ear width (EW), 100 kernel weight (100 KW), and cob color (CC) were found in the 121 lines in the DH population. Conclusion The results of this study may help to improve the detection and characterization of agronomic traits and provide great opportunities for maize breeders and researchers using a DH population in maize breeding programs.
